The eighteenth-century Vietnamese medical work Treatise on Medical Knowledge by Hai Thuong(Hai Thuong Y Tong Tam Linh海上医宗心领),authored by the eminent physician Le Huu Trac黎有卓,reflects the transmission,application,and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in Vietnam.It encompasses principles,methods,formulas,medicines,clinical specialties,and clinical medical cases.Its primary textual foundation derives from Feng’s Tips and Secret Records(Fengshi jinnang milu冯氏锦囊秘录)by Feng Zhaozhang冯兆张(late Ming–early Qing),supplemented by Ming-era works such as Zhang Jingyue’s张景岳Jingyue’s Complete Compendium(Jingyue quanshu景岳全书),Li Chan’s李梴The Gateway to Medicine(Yixue rumen医学入门),and Zhao Xianke’s赵献可Thorough Knowledge of Medicine(Yi guan医贯).By synthesizing,enriching,streamlining,and annotating the quintessence of Ming-Qing medical texts,Le Huu Trac established the framework of traditional Vietnamese medicine,innovating upon TCM.Treatise on Medical Knowledge by Hai Thuong emphasizes the concept of“congenital water and fire”(先天水火),attributing the patho-mechanism of critical illnesses to the depletion of true yin and true yang(真阴真阳亏损),while expanding the indications of classical TCM formulas such as the Six-Ingredient Pill(六味丸)and Eight-Ingredient Pill(八味丸)through variations in their constituents,thus attaining the further localization of TCM.It advances the view that“there are no cold damage patterns(伤寒症)in Lingnan,rendering the Ephedra Decoction(麻黄汤)and Cinnamon Twig Decoction(桂枝汤)inapplicable,”as a result devising“three exterior-resolving formulas”(解表三方)and“six interior-harmonizing formulas”(和里六方)tailored to Vietnam’s climate and patient constitutions.The text also incorporates southern medicines(南药)and formulas containing them,using Han-Nom bilingual names to enhance understanding and application by the Vietnamese.Its Yang Case Collection(阳案集)and Yin Case Collection(阴案集),documenting both successful and unsuccessful treatments of severe illnesses,exemplify Vietnamese physicians’local exploration and practice of Chinese medical knowledge,embodying a profound understanding and flexible application of TCM by Vietnamese physicians. 展开更多

China and Vietnam are geographically connected,and Vietnam has been deeply influenced by Chinese culture.The development of Vietnam’s ancient traditional medicine was profoundly shaped by China.This study aims to analyze the exchanges of traditional medicine between China and Vietnam from the Qin and Han dynasties to the Ming and Qing dynasties.Using a documentary analysis method,it conducts an extensive review of journals,ancient books and other materials related to Sino-Vietnamese traditional medical interactions.It reveals historical exchanges and interactions between ancient China and Vietnam in areas such as medicinal materials,medical practitioners,and medical books.These interactions enabled Vietnam to form a medical system that is inherently connected to Chinese medicine yet distinct in its own right.By doing so,this research enhances our understanding of the relationship between Chinese and Vietnamese medicine-one of shared origins with divergent developments-and provides a historical foundation for the inheritance and international exchange of traditional medicine today. 展开更多

Since ancient times,China and Iran,two ancient civilizations with profound medical traditions,have engaged in extensive medical interactions through trade and cultural exchange channels,such as the Silk Road.The paper first reviews the emergence of medical exchanges between the two countries during the Han dynasty,then elaborates on the in-depth development of medical exchanges from the Three Kingdoms to the eve of the Tang dynasty.Entering the Song and Yuan dynasties,the medical exchanges between the two countries became more specific,involving the translation and dissemination of medical classics,the exchanges between doctors,and the trade and cultivation of medicinal materials.The paper further examines the new opportunities and challenges presented by traditional medical exchanges between the two countries under the Belt and Road Initiative.It emphasizes the contribution of this cross-civilization medical exchange to the development of the medical systems of both sides and to human health.This article reveals its far-reaching significance by systematically examining the historical context of medical exchanges between the two countries.It provides historical references and inspiration for future in-depth cooperation between the two countries in traditional medicine. 展开更多

[目的]质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)系统在可变负载下的性能退化是制约其应用可靠性与经济性的关键瓶颈,而传统电气模型难以揭示多物理场动态交互机制,为解决该问题,[方法]提出一种基于阳极引射器循环的船用大功率PEMFC系统结构,并构建系统“热-电-气-液”多物理场动力学模型,开展考虑热动力性与经济性的动态耦合特性分析。借助基于Spearman相关系数的相关性分析工具对不同运行参数下的系统性能指标的响应趋势进行探索。针对系统多约束优化难题,提出一种基于人工神经网络与多目标灰狼优化算法的多约束优化框架,以获取PEMFC系统的最佳运行参数与最佳综合性能。[结果]研究结果表明:最佳操作点下的PEMFC系统净功率提高2.71%,且运营成本降低12.21%。[结论]研究结果可为船用大功率PEMFC系统的热动力性-经济性协同设计提供一定参考。 展开更多

Zn-Ag双金属改性丝光沸石催化剂在二甲醚羰基化反应中的性能研究

针对二甲醚(DME)羰基化反应中丝光沸石(MOR)催化剂易失活问题,采用离子交换法引入Zn和Ag双金属对MOR进行改性,旨在优化其酸性位点分布及孔道结构以提升催化性能。通过水热合成法制备了系列催化剂,结合XRD、ICP-AES、SEM、NH3-TPD和Py-I... 针对二甲醚(DME)羰基化反应中丝光沸石(MOR)催化剂易失活问题,采用离子交换法引入Zn和Ag双金属对MOR进行改性,旨在优化其酸性位点分布及孔道结构以提升催化性能。通过水热合成法制备了系列催化剂,结合XRD、ICP-AES、SEM、NH3-TPD和Py-IR等表征手段分析了其物化性质,并在固定床反应器中评价了其催化活性。结果表明,引入Ag后,催化剂八元环孔道的Brønsted酸量和酸强度明显增大;引入Zn后,十二元环孔道的Lewis酸量增大,可协同促进CO吸附及反应动力学。在200℃、1.0 MPa及空速2400 mL/(g·h)条件下,1Ag/2Zn-MOR催化性能最优。在该催化剂作用下反应3 h时,DME转化率达98%;反应25 h后,DME转化率仍保持90%且乙酸甲酯选择性始终大于99%。Zn-Ag双金属改性通过调控催化剂酸位分布与孔结构,可有效提升催化活性与稳定性,为DME羰基化高效催化剂的开发提供了理论依据。 展开更多

为制定科学的洞窟调查与维护时间表以降低开门引起的窟内微气候波动,对莫高窟底层小型洞窟第87窟窟内外微环境进行监测、分析。分别对第87窟窟内外温度(T)、相对湿度(RH)和绝对湿度(AH)以及窟内外差值的变化特征进行分析,对窟内外温度... 为制定科学的洞窟调查与维护时间表以降低开门引起的窟内微气候波动,对莫高窟底层小型洞窟第87窟窟内外微环境进行监测、分析。分别对第87窟窟内外温度(T)、相对湿度(RH)和绝对湿度(AH)以及窟内外差值的变化特征进行分析,对窟内外温度差和相对湿度差进行曲线拟合与方程求解,找出不同季节窟内外空气的对流方式以及相应的壁画吸-放湿模型,对露点温度年变化特征进行探讨。得到窟内外温度混合线性模型,即窟外温度每增加1℃,窟内温度增加0.395℃,以此结果找出窟内外温湿度差的极值和零值日期。研究结果表明,洞窟调查和维护的最佳时间分别为3月、4月、9月、10月;冬季和夏季打开窟门均易发生窟内水汽凝结。研究结果对第87窟窟内壁画的预防性保护具有重要意义,也可为其他类似洞窟的保护措施优化提供理论支持和参考。 展开更多

岱海每年约1/3的时间处于冰封期,形成冰、水、沉积物共存的多介质格局,为厘清营养盐在冰-水-沉积物界面迁移规律,围绕岱海冰封前(10月)和冰封期(1月、2月)三相介质(冰、水、沉积物)中氮营养盐的时空分布、源汇特征及驱动因子展开系统研... 岱海每年约1/3的时间处于冰封期,形成冰、水、沉积物共存的多介质格局,为厘清营养盐在冰-水-沉积物界面迁移规律,围绕岱海冰封前(10月)和冰封期(1月、2月)三相介质(冰、水、沉积物)中氮营养盐的时空分布、源汇特征及驱动因子展开系统研究.结果表明:多介质中氮营养盐呈现显著的时空差异,冰体内总氮和氨氮浓度略微升高,2月下层冰总氮浓度较1月更高,且下层冰体浓度高于其它分层.在冰封前到冰封后期水体和沉积物中总氮和硝酸盐氮持续增长,1~2月水体中硝酸盐氮增长率达62.5%.沉积物中总氮和氨氮浓度空间分布总体呈中高东低的特点,且高于冰下水体.冰封期分离系数排序为硝酸盐氮<总氮<氨氮.冰-水界面总氮迁移以硝酸盐氮为主导,1月通量高于2月,沉积物是总氮和氨氮的“源”,而对硝酸盐氮呈“汇”作用,冰-水界面氮营养盐通量对其浓度的影响总体高于沉积物-水界面通量,冻结排盐效应和沉积物内源释放共同作用于水体营养盐动态变化.其中,冰增长率、溶解氧、盐度和水温是驱动冰封前后氮营养盐分布和迁移的关键环境因子. 展开更多

脱硫离子液中氟氯离子不断积累致其脱硫效率下降、离子液损耗和设备腐蚀加剧。因此,脱硫离子液中F^(-)和Cl^(-)的有效去除具有重要的研究意义。首先,优选717、D730、D301等6种阴离子交换树脂,考察其对脱硫离子液中F^(-)和Cl^(-)的脱除... 脱硫离子液中氟氯离子不断积累致其脱硫效率下降、离子液损耗和设备腐蚀加剧。因此,脱硫离子液中F^(-)和Cl^(-)的有效去除具有重要的研究意义。首先,优选717、D730、D301等6种阴离子交换树脂,考察其对脱硫离子液中F^(-)和Cl^(-)的脱除效果。结果表明,717树脂有着最佳的F^(-)和Cl^(-)脱除性能,其平衡吸附量分别为0.020 mg/g和3.506 mg/g。其次,对717树脂分别进行氯型、氢氧根型和硫酸根型改性,考察不同改性方法对单一F^(-)、Cl^(-)和SO_(4)^(2-)脱除性能的影响。结果表明,氢氧根型树脂对单一的F^(-)、Cl^(-)和SO_(4)^(2-)均具有最优的脱除性能,但其对SO_(4)^(2-)的平衡吸附量远高于F^(-)和Cl^(-);硫酸根型树脂对F^(-)和Cl^(-)的脱除效果略低于氢氧根型,但其对SO_(4)^(2-)无吸附作用。在此基础上,探究不同改性717树脂对脱硫离子液中混合离子脱除性能的影响,发现硫酸根型树脂对F^(-)和Cl^(-)脱除效果最优。最后,通过FT-IR和XPS表征结果可知,硫酸根型树脂吸附F^(-)和Cl^(-)效果最优,主要因为氯型和氢氧根型树脂优先与SO_(4)^(2-)发生离子交换,而硫酸根型树脂则是与F^(-)和Cl^(-)发生离子交换。 展开更多

木质素纳米颗粒的制备及对Pickering乳液的稳定效果

为解决甘薯农业废弃物资源浪费问题,本研究以溶剂分馏法制备的甘薯藤蔓木质素为原料,通过溶剂交换方法制备木质素纳米颗粒并进行工艺参数优化,采用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、核磁共振磷谱(31P NMR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)等技术对木质素纳米... 为解决甘薯农业废弃物资源浪费问题,本研究以溶剂分馏法制备的甘薯藤蔓木质素为原料,通过溶剂交换方法制备木质素纳米颗粒并进行工艺参数优化,采用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、核磁共振磷谱(31P NMR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)等技术对木质素纳米颗粒的结构特性进行表征并测定其生物活性。在此基础上,以木质素纳米颗粒为稳定剂制备Pickering乳液,并以Zeta电位为指标筛选出具有最高稳定性的木质素纳米颗粒Pickering乳液。结果表明,溶剂交换法制备木质素纳米颗粒的优化参数为木质素浓度5 mg·mL^(-1)、流速6 mL·min^(-1),含水量70%(V/V)。最优工艺下制备的木质素纳米颗粒结构完整,分子量低至13.01 kDa,水接触角为97.8°,酚羟基含量提高至未改性木质素的1.98倍,对中波紫外线(UVB)的阻隔率为98.81%,在0.5 mg·mL^(-1)时的自由基清除率达92.84%、酪氨酸酶抑制率达53.99%。当木质素纳米颗粒添加量为0.1%(w/V)、油相比为5%(V/V)时,制得Pickering乳液的Zeta电位达-49.7 mV,静置28 d未发生破乳现象,具有较好的贮藏稳定性。本研究结果可为实现甘薯副产物更高附加值应用提供理论依据和技术支撑。 展开更多
