Results The clonal evolution occurred in 54%, 23%, 38%, 46%, 54%, 62%and 54% of 13 cases by PCR employing IgH, TCRγ, TCRVδ2, - Dδ3, TCRPVJ1, TCRPVJ2, TCRPD1,J2, TCRβD2J2primers respectively. NO change occurred only in one of those cases. Clonal evolution at relapse occurred at 50% ofsamples which had only one band PCR product at diagnosis and 78% of those had multiple bands PCR product atdiagnosis. No differences had been detected between diagnosis and relapse by SSCP analyzing those samples inwhich no band change occurred between that at diagnosis and at relapse in PAGE. Conclusion It should beoptimal that the one band rearranged gene at diagnosis acts as main monitoring marker, simultaneously referringto the main band in multiple bands rearranged gene in order to avoid false negative.展开更多

We analyze how the prediction error varies with different parameters (σ, γ) in LS-SVM. In order to select appropriate parameters for the prediction model, we employ CMEP algorithm. This paper, based on the study results of a subproject under the Seventh Five-year-plan National Major Scientific and Technological Research Project, will concentrate on the application of the mixed integer goal progr...This paper, based on the study results of a subproject under the Seventh Five-year-plan National Major Scientific and Technological Research Project, will concentrate on the application of the mixed integer goal programming in the studies on the optimization and comprehensive evaluation of investment decision and production planning in Yichang phosphate rock district in Hubei Province and in Dianchi district in Yunnan Province. The optimization models for mineral district development planning system are formulated through system analysis. A microcomputer software based on the combination of mixed integer programming and goal programming is developed to continuously implement the calculation for the mathematical model with arbitrary objective priority levels and for a group of such models. And a system economic evaluation model is developed to measure the profitability of optimal planning system scenarios. Finally, a large amount of output information are provided for the reference of decision makers.展开更多
The regime of plate tectonics on early Earth is one of the fundamental problems in Earth sciences.Precambrian era takes the majority(ca.88%)of Earth’s history and thus plays a key role in understanding the onset of p...The regime of plate tectonics on early Earth is one of the fundamental problems in Earth sciences.Precambrian era takes the majority(ca.88%)of Earth’s history and thus plays a key role in understanding the onset of plate tectonics and the mechanism,distribution and process of Precambrian subduction zones.This paper presents a review on the progresses of subduction and subduction zones in different stages of Precambrian era,and sorts out some key issues and fields that merits further attention.We suggest that there was progressive onset and evolution of subduction and plate tectonics from Archean to Proterozoic eras.We emphasize the importance of comprehensive studies on subduction mechanism,metamorphic type,plate tectonics regime,the compositional evolution of continental crust,and petrogenesis of diverse granitoids formed in the Archean.It is proposed that innovative analytical techniques,big data,experimental petrology and numerical geodynamic modeling will facilitate future studies of Precambrian subduction zones.展开更多
