文摘The evidence-based Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) nursing in standard plan is to be constructed by a combination of evidence-based thinking and expert consensus.(1) The symptoms of diseases with better curative effect in TCM and the nursing techniques of TCM based on scientific evidence can be preliminarily presented through bibliometric analysis.(2) Expert consultation letters can be developed based on bibliometric results, and symptoms of dominant diseases in TCM and TCM nursing techniques can be selected through those letters.(3) Based on the selected symptoms and TCM nursing techniques, the PICO can be determined, and then evidence search, evidence extraction, evidence analysis can be conducted and synthesized, and recommendations would be chosen.(4) The recommendation grade of each recommendation can be determined by applying the Delphi method and referring to GRADE.(5) The plan will be determined through discussions of experts. The construction of TCM nursing plan would make sure that TCM nursing is scientific, and internationalize TCM nursing.

文摘Objective: to study the application effect of evidence-based nursing in neurosurgery body restraint clinical nursing. Methods: from January 2020 to February 2022, 100 patients with physical constraints were selected from our department of neurosurgery. Among them, 50 patients who received routine nursing were divided into control group and 50 patients who received evidence-based nursing were divided into observation group. Self-extubation rate, complication rate and Ramsay score of the two groups were compared. Results: in the control group, the rate of self-extubation was 18%, and the incidence of complications was 22%. The Ramsay scores of the patients were 4.24±0.55 and 4.22±0.40 at the time of physical restraint and the end of restraint. In the observation group, the rate of self-extubation was 2%, and the incidence of complications was 6%. The Ramsay scores of the patients were 3.11±0.46 and 4.86±0.32 at the time of physical restraint and the end of restraint. There were significant differences in self-extubation rate, complication rate and Ramsay score between the two groups (P < 0.05).
文摘Objective: to analyze the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing in children with hand foot mouth disease complicated with encephalitis and its influence on nursing satisfaction. Methods: the samples included children with foot-and-mouth disease and children with encephalitis in our hospital. 79 samples were selected for analysis. The collection time was from June 2019 to March 2021. They were combined by parity method, and the observation group conducted evidence analysis. The control group received traditional nursing and summarized the nursing effect. Results: the cerebrospinal fluid index of the children was better in the observation group, and the nursing satisfaction of the children's families was higher in the observation group, and the difference between the groups was significant, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing for children with hand-foot-mouth disease combined with encephalitis in our hospital is good, which ensures the quality of nursing and improves the nursing satisfaction of the children's families.
文摘Objective: To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing intervention in elderly patients with arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction. Methods: 146 elderly patients with arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction treated in our hospital from February 2016 to March 2017 were selected as research objects. According to the random number method, patients were divided into control group (73 cases, traditional nursing) and observation group (73 cases, evidence-based nursing intervention). The clinical effects and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results: The hospital stay, average bed rest time, hospitalization cost, and incidence of arrhythmia complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After nursing, the four grades of heart function and satisfaction of nursing in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions: In elderly patients with arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction, evidence-based nursing intervention was adopted. The patient's health has been greatly improved and the doctor-patient relationship has been significantly improved. This method is worth promoting.
文摘Objective:This study aims to explore the effect of evidence-based nursing(EBN)on improving patient satisfaction by systematically evaluating the impact of EBN implementation through the analysis of 40 hospital-related literature articles. Methods:A review of 40 studies published from January 2022 to December 2023 related to EBN and patient satisfaction was conducted. The selection was based on specific inclusion and exclusion criteria, focusing on studies that involved EBN interventions.Data were extracted and statistically analyzed using patient satisfaction scores and nursing quality assessments to compare satisfaction before and after EBN implementation. Results:Literature analysis showed that patient satisfaction significantly improved after the implementation of EBN,with average satisfaction scores increasing from 82.5%before intervention to 91.3%after intervention(P<0.05).The application of EBN enhanced patients’care experience, reduced nursing errors, and significantly improved the efficiency and professional competence of healthcare staff. Conclusion:This study confirms that EBN has a significant effect on improving patient satisfaction, particularly in personalized care and evidence-based decision-making.Future efforts should promote EBN and standardize nursing processes to continuously improve care quality and patient satisfaction.
