Molecular hydrogen(H2)demonstrates selective antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties with therapeutic potential across musculoskeletal conditions including osteoarthritis,rheumatoid arthritis,exercise-induced mus...Molecular hydrogen(H2)demonstrates selective antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties with therapeutic potential across musculoskeletal conditions including osteoarthritis,rheumatoid arthritis,exercise-induced muscle damage,chronic pain syndromes,tendinopathies,and muscle atrophy.This review critically evaluates preclinical and clinical evidence for H2 therapy and identifies research gaps.A comprehensive search of PubMed,EMBASE,and Cochrane Library(up to April 2025)yielded 45 eligible studies:25 preclinical and 20 clinical trials.Preclinical models consistently showed reductions in reactive oxygen species,inflammatory cytokines,and improved cell viability.Clinical trials reported symptomatic relief in osteoarthritis,decreased Disease Activity Score 28 in rheumatoid arthritis,and accelerated clearance of muscle damage markers.Delivery methods varied-hydrogen-rich water,gas inhalation,and saline infusion-hindering direct comparison.Mechanistic biomarkers were inconsistently reported,limiting understanding of target engagement.Common limitations included small sample sizes,short durations,and protocol heterogeneity.Despite these constraints,findings suggest H2 may serve as a promising adjunctive therapy via antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,and cytoprotective mechanisms.Future research should prioritize standardized delivery protocols,robust mechanistic endpoints,and longer-term randomized trials to validate clinical efficacy and optimize therapeutic strategies.展开更多

Objective:To explore the obstructive factors in the behavior of medical staff during the implementation of respiratory rehabilitation process,and to provide a basis for the rehabilitation management intervention of CO...Objective:To explore the obstructive factors in the behavior of medical staff during the implementation of respiratory rehabilitation process,and to provide a basis for the rehabilitation management intervention of COPD.Methods:A descriptive nature research method was adopted.An interview outline was formulated based on the theoretical domain framework.From October to December 2024,15 medical staff from the respiratory department of a tertiary hospital in Shaanxi Province were selected for semi-structured interviews.The interview data were analyzed using the Colaizzi 7-step analysis method.Result:The analysis of this study found that the obstructive factors for medical staff to implement respiratory rehabilitation include five theoretical domains.The problems are respectively the lack of knowledge about respiratory rehabilitation and insufficient training intensity,the insufficient self-recognition of implementing respiratory rehabilitation,the low awareness rate of patients and the low cooperation degree,the insufficient provision of instruments and facilities,the lack of rehabilitation training venues and respiratory rehabilitation clinics,and the lack of scientific and standardized respiratory rehabilitation management processes.Conclusion:There are many obstructive factors affecting the implementation of respiratory rehabilitation by medical staff.Clinical managers should take corresponding measures,continuously improve the rehabilitation management strategies for COPD,and promote the clinical application of the best evidence for respiratory rehabilitation.展开更多

Our department established risk assessment criteria for medical adhesives in neonates by applying the best evidence in the management program for the reduction of medical adhesive-associated skin injuries in neonates, in terms of the use and removal of adhesives. Methods: A systematic search and quality assessment of topics related to medical adhesive-related skin injury in neonates was conducted to summarize the best evidence and to conduct a quality review in the neonatal unit. Results: After 2 rounds of review, medical and nursing staff in the neonatal unit had a 98% compliance rate for the knowledge of neonatal medical adhesive-related skin injury and a satisfactory compliance rate for the other 9 indicators;after the application of the evidence, the incidence of neonatal medical adhesive-related skin injury was significantly lower than that before the application of the evidence, and the differences were statistically significant (P Conclusion: The application of the best evidence-based management program in neonatal medical adhesive-associated skin injury can reduce the incidence of neonatal medical adhesive-associated skin injury, reduce neonatal infections, and improve the integrity of the protective skin barrier in neonates.展开更多

First, we choose seismic attributes that are most sensitive to CBM content changes with the guidance of CBM content measured at well sites. Then the selected seismic attributes are fused using D-S evidence theory and the fusion results are used to predict CBM-enriched area. The application shows that the predicted CBM content and the measured values are basically consistent. Reversible data hiding(RDH)enables secret data embedding while preserving complete cover image recovery,making it crucial for applications requiring image integrity.The pixel value ordering(PVO)technique used in multi...Reversible data hiding(RDH)enables secret data embedding while preserving complete cover image recovery,making it crucial for applications requiring image integrity.The pixel value ordering(PVO)technique used in multi-stego images provides good image quality but often results in low embedding capability.To address these challenges,this paper proposes a high-capacity RDH scheme based on PVO that generates three stego images from a single cover image.The cover image is partitioned into non-overlapping blocks with pixels sorted in ascending order.Four secret bits are embedded into each block’s maximum pixel value,while three additional bits are embedded into the second-largest value when the pixel difference exceeds a predefined threshold.A similar embedding strategy is also applied to the minimum side of the block,including the second-smallest pixel value.This design enables each block to embed up to 14 bits of secret data.Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method achieves significantly higher embedding capacity and improved visual quality compared to existing triple-stego RDH approaches,advancing the field of reversible steganography.展开更多

This study investigated biomass allocation in young stands of European beech(Fagus sylvatica L.)and Norway spruce(Picea abies(L.)Karst.)across 31 forest sites in the Western Carpathians,Slovakia.A total of 541 trees a...This study investigated biomass allocation in young stands of European beech(Fagus sylvatica L.)and Norway spruce(Picea abies(L.)Karst.)across 31 forest sites in the Western Carpathians,Slovakia.A total of 541 trees aged 2–10 years,originating from natural regeneration and planting,were destructively sampled to quantify biomass in four components:foliage,branches,stems,and roots.Generalized non-linear least squares(GNLS)models with a weighing variance function outperformed log-transformed seemingly unrelated regression(SUR)models in terms of accuracy and robustness,especially for foliage and branch biomass.When using height as the predictor,SUR models tended to underestimate biomass in planted beech,leading to notable underprediction of aboveground and total biomass.Biomass allocation patterns varied significantly by species and regeneration origin.Using a non-linear system of equations and component ratio modelling,we found out that planted spruce displayed low variability and a consistent dominance of needle biomass,while naturally regenerated beech showed greater variability and a higher proportion of stem biomass,reflecting stronger competition-driven vertical growth.Interspecific differences in total biomass were more pronounced when using tree height,with spruce generally exhibiting greater biomass than beech at equivalent heights.Overall,stem base diameter marginally outperformed tree height as a predictor of biomass.However,tree height-based models showed strong performance and are particularly suitable for integration with remote sensing applications.These findings can directly support forest managers and modellers in comparing regeneration methods and biomass estimation approaches for early-stage stand development,carbon accounting,and remote sensing calibration.展开更多
Federated Learning(FL)enables joint training over distributed devices without data exchange but is highly vulnerable to attacks by adversaries in the form of model poisoning and malicious update injection.This work pr...Federated Learning(FL)enables joint training over distributed devices without data exchange but is highly vulnerable to attacks by adversaries in the form of model poisoning and malicious update injection.This work proposes Secured-FL,a blockchain-based defensive framework that combines smart contract-based authentication,clustering-driven outlier elimination,and dynamic threshold adjustment to defend against adversarial attacks.The framework was implemented on a private Ethereum network with a Proof-of-Authority consensus algorithm to ensure tamper-resistant and auditable model updates.Large-scale simulation on the Cyber Data dataset,under up to 50%malicious client settings,demonstrates Secured-FL achieves 6%-12%higher accuracy,9%-15%lower latency,and approximately 14%less computational expense compared to the PPSS benchmark framework.Additional tests,including confusion matrices,ROC and Precision-Recall curves,and ablation tests,confirm the interpretability and robustness of the defense.Tests for scalability also show consistent performance up to 500 clients,affirming appropriateness to reasonably large deployments.These results make Secured-FL a feasible,adversarially resilient FL paradigm with promising potential for application in smart cities,medicine,and other mission-critical IoT deployments.展开更多

The existing evidence conflict measure methods are analyzed, and a new evidence conflict measure method called evidence similarity measure based on the Tanimoto measure is proposed, while a new evidence combination method is proposed on the basis of evidence similarity measure. Firstly, the conflict degrees between evidences are obtained through the evidence similarity measure. Then the evidence sources are modified based on the credibility of different evidences and the weights of conflicted parts of evidences on different focal elements are determined. Finally, the fusion result is obtained by this method. Numerical examples show that the proposed method can effectively fuse evidences when evidences are consistent or highly conflicted, and it has a fast convergence speed, a high degree of accuracy and good adaptability.展开更多

With respect to adult patients undergoing first orthotopic liver transplantation(OLT), steroid replacement resulted in fewer cases of overall acute rejection in the corticosteroid free-immunosuppression arm. Initial steroid administration for two weeks and early tacrolimus monotherapy is a feasible immunosuppression regimen without steroid replacement, although further investigations are needed in view of chronic rejections. No significant differences were noted between the treatment groups in terms of patient and graft survival independently of steroid replacement. Renal insufficiency, de novo hypertension, neurological disorders and infectious complications did not differ significantly among steroid and steroidfree groups. Diabetes mellitus, cholesterol levels and cytomegalovirus infection are more frequent in patients within the steroid group. With respect to diabetes mellitus and hypercholesterolemia, the difference was independent of steroid replacement. In relation to transplanted hepatitis C virus patients, mycophenolate mofetil does not appear to have a significant antiviral effect despite early reports. Male gender of donors and recipients, living donors, cold ischemia times, acute rejection, and early histological recurrence were related to the development of advanced hepatitis. There is sufficient scientific clinical evidence advocating avoidance of the ab initio use of steroids in OLT.展开更多

Results: After 2 rounds of review, medical and nursing staff in the neonatal unit had a 98% compliance rate for the knowledge of neonatal medical adhesive-related skin injury and a satisfactory compliance rate for the other 9 indicators;after the application of the evidence, the incidence of neonatal medical adhesive-related skin injury was significantly lower than that before the application of the evidence, and the differences were statistically significant (P Conclusion: The application of the best evidence-based management program in neonatal medical adhesive-associated skin injury can reduce the incidence of neonatal medical adhesive-associated skin injury, reduce neonatal infections, and improve the integrity of the protective skin barrier in neonates.
文摘Objective: To develop a best-evidence-based optimal nutrition management plan for patients with chronic heart failure, apply it in clinical practice, and evaluate its effectiveness. Methods: Use the KTA knowledge translation model to guide evidence-based practice in nutrition management, and compare the nutritional status, cardiac function status, quality of life, and quality review indicators of chronic heart failure patients before and after the application of evidence. Results: After the application of evidence, the nutritional status indicators (MNA-SF score, albumin, hemoglobin) of two groups of heart failure patients significantly increased compared to before the application of evidence, with statistically significant differences (p Conclusion: The KTA knowledge translation model provides methodological guidance for the implementation of evidence-based practice for heart failure patients. This evidence-based practice project is beneficial for improving the outcomes of malnutrition in chronic heart failure patients and is conducive to standardizing nursing pathways, thereby promoting the improvement of nursing quality.

文摘D-S evidence theory provides a good approach to fuse uncertain inlbrmation. In this article, we introduce seismic multi-attribute fusion based on D-S evidence theory to predict the coalbed methane (CBM) concentrated areas. First, we choose seismic attributes that are most sensitive to CBM content changes with the guidance of CBM content measured at well sites. Then the selected seismic attributes are fused using D-S evidence theory and the fusion results are used to predict CBM-enriched area. The application shows that the predicted CBM content and the measured values are basically consistent. The results indicate that using D-S evidence theory in seismic multi-attribute fusion to predict CBM-enriched areas is feasible.

文摘To address the issue of incorrect fusion results caused by conflicting evidence due to inaccurate evidence and incomplete recognition frameworks in radar airborne target tactical intention recognition,a spatiotemporal evidence fusion algorithm is proposed.To resolve the conflict evidence fusion problem caused by inaccurate evidence,the algorithm performs discounting of evidence from both spatial and temporal dimensions.Spatial discounting is influenced by both inter-evidence inconsistency and intra-evidence inconsistency,while temporal discounting is determined by time intervals and information entropy.For the problem of conflicting evidence fusion due to an incomplete recognition framework,an open recognition architecture based on dynamic composite focal elements is proposed.This approach allocates some conflicting information to temporary composite focal elements,avoiding excessive basic probability assignment(BPA)of the empty set after fusion,which can lead to deviations from the actual fusion results.Simulation experiments comparing various methods indicate that the proposed method can effectively improve target intention recognition accuracy and demonstrates good stability.
文摘Objective:To systematically summarize and evaluate the evidence on discharge preparation services for patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty,providing an evidence-based foundation for developing scientific and standardized discharge preparation intervention programs in clinical practice.Methods:Following the“5S”evidence model,literature such as guidelines,expert consensuses,evidence summaries and randomized controlled trials related to discharge preparation services for total knee arthroplasty patients were retrieved from relevant websites and databases,both domestic and international,from database inception to August 31,2025.Two researchers independently screened the literature,conducted quality appraisals,and extracted and synthesized the evidence.Results:A total of 15 articles were included,comprising 3 guidelines,4 expert consensuses,3 evidence summaries,3 systematic reviews and 2 randomized controlled trials.Ultimately,23 pieces of evidence were summarized across five aspects.Conclusion:This study synthesizes the evidence on discharge preparation services for patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty.It is recommended that healthcare professionals apply this evidence in clinical practice,considering specific circumstances and patient needs.

文摘Reversible data hiding(RDH)enables secret data embedding while preserving complete cover image recovery,making it crucial for applications requiring image integrity.The pixel value ordering(PVO)technique used in multi-stego images provides good image quality but often results in low embedding capability.To address these challenges,this paper proposes a high-capacity RDH scheme based on PVO that generates three stego images from a single cover image.The cover image is partitioned into non-overlapping blocks with pixels sorted in ascending order.Four secret bits are embedded into each block’s maximum pixel value,while three additional bits are embedded into the second-largest value when the pixel difference exceeds a predefined threshold.A similar embedding strategy is also applied to the minimum side of the block,including the second-smallest pixel value.This design enables each block to embed up to 14 bits of secret data.Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method achieves significantly higher embedding capacity and improved visual quality compared to existing triple-stego RDH approaches,advancing the field of reversible steganography.

文摘This study investigated biomass allocation in young stands of European beech(Fagus sylvatica L.)and Norway spruce(Picea abies(L.)Karst.)across 31 forest sites in the Western Carpathians,Slovakia.A total of 541 trees aged 2–10 years,originating from natural regeneration and planting,were destructively sampled to quantify biomass in four components:foliage,branches,stems,and roots.Generalized non-linear least squares(GNLS)models with a weighing variance function outperformed log-transformed seemingly unrelated regression(SUR)models in terms of accuracy and robustness,especially for foliage and branch biomass.When using height as the predictor,SUR models tended to underestimate biomass in planted beech,leading to notable underprediction of aboveground and total biomass.Biomass allocation patterns varied significantly by species and regeneration origin.Using a non-linear system of equations and component ratio modelling,we found out that planted spruce displayed low variability and a consistent dominance of needle biomass,while naturally regenerated beech showed greater variability and a higher proportion of stem biomass,reflecting stronger competition-driven vertical growth.Interspecific differences in total biomass were more pronounced when using tree height,with spruce generally exhibiting greater biomass than beech at equivalent heights.Overall,stem base diameter marginally outperformed tree height as a predictor of biomass.However,tree height-based models showed strong performance and are particularly suitable for integration with remote sensing applications.These findings can directly support forest managers and modellers in comparing regeneration methods and biomass estimation approaches for early-stage stand development,carbon accounting,and remote sensing calibration.
文摘Federated Learning(FL)enables joint training over distributed devices without data exchange but is highly vulnerable to attacks by adversaries in the form of model poisoning and malicious update injection.This work proposes Secured-FL,a blockchain-based defensive framework that combines smart contract-based authentication,clustering-driven outlier elimination,and dynamic threshold adjustment to defend against adversarial attacks.The framework was implemented on a private Ethereum network with a Proof-of-Authority consensus algorithm to ensure tamper-resistant and auditable model updates.Large-scale simulation on the Cyber Data dataset,under up to 50%malicious client settings,demonstrates Secured-FL achieves 6%-12%higher accuracy,9%-15%lower latency,and approximately 14%less computational expense compared to the PPSS benchmark framework.Additional tests,including confusion matrices,ROC and Precision-Recall curves,and ablation tests,confirm the interpretability and robustness of the defense.Tests for scalability also show consistent performance up to 500 clients,affirming appropriateness to reasonably large deployments.These results make Secured-FL a feasible,adversarially resilient FL paradigm with promising potential for application in smart cities,medicine,and other mission-critical IoT deployments.

文摘Aiming at the problem that the traditional Dempster Shafer (D-S) evidence theory cannot deal with conflicted evidences effectively and correctly, this paper points out that the key issue of this problem is to measure the degree of conflict between evidences correctly after analyzing various improved methods. The existing evidence conflict measure methods are analyzed, and a new evidence conflict measure method called evidence similarity measure based on the Tanimoto measure is proposed, while a new evidence combination method is proposed on the basis of evidence similarity measure. Firstly, the conflict degrees between evidences are obtained through the evidence similarity measure. Then the evidence sources are modified based on the credibility of different evidences and the weights of conflicted parts of evidences on different focal elements are determined. Finally, the fusion result is obtained by this method. Numerical examples show that the proposed method can effectively fuse evidences when evidences are consistent or highly conflicted, and it has a fast convergence speed, a high degree of accuracy and good adaptability.
文摘Thirty-six randomized controlled trials and two metaanalyses were reviewed. With respect to adult patients undergoing first orthotopic liver transplantation(OLT), steroid replacement resulted in fewer cases of overall acute rejection in the corticosteroid free-immunosuppression arm. Initial steroid administration for two weeks and early tacrolimus monotherapy is a feasible immunosuppression regimen without steroid replacement, although further investigations are needed in view of chronic rejections. No significant differences were noted between the treatment groups in terms of patient and graft survival independently of steroid replacement. Renal insufficiency, de novo hypertension, neurological disorders and infectious complications did not differ significantly among steroid and steroidfree groups. Diabetes mellitus, cholesterol levels and cytomegalovirus infection are more frequent in patients within the steroid group. With respect to diabetes mellitus and hypercholesterolemia, the difference was independent of steroid replacement. In relation to transplanted hepatitis C virus patients, mycophenolate mofetil does not appear to have a significant antiviral effect despite early reports. Male gender of donors and recipients, living donors, cold ischemia times, acute rejection, and early histological recurrence were related to the development of advanced hepatitis. There is sufficient scientific clinical evidence advocating avoidance of the ab initio use of steroids in OLT.
