Methods: sample source: 100 patients who received lung cancer chemotherapy in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were equally divided into evidence-based group and conventional group according to the drawing method. The routine group was given routine clinical nursing, while the evidence-based group was given evidence-based nursing. The score of quality of life and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: the scores of quality of life in the evidence-based group were higher than those in the conventional group (P < 0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the evidence-based group (4.00%) was significantly lower than that in the conventional group (24.00%) (x2 = 8.3056, P = 0.0039). Conclusion: the implementation of evidence-based nursing for lung cancer patients with chemotherapy can not only ensure the treatment effect, but also improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the probability of adverse reactions, which is worthy of promotion.展开更多

Methods: fifty eight patients who underwent surgery in our hospital from 2017 to 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study. All patients were divided into two groups by random average grouping. Predictive nursing was adopted for the patients in the control group, while evidence-based nursing was adopted for each patient in the experimental group. The recovery time and complications of patients in the operating room in the two groups were comprehensively analyzed and studied. Results: there was no significant difference in recovery time and VAS score between the two groups. The probability of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group. Conclusion: evidence based nursing and predictive nursing can play a positive role in the rehabilitation of anesthesia patients in the operating room. After the completion of evidence-based nursing, the probability of complications is relatively low. In practice, it is also necessary to select appropriate nursing methods in combination with the actual situation and needs of patients.展开更多

Methods a total of 360 patients with lower extremi...Objective: To study the effect of evidence-based nursing model on prevention of deep vein thrombosis in patients with traumatic fracture during perioperative nursing. Methods a total of 360 patients with lower extremity traumatic fracture surgery were selected as the sample group in the orthopedic department of our hospital, and the age range was selected from January 2018 to January 2020. Methods: 360 patients were randomly divided into two groups: the general nursing group (n = 180), the evidence-based nursing group (n = 180). The patients in the general nursing group were given perioperative nursing according to the routine nursing mode, and the patients in the evidence-based nursing group were strictly implementing the evidence-based nursing process. Observe the statistical results of two indicators of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis and patients' satisfaction with nursing work in two groups of patients with different nursing methods. Results of the observation found that the incidence of deep venous thrombosis in patients with evidence-based nursing intervention was only 1.67%, which was significantly lower than that of 10.56% in the general nursing group (P < 0.05). The satisfaction rate of patients in general nursing group was only 62.78%, which was significantly different from that of evidence-based nursing group (92.22%) (P < 0.05). Conclusion the application of evidence-based nursing mode in perioperative period can effectively reduce the probability of deep vein thrombosis and promote the improvement of nursing satisfaction of patients, which is worthy of recommendation in clinical nursing work.展开更多

Methods: after the approval of the hospital ethics committee, 40 critically ill newborns admitted to NICU from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into two groups (n20). The conventional nursing was applied to the control group, and the evidence-based cluster nursing was applied to the observation group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed from the aspects of the occurrence of stress injuries of children, nursing outcomes and the survey results of family members satisfaction with nursing. Results: compared with the control group, the incidence of stress injury in the observation group was lower, and the observation group had a longer time from hospital admission to stress injury, a shorter hospital stay, a higher cure rate, and a higher total nursing satisfaction, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: in the process of monitoring and treatment of critical neonates in NICU, stress injury is easy to occur. Once it happens, it will directly affect the prognosis, increase the probability of poor prognosis, prolong the treatment time, and increase the related expenses. Cluster nursing based on evidence can effectively control the stress injury, and then promote the rapid recovery of children.展开更多
