The incidence of benign airway stenosis(BAS)is on the rise, and current treatment options are associated with a significant risk of restenosis. Therefore, there is an urgent need to explore new and effective prevention and treatment methods.Animal models serve as essential tools for investigating disease mechanisms and assessing novel therapeutic strategies, and the scientific rigor of their construction and validation significantly impacts the reliability of research findings. This paper systematically reviews the research progress and evaluation systems of BAS animal models over the past decade, aiming to provide a robust foundation for the optimized construction of BAS models, intervention studies, and clinical translation. This effort is intended to facilitate the innovation and advancement in BAS prevention and treatment strategies. 展开更多

Background The One Health approach recognizes the interconnectedness of human, animal, and environmental health to address global health threats. While the global One Health Index(GOHI)has been applied nationally, its adaptation to sub-national contexts remains unexplored. This study aimed to adapt GOHI to construct localized indi‑cators for Fukuoka,Japan, and assess One Health implementation across municipalities. Methods The research followed a three-phase approach:(1)Indicator Selection, where 34 indicators were selected from GOHI and Fukuoka One Health Promotion Action Plan through expert consultation;(2)Data Collection and Score Standardization using robust scaling methods;and(3)Weight Determination using Fuzzy Analytic Hier‑archy Process.Fukuoka One Health Index(FOHI)scores were computed and analyzed using descriptive statistics and Latent Class Analysis(LCA).Results The mean FOHI score was 52.27(range:41.01-63.71),with the lowest average score in Core Drivers Index(47.11)compared to Internal Drivers Index(59.17)and External Drivers(50.43).Municipalities performed strong‑est in zoonotic disease management(72.33)but weakest in One Health governance(6.36).Miyama City achieved the highest overall score, demonstrating strong governance and integrated implementations.LCA identifed two municipal classes diferentiated by External Drivers Index scores with clear geographic clustering. Conclusions This study demonstrated the feasibility of adapting GOHI to municipal settings and revealed signifcant variation in One Health implementation across Fukuoka’s municipalities.Performance gaps were identifed, particu‑larly in One Health governance despite strong health infrastructure. The methodology ofers a blueprint for similar adaptations globally, potentially accelerating the operationalization of One Health principles in local governance contexts. 展开更多

In recent years, with the rapid development and expansion of postgraduate education in China, the cultivation quality has become increasingly prominent. In graduate education activities, there are many factors that affect the quality of cultivation, among which the tutor’s guiding ability is undoubtedly the key factor that affects the quality of graduate students’cultivation. In the 2020 National Graduate Education Conference, one of its topics is how to objectively quantify the guiding ability of supervisors based on which the teaching resources can be optimally allocated.Taking Hangzhou Dianzi University as an example, this paper investigates the index systems to evaluate the guiding ability of graduate students’supervisors including 6 first-level indicators and 19 second-level indicators in order to further improve the cultivation performance of graduate students. 展开更多

China’s“Three Waters”system(water environment, resource, and ecology)forms a critical foundation for achiev-ing Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs).However, conventional management tools often treat these compo-nents in isolation, overlooking their internal and interactive couplings. This study uncovers interactions within and between the“Three Waters”system and sustainable development goals and identifies key policy levers to support water sustainability across 77 counties and districts in the Yellow River Basin of Shandong Province. We construct a complex“Sustainable Water^(3) Space”network that integrates SDG indicators from SDG 1(No Poverty)to SDG 15(Life on Land)to systematically capture synergies and critical nodes. We also introduce an innovative evaluation framework that combines eigenvector centrality and complexity to identify regions and indicators with cascading influences or systemic importance. The network demonstrates a stable four-cluster regional structure(Socioeco-nomic Development,Water Resource,Water Environment, and Water Ecology)from 2015 to 2022,and the emerg-ing“bridges”and complex indicators, such as water usage per unit of GDP,surface water quality, and pesticide application, reflect a shift from isolated growth to coevolution of economy and environment.Based on these find-ings,we propose differentiated regional strategies. For instance,Licheng District can improve water quality and pollutant control by reducing residential wastewater discharge, whereas Wudi County should prioritize curbing industrial pollution and enhance water-use efficiency relative to GDP.This study depicts the systemic evolution of watershed performance at the county level through a network methodology that can serve as a decision-making tool to support differentiated and targeted sustainable development strategies in the Yellow River Basin. 展开更多

The development of fuel cell vehicles(FCVs)has a major impact on improving air quality and reducing other fossil-fuel-related problems.DC-DC boost converters with wide input voltage ranges and high gains are essential to fuel cells and DC buses in the powertrains of FCVs,helping to improve the low voltage of fuel cells and“soft”output characteristics. To build DC-DC converters with the desired performance, their topologies have been widely investigated and optimized.Aiming to obtain the optimal design of wide input range and high-gain DC-DC boost converter topologies for FCVs,a review of the research status of DC-DC boost converters based on an impedance network is presented.Additionally,an evaluation system for DC-DC topologies for FCVs is constructed, providing a reference for designing wide input range and high-gain boost converters. The evaluation system uses eight indexes to comprehensively evaluate the performance of DC-DC boost converters for FCVs.On this basis, issues about DC-DC converters for FCVs are discussed, and future research directions are proposed. The main future research directions of DC-DC converter for FCVs include utilizing a DC-DC converter to realize online monitoring of the water content in FCs and designing buck-boost DC-DC converters suitable for high-power commercial FCVs. 展开更多
