This paper takes the green innovation in 15 science and technology parks in the Pearl River Delta region as a sample,uses the AHP-Fuzzy evaluation method to construct an index evaluation model with 5 first-level indic...This paper takes the green innovation in 15 science and technology parks in the Pearl River Delta region as a sample,uses the AHP-Fuzzy evaluation method to construct an index evaluation model with 5 first-level indicators and 9 secondlevel indicators,and analyzes the essential connotation and key influencing factors of green innovation ability in science and technology park.The research found that among the first-level indicators,“industrial innovation”,“incubator innovation”and“policy innovation”ranked among the top three key factors.Among the second-level indicators,the three factors of“enterprise incubator innovation”,“government policies and fiscal and financial policies”and“the development of new industries and emerging industries”have a significant impact on the innovation capabilities of science and technology parks.Accordingly,some suggested measures are put forward to provide theoretical and practical guidance for improving their green innovation ability.The main innovation of this paper is to construct an evaluation model of science and technology park suitable for the green innovation ability of science and technology park according to the social and economic development of the Pearl River Delta city belt and to test its effectiveness.In view of the technology,complexity,ambiguity and pluralism of the evaluation index construction of green innovation ability in science and technology parks in practice,the index evaluation model and application strategy in this paper hope to provide a theoretical reference for the park operators to improve their benefits and promote the development of regional industrial clusters.展开更多

In this paper, firstly, the conception of cities ability reducing earthquake disasters is presented, and the ability could be evaluated with three basic elements the possible seis-mic casualty and economic loss during the future earthquakes that are likely to occur in the city and its surround-ings and time required for recovery after earthquake; based upon these three basic elements, a framework, which consists of six main components, for evaluating citys ability reducing earthquake disasters is proposed; then the statistical relations between the index system and the ratio of seismic casualty, the ratio of economic loss and re-covery time are gained utilizing the cities prediction results of earthquake disasters which were made during the ninth five-year plan; at last, the method defining the comprehensive index of cities ability reducing earthquake disasters is presented. Thus the relatively comprehensive theory frame is set up. The frame can evaluate cities ability reducing earthquake disasters absolutely and quantitatively and consequently instruct the decision-making on reducing cities earthquake disasters loss.展开更多

A theoretical evaluating model to predict the maximum filling length was built based on the flowing theory of the incompressible viscous fluid. It was proved by experiments and calculations that the mold-tilling pressure and velocity are prominent influencing factors on the mold-filling ability of alloy melt. The mold-filling ability increases with the increase of the mold-filling pressure and the decrease of the proper mold-filling velocity. Moreover, the pouring temperature relatively has less effect on the mold-filling ability under the experimental conditions. The maximum deviation of theoretical calculating values with experimental results is less than 15%. The model can quantitatively estimate the effect of every factor on the mold-filling ability.展开更多

BACKGROUND Patients in neurology intensive care units(ICU)are prone to pressure injuries(PU)due to factors such as severe illness,long-term bed rest,and physiological dysfunction.PU not only causes pain and complicati...BACKGROUND Patients in neurology intensive care units(ICU)are prone to pressure injuries(PU)due to factors such as severe illness,long-term bed rest,and physiological dysfunction.PU not only causes pain and complications to patients,but also increases medical burden,prolongs hospitalization time,and affects the recovery process.AIM To evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of pressure injury prevention nursing measures in neurology ICU patients.METHODS A retrospective study was conducted,and 60 patients who were admitted to the ICU of the Department of Neurology were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to the order of admission,with 30 people in each group.The observation group implemented pressure injury prevention and nursing measures,while the control group adopted routine care.RESULTS Comparison between observation and control groups following pressure injury prevention nursing intervention revealed significantly lower incidence rates in the observation group compared to the control group at 48 h(8.3%vs 26.7%),7 d(16.7%vs 43.3%),and 14 d(20.0%vs 50.0%).This suggests a substantial reduction in pressure injury incidence in the observation group,with the gap widening over time.Additionally,patients in the observation group exhibited quicker recovery,with a shorter average time to get out of bed(48 h vs 72 h)and a shorter average length of stay(12 d vs 15 d)compared to the control group.Furthermore,post-intervention,patients in the observation group reported significantly improved quality of life scores,including higher scores in body satisfaction,feeling and function,and comfort(both psychological and physiological),indicating enhanced overall well-being and comfort following the implementation of pressure injury prevention nursing measures.CONCLUSION Implementing pressure injury preventive care measures for neurology ICU patients will have better results.展开更多

Acute abdomen during pregnancy represents one of the most challenging critical conditions in obstetrics, with its morbidity and mortality rates consistently ranking among the leading causes of maternal death. In recent years, with population aging and an increasing proportion of advanced-age pregnancies, the incidence of pregnancy-associated acute abdomen has shown an upward trend. This study systematically analyzes the primary etiologies, clinical characteristics, and therapeutic strategies of acute abdomen during pregnancy while exploring the effectiveness of preventive measures. Research indicates that pregnancy-specific anatomical and physiological changes, environmental factors, and genetic background play crucial roles in disease occurrence. The establishment of a comprehensive prevention system, including pre-pregnancy assessment, gestational monitoring, and emergency response planning, can significantly reduce incidence rates. Multi-center clinical data analysis demonstrates that early identification of risk factors, standardized prenatal examinations, and establishment of rapid diagnosis and treatment channels are key to improving successful treatment rates. This study provides new insights and methodologies for reducing the incidence and mortality rates of pregnancy-associated acute abdomen, holding significant implications for improving maternal and fetal outcomes.展开更多
Objective:To investigate the application effect of the SECI theoretical model-based training program in enhancing clinical nursing teachers‘information-based teaching capabilities.Methods:A self-control study design ...Objective:To investigate the application effect of the SECI theoretical model-based training program in enhancing clinical nursing teachers‘information-based teaching capabilities.Methods:A self-control study design was adopted,with 124 clinical nursing teachers from a tertiary hospital participating in the SECI training program from January 2024 to June 2025.The program was implemented through four stages:“Establishing Teacher Community(Socialization)”,“Case Teaching(Extravagant)”,“Integration of Discipline and Research(Fusion)”,and“Routine Application of Teaching(Implicit)”.Self-designed questionnaires were used to assess teachers’information-based teaching capabilities before and after training,covering four dimensions:awareness and attitude towards information-based teaching,foundational skills,teaching practice,and professional practice.Data analysis was performed using SPSS 26.0.Results:Post-training,the total score of clinical nursing teachers’information-based teaching capabilities increased from(53.47±15.56)to(78.92±12.34),showing statistically significant differences(t=15.732,P<0.001).Scores in all dimensions also showed significant improvements(P<0.05).Multivariate linear regression analysis revealed that educational background(β=0.198,P=0.026)and professional title(β=0.184,P=0.040)were primary influencing factors for pre-training information-based teaching capabilities,while their impact weakened post-training.Conclusion:The training program based on SECI theory effectively enhances clinical nursing educators’digital teaching capabilities.Its structured,spiral-up knowledge transformation process helps bridge competency gaps among teachers from diverse backgrounds,facilitates the mutual conversion and deep integration of tacit and explicit knowledge,and provides a practical new model for developing digital teaching competencies in clinical nursing education.展开更多
Benefit evaluation of debris flow prevention and control projects was one of the essential contents of debris flow prevention and mitigation work.In order to scientifically and quantitatively evaluate the comprehensiv...Benefit evaluation of debris flow prevention and control projects was one of the essential contents of debris flow prevention and mitigation work.In order to scientifically and quantitatively evaluate the comprehensive benefit of debris flow prevention and control projects,this study identified nine factors as evaluation indicators from economic,social,and ecological aspects.The projection pursuit(PP) model based on the improved particle swarm optimization(IPSO) algorithm was used to construct a mathematical model to evaluate the benefit of debris flow prevention and control projects.The interpolation method was applied to divide the benefit grades.The debris flow prevention and control projects in Qipan,Taoguan,Chutou,Anjia,and Mozi gullies in Wenchuan County were chosen as typical cases for empirical analysis.The case study revealed that,among the criteria layer indicators,investment per unit of the protected area,investment per unit of the protected population,the amount of water and soil conservation,and reduction rate of accumulation fan had the most significant weights.The social and ecological benefits were found to be the more important in the target layer.The comprehensive benefit of Qipan,Taoguan,Chutou,Anjia,and Mozi gullies was found to be 4.44,4.83,1.95,3,and 2,respectively.The benefit ranking of the five gullies was consistent with their effectiveness in disaster prevention ranking in the flood season of 2019.Therefore,it could prove that the newly-built benefit evaluation model was practical and feasible,and the evaluation results of the sample could be reasonably interpreted,which verified the effectiveness of the methods.展开更多

It found these coastal regions can be divided into three levels. Guangdong Province belongs to the first level because its marine sci-tech innovation ability is relatively high. On this basis,it analyzed changes in marine sci-tech innovation ability of 11 coastal provinces with the aid of DEA's Malmquist productivity index model. Results indicate that the overall marine sci-tech innovation ability of 11 coastal provinces is rising,but there is significant difference between provinces and the influence of regional economic development level is not considerable.Technical progress is main driver for promoting marine sci-tech innovation ability of Guangdong Province and major factor influencing ranking of total factor productivity.展开更多

By using expert investigation and AHP method,12 indicators from four aspects( population,economy,infrastructure and disaster prevention and mitigation capacity) are selected to assess social vulnerability to natural disasters on a county scale in Henan Province. The results show that the population vulnerability and economic vulnerability to natural disasters in the eastern region is generally higher than in the western region,while the areas with high infrastructure vulnerability are mainly located in the northwest; the disaster prevention and mitigation capacity in northwest is higher than in east and south,and this capacity of various districts is obviously higher than that of counties; in terms of the spatial pattern,social vulnerability to natural disasters is roughly higher in a belt from northeast to southwest,and lower on both sides of the belt. The results can provide scientific basis for disaster risk management and disaster prevention and mitigation planning in Henan Province.展开更多

Based on the statistical data of four national agricultural science and technology parks built in Jiangxi Province, this paper constructs an evaluation system consisting of three first-level indicators, eight second-level indicators and 24 three-level indicators. Based on the combined weighting method, the comprehensive scores of the innovation capabilities of the parks are obtained. It is found that the gap in innovation capability of each park is wide, and the radiation-driven function has not yet appeared. It is necessary to promote the improvement of innovation capabilities by promoting the synergy and innovation of agricultural science and technology in the park, encouraging the park to construct agricultural technology business incubators, and building and improving innovation platforms.展开更多

For the existence of： （1） multiple correlations among the factors in the model; （2） the variables need to be explained, but that are hard to observe; （3） the customer satisfaction degree of observation variables appears the shape of skewness or two or three peaks, the correlations between the satisfaction index and its factors cannot be described by common multiple regression. This paper uses a partial least squares （PLS） method based on principal components and typical correlative analysis to solve the problem. When PLS is used in the model of the customer satisfaction index of the wellhead blowout preventers, the latent variables and the explanation degree coefficient of the manifest variable to the corresponding latent variables are estimated by PLS path analysis, and the influencing coefficient among the latent variables in the model is estimated by PLS regression analysis. PLS is also be used to calculate and analyze the model and disclose the correlations among the structural variables as well as the correlation between structural variables and its corresponding observation variables, evaluating results of which provide useful information for petroleum industry to improve the product quality and to the enhancement of the customer satisfaction to the product.展开更多

Methods: The hospital i...Objective: To evaluate the role of prevention and control strategies for nosocomial infection in a tertiary teaching hospital during the sudden outbreak of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). Methods: The hospital initiated an emergency plan involving multi-departmental defense and control. It adopted a series of nosocomial infection prevention and control measures, including strengthening pre-examination and triage, optimizing the consultation process, improving the hospital’s architectural composition, implementing graded risk management, enhancing personal protection, and implementing staff training and supervision. Descriptive research was used to evaluate the short-term effects of these in-hospital prevention and control strategies. The analysis compared changes in related evaluation indicators between January 24, 2020 and February 12, 2020 (Chinese Lunar New Year’s Eve 2020 to lunar January 19) and the corresponding lunar period of the previous year. Results: Compared to the same period last year, the outpatient fever rate increased by 1.85-fold (P P Conclusion: The nosocomial infection prevention and control strategies implemented during this specific period improved the detection and control abilities for the COVID-19 source of infection and enhanced the compliance with measures. This likely contributed significantly to avoiding the occurrence of nosocomial infection.展开更多

文摘BACKGROUND Patients in neurology intensive care units(ICU)are prone to pressure injuries(PU)due to factors such as severe illness,long-term bed rest,and physiological dysfunction.PU not only causes pain and complications to patients,but also increases medical burden,prolongs hospitalization time,and affects the recovery process.AIM To evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of pressure injury prevention nursing measures in neurology ICU patients.METHODS A retrospective study was conducted,and 60 patients who were admitted to the ICU of the Department of Neurology were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to the order of admission,with 30 people in each group.The observation group implemented pressure injury prevention and nursing measures,while the control group adopted routine care.RESULTS Comparison between observation and control groups following pressure injury prevention nursing intervention revealed significantly lower incidence rates in the observation group compared to the control group at 48 h(8.3%vs 26.7%),7 d(16.7%vs 43.3%),and 14 d(20.0%vs 50.0%).This suggests a substantial reduction in pressure injury incidence in the observation group,with the gap widening over time.Additionally,patients in the observation group exhibited quicker recovery,with a shorter average time to get out of bed(48 h vs 72 h)and a shorter average length of stay(12 d vs 15 d)compared to the control group.Furthermore,post-intervention,patients in the observation group reported significantly improved quality of life scores,including higher scores in body satisfaction,feeling and function,and comfort(both psychological and physiological),indicating enhanced overall well-being and comfort following the implementation of pressure injury prevention nursing measures.CONCLUSION Implementing pressure injury preventive care measures for neurology ICU patients will have better results.
文摘Acute abdomen refers to a sudden onset of severe abdominal pain that may require urgent surgical intervention, while biliary system diseases encompass disorders affecting the gallbladder, bile ducts, and associated structures. Acute abdomen during pregnancy represents one of the most challenging critical conditions in obstetrics, with its morbidity and mortality rates consistently ranking among the leading causes of maternal death. In recent years, with population aging and an increasing proportion of advanced-age pregnancies, the incidence of pregnancy-associated acute abdomen has shown an upward trend. This study systematically analyzes the primary etiologies, clinical characteristics, and therapeutic strategies of acute abdomen during pregnancy while exploring the effectiveness of preventive measures. Research indicates that pregnancy-specific anatomical and physiological changes, environmental factors, and genetic background play crucial roles in disease occurrence. The establishment of a comprehensive prevention system, including pre-pregnancy assessment, gestational monitoring, and emergency response planning, can significantly reduce incidence rates. Multi-center clinical data analysis demonstrates that early identification of risk factors, standardized prenatal examinations, and establishment of rapid diagnosis and treatment channels are key to improving successful treatment rates. This study provides new insights and methodologies for reducing the incidence and mortality rates of pregnancy-associated acute abdomen, holding significant implications for improving maternal and fetal outcomes.

文摘Objective:To investigate the application effect of the SECI theoretical model-based training program in enhancing clinical nursing teachers‘information-based teaching capabilities.Methods:A self-control study design was adopted,with 124 clinical nursing teachers from a tertiary hospital participating in the SECI training program from January 2024 to June 2025.The program was implemented through four stages:“Establishing Teacher Community(Socialization)”,“Case Teaching(Extravagant)”,“Integration of Discipline and Research(Fusion)”,and“Routine Application of Teaching(Implicit)”.Self-designed questionnaires were used to assess teachers’information-based teaching capabilities before and after training,covering four dimensions:awareness and attitude towards information-based teaching,foundational skills,teaching practice,and professional practice.Data analysis was performed using SPSS 26.0.Results:Post-training,the total score of clinical nursing teachers’information-based teaching capabilities increased from(53.47±15.56)to(78.92±12.34),showing statistically significant differences(t=15.732,P<0.001).Scores in all dimensions also showed significant improvements(P<0.05).Multivariate linear regression analysis revealed that educational background(β=0.198,P=0.026)and professional title(β=0.184,P=0.040)were primary influencing factors for pre-training information-based teaching capabilities,while their impact weakened post-training.Conclusion:The training program based on SECI theory effectively enhances clinical nursing educators’digital teaching capabilities.Its structured,spiral-up knowledge transformation process helps bridge competency gaps among teachers from diverse backgrounds,facilitates the mutual conversion and deep integration of tacit and explicit knowledge,and provides a practical new model for developing digital teaching competencies in clinical nursing education.

文摘Benefit evaluation of debris flow prevention and control projects was one of the essential contents of debris flow prevention and mitigation work.In order to scientifically and quantitatively evaluate the comprehensive benefit of debris flow prevention and control projects,this study identified nine factors as evaluation indicators from economic,social,and ecological aspects.The projection pursuit(PP) model based on the improved particle swarm optimization(IPSO) algorithm was used to construct a mathematical model to evaluate the benefit of debris flow prevention and control projects.The interpolation method was applied to divide the benefit grades.The debris flow prevention and control projects in Qipan,Taoguan,Chutou,Anjia,and Mozi gullies in Wenchuan County were chosen as typical cases for empirical analysis.The case study revealed that,among the criteria layer indicators,investment per unit of the protected area,investment per unit of the protected population,the amount of water and soil conservation,and reduction rate of accumulation fan had the most significant weights.The social and ecological benefits were found to be the more important in the target layer.The comprehensive benefit of Qipan,Taoguan,Chutou,Anjia,and Mozi gullies was found to be 4.44,4.83,1.95,3,and 2,respectively.The benefit ranking of the five gullies was consistent with their effectiveness in disaster prevention ranking in the flood season of 2019.Therefore,it could prove that the newly-built benefit evaluation model was practical and feasible,and the evaluation results of the sample could be reasonably interpreted,which verified the effectiveness of the methods.

文摘Through building an indicator system for evaluating the marine sci-tech innovation ability of China's coastal provinces,this paper made a comparative analysis on marine sci-tech innovation ability of 11 coastal provinces in 2011-2013 by the principal components analysis( PCA) method. It found these coastal regions can be divided into three levels. Guangdong Province belongs to the first level because its marine sci-tech innovation ability is relatively high. On this basis,it analyzed changes in marine sci-tech innovation ability of 11 coastal provinces with the aid of DEA's Malmquist productivity index model. Results indicate that the overall marine sci-tech innovation ability of 11 coastal provinces is rising,but there is significant difference between provinces and the influence of regional economic development level is not considerable.Technical progress is main driver for promoting marine sci-tech innovation ability of Guangdong Province and major factor influencing ranking of total factor productivity.

文摘Social vulnerability evaluation is of important significance to analyzing risks of natural disasters to human society and economy. By using expert investigation and AHP method,12 indicators from four aspects( population,economy,infrastructure and disaster prevention and mitigation capacity) are selected to assess social vulnerability to natural disasters on a county scale in Henan Province. The results show that the population vulnerability and economic vulnerability to natural disasters in the eastern region is generally higher than in the western region,while the areas with high infrastructure vulnerability are mainly located in the northwest; the disaster prevention and mitigation capacity in northwest is higher than in east and south,and this capacity of various districts is obviously higher than that of counties; in terms of the spatial pattern,social vulnerability to natural disasters is roughly higher in a belt from northeast to southwest,and lower on both sides of the belt. The results can provide scientific basis for disaster risk management and disaster prevention and mitigation planning in Henan Province.
文摘Innovative ability is an important indicator for judging the effectiveness of the national agricultural science and technology park construction. Based on the statistical data of four national agricultural science and technology parks built in Jiangxi Province, this paper constructs an evaluation system consisting of three first-level indicators, eight second-level indicators and 24 three-level indicators. Based on the combined weighting method, the comprehensive scores of the innovation capabilities of the parks are obtained. It is found that the gap in innovation capability of each park is wide, and the radiation-driven function has not yet appeared. It is necessary to promote the improvement of innovation capabilities by promoting the synergy and innovation of agricultural science and technology in the park, encouraging the park to construct agricultural technology business incubators, and building and improving innovation platforms.

Taking Central Plains Economic Zone as re- search object, by documents retrieval, field survey, mechanism analysis and logical reasoning, evaluation index system for emergency ability of ag- ricultural environmental pollution incident was established, which included 5 first grade indexes, 19 second grade indexes and 53 third grade inde- xes. By mechanism analysis and mathematical derivation, evaluation model for emergency ability of agricultural environmental pollution incident： I =m∑i=1∑j=1Pij, On this basis, four prefecture-level cities （A, B, C and D） of Central Plains Economic Zone were evaluated by using the index system and the evaluated model. The research could provide important theoretical reference for emergency ability construction of agricultural environmental pol- lution incident in Central Plains Economic Zone.

Teachers’ specialization is the core of education, and is the starting point and end-result of education reform. 文摘In order to improve the English teachers＇ education ability evaluation accuracy, promote the upgrading of the level of English teacher education, the evaluation model of English teacher education ability is proposed in MOOC environment. Data fusion model of English teacher education ability evaluation index is obtained based on big data analysis method, data clustering analysis of English teaching evaluation indicators is carried out, Characteristic data of English Teaching are extracted, and combining fuzzy C means algorithm to analyze the characteristics of English teachers＇ educational ability in MOOC environment, adaptive mining evaluation of English teachers＇ educational ability is realized. Then we develop and design the evaluation system of English teacher education ability under the MOOC environment. The empirical data analysis is taken, and results show that it has good accuracy by using this method for evaluation of English teacher＇s ability, it improves the comprehensive evaluation level of English teachers.

文摘This paper establishes an evaluation model of the customer satisfaction index for the wellhead blowout preventers of China＇s petroleum industry based on evaluation models of the customer satisfaction index at home and aboard, and by considering the consuming situation in China and the features of the China＇s petroleum industry. For the existence of： （1） multiple correlations among the factors in the model; （2） the variables need to be explained, but that are hard to observe; （3） the customer satisfaction degree of observation variables appears the shape of skewness or two or three peaks, the correlations between the satisfaction index and its factors cannot be described by common multiple regression. This paper uses a partial least squares （PLS） method based on principal components and typical correlative analysis to solve the problem. When PLS is used in the model of the customer satisfaction index of the wellhead blowout preventers, the latent variables and the explanation degree coefficient of the manifest variable to the corresponding latent variables are estimated by PLS path analysis, and the influencing coefficient among the latent variables in the model is estimated by PLS regression analysis. PLS is also be used to calculate and analyze the model and disclose the correlations among the structural variables as well as the correlation between structural variables and its corresponding observation variables, evaluating results of which provide useful information for petroleum industry to improve the product quality and to the enhancement of the customer satisfaction to the product.
文摘Objective: To evaluate the role of prevention and control strategies for nosocomial infection in a tertiary teaching hospital during the sudden outbreak of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). Methods: The hospital initiated an emergency plan involving multi-departmental defense and control. It adopted a series of nosocomial infection prevention and control measures, including strengthening pre-examination and triage, optimizing the consultation process, improving the hospital’s architectural composition, implementing graded risk management, enhancing personal protection, and implementing staff training and supervision. Descriptive research was used to evaluate the short-term effects of these in-hospital prevention and control strategies. The analysis compared changes in related evaluation indicators between January 24, 2020 and February 12, 2020 (Chinese Lunar New Year’s Eve 2020 to lunar January 19) and the corresponding lunar period of the previous year. Results: Compared to the same period last year, the outpatient fever rate increased by 1.85-fold (P P Conclusion: The nosocomial infection prevention and control strategies implemented during this specific period improved the detection and control abilities for the COVID-19 source of infection and enhanced the compliance with measures. This likely contributed significantly to avoiding the occurrence of nosocomial infection.
