Index Evaluation and Application of Green Innovation Ability in the Pearl River Delta Science and Technology Park

This paper takes the green innovation in 15 science and technology parks in the Pearl River Delta region as a sample,uses the AHP-Fuzzy evaluation method to construct an index evaluation model with 5 first-level indicators and 9 secondlevel indicators,and analyzes the essential connotation and key influencing factors of green innovation ability in science and technology park.The research found that among the first-level indicators,“industrial innovation”,“incubator innovation”and“policy innovation”ranked among the top three key factors.Among the second-level indicators,the three factors of“enterprise incubator innovation”,“government policies and fiscal and financial policies”and“the development of new industries and emerging industries”have a significant impact on the innovation capabilities of science and technology parks.Accordingly,some suggested measures are put forward to provide theoretical and practical guidance for improving their green innovation ability.The main innovation of this paper is to construct an evaluation model of science and technology park suitable for the green innovation ability of science and technology park according to the social and economic development of the Pearl River Delta city belt and to test its effectiveness.In view of the technology,complexity,ambiguity and pluralism of the evaluation index construction of green innovation ability in science and technology parks in practice,the index evaluation model and application strategy in this paper hope to provide a theoretical reference for the park operators to improve their benefits and promote the development of regional industrial clusters. 展开更多

Cities ability reducing earthquake disasters is a complex system involving numerous factors, moreover the re-search on evaluating cities ability reducing earthquake disasters relates to multi-subject, such as earthquake sci-ence, social science, economical science and so on. In this paper, firstly, the conception of cities ability reducing earthquake disasters is presented, and the ability could be evaluated with three basic elements the possible seis-mic casualty and economic loss during the future earthquakes that are likely to occur in the city and its surround-ings and time required for recovery after earthquake; based upon these three basic elements, a framework, which consists of six main components, for evaluating citys ability reducing earthquake disasters is proposed; then the statistical relations between the index system and the ratio of seismic casualty, the ratio of economic loss and re-covery time are gained utilizing the cities prediction results of earthquake disasters which were made during the ninth five-year plan; at last, the method defining the comprehensive index of cities ability reducing earthquake disasters is presented. Thus the relatively comprehensive theory frame is set up. The frame can evaluate cities ability reducing earthquake disasters absolutely and quantitatively and consequently instruct the decision-making on reducing cities earthquake disasters loss. 展开更多

The mold-filling ability of alloy mclt in squceze casting process was evaluated by means of the maximum length of Archimedes spiral line. A theoretical evaluating model to predict the maximum filling length was built based on the flowing theory of the incompressible viscous fluid. It was proved by experiments and calculations that the mold-tilling pressure and velocity are prominent influencing factors on the mold-filling ability of alloy melt. The mold-filling ability increases with the increase of the mold-filling pressure and the decrease of the proper mold-filling velocity. Moreover, the pouring temperature relatively has less effect on the mold-filling ability under the experimental conditions. The maximum deviation of theoretical calculating values with experimental results is less than 15%. The model can quantitatively estimate the effect of every factor on the mold-filling ability. 展开更多

Application Effect of SECI Program in Improving Clinical Nurses’Information Teaching Ability

Objective:To investigate the application effect of the SECI theoretical model-based training program in enhancing clinical nursing teachers‘information-based teaching capabilities.Methods:A self-control study design was adopted,with 124 clinical nursing teachers from a tertiary hospital participating in the SECI training program from January 2024 to June 2025.The program was implemented through four stages:“Establishing Teacher Community(Socialization)”,“Case Teaching(Extravagant)”,“Integration of Discipline and Research(Fusion)”,and“Routine Application of Teaching(Implicit)”.Self-designed questionnaires were used to assess teachers’information-based teaching capabilities before and after training,covering four dimensions:awareness and attitude towards information-based teaching,foundational skills,teaching practice,and professional practice.Data analysis was performed using SPSS 26.0.Results:Post-training,the total score of clinical nursing teachers’information-based teaching capabilities increased from(53.47±15.56)to(78.92±12.34),showing statistically significant differences(t=15.732,P<0.001).Scores in all dimensions also showed significant improvements(P<0.05).Multivariate linear regression analysis revealed that educational background(β=0.198,P=0.026)and professional title(β=0.184,P=0.040)were primary influencing factors for pre-training information-based teaching capabilities,while their impact weakened post-training.Conclusion:The training program based on SECI theory effectively enhances clinical nursing educators’digital teaching capabilities.Its structured,spiral-up knowledge transformation process helps bridge competency gaps among teachers from diverse backgrounds,facilitates the mutual conversion and deep integration of tacit and explicit knowledge,and provides a practical new model for developing digital teaching competencies in clinical nursing education. 展开更多

The ability of faults to transport oil and gas is affected by multiple geological factors,and the effects of various factors on oil and gas migration and accumulation are complex.In this study,based on the drilling and three-dimensional seismic data in the No.4 structural zone of the Nanpu Sag and by considering the effects of fault throw,caprock thickness,shale content,fluid pressure,stress normal to the fault plane,and brittleness,we employed fault transport index(FTI)to quantitatively characterize the vertical transport ability of regional faults.Through statistical analysis,fault transport probability(N_p)was used to characterize the relationship between FTI and the vertical hydrocarbon content in the formations,The results show that the faults with FTI less than 0.75 cannot transport oil and gas,while those with FTI greater than 2.5 are able to transport oil and gas.Specifically,when FTI is between 0.75and 2.5,there is a functional relationship between the probability of faults transporting hydrocarbons and FTI.The current oil and water distribution and paleo oil reservoir test results indicate that there are oil layers or paleo oil reservoirs in horizons with large N_(p).Therefore,FTI can be used as an effective coefficient to indicate the vertical migration paths and accumulation spots of hydrocarbons moving along faults,providing an essential reference for further oil and gas exploration and development. 展开更多

Through building an indicator system for evaluating the marine sci-tech innovation ability of China's coastal provinces,this paper made a comparative analysis on marine sci-tech innovation ability of 11 coastal provinces in 2011-2013 by the principal components analysis( PCA) method. It found these coastal regions can be divided into three levels. Guangdong Province belongs to the first level because its marine sci-tech innovation ability is relatively high. On this basis,it analyzed changes in marine sci-tech innovation ability of 11 coastal provinces with the aid of DEA's Malmquist productivity index model. Results indicate that the overall marine sci-tech innovation ability of 11 coastal provinces is rising,but there is significant difference between provinces and the influence of regional economic development level is not considerable.Technical progress is main driver for promoting marine sci-tech innovation ability of Guangdong Province and major factor influencing ranking of total factor productivity. 展开更多

Innovative ability is an important indicator for judging the effectiveness of the national agricultural science and technology park construction. Based on the statistical data of four national agricultural science and technology parks built in Jiangxi Province, this paper constructs an evaluation system consisting of three first-level indicators, eight second-level indicators and 24 three-level indicators. Based on the combined weighting method, the comprehensive scores of the innovation capabilities of the parks are obtained. It is found that the gap in innovation capability of each park is wide, and the radiation-driven function has not yet appeared. It is necessary to promote the improvement of innovation capabilities by promoting the synergy and innovation of agricultural science and technology in the park, encouraging the park to construct agricultural technology business incubators, and building and improving innovation platforms. 展开更多

They are information network cabling-related qualification system and competitions as the ability evaluation system. In this study, an evaluation index s... An effective evaluation system can provide specific and practical suggestions to the deep groundwater management. But such kind of evaluation system has not been proposed in China. In this study, an evaluation index system is specifically developed to evaluate deep groundwater management efficiency. It is composed of three first-level indicators(law enforcement capability, management ability, and management effectiveness) and eleven second-level indicators. The second-level indicators include seven mandatory indicators and four optional indicators. Piecewise linear function is used to normalize the quantitative indicators, and expert scoring method and questionnaire survey method are used to normalize the qualitative indicators. Then a comprehensive indicator weighting evaluation method is used to evaluate the first-level indicators and the target topic. A case study is carried out to evaluate deep groundwater management efficiency in Tianjin City. According to the evaluation score in each period, the management efficiency of every district in Tianjin City gradually improved. The overall evaluation score in the early deep groundwater extraction period is 0.12. After a series of deep groundwater protection efforts, this score reached to 0.61 in 2007, and met the regulation criteria. The evaluation results also showed that the further groundwater management efforts in Tianjin City should be focused on building a dynamic database to collect comprehensive deep well-log data; and on a reasonable design and distribution of the groundwater monitoring network. It demonstrated that the index system is suitable to locate the deficiencies of current groundwater management systems and to guide further improvements. The results show that T M model is fitted to Chinese investment funds best among these three. But none of them can perfectly interpret the new funds’ performance. So, the idea suggested by Jagannathan, Korajczyk (J K) to extend the test was adopted in this paper, and the results show that J K model augmented from the M H can explain the source of excess return of fund Anxin. 展开更多
