Reducing raw materials consumption(RMC)in electric arc furnace(EAF)steelmaking process is beneficial to the reduction in resource and energy consumption.The conventional indicator of evaluating RMC only focuses on EAF inputs and outputs,neglecting the associations between smelting operations and RMC.Traditional methods of reducing RMC rely on manual experience and lack a standard operation guidance.A method based on association rules mining and metallurgical mechanism(ARM-MM)was proposed.ARM-MM proposed an improved evaluation indicator of RMC and the indicator independently showed the associations between smelting operations and RMC.On the basis,1265 heats of real EAF data were used to obtain the operation guidance for RMC reduction.According to the ratio of hot metal(HM)in charge metals,data were divided into all dataset,low HM ratio dataset,medium HM ratio dataset,and high HM ratio dataset.ARM algorithm was used in each dataset to obtain specific operation guidance.The real average RMC under all dataset,medium HM ratio dataset,and high HM ratio dataset was reduced by 279,486,and 252 kg/heat,respectively,when obtained operation guidance was applied. 展开更多

In the process of evaluating,the weights of indicators are firstly determined by AHP and Delphi methods;and the values of indicators are normalized by grey correlative coefficient method.A suit of means were put forward,by which a qualitative and quantitative evaluation indicator system suitable for the situation of China and uncertainties can be established.Both idiographic and operable methods and process were presented.Following the principle of elasticity,hiberarchy and maneuverability,a three-layer evaluation indicator system was established by AHP in Jiuyi ecological residential community,which includes 5 subsystems and 24 indicatiors.The weights of indicators are measured by AHP and expert estimate and their best indicators values up to par were determined by fuzzy mathematics and optimization.The whole evaluation indicator system not only has an active and practical effect on estimating ecological residential community,but also guides ecological residential community planning. 展开更多

Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) play a fundamental role in reducing traffic congestion and increasing safety during daily transportation. These systems can also be useful in improving social welfare leading to general satisfaction. Proper performance evaluation can be efficient in improving the performance of these systems, and providing a scientific assessment index system can assist decision-makers in smart communities to plan for the development of ITS. However, the evaluation of these systems requires identifying appropriate indicators of performance evaluation that are consistent with the views of the beneficiaries of these systems. In this paper, performance evaluation indicators of ITS have been identified, and three indicators entitled “environmental and safety”, “assistance in reducing traffic congestion” and “attractive public transport” are presented to evaluate the performance of these systems. Moreover, the intelligent transport systems of the Tehran-Karaj Freeway in Iran are studied, and inferential statistical methods are employed to test the research hypotheses. It is worth noticing that in this study, a one-sample T-test method is used for hypotheses assessment and the SPSS software was used to analyze the findings. Also, the results demonstrated that the performance of ITS in the Tehran-Karaj Freeway regarding the indicators, such as “Declaration of route blocking information due to maintenance or reconstruction” and “Declaration of path geometry conditions” has not been acceptable. 展开更多

Introduction:To construct a set of evaluation indicators suitable for the public health system in primary and secondary schools in Beijing,this study aimed to provide a basis for objectively assessing the current status of system development and identifying future directions for improvement.Methods:An indicator pool was established based on literature reviews and expert consultation.The indicator system was then refined and finalized through two rounds of the Delphi method,and the weights of the indicators were determined using the analytic hierarchy process.Results:The expert participation rate reached 100%,and the average expert authority coefficient was 0.87.The indicator coordination coefficient W was statistically significant(P<0.001).Ultimately,an evaluation system comprising 5 first-level indicators,15 second-level indicators,and 39 third-level indicators was developed.Conclusion:The indicator system constructed in this study shows good expert consistency and credibility.It can effectively pinpoint key components of system development,providing a scientific foundation for optimizing resource allocation and supporting ongoing improvement. 展开更多

The aim of this study was to establish a scientific evaluation system for fruit radish quality. 8 quality indicators were measured for23 varieties,such as Meinong,Qiaotouqing and Chunbulao. The indicators included root weight,root shape index,water content,crispness,soluble solids,crude fiber,isothiocyanate and vitamin C. These data were analyzed by variation correlation analysis,principal component analysis and system cluster analysis. 23 varieties of fruit radish were analyzed by variation correlation; 8 indicators were compressed into 6 integrated variables using principal component analysis. Finally,the main evaluation indicators of fruit radish were determined by using cluster analysis and correlation analysis. The results indicated that the range of variation coefficient was from 1. 64%-89. 99%. Water content,crispness,soluble solids,crude fiber,isothiocyanate were the important components of fruit radish quality,playing a major role in the quality. These 8indicators were closely related and relatively independent. Water content was significantly and positively correlated with crispness; soluble solids and crude fiber were significantly and negatively related to vitamin C; crispness was significantly and positively correlated with crude fiber and vitamin C. Based on the above results,4 representative indicators were used for evaluating fruit radish quality,that is water content,crispness,soluble solids,crude fiber,which could reflect the most information of fruit radish quality. 展开更多

Objective:The Delphi method was used to propose health effect evaluation indicators to assess foods for special medical purposes(FSMPs).This lays the foundation for the formation of a big data model for human health testing,as well as a big data platform for the health and safety evaluation of special medical foods.Methods:The Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of expert consultation on the constructed FSMP health effect evaluation indicators.Results:Ten major items were identified after two rounds of expert consultation.Among these,there were 10 primary entries,32 secondary entries,50 tertiary entries,and 28 quaternary entries.Conclusion:The complete list of evaluation indicators contains 10 entries,which can comprehensively and systematically monitor adverse reactions to the use of FSMPs.The present findings lay the foundation for a big data platform to evaluate the health and safety of special foods. 展开更多

China’s urbanization has entered a mid-to-late phase,and is characterized by high-density urban engineering projects that form systems coupled to geotechnical environments.These systems exhibit significant vulnerability due to strong spatiotemporal coupling,which hampers sustainable urban development.Traditional approaches to urban engineering design,construction,and maintenance tend to focus on individual projects and lack the ability to comprehensively evaluate system-level sustainability.Thus,with current methods,it is difficult to optimize the renewal and operation of high-density urban engineering systems.In this study,the constituent elements and key features of high-density urban engineering systems are discussed,and urban engineering system sustainability evaluation indicators are comprehensively reviewed.Viewed from perspectives of resilience,low-carbon development,and ecological impact,66 performance indicators describing urban engineering systems are selected.The decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory(DEMATEL)-based analytic network process(DANP)method and the entropy weight method(EWM)are utilized to calculate these indicators’subjective and objective weights,respectively.Furthermore,the coupling relationships between evaluation indicators are explored,aiding the construction of an urban engineering sustainability evaluation index system.Finally,empirical analysis is conducted across six megacities in China(Tianjin,Hangzhou,Shanghai,Wuhan,Chongqing,and Shenzhen)to validate the effectiveness of the evaluation indicators.The findings reveal significant imbalances in the sustainability of urban engineering systems in China.Accordingly,potential strategies and indicators for targeted enhancement of these systems are discussed. 展开更多

In order to lessen adverse influences of excessive evaluative indicators of the initial set in multi-sensory evaluation,a2-tuple and rough set based reduction model is built to simplify the initial set of evaluative indicators. In the model,a great variety of descriptive forms of the multi-sensory evaluation are also taken into consideration. As a result,the method proves effective in reducing redundant indexes and minimizing index overlaps without compromising the integrity of the evaluation system. By applying the model in a multi-sensory evaluation involving community public information service facilities,the research shows that the results are satisfactory when using genetic algorithm optimized BP neural network as a calculation tool. It shows that using the reduced and simplified set of indicators has a better predication performance than the initial set,and 2-tuple and rough set based model offers an efficient way to reduce indicator redundancy and improves prediction capability of the evaluation model. 展开更多

The importance of MERISE for structuring and analyzing data is underlined, as it enables the measurement of the adequacy between training and the needs of the labor market. The innovation of the study lies in the adaptation of the MERISE model to the local context, the development of innovative indicators, and the integration of a participatory approach including all relevant stakeholders. Contextual adaptation and local innovation: The study suggests adapting MERISE to the specific context of the Republic of Congo, considering the local particularities of the labor market. Development of innovative indicators and new measurement tools: It proposes creating indicators to assess skills matching and employer satisfaction, which are crucial for evaluating the effectiveness of vocational training. Participatory approach and inclusion of stakeholders: The study emphasizes actively involving training centers, employers, and recruitment agencies in the evaluation process. This participatory approach ensures that the perspectives of all stakeholders are considered, leading to more relevant and practical outcomes. Objective:This research aims to develop a more scientific and reasonable performance evaluation indicator system for the implementation of an essential drug system in community health service institutions.Methods:The Delphi method was used to establish an indicator system based on three rounds of expert consultations,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to determine the weights of the indicators.Results:The participation in the three rounds of consultations were 100%(10/10),90%(18/20),and 85%(17/20),which showed that the experts had real enthusiasm for participating in this research.The authority coefficients of the first-,second-,and third-level indicators were 0.75,0.76,and 0.76,respectively,which showed that the consultation results were dependable.The concordance coefficients of the second and third rounds were 0.489 and 0.487,respectively(P<0.001),indicating that the expert opinions were highly consistent.The performance evaluation indicator system consisted of three first-level indicators(supporting,implementation,and effect indicators),nine second-level indicators,and 21 third-level indicators.Conclusion:In this new performance evaluation indicator system,the selected experts were representative,the consultation results were dependable,the constructed evaluation indicator system was reasonable,and the setting of weights was scientific. 展开更多

Each step plays a different role in performance evaluation indicator system and has its own impact on the realization of performance evaluation objectives respectively.
