First, the translational motion model is used because of the fact that complex motion can be decomposed as a sum of translational components. Then in this application, the edge gray horizontal and vertical projections are used as the block matching feature for the motion vectors estimation. The proposed algorithm reduces the motion estimation computations by calculating the onedimensional vectors rather than the two-dimensional ones. Once the global motion is robustly estimated, relatively stationary background can be almost completely eliminated through the inter-frame difference method. To achieve an accurate object extraction result, the higher-order statistics (HOS) algorithm is used to discriminate backgrounds and moving objects. A novel method for joint estimation of Doppler fre- quency, two-dimensional (2D) direction of departure and 2D direc- tion of arrival based on the propagator method (PM) for arbitrary arrays is discussed. A special matrix is constructed to eliminate the influence of spatial colored noise. The four-dimensional (4D) angle and Doppler frequency are extracted from the matrix and the three- dimensional (3D) coordinates of the targets are then calculated on the basis of these angles. The proposed algorithm provides a lower computational complexity and has a parameter estimation very close to that of the ESPRIT algorithm and the DOA-matrix al- gorithm in the high signal to noise ratio and the Cramer-Rao bound (CRB) is given. Furthermore, multi-dimensional parameters can be automatically paired by this algorithm to avoid performance degra- dation resulting from wrong pairing. Finally, future research prospects are outlined, specifically noting that deep learning ensemble is poised to advance ensemble methods for battery SOH estimation. The convergence of advanced machine learning with ensemble learning is anticipated to yield valuable avenues for research. Accelerated research in ensemble learning holds promising prospects for achieving more accurate and reliable battery SOH estimation under real-world conditions.

文摘A compressed sensing (CS) based channel estimation algorithm is proposed in the fast moving environment. A sparse basis expansion channel model in both time and frequency domain is given.Pilots are placed according to a novel random unit pilot matrix (RUPM) to measure the delay- Doppler sparse channel. The sparse channels are recovered by an extension group orthogonal matching pursuit (GOMP) algorithm, enjoying the diversity gain from multi-symbol processing. The relatively nonzero channel coefficients are estimated from a very limited number of pilots at a sampling rate significantly below the Nyquist rate. The simulation results show that the new channel estimator can provide a considerable performance improvement for the fast fading channels. Three significant reductions are achieved in the required number of pilots, memory requirements and computational complexity.

文摘Developing sensorless techniques for estimating battery expansion is essential for effective mechanical state monitoring, improving the accuracy of digital twin simulation and abnormality detection. Therefore, this paper presents a data-driven approach to expansion estimation using electromechanical coupled models with machine learning. The proposed method integrates reduced-order impedance models with data-driven mechanical models, coupling the electrochemical and mechanical states through the state of charge(SOC)and mechanical pressure within a state estimation framework. The coupling relationship was established through experimental insights into pressure-related impedance parameters and the nonlinear mechanical behavior with SOC and pressure. The data-driven model was interpreted by introducing a novel swelling coefficient defined by component stiffnesses to capture the nonlinear mechanical behavior across various mechanical constraints.Sensitivity analysis of the impedance model shows that updating model parameters with pressure can reduce the mean absolute error of simulated voltage by 20 mV and SOC estimation error by 2%.The results demonstrate the model's estimation capabilities, achieving a root mean square error of less than 1 kPa when the maximum expansion force is from 30 kPa to 120 kPa,outperforming calibrated stiffness models and other machine learning techniques. The model's robustness and generalizability are further supported by its effective handling of SOC estimation and pressure measurement errors. This work highlights the importance of the proposed framework in enhancing state estimation and fault diagnosis for lithium-ion batteries.
