However, the slow minority carrie...With the merits of a simple process and a short fabrication period, the capacitor structure provides a convenient way to evaluate memory characteristics of charge trap memory devices. However, the slow minority carrier generation in a capacitor often makes an underestimation of the program/erase speed. In this paper, illumination around a memory capacitor is proposed to enhance the generation of minority carriers so that an accurate measurement of the program/erase speed can be achieved. From the dependence of the inversion capacitance on frequency, a time constant is extracted to quantitatively characterize the formation of the inversion layer. Experimental results show that under a high enough illumination, this time constant is greatly reduced and the measured minority carrier-related program/erase speed is in agreement with the reported value in a transistor structure.展开更多

On the basis of the present situation of calculation of penalty for delay of the bidding section construction period with the critical path method, we studied the effects of contractor-induced delay of the bidding section construction period in detail, including the effects on the construction period of the bidding section itself, the earliest start times of the next bidding section and other subsequent bidding sections, and the construction period of the program, and then constructed a penalty model for delay of the bidding section construction period from the perspective of programs. Using the penalty model, we conducted a practical analysis of penalty for delay of the construction period of the Baoying station program in the South-to-North Water Diversion Project. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of the“expiration manager”mini program in managing the validity of ward items.The program was used to manage frequently and infrequently used consumables...The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of the“expiration manager”mini program in managing the validity of ward items.The program was used to manage frequently and infrequently used consumables by setting up an automatic reminder function.The item failure rate and the time required for nurses to conduct counts over 6 months before and after implementation were compared,as well as evaluated system availability using the System Usability scale(SUS).Results showed that after implementing the mini program,both the item failure rate and non-recognition rate significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the inspection pass rate significantly increased(P<0.05),and the monthly inventory time was reduced(P<0.05).The SUS evaluation yielded a total score of 74.38±11.73,with learnability at 80.21±20.27 and availability at 72.92±11.18,all indicating good user acceptance.In conclusion,the“expiration manager”mini program can effectively improve the efficiency of item expiration management,reduce the risk of expiration,and save inspection time,thereby demonstrating high user acceptance and promising potential for wider adoption.展开更多
Crowd management and analysis(CMA)systems have gained a lot of interest in the vulgarization of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)use.Crowd tracking using UAVs is among the most important services provided by a CMA.In thi...Crowd management and analysis(CMA)systems have gained a lot of interest in the vulgarization of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)use.Crowd tracking using UAVs is among the most important services provided by a CMA.In this paper,we studied the periodic crowd-tracking(PCT)problem.It consists in usingUAVs to follow-up crowds,during the life-cycle of an open crowded area(OCA).Two criteria were considered for this purpose.The first is related to the CMA initial investment,while the second is to guarantee the quality of service(QoS).The existing works focus on very specified assumptions that are highly committed to CMAs applications context.This study outlined a new binary linear programming(BLP)model to optimally solve the PCT motivated by a real-world application study taking into consideration the high level of abstraction.To closely approach different real-world contexts,we carefully defined and investigated a set of parameters related to the OCA characteristics,behaviors,and theCMAinitial infrastructure investment(e.g.,UAVs,charging stations(CSs)).In order to periodically update theUAVs/crowds andUAVs/CSs assignments,the proposed BLP was integrated into a linear algorithm called PCTs solver.Our main objective was to study the PCT problem fromboth theoretical and numerical viewpoints.To prove the PCTs solver effectiveness,we generated a diversified set of PCTs instances with different scenarios for simulation purposes.The empirical results analysis enabled us to validate the BLPmodel and the PCTs solver,and to point out a set of new challenges for future research directions.展开更多

The algorithm and program have been developed for an interactive, rapid and convenient processing of the data obtained from sedimentation experiments in stationary column of aqueous suspensions of solids particles and allow obtaining with accuracy of precise and expressive graphs which characterize the behaviour of aqueous suspensions to sedimentation in stationary column. Sedimentation study of different aqueous suspensions of solids particles in stationary column is of great importance for experimentally determining the important parameters required to design and exploitation clarifiers and sludge thickeners from waste water treatment plants.展开更多

Methods: patients from February 2020 to February 2021 were taken as observation objects and divided into the first group (using the concept of rapid rehabilitation nursing) and the second group (using basic nursing intervention). Results: in the comparison of intraoperative pain score and hospitalization time between the first group and the second group, the first group was 3.81±1.10 (minutes) and 4.65±1.08 (days) respectively, and the second group was 5.22±1.21 (minutes) and 6.42±1.17 (days) respectively (t = 4.158, P = 0.000). There was a difference between the two groups. Conclusion: the application of ERAS in perioperative care of cataract is effective and worthy of clinical recommendation.展开更多
