Through establishing various types of economic entities and endowing them with abilities to react and make decision, the whole system will evolve to new conditions in response to policy change. Compared with different scenarios, it can be concluded that when raising taxation ratio, sectoral scale will shrink to some extent. But supported by government expenditure, certain sectors could be kept in comparatively larger production scale.展开更多

Stability result of the equilibrium about relevant ODE problem is proved by discussing its Jacobian matrix, we give two priori estimates and prove that the model is permanent when ε1 +ε2≠ 0. Moreover sufficient conditions for the global asymptotical stability of the unique positive equilibrium of the model are obtained. Nonexistence of nonconstant positive steady states of the model is also given. When ε1 +ε2 = 0, grow up property is derived if the geometric mean of the interaction coefficients is greater than I (a1a2 〉 1), while if the geometric mean of the interaction coefficients is less than I (a1a2 〈 1), there exists a global solution. Finally, numerical simulations are given.展开更多

Equation of state methods generally do a good job of determining vapor phase properties, but for solid phase it is much more difficult and inaccurate. This proposed new model calculates vapor solid equilibrium constant and vapor and solid phase composition as a function of temperature and partial pressure. The results of this proposed numerical approach, for vapor solid equilibrium, have a good agreement with the available reported data. This new numerical model also has an advantage to tune coefficients, to cover different sets of experimental data accurately.展开更多

The order parameter, the susceptibility and the stationary probability distribution have been calculated. By applying the Lee-Yang zeros method of equilibrium phase transitions, we study the distributions of the effective partition function zeros and obtain the same result for the model. Thus, the Lee-Yang theory can be applied to a more general non-equilibrium system.展开更多

The problem has many impacts on social, economical and development aspects of urban areas. Hence the solution to this problem is not straight forward. It requires a lot of effort, expertise, time and cost that sometime are not available. Most of the existing transportation planning software, specially the most advanced ones, requires personnel with lots practical transportation planning experience and with high level of education and training. In this paper we propose a comprehensive framework for an Intelligent Decision Support System (IDSS) for Traffic Congestion Management System that utilizes a state of the art transportation network equilibrium modeling and providing an easy to use GIS-based interaction environment. The developed IDSS reduces the dependability on the expertise and level of education of the transportation planners, transportation engineers, or any transportation decision makers.展开更多
