Cambodia serves as a prime example of a developing country where the local community necessitates sustained stakeholder support to foster empowerment and promote local economic development. Ecotourism and conservation are among the major issues of concern in the study of community development. This study used the main five eco-tourism areas in Cambodia as examples. It looks at the connections between eco-innovations in tourism products, community engagement, co-creation experiences, support for CBET, perceived impact likelihood outcomes, community economic benefits, environmentally responsible behavior in ecotourism sites, and biodiversity conservation. The study employed a quantitative research approach to investigate and parameterize the dynamic ecotourism components as well as to explore key factors that influence the CBET. We collected the data using a self-administered survey on 398 local eco-based tourism communities that sell services and products to tourists. We also asked for structured questionnaire items of local communities that provide tourism services to visitors in eco-tourism destination sites in 2022-2023. The SEM results showed that this study significantly impacted and confirmed all relationships among research variables, as proposed in the conceptual model. We also discuss in detail the research findings of this study.展开更多

This paper focused on tourists' environmental responsible behaviors in the context of all-for-one tourism. On the basis of clarifying the connotation, dimension and driving factors of tourists' environmental responsible behaviors, this paper firstly analyzed the relationship between all-for-one tourism and tourists' environmental responsible behaviors, and proposed that the development of all-for-one tourism was an important path to optimize and upgrade China's tourism industry and a new concept of sustainable development of tourism industry. The emergence of all-for-one tourism has formed a new tourism trend, which will drive tourists to behave more civilly. Tourists' environmental responsible behaviors are a "subject and share" concept, and from tourists' point of view, all-for-one tourism development is the most basic requirement. Secondly, based on the theory of "value-belief-norm", this paper focused on the strengthening mechanism of "interaction effect" between all-for-one tourism and tourists' environmental responsible behaviors, and put forward the idea of "double internalization strengthening" to guide tourists' environmental responsible behaviors from being passive to active, from individuals to groups. Finally, this paper discussed the promotion of environmental responsible behaviors of tourist's specific strategies from two aspects, "external drive" and "internal drive" to enhance the level of all-for-one tourism construction and strengthen the environment responsibility of tourists. "External drives" were as follows:(1) to make a scientific development plan to implement the "host and vip sharing" mechanism;(2) to optimize the landscape, the environment, services, enhance the local attachment of visitors;(3) to improve the infrastructure system, pay attention to the details of visitors' experience;(4) to strengthen environment education and publicity, deepening the quality of tourists' civilization construction, and strengthen the environmental responsible behaviors of tourists. "Internal drives" were as follows:(1) to strengthen the sense of environmental responsibility of tourists;(2) to establish a model of environmental responsible behaviors;(3) to strengthen the supervision of environmental responsible behaviors.展开更多

From the perspective of economic benefit and industrial linkage, this paper discusses the issue of inter-industry allocation of environmental responsibilities. Based on input-output model and three responsibility principles (producer responsibility, consumer responsibility and shared responsibility), this paper develops seven industrial environmental responsibility indicators and conducts an empirical analysis on the S02 emission responsibilities at China's industry level. Results indicate that all these indicators can avoid the double calculation of environmental responsibilities and results using different indicators have significant differences. Some industries such as power, heat production and supply may have little difference of the relative ranking of environmental responsibility under different indicators, but the magnitude of specific assumed responsibilities may have significant changes. Environmental responsibilities of some other industries (such as construction) may seem not important under certain indicators but can be among the most significant under some other indicators. More importantly, despite close connections between these indicators, they reflect different mechanisms of environmental responsibility allocation and have totally different policy significance.展开更多

We also discussed the responses of fishes to the quick changes in Arctic climate. The results showed that a total of 41 species in 14 families were recorded in these waters. The dominant species were Hippoglossoides robustus, Boreogadus saida, Myoxocephalus scorpius, Lumpenus fabricii, and Artediellus scaber. There were 35 coldwater species, accounting for 85.37%, and six cold temperate species, occupying 14.63%. The habitat types of fish could be grouped as follows: 35 species of demersal fishes, five benthopelagic fishes, and one pelagic fish. The Shannon-Wiener diversity index (H') (range between 0 and 2.18, 1.21 on average) was not high, and descended from south to north. Climate change has caused some fishes to shift along their latitudinal and longitudinal distribution around the Arctic and Subarctic areas, and this could lead to the decline of Arctic fishery resources.展开更多

文摘The overall promotion of all-for-one tourism requires tourists' civilized behaviors. "Internal drives" were as follows:(1) to strengthen the sense of environmental responsibility of tourists;(2) to establish a model of environmental responsible behaviors;(3) to strengthen the supervision of environmental responsible behaviors.

文摘The significance of human resource management in enterprise management is steadily growing, especially as businesses today are expected to shoulder their share of social responsibility.Among these responsibilities, corporate environmental responsibility assumes a pivotal role. This paper aims to investigate the interplay between human resource management practices and corporate environmental responsibility. The study employs various factors of human resource management practices as independent variables, using the current environmental status quo and environmental innovation capacity as intermediary variables, and adopts multiple regression analysis to scrutinize the influencing factors of corporate environmental responsibility. The findings underscore that when the working environment is favorable, enterprise human resource management practices can effectively enhance corporate environmental responsibility.Furthermore, when supported by environmentally responsible behavior, these human resources practices exhibit a positive influence on a company’s environmental responsibility.Consequently, this study provides practical recommendations for enhancing corporate environmental responsibility.
文摘Rational inter-industry allocation of environmental responsibilities has great significance to instituting effective policies on industrial environment and transforming the pattern of economic development. More importantly, despite close connections between these indicators, they reflect different mechanisms of environmental responsibility allocation and have totally different policy significance.
文摘Under the development of industrialization, environmental pollution and ecological damage has gradually become the main factors affecting social stability, including sudden environmental events to affect peoples life and health and property safety, which requires the relevant departments to strengthen the attention of the current ecological environment problems and analysis, strengthen environmental emergency management. And the scientific use of various environmental monitoring technologies and methods strengthen the effect of environmental emergency management and improve the environmental emergency management mechanism, so as to effectively play the role of environmental monitoring, to lay a foundation for the later ecological and environmental protection work. In this regard, this paper mainly discusses the application of environmental monitoring in ecological emergency response, and firstly expounds the status quo and content of environmental monitoring work, and thus puts forward several application countermeasures.
文摘This study evaluates the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process(FAHP)as a multi-criteria decision(MCD)support tool for selecting appropriate additive manufacturing(AM)techniques that align with cleaner production and environmental sustainability. The FAHP model was validated using an example of the production of aircraft components(specifically fuselage)employing AM technologies such as Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing(WAAM),laser powder bed fusion(L-PBF),Binder Jetting(BJ),Selective Laser Sintering(SLS),and Laser Metal Deposition(LMD).The selection criteria prioritized eco-friendly manufacturing considerations, including the quality and properties of the final product(e.g.,surface finish, high strength, and corrosion resistance),service and functional requirements, weight reduction for improved energy efficiency(lightweight structures),and environmental responsibility.Sustainability metrics, such as cost-effectiveness,material efficiency, waste minimization, and environmental impact, are central to the evaluation process.A computer-aided modeling approach was also used to simulate the performance of aluminum(AA7075 T6),steel(304),and titanium alloy(Ti6Al4V)for fuselage development. The results demonstrate that MCD approaches such as FAHP can effectively guide the selection of AM technologies that meet functional and technical requirements while minimizing environmental degradation footprints.Furthermore, the aluminumalloy outperformed the other materials investigated in the simulation with the lowest stress concentration and least deformation. This study contributes to advancing cleaner production practices by providing a decision-making framework for sustainable and eco-friendly manufacturing, enabling manufacturers to adopt AM technologies that promote environmental responsibility and sustainable development, while maintaining product quality and performance.

文摘Since the implementation of the reform and opening-up policy,China has undergone a period of rapid development. However, this urban expansion has been accompanied by significant ecological challenges. Therefore, understanding the relationship between urban expansion and ecological sustainability is crucial for future urban planning. This study analyzes land use data to investigate the spatiotemporal dynamics of urban agglomeration expansion from 2000 to 2020.Using MODIS satellite data, this study constructs a Remote Sensing Ecological Index(RSEI)model to assess ecological quality changes over the past two decades.Additionally,an improved coupling coordination model is applied to examine the interaction between urban expansion and ecological quality and to evaluate the spatiotemporal trends of their coordination. The results indicate that:①From 2000 to 2020,urban expansion in the Henan section of the Yellow River Basin followed a pattern of“growth-growthdecline”.Pattern recognition analysis indicated that both urban agglomerations and individual cities primarily expanded through edge extension and infill development, while enclave-style expansion occurred in only a small portion of the region.②Between 2000 and 2020,the ecological quality of urban agglomerations in the Henan section of the Yellow River Basin showed a slight improvement.RSEI values ranged from 0.4 to 0.7,indicating moderate ecological quality.Ecological quality exhibited a spatial pattern of being higher in the southwest and lower in the northeast.Significant declines in ecological quality were primarily concentrated in urban built-up areas, forming a patch-like distribution.Conversely, notable improvements in ecological quality occurred mainly in the mountainous regions of the southwest and north.③Between 2000 and 2020,the coupling coordination level of urban agglomerations showed an increasing trend.Coupling coordination values ranged from 0.248 to 0.734.Most cities were near an imbalance between urban expansion and ecological quality, while Zhengzhou was the only city to consistently maintain coordinated development over two decades.Spatially, highly imbalanced areas were mainly concentrated in the western and southern Henan sections, particularly in Sanmenxia and Luoyang.Conversely, areas with high coupling coordination were centered around Zhengzhou, showing a radial expansion pattern in recent years.

文摘The biased allocation of emission reduction target constraints quantifies emission reduction responsibilities and reflects differences in pollutant reductions both across and within cities. This approach represents a systematic innovation aims to enhance China’s green competitiveness and facilitate its economic transformation through localized and precise policymaking.Using panel data from 275 Chinese cities spanning 2000-2022,this study applies the difference-in-differences method to estimate the impact of biased allocation of emission reduction target constraints on urban green competitiveness. The findings indicate that such constraints-whether based on chemical oxygen demand or sulfur dioxide targets-significantly improve urban green competitiveness, with both pollutant-specific constraints producing comparable effects.Furthermore, these constraints exhibit significant spatial spillover effects within a 200-km geographical radius.Heterogeneity analysis reveals stronger policy impacts in resource-based cities, eastern regions, and cities designated as key areas for pollution prevention and control.Mechanism analysis demonstrates that the constraints enhance green competitiveness primarily by fostering green technological innovation and optimizing industrial structures. These conclusions provide a practical foundation for addressing China’s enduring conflict between environmental protection and economic development.

文摘Based on trawl surveys in the Bering Sea and Chukchi Sea during the 2010 Chinese National Arctic Research Expedition, fish biodiversity characteristics, such as fish composition, dominant species, biodiversity, and faunal characteristics were conducted. Climate change has caused some fishes to shift along their latitudinal and longitudinal distribution around the Arctic and Subarctic areas, and this could lead to the decline of Arctic fishery resources.
