The muhilayer evaluation index system for the international engineering project risk assessment is proposed and constructed, which consists of 8 I-grade indexes and 24 II-grade indexes as policy risk, market risk, resource risk, and technical scheme risk, schedule risk, funding risk, personnel risk and management risk. And then the self-evaluation and benchmarking evaluation methods are applied to evaluate the international engineering project risk, and established the corresponding mathematical models. This paper proposes an innovative supervision method that can provide project supervisors with realtime supervision of engineering projects and contractor activity. To obtain real-time and comprehensive state of project, we use grid management to divide the project supervision grid in three levels: stage, objective, and milestone. Then, a detailed supervision mechanism is designed to help supervisors measure the project situation in real time. This mechanism checks that if the project objectives(such as schedule, cost, quality, and safety) in every supervision grid cell are under the healthy limits, any project deviation can be identified as soon as possible.A schedule objective is selected as an example to illustrate the method used to calculate the healthy limit. 展开更多

A Mathematical Model Based on Supply Chain Optimization for International Petrochemical Engineering Projects

Based on the study of supply chain(SC) and SC optimization in engineering projects, a mixed integer nonlinear programming(MINLP) optimization model is developed to minimize the total SC cost for international petrochemical engineering projects. A steam cracking project is selected and analyzed, from which typical SC characteristics in international engineering projects in the area of petrochemical industry are summarized. The MINLP model is therefore developed and applied to projects with detailed data. The optimization results are analyzed and compared by the MINLP model, indicating that they are appropriate to SC management practice in engineering projects, and are consistent with the optimal priceeffective strategy in procurement. As a result, the model could provide useful guidance to SC optimization of international engineering projects in petrochemical industry, and improve SC management by selecting more reliable and qualified partner enterprises in SC for the project. 展开更多

First, problems and characteristics of knowledge sharing in multi-projects of chemical engineering design are analyzed. Then based on theories of project management, process management, and knowledge management, a process-oriented knowledge-sharing platform is proposed. The platform has three characteristics: knowledge is divided into professional knowledge and project management knowledge; knowledge sharing is integrated with the project process, which makes knowledge sharing a necessary part of the project process and ensures the quantity of knowledge shared; the platform provides quantitative measurements of incentive mechanisms for knowledge providers and users which ensures the quality of knowledge shared. The deepening of China's reform and opening-up process and the continuous improvement of modern information technology have further developed and improved the theory of engineering procurement management. In the specific management process, some novel and advanced management modes are sought and innovated to make them more in line with the procurement management requirements of engineering materials and provide convenience for the smooth development of engineering projects. The application of procurement management model based on supply chain management has created a good foundation for the procurement management innovation of the whole project and provided a corresponding reference for the engineering procurement management of modern oil enterprises. This paper studies this issue, firstly understanding the main characteristics of material procurement of oil engineering projects, analyzing the existing problems, and discussing the specific material procurement management innovation model based on supply chain management. 展开更多

In this paper, the theoretical basis, principles and methods of cost control in the construction stage are discussed, including: the concept of cost control is fuzzy, there are misunderstandings in understanding;the waste of labor, materials and machinery is serious;the construction scheme is not rigorous and the construction technology is backward;the construction site management is not in place;the importance of construction site visa and design change is ignored.
