In the construction of construction engineering, the construction of pile foundation has certain difficulties, and the pile foundation is the most basic part of construction engineering. We must ensure the construction quality of pile foundation and the overall construction quality of the whole construction engineering.

BIM technology is widely used in the process of construction management, which effectively provides managers with efficient management techniques and improves the quality of management. In order to further optimize the management and control the construction work through more reasonable methods, the construction enterprises need to deeply study the integration method of BIM technology and management, design high-quality management methods, give full play to BIM technology and improve the quality of construction management. Based on this, this paper studies the application of BIM technology in construction management, hoping to promote the long-term development of the construction industry.

At present, the research and innovation of building materials and building technology is causing increasing uncertainty to architecture. It is necessary to solve the existing problems through construction management and strengthen the supervision of all aspects. The content of the building is quite complex, the construction cycle is long, the technology, materials and equipment used have different characteristics, the staff must be truly integrated into the construction site, technical inspection and quality acceptance. Although the importance of the construction site management is obvious, due to personnel and other factors, the site management can not be effectively operated during the actual construction. Relevant personnel can carry on the thorough study and discussion to it in the ground construction site.
