Objective:This study aimed to explore the clinical effect of acupuncture therapy for menstruation regu-lation and pregnancy promotion on thin endometrium in the real world.Design:This study is a single-center pragmatic randomized controlled trial blinded to the statisticians.Using the“blockrand”software package,based on the age(≥35,<35),37 patients were randomized into an intervention group(19 cases)and a control group(18 cases).After reassignment regarding patient preference,21 patients were included in the intervention group and 16 in the control group.Setting:The trial was executed in the Specialty Outpatient Clinic,Acupuncture-Moxibustion Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,from March 1,2019,to September 30,2020.Participants:The study included 37 patients with thin endometrium and without previous acupuncture treatment.Intervention:The intervention group was administered acupuncture for menstruation regulation and pregnancy promotion and a small-dose of progynova(2 mg daily),while the control group was adminis-tered a large-dose of progynova(4 mg daily).Interventions started from Day 5 of menstruation until the end of ovulation under B-ultrasound monitoring.The intervention lasted for three menstrual cycles.Measurements:Primary outcomes were changes in endometrial thickness between baseline and after intervention completion and the difference between the two groups after intervention.The secondary outcomes were endometrial and subendometrial blood flow,serum estradiol levels,menstrual conditions,and adverse reactions.Results:(1)Comparison of each indicator before and after intervention completion in the two groups:in the intervention group,the differences were significant in endometrial thickness,menstrual score,estra-diol(E2)level in ovulatory period,the pulsatility index(PI)and resistance index(RI)of uterine artery,the ratio of peak systolic velocity to end-diastolic velocity(S/D),the endometrial vascular index(VI),flow index(FI),and vascular flow index(VFI)and volume(P<0.01).In the control group,significant changes were observed in endometrial thickness,menstrual score,and E2 before and after the interven-tion(P<0.05),and no differences were observed in uterine artery PI,RI,S/D and endometrial VI,FI,VFI,and volume(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the intervention group showed significant differences in endometrial thickness,menstrual score,E2,uterine artery PI,RI,S/D,and endometrial VI,FI,VFI,and volume after intervention(P<0.01).No adverse reactions were reported in the intervention group.In contrast,the control group had two cases of nausea and gastrointestinal discomfort after med-ication,eight cases of breast distention during medication,and one case of breast nodules enlarged by 1 cm after trial completion. 展开更多

三维超声EMI参数联合移植日雌孕激素对子宫腺肌病患者IVF-ET妊娠结局的预测价值

目的 探讨三维能量多普勒超声(3D-PDUS)子宫内膜-肌层交界区(EMI)参数联合胚胎移植日雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)对子宫腺肌病(AD)不孕患者体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)是否成功妊娠的预测效能。方法 前瞻性选取郑州市妇幼保健院于2023年1月至202... 目的 探讨三维能量多普勒超声(3D-PDUS)子宫内膜-肌层交界区(EMI)参数联合胚胎移植日雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)对子宫腺肌病(AD)不孕患者体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)是否成功妊娠的预测效能。方法 前瞻性选取郑州市妇幼保健院于2023年1月至2025年5月进行IVF-ET的92例AD不孕患者,根据是否成功妊娠分为妊娠组61例与未妊娠组31例,收集两组患者的临床资料和胚胎移植日E2、P水平,采用3D-PDUS检测EMI参数[血管化指数(VI)、EMI平均厚度、血流指数(FI)、EMI形态、血管化血流指数(VFI)],通过构建多因素Logistic回归模型,筛选影响AD不孕患者IVF-ET妊娠结局的因素,并利用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线对筛选出的因素进行预测价值评估。结果 妊娠组EMI平均厚度[(1.61±0.16) mm vs(1.44±0.20) mm]、EMI-VI[(2.86±0.43) vs(2.46±0.16)]、EMI形态正常比例(63.93%vs 32.26%)、EMI-FI[(22.98±2.18) vs(21.23±1.91)]、胚胎移植日E2水平[(188.15±3.25) pmol/L vs(185.40±3.16) pmol/L]、EMI-VFI[(0.71±0.12) vs(0.54±0.20)]均明显高于未妊娠组,P[(2.43±0.23) ng/mL vs(2.61±0.21) ng/mL]明显低于未妊娠组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic多因素回归分析显示,EMI-VI、EMI-FI、EMI-VFI、E2均是AD不孕患者IVF-ET未妊娠的保护因素,P为危险因素(P<0.05)。EMI-VI、EMI-FI、EMI-VFI、E2、P单独及联合预测AD不孕患者IVF-ET妊娠结局的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.823、0.759、0.793、0.718、0.725、0.932,联合预测高于单独预测(P<0.05)。结论 EMI参数联合胚胎移植日E2、P可有效预测AD不孕患者IVF-ET妊娠结局,具有一定的临床价值。 展开更多

补肾活血汤联合宫腔灌注人粒细胞刺激因子治疗薄型子宫内膜临床观察

目的:观察补肾活血汤联合宫腔灌注人粒细胞刺激因子治疗薄型子宫内膜的临床疗效。方法:将60例薄型子宫内膜患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组给予宫腔灌注人粒细胞刺激因子注射液治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基... 目的:观察补肾活血汤联合宫腔灌注人粒细胞刺激因子治疗薄型子宫内膜的临床疗效。方法:将60例薄型子宫内膜患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组给予宫腔灌注人粒细胞刺激因子注射液治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上联合补肾活血汤。比较两组患者的临床疗效、妊娠情况及治疗前后中医证候积分、子宫内膜厚度、激素水平、子宫动脉血流动力学指标的变化情况。结果:两组患者治疗后月经量少、性欲减退、头晕耳鸣、腰膝酸软、月经质稀等中医证候积分低于本组治疗前,且治疗后治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组有效率为92.31%,高于对照组的80.77%(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后子宫内膜厚度、雌激素和孕酮水平高于本组治疗前,且治疗后治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后子宫动脉血流阻力指数和搏动指数低于本组治疗前,且治疗后治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组妊娠成功率和妊娠平稳率均高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:补肾活血汤联合宫腔灌注人粒细胞刺激因子治疗薄型子宫内膜,能有效改善患者的临床症状,增加子宫内膜厚度,其作用机制可能与调节激素水平和改善子宫动脉血流灌注有关。 展开更多

组织修复是一个由复杂的分子信号传导和不同类型细胞间的动态相互作用驱动的高度协调的过程。巨噬细胞和成纤维细胞通过紧密的协作在组织修复的各个阶段发挥着不可或缺的作用,是推动组织修复的关键要素。Nod样受体热蛋白结构域蛋白3(NLR... 组织修复是一个由复杂的分子信号传导和不同类型细胞间的动态相互作用驱动的高度协调的过程。巨噬细胞和成纤维细胞通过紧密的协作在组织修复的各个阶段发挥着不可或缺的作用,是推动组织修复的关键要素。Nod样受体热蛋白结构域蛋白3(NLRP3)参与炎症和组织修复的调节。然而,NLRP3在成纤维细胞和巨噬细胞互作中的确切作用尚未得到充分阐释。为探究NLRP3在奶牛子宫内膜肌成纤维细胞和M2型巨噬细胞相互作用中具体调控作用机制。体外培养奶牛肌成纤维细胞及M2型巨噬细胞,检测肌成纤维细胞培养上清液(MFbCM)处理的M2型巨噬细胞IL-10的分泌量及精氨酸酶(Arginase)的表达情况;检测M2型巨噬细胞培养上清液(M2 CM)处理的肌成纤维细胞血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、成纤维细胞生长因子(FGF-2)及基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)的表达情况。同时,使用NLRP3抑制剂MCC950进一步探讨NLRP3在两种细胞间相互作用过程中发挥的作用。结果表明,在M2型巨噬细胞中,MFbCM能够显著上调M2型巨噬细胞NLRP3和Arginase的表达以及IL-10的分泌量(P<0.01)。NLRP3抑制剂MCC950能够部分抑制MFbCM的诱导效应(P<0.01)。在肌成纤维细胞中,M2 CM能够显著上调子宫内膜肌成纤维细胞NLRP3,VEGF,FGF-2以及MMP-9的表达(P<0.05)。同样,MCC950能够部分抑制M2 CM的诱导效应(P<0.01)。综上,NLRP3是促进肌成纤维细胞和巨噬细胞相互作用过程中的关键调节因子,即肌成纤维细胞可通过NLRP3调控M2型巨噬细胞功能标志物IL-10分泌及Arginase的表达,M2型巨噬细胞可通过NLRP3调控肌成纤维细胞功能标志物VEGF、FGF-2和MMP-9的表达。该研究可为理解奶牛子宫内膜功能及子宫相关疾病防治提供理论依据,为改善奶牛繁殖力管理和解决繁殖障碍提供见解。 展开更多

背景:研究发现人脐血富血小板血浆与人脐血间充质干细胞对薄型子宫内膜有一定治疗效果,但目前针对人脐血单个核细胞对薄型子宫内膜的研究尚未报道,且目前尚缺乏三者比较的相关研究。目的:探讨人脐血富血小板血浆、单个核细胞及间充质干... 背景:研究发现人脐血富血小板血浆与人脐血间充质干细胞对薄型子宫内膜有一定治疗效果,但目前针对人脐血单个核细胞对薄型子宫内膜的研究尚未报道,且目前尚缺乏三者比较的相关研究。目的:探讨人脐血富血小板血浆、单个核细胞及间充质干细胞修复大鼠薄型子宫内膜的效果与机制。方法:60只雌性SPF级SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、人脐血富血小板血浆组、人脐血单个核细胞组和人脐血间充质干细胞组,每组12只。假手术组宫角注射0.5 mL生理盐水,5 min后再灌注0.5 mL PBS;模型组、人脐血富血小板血浆组、人脐血单个核细胞组和人脐血间充质干细胞组宫角注射0.5 mL体积分数95%乙醇,5 min后吸出剩余乙醇,经生理盐水冲洗2次后再分别灌注0.5 mL PBS、人脐血富血小板血浆、人脐血单个核细胞悬液(1×10^(7)个)和人脐血间充质干细胞悬液(1×10^(7)个),于再灌注后第3个正常动情周期的动情间期收集脏器组织与血清,检测相关指标。结果与结论:①子宫组织大体观、苏木精-伊红染色和Masson染色结果:假手术组结构完整,内膜厚度适中,血管结构清晰。与假手术组相比,模型组子宫萎缩,结构不完整,内膜厚度、腺体数量明显减少,血管结构紊乱,纤维化增加;与模型组相比,经人脐血衍生物治疗后,子宫大小、结构、内膜厚度均有所恢复(均P<0.01),并且纤维化均减轻,其中以人脐血单个核细胞组恢复最为明显。在腺体数量增加方面,以人脐血富血小板血浆组效果最为显著(P<0.0001)。②子宫组织免疫组化与免疫荧光结果显示,与假手术组相比,模型组细胞增殖相关指标角蛋白9、波形蛋白,内膜容受性相关指标白血病抑制因子、整合素αγβ3,血小板内皮细胞黏附分子、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子、血管内皮生长因子表达均降低(均P<0.05)。与模型组相比,经人脐血衍生物治疗后以上指标均有显著性升高,人脐血衍生物各组比较:角蛋白9、血管内皮生长因子蛋白:人脐血单个核细胞组>人脐血间充质干细胞组>人脐血富血小板血浆组;波形蛋白、白血病抑制因子蛋白:人脐血间充质干细胞组>人脐血单个核细胞组>人脐血富血小板血浆组;整合素αγβ3蛋白:人脐血富血小板血浆组>人脐血间充质干细胞组>人脐血单个核细胞组;血小板内皮细胞黏附分子蛋白:人脐血富血小板血浆组>人脐血单个核细胞组>人脐血间充质干细胞组;碱性成纤维细胞生长因子蛋白:人脐血单个核细胞组>人脐血富血小板血浆组>人脐血间充质干细胞组。③Western blot检测显示,与假手术组相比,模型组白细胞介素6、白细胞介素1β和肿瘤坏死因子α蛋白表达水平显著升高(均P<0.001),经人脐血衍生物治疗后上述指标均降低(均P<0.05)。④ELISA检测显示,与假手术组相比,模型组抗缪勒氏管激素、雌二醇、孕酮水平降低,促卵泡生成素、促黄体生成素水平增加(除促黄体生成素外,均P<0.05)。经人脐血衍生物治疗后,性激素和抗缪勒氏管激素水平有一定程度恢复。⑤生育力实验显示,与假手术组相比,模型组受孕时间有所增加,产仔数明显降低(均P<0.05)。经人脐血衍生物治疗后,3组产仔数均有所增加(P<0.05),组间比较尚未发现明显差异。此研究初步表明人脐血单个核细胞对薄型子宫内膜有一定治疗效果,且人脐血富血小板血浆、人脐血单个核细胞和人脐血间充质干细胞分别在改善薄型子宫内膜再生功能、内膜容受性、血管生成、炎症调控及妊娠结局方面具有不同的优势与差异。 展开更多

细胞外囊泡介导细胞间通讯在女性卵泡发育、植入前胚胎发育及植入中的作用

背景:细胞外囊泡及其携带的蛋白质、核酸和脂质等生物分子介导细胞之间的信号传导,影响靶细胞的功能。细胞外囊泡介导的这种细胞间通讯机制参与对女性生殖发育过程的调控。目的:总结和分析细胞外囊泡介导的细胞间通讯在女性生殖发育中... 背景:细胞外囊泡及其携带的蛋白质、核酸和脂质等生物分子介导细胞之间的信号传导,影响靶细胞的功能。细胞外囊泡介导的这种细胞间通讯机制参与对女性生殖发育过程的调控。目的:总结和分析细胞外囊泡介导的细胞间通讯在女性生殖发育中的调控作用。方法:以“extracellular vesicles,exosomes,reproduction,maternal-embryo communication,maternal-fetal crosstalk,embryo implantation,endometrium,oviduct,follicle”为检索词检索PubMed数据库,通过阅读文献标题和摘要进行初筛,再根据纳入和排除标准排除了与研究目的相关性差、内容陈旧、重复的文献,最终纳入了69篇相关文献进行归纳分析。结果与结论:在女性生殖发育的关键过程中,从卵泡发生到着床都有细胞外囊泡的参与。(1)细胞外囊泡介导卵泡内的细胞间通讯,涉及卵母细胞与卵泡体细胞之间的相互作用,从而在卵泡发育和成熟中发挥重要作用;(2)细胞外囊泡及其内容物可以介导胚胎与输卵管之间的相互作用,影响胚胎的发育路径;(3)细胞外囊泡及其内容物通过介导胚胎与子宫内膜间的双向通讯促进着床,子宫来源细胞外囊泡调节胚胎黏附、侵袭和蜕膜化等过程,胚胎来源细胞外囊泡调节子宫内膜容受性、传递胚胎信号、调节子宫内膜微环境等。研究细胞外囊泡在女性生殖发育中的作用,能够为理解不孕症的机制及开发新的治疗策略提供重要理论依据。 展开更多

目的:观察脐针疗法、中药调周法联合盆底仿生物电刺激治疗肾虚肝郁型薄型子宫内膜不孕症的临床疗效。方法:纳入2023年1月-2024年11月嘉兴市中医医院治疗的120例肾虚肝郁型薄型子宫内膜不孕症患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各6... 目的:观察脐针疗法、中药调周法联合盆底仿生物电刺激治疗肾虚肝郁型薄型子宫内膜不孕症的临床疗效。方法:纳入2023年1月-2024年11月嘉兴市中医医院治疗的120例肾虚肝郁型薄型子宫内膜不孕症患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组予雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片治疗,观察组予脐针疗法、中药调周法联合盆底仿生物电刺激治疗,2组均治疗3个月经周期。治疗前后评估中医证候评分,检测血清生殖激素[雌激素(E_(2))、孕酮(P)、促卵泡刺激素(FSH)]含量、子宫内膜厚度和子宫动脉血流参数[搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)]。比较2组的临床疗效。治疗结束后随访6个月,统计2组的妊娠成功率。结果:治疗3个月经周期后,观察组总有效率(91.67%,55/60)高于对照组(73.33%,44/60)(P<0.05)。2组中医证候积分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05);观察组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组血清E2、P水平均较治疗前升高,FSH水平均较治疗前下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血清E2、P水平均高于对照组,FSH水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组子宫内膜厚度值均较治疗前增加(P<0.05);观察组子宫内膜厚度值大于对照组(P<0.05)。2组子宫动脉PI、RI值均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);观察组子宫动脉PI、RI值均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组妊娠成功率(61.67%,37/60)高于对照组(31.67%,19/60)(P<0.05)。结论:应用脐针疗法、中药调周法与盆底仿生物电刺激相结合的综合疗法治疗肾虚肝郁型薄型子宫内膜不孕症,可通过调节激素分泌水平,促进子宫血液循环的机制,有效缓解肾虚肝郁证相关证候,增加子宫内膜厚度,提高妊娠率。 展开更多

目的:探究彩色多普勒超声检查对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕患者子宫内膜状态和卵巢储备功能的评估价值。方法:回顾性选取2021年2月至2024年12月于郑州颐和医院就诊的PCOS不孕患者96例为观察组,同期选取健康女性72例为对照组。两组均接受... 目的:探究彩色多普勒超声检查对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕患者子宫内膜状态和卵巢储备功能的评估价值。方法:回顾性选取2021年2月至2024年12月于郑州颐和医院就诊的PCOS不孕患者96例为观察组,同期选取健康女性72例为对照组。两组均接受阴道超声检查,观察子宫内膜厚度和容积,测量子宫内膜下阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)和收缩期峰值血流速度(PSV)值,采用Spearman分析相关性。根据卵巢储备功能情况将观察组患者分为正常组和异常组,比较两组RI、PI和PSV水平,并采用受试者工作曲线(ROC)分析评估价值。结果:观察组子宫内膜厚度和PSV小于对照组,子宫内膜容积、PI和RI大于对照组(P<0.05)。PI、RI与子宫内膜厚度呈负相关性,与容积呈正相关性;PSV与子宫内膜厚度呈正相关性,与容积呈负相关性(P<0.05)。本研究卵巢功能正常组PI和RI小于异常组,PSV、子宫内膜厚度和容积大于异常组(P<0.05)。RI、PI、PSV、子宫内膜厚度和容积对卵巢储备功能有一定的评估价值,且联合评估的整体效能更好。结论:超声检查能够评估子宫内膜厚度和容积,RI、PI和PSV水平与子宫内膜状态有紧密相关性,超声检查指标对卵巢储备功能有较高的评估价值。 展开更多

目的探究补肾活血通络法联合富血小板血浆(PRP)宫腔灌注对薄型子宫内膜(TE)患者子宫内膜厚度(EMT)、冻融胚胎移植(FET)结局的影响。方法选取2022年9月至2023年12月于湖北省荆门市中医医院治疗的98例TE患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组... 目的探究补肾活血通络法联合富血小板血浆(PRP)宫腔灌注对薄型子宫内膜(TE)患者子宫内膜厚度(EMT)、冻融胚胎移植(FET)结局的影响。方法选取2022年9月至2023年12月于湖北省荆门市中医医院治疗的98例TE患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组49例。对照组采用常规治疗+PRP疗法,观察组在对照组基础上联合补肾活血通络法治疗,均治疗两个月。比较两组治疗后FET结局及治疗前后EMT、中医证候积分、血清血管生成相关因子[血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、血小板源性生长因子(PDGF)、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)]、子宫内膜血流动力学[子宫内膜血流搏动指数(PI)及子宫内膜血流阻力指数(RI)]。结果观察组患者的临床妊娠率为46.94%,显著高于对照组的24.49%(P<0.05);观察组患者的胚胎种植率为59.18%,显著高于对照组的30.61%(P<0.05);观察组患者的持续妊娠率为38.78%,显著高于对照组的20.41%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者腰膝酸软、经行腹痛、性欲减退积分及PI、RI水平均降低(P<0.05),且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组EMT及血清VEGF、TGF-β、PDGF水平均升高(P<0.05),且观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾活血通络法联合PRP宫腔灌注治疗TE患者具有较好的临床效果,可显著改善患者FET结局及其中医证候,增加患者EMT,促进生长因子分泌,有助于患者子宫恢复,并可改善子宫内膜血液灌注,促进胚胎着床。 展开更多

Background: Recent studies have revealed that noncoding RNAs play important regulatory roles in the formation of endometrial receptivity.Circular RNAs(circRNAs) are a universally expressed noncoding RNA species that have been recently proposed to act as miRNA sponges that directly regulate expression of target genes or parental genes.Results: We used Illumina Solexa technology to analyze the expression profiles of circRNAs in the endometrium from three goats at gestational day 5(pre-receptive endometrium,PE) and three goats at gestational day 15(receptive endometrium,RE).Overall,21,813 circRNAs were identified,of which 5,925 circRNAs were specific to the RE and 9,078 were specific to the PE,which suggested high stage-specificity.Further analysis found 334 differentially expressed circRNAs in the RE compared with PE(P < 0.05).The analysis of the circRNA-miRNA interaction network further supported the idea that circRNAs act as miRNA sponges to regulate gene expression.Moreover,some circRNAs were regulated by estrogen(E2)/progesterone(P4) in endometrial epithelium cell lines(EECs) and endometrial stromal cell line(ESCs),and each circRNA molecule exhibited unique regulation characteristics with respect to E2 and P4.Conclusions: These data provide an endometrium circRNA expression atlas corresponding to the biology of the goat receptive endometrium during embryo implantation. 展开更多

In order To evaluate whether the parameters of spiral artery blood flow, as measured by transvaginal color Doppler, may be used to assess endometrium receptivity prior to embryo transfer (ET), a retrospective study of 94 infertile women who had undergone ART treatments with different outcomes (pregnant or nonpregnant) was done. Subendometrial blood flow was evaluated. The resistance index (RI), systolic/diastolic ratio (S/D) and pulsatility index (PI) were significantly lower in those who achieved pregnancy as compared with those who did not: 0.62±0.04 vs 0.68±0.04 (P<0.001), 2.66±0.33 vs 3.19±0.39 (P<0.01) and 1.15±0.17 vs 1.34±0.22 (P<0.05), respectively. Furthermore, when RI>0.72, PI>1.6, and S/D>3.6, no pregnancy occurred. These data suggest that the parameters of spiral artery blood flow could be used as a new assay in predicting endometrial receptivity before ET. 展开更多

Erythropoietin-producing hepatocellular receptor and its membrane-bound ligands(Eph-Ephrin)system could regulate some mammalian blastocyst attachment and spreading.In order to investigate the involvement of the Eph-Ephrin system in swine embryo attachment,mRNA expression of Eph-Ephrin molecules in endometrium was examined by real-time RT-PCR during embryo implantation in pigs.The results indicated that mRNA expressions of Eph A5,A7 and Ephrin A5 all continually increased from pregnancy day 13 to 24.Ephrin A3 mRNA expression significantly increased from day 13 to 18 and decreased from day 18 to 24,and the expression was the lowest on pregnancy day l 3 and the highest on day 18.However,Ephrin A4 mRNA expression was the lowest on pregnancy day 18 and the highest on day 24,and the expression decreased from day 13 to 18 and increased from day 18 to 24.Furthermore,mRNA expressions of Eph A5 and A7 were both found in other tissues,such as brain,muscle,intestine,stomach,etc.These findings suggest that the Eph-Ephrin system may play an important role in regulating the contact between blastocysts and endometrium during swine embryo implantation. 展开更多

OBJECTIVE: To explore the effects of Taohong Siwu decoction(桃红四物汤, THSWD) on the extracellular matrix of endometrium in rats following drug-induced abortion.METHODS: Thirty-six pregnant female rats were administered mifepristone and misoprostol to induce abortion, and amounts of uterine bleeding were recorded. Pathological damage and collagen accumulation were detected by hematoxylin-eosin staining and Masson’s trichrome staining in uterus, respectively. Myeloperoxidase was evaluated by immunohistochemistry.The expression levels of fibronectin, laminin, matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP-9), and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase 1(TIMP-1) were quantified using western blotting.RESULTS: THSWD could promote endometrial protection in rats following drug-induced abortion.The contents of cellulose and myeloperoxidase were significantly decreased in uterine tissue of THSWD-treated groups. Moreover, THSWD significantly decreased the expression levels of fibronectin, laminin, and TIMP-1. THSWD also significantly increased MMP-9 expression and the MMP-9/TIMP-1 ratio.CONCLUSION: THSWD plays a critical role in endometrial protection by reducing extracellular matrix deposition and uterine fibrosis. These effects may have been achieved by increasing MMP-9, reducing TIMP-1, and/or altering the ratio of MMP-9/TIMP-1. 展开更多

Objective To investigate the expression of survivin gene among human normal endometrium,atypical hyperplasia of endometrium,and endometrial carcinoma.Methods Tissue samples of human normal endometrium during proliferative phase (NE,n=20),atypical hyperplasia of endometrium (AHE,n=11),and endometrial carcinoma (EC,n=9) were collected.Besides,Paraffin embedded sections of NE (n=20),AHE (n=20),and EC (n=20) were used.The expression of survivin gene was determined by immunohistochemistry and the real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction.Results Survivin immunostaining appeared in the cytoplasm of endometrial epithelial cells.Both survivin staining and mRNA had higher levels in AHE or EC than those in NE (P〈0.01).No difference was found on survivin staining and mRNA between AHE and EC (P〉0.05).Conclusion High expression of survivin gene in human endometrium is associated with the risk of atypical hyperplasia progressing to endometrial carcinoma.The high level of survivin expression is useful as a predictive indicator for endometrial carcinoma. 展开更多

Objective: To explore the effect of warming-needle moxibustion on the endometrial thickness and pregnancy outcome.Methods: Forty infertility women, selected from those who visited the TCM department of Maternity and Child Care Centers in Fujian Province from October 2015 to October 2016, were enrolled in this study.These women had mature follicle and successful ovulation according to B ultrasound monitoring, but their endometrial thickness was thinner than 7 mm. The women were divided into warming-needle moxibustion group(group A. 20 cases) and medication group(group B, 20 cases). In group A, acupuncture,warming-needle moxibustion and electroacupuncture were conducted at different clinical stage. In group B, progynova was given to the patients from the 7 th day of menstruation to the 14 th day after ovulation(2 tablets, bid oral administration in the morning and evening). The treatment lasted for 3 menstrual cycles, and the endometrial thickness changes and pregnancy rate of the patients in the two groups were compared after treatment.Results: The endometrial thickness of patients in the two groups increased after treatment when compared with the thickness before treatment. The average endometrial thickness in group A increased from(5.23 ±1.57) mm before treatment to(8.31 ±2.80) mm after treatment, while the average endometrial thickness in group B increased from(5.27 士 0.99) mm before treatment to(8.32 ±1.97) mm after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(both P〈0.05). The increase of endometrial thickness of the patients in group A after treatment was slightly larger than that in group B, and the difference was not statistically significant(P〉0.05). After treatment for 3 menstrual cycles, the pregnancy rate of infertility women in group A was 25%(5/20) and 15%(3/20) in group B.Conclusion: Warming-needle moxibustion can increase the endometrial thickness to a certain extent,thus improving the endometrial receptivity, enhancing the embryo implantation rate, and improving the pregnancy outcome. 展开更多
