Methods:...Objective: this paper focuses on the research and analysis of the effect of whole-course interventional nursing intervention on acute myocardial infarction patients undergoing emergency PCI via radial artery. Methods: 100 patients with acute myocardial infarction who underwent emergency PCI through radial artery in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups for research. Conventional basic care (reference group) and whole-course interventional care (research group) were used for different groups. After receiving different nursing measures, the recovery time of cardiac function, hospitalization time, adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were observed, and then statistical data packets were used for comparative analysis. Results: after the two groups of patients received nursing, the time of heart function recovery and hospital stay in the research group was shorter than that in the reference group. Meanwhile, the adverse reaction symptoms including arterial occlusion, arrhythmia, and blood stasis/hematoma at puncture site and extubation reaction were counted. the total incidence rate of the research group was 1(2.00%) lower than that of the reference group 14(28.00%). the total satisfaction rate of the research group was 50(100.00%) higher than that of the reference group 37(74.00%). It was obvious that the nursing style of the research group was more satisfactory to the patients. The difference after the treatment by using the statistical method was shown to be significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: for patients with acute myocardial infarction who receive emergency PCI around the radial artery, the whole-course interventional nursing intervention can reduce the probability of adverse symptoms, shorten the time of cardiac function recovery and hospitalization, and promote patients to give a higher evaluation of nursing satisfaction. The effect is significant and has wide application value.展开更多
