Eight-element contents of 653 unpolished rice samples harvested from Xingping experiment farm, Yunnan Province under the same ecological conditions were analyzed by ICP-AES method. The mineral elements content were closely related to low diversity, high-yielding, and multi-resistance breeding; The K, Mg, Ca and Mn content in high-yielding and resistant varieties were high, and other nutrients such as P, Fe, Zn and Cu were low, which was connected with the heredity and physiological mechanism of mineral nutrients. There is zonal distribution of mineral elements content from Yunnan rice, especially for P, Fe, Zn and Cu co-related with the diversity center, paddy versus upland, glutinous and non-glutinous, glume-hair versus nuda, rice color, rice flavor, soft rice versus non-soft rice, but it did not find any association with indica-japonica types. The results supported the ecological variety group view of 5-grade taxonomic system species-subspecies-ecological groups-ecological variety groups - varietal types' . 展开更多

The major elements, trace elements and REEs were analyzed on the samples collected from the sandstone-type uranium deposits in the Ordos Basin to constrain the mechanism of uranium enrichment. The total REE amount ranges from 36.7 to 701.8 μg/g and the REE distribution patterns of the sandstone-type uranium samples are characterized by LREE enrichment and high REE depletion. The results also indicated a high Y abundance and Eu anomalies between 0.77-1.81. High-precision ICP-MS results showed that U abundances are within the range of 0.73-150 μg/g, showing some strong correlation between U enrichment and related elements such as Ti, V, Zr, Mo, and Au. In addition, Th abundance is correlated with ΣREE. 展开更多

Plastic deformation of the material is taken into account when using the method of elastic solutions that reduce the solution of elastoplastic problems to solution of elastic problems. Developed PIV’s significant savings of computer calculation has been compared with the calculation on a fine mesh of traditional FEM. Designed scheme allows analysis of the mutual influence of openings. Analysis of the transformation zone of plastic deformation is developed. Fluid inclusions in quartz from the Lannigou and Yata Carlin\|type gold deposits in southwestern Guizhou were analyzed by inductively coupled plasma\|mass spectrometry for their trace elements (Co, Ni, Cu, Pb, Zn, Pt, etc.). The results show that quartz fluid inclusions entrapped at different ore\|forming stages contain higher Co, Ni, Cu, Pb and Zn. It has been found for the first time that the ore\|forming fluids responsible for the Carlin\|type gold deposits are rich in Pt. From this it can be concluded that basic volcanic rocks seem to be one of the important sources of ore\|forming materials for the Carlin\|type gold deposits. 展开更多

Effect of a High Silver Stress on the Element Transfers from a Smectite-Type Clay Substrate to Plants

Two species of radishes, Raphanus sativus and Raphanus raphanistrum, were grown in the laboratory in the same substrate consisting of a smectite-type clay, which was watered at the beginning of the experience with 50 ml of a solution containing either none or 1000, 2000 or 4000 mg/L of AgNO3, respectively. Occurrence of the toxic metal in the substrate outlines higher element uptakes by the cultivated species Raphanus sativus than by the wild species Raphanus raphanistrum, except for the highest degree of Ag pollution. After a one-month growth in the Ag-polluted substrate, Raphanus sativus was depleted in most of the major, trace and rare-earth elements, except for Al, Fe, Th, Ag and U that increased in the radishes from substrate polluted by 2000 mg/L of AgNO3, and Sr, Co, Ni, U and Ag that increased in the radishes from substrate polluted by 4000 mg/L of AgNO3. Raphanus raphanistrum was enriched in all elements except Si, Na, Rb and K in the polluted substrate. The uptake was monitored by a cation-exchange process in the rhy-zosphere between mineral particles and the watering solution in the presence of various enzymes with specific activities that induced a variable uptake with the REEs being even fractionated. These activities most probably depend on combined factors, such as the plant species, and the chemical and physical properties of the substrate. The results obtained here reveal also that accumulation of nutrient elements and others in the plants is not uniform at a given Ag pollution of the substrate and therefore at a given Ag contamination in the same plant species. 展开更多

The present method is an improvement on the general FEM. It can significantly save mem- ory space and effectively relieve the computing load due to its reconstruction of POD basis functions. Furthermore, the reduced-order finite element (FE) scheme is shown to be un- conditionally stable, and error estimation is derived in detail. Discharge property is an important factor to evaluate electrode materials. The discharge capacity of the hydrogen-storing alloys are not only influenced by its thermodynamic property but also closely related to its dynamic property. When the temperature changes, the degrees of influence of the above-mentioned two factors on the discharge performance vary accordingly. As a consequence, adjusting compositions of the alloys to make them have good discharge performance under a relatively wide range of temperature is of great significance. On the basis of great deal of experimental investigation, the optimum combination of rare earth elements in hydrogen-storing electrode materials using at-30-55℃ is determined and the relationships between the cell parameters and discharge performance of alloys at -30℃ are discussed. Additionally, the DFEC calculation method has been improved to predict the discharge capacities, which is in good agreement with the experimental ones. This is of theoretical significance in investigating new hydrogen-storing alloys of the AB5 type. 展开更多

粮食主产区旱地和水田土壤有效态铁锌硼钼的变化特征及其影响因素

微量元素对农作物生长的影响不容忽视,研究土壤有效态铁锌硼钼的区域变化特征及其影响因素对耕地土壤微量元素管理和合理施肥具有重要意义。基于覆盖全国的耕地质量监测网络观测的1647组土壤微量元素和基本化学性质等相关数据,本研究比... 微量元素对农作物生长的影响不容忽视,研究土壤有效态铁锌硼钼的区域变化特征及其影响因素对耕地土壤微量元素管理和合理施肥具有重要意义。基于覆盖全国的耕地质量监测网络观测的1647组土壤微量元素和基本化学性质等相关数据,本研究比较分析了2016年和2021年全国及不同区域(东北、华北、西北和南方)旱地和水田土壤有效态铁锌硼钼含量的变化特征及其影响因素。结果表明:与旱地相比,全国水田土壤有效铁含量显著增加了3.04倍。旱地和水田土壤有效铁含量存在明显的区域变化特征,其中东北和南方地区旱地有效铁含量显著高于西北和华北地区;全国水田有效锌平均含量比旱地高17%,西北地区旱地有效锌含量最低;全国旱地有效硼平均含量是水田的1.63倍,南方地区旱地和水田有效硼含量无显著差异且显著低于其他区域;全国及各区域旱地和水田土壤有效钼含量差异不显著且不存在明显的区域变化特征。全国及各区域旱地和水田土壤有效铁、锌、硼、钼受土壤pH影响较大。全国旱地和水田有效铁和锌与pH显著负相关,有效硼与pH正相关,旱地有效钼与pH负相关。此外,有效铁、锌、硼、钼与土壤有机质(SOM)、全氮(TN)等显著正相关,且在不同区域这些因素对微量元素的影响程度存在差异。研究表明,全国粮食产区旱地有效态铁、锌平均含量显著低于水田,有效硼高于水田,但有效态钼与水田相比无明显差异,这四种微量元素的区域变化特征主要受土壤pH和有机质影响。粮食产区有效态铁、锌、硼、钼含量存在明显的区域变化特征,因此针对性施用微量元素肥料对提升区域粮食产量具有重要意义。 展开更多

目的:通过数据挖掘,探寻名家治疗不寐病的证型、证素与处方用药规律。方法:统计《中国百年百名中医临床家丛书》中所有医家治疗不寐病的医案处方,运用数据挖掘软件进行证型、证素及用药规律分析。结果:最终纳入32位现代中医名家治疗不... 目的:通过数据挖掘,探寻名家治疗不寐病的证型、证素与处方用药规律。方法:统计《中国百年百名中医临床家丛书》中所有医家治疗不寐病的医案处方,运用数据挖掘软件进行证型、证素及用药规律分析。结果:最终纳入32位现代中医名家治疗不寐病的处方共114首,药物共计197味药,总使用频次1 381次,提取出证型35种,病位证素8项和病性证素14项,统计其高频药物共有37味(频次≥10次),共计使用887次,占所有药物使用频次的64.23%。将高频次药物由高到低排序,分别统计出了其常用三种剂量及药物剂量的使用范围。证型以心肾不交证型最为常见,病位证素以心为主,病性证素以热/火为主。药物类别主要为安神药;药性以平性为重;药味尤重甘味;归经则以心经占比最高。关联规则分析发现关联强度较高的组合有16个,因子分析提取公因子14个,系统聚类分析得出5个聚类,决策树分析筛选出甘草、蒺藜和石决明3味主要中药,复杂网络分析提示核心药物为龙骨、牡蛎、酸枣仁、甘草、半夏、陈皮、茯苓等,且药物间的配伍关联性较强。结论:数据挖掘全面探讨了治疗不寐病的证型、证素与处方用药规律,对临床具有重要的指导意义。 展开更多

随着干式变压器电压等级和容量的不断发展,针对110 kV/50 MVA的大型干式变压器的热冲击试验缺乏系统深入研究。本文作者采用多物理场耦合数值模拟方法,研究了110 kV干式变压器在热冲击试验条件下施加2倍额定电流时的温度及形变特性。基... 随着干式变压器电压等级和容量的不断发展,针对110 kV/50 MVA的大型干式变压器的热冲击试验缺乏系统深入研究。本文作者采用多物理场耦合数值模拟方法,研究了110 kV干式变压器在热冲击试验条件下施加2倍额定电流时的温度及形变特性。基于有限元仿真建立了大型变压器三维几何模型,阐明了通流升温过程的环氧固封层应力应变及温度分布情况。结果表明:在通电升温过程中,低压绕组温升速率显著高于高压绕组,且在树脂中部区域因热传导效率低导致最大温差达6.14℃;热膨胀效应引发树脂层应力集中,下垫块下部与绕组包覆的树脂直接接触面在升温至165℃时,应力峰值达147.68 MPa,成为潜在失效风险区域。 展开更多

This paper investigates the wave-plate interaction of this type of breakwater by use of the boundary element method. The relationships of wave transmitted and reflected among plate thickness, submergence and length are carefully studied by numerical simulation. It is shown that: (1) The transmitted coefficients of submerged horizontal plate or vertical plate will become larger with the increase of plate thickness and reduce rapidly with the decrease of plate submergence. (2) Both surface horizontal and vertical plate are efficient for intermediate and short wave elimination, but vertical plate is more effective. (3) Submerged horizontal plate can act more effectively than submerged vertical plate does. With all wave frequencies, the vertical plate almost has no wave elimination effect. 展开更多

Submerged horizontal plate can be considered as a new concept breakwater. In order to reveal the wave elimination mechanism of this type breakwater, boundary element method is utilized to investigate the velocity field around plate carefully. The flow field analysis shows that the interaction between incident wave and reverse flow caused by submerged plate will lead to the formation of wave elimination area around both sides of the plate. The velocity magnitude of flow field has been reduced and this is the main reason of wave elimination. 展开更多
