Methods: 82 cases of elderly ...Objective: to analyze the main influencing factors and effective nursing measures of adverse psychological reactions in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods: 82 cases of elderly patients with COPD in our hospital were selected to carry out this study from March 2020 to March 2021. The factors of adverse reactions in 82 cases were analyzed, effective nursing measures were formulated, and the application effect of effective nursing measures was evaluated. Results: compared with mental work, happy harmony, junior high school education, public expense and mild COPD patients, physical work, divorce and widowhood, junior high school education, self-financing and severe COPD patients were significantly higher (P < 0.05);SAS score and SDS score of 82 patients after intervention were significantly lower than those before intervention (P < 0.05).Conclusion: to analyze the factors of adverse psychological reactions in elderly patients with COPD and formulate and implement effective nursing measures are conducive to improving the psychological state of patients, which has positive significance.展开更多

Through newly developed information technologies the knowl edge base of market participants improves with a concurrent reduction of the inf ormation obtaining costs. As a result considerable competition advantages develo p for those companies acting in E-commerce networks. These advantages of the la test development lead to macroeconomic effects on national level, if the effecti veness and efficiency increasing possibilities are used more strongly than in ot her countries. Positive international effects arise since the allocation effic iency is increased through intensified competition between different market pa rticipants in various countries. This in turn leads to an increase in wo rldwide prosperity. This causal chain however is not yet realistic to the whole extent, as such an i ncreased transparency of information is not necessarily accepted by all market p articipants. Otherwise a considerable productivity increase would already have o ccurred in industrial countries. Overall the question arises, whether the change s in the competition situation make single enterprises technically more effectiv e, concurrently however deteriorate the efficiency of the entire market through informational asymmetries. To answer these and further questions and to measure the effectiveness and effic iency of various E-commerce networks an interdisciplinary analysis platform is to be developed. With the help of this platform, it should be possible to examin e single and macroeconomic questions, reveal temporal connections and to analyse aspects of business management and national economy, information management, em ployment politics and finance politics. For this, various part-models for the i ndividual knowledge disciplines have to be generated and brought together in the platform. This platform allows various users to make the right decisions (effec tiveness) with the help of the developed models and to competently estimate the effects (efficiency). Currently models of the individual knowledge disciplines (business management, e conomics, computer science) are being developed within the research project EEE. con. This project deals with the question of Supply Chain Management (SCM), E-P rocurement, with the implementation of inter-organisational information systems , as well as various market, competition and organisation models. These geographical locations are areas with high population of livestock in Nigeria. </span></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Animal Trypanosomiasis </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">is considered as </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">an arthropod-borne viral disease which is </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">endemic in about 37 countries of the sub-Saharan Africa and in particular northern Nigeria. </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">This anthropod-borne viral disease </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">remains a threat to both humans and livestock in many communities, and the outbreak of such diseases </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">i</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">s shown to relate to fluctuations in the changing climate</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> mostly experienced whenever there are changes in global precipitation</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> which </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">also relates to changes in sea surface temperatures otherwise known as </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">“</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">El Niňo Southern Oscillations</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">”</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> (ENSO). Monthly </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Satellite imageries in the form of Normalised Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) at 250</span><span style="font-family:""> </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">meters spatial resolution obtained from NASA-MODIS/CMD w</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">ere</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> subjected to principal component analysis utilizing the standardized principal components within a GIS environment and supplemented with Digital Elevation Model (DEM) data in the analysis. Results from the maps showed </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">that </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">pockets of probable habitats of these anthropod vectors responsible for trypanosomiasis mostly located around forest islands characterized by dry woodland and savanna, and in some cases around gallery forests and few lowland and riverine areas. This study provides baseline information for policy makers in Nigeria and other stakeholders as a cost effective measure for mapping potential habitats for anthropod vectors responsible for trypanosomiasis in Northern Nigeria. Further studies are encouraged so as to clearly understand the magnitude and actual locations of the habitat of this vector and find ways of targeting their locations for minimizing or even eradicating these vectors.展开更多

To research techniques for removing the water blocking effect caused by hydraulic applications in coal seams,the use of surfactants is proposed,based on the mechanics of the water blocking effect.Centrifugal experimen...To research techniques for removing the water blocking effect caused by hydraulic applications in coal seams,the use of surfactants is proposed,based on the mechanics of the water blocking effect.Centrifugal experiments were used to validate the effects of using surfactants;the results show that after dealing with vacuum saturation with water,the volume of micropores decreases,which results in a larger average pore size,and the volume of transitional pores,mesopores,macropores and total pores increases.Based on the distribution of pore size,the operation mode of ‘‘water infusion after gas extraction,then continuing gas extraction" is recommended to improve the volume of coal mine gas drainage.When the reflectance of vitrinite in coal samples is less than 1,using the surfactants Fast T,1631,APG,BS can mitigate the damage caused by the water blocking effect.But when the reflectance of vitrinite is larger than 1.4,the damage caused by the water blocking effect can be increased.When the surfactant CMC is used in hydraulic applications,the capillary forces of coal samples are almost negative,which means the capillary force is in the same direction as the gas extraction.The direction of capillary forces benefits the gas flow.So,using CMC can play an active role in removing the water blocking effect.Centrifugal experiments confirm that using CMC can effectively remove the water blocking effect,which has a beneficial effect on improving the gas drainage volume.展开更多

As a case study, Chaidaer-Muli Railway is used to evaluate the measure effect of rubble roadbed engineering in permafrost regions. The AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method is thus employed to establish the evaluation indicator system. The evaluation factor is selected by analyzing the mutual relation between the permafrost environment and roadbed engineering. Thus, a hierarchical structure model is established based on the selected evaluation indices. Each factor is weighted to determine the status in the evaluation system, and grading standards are built for providing a basis for the evaluation. Then, the fuzzy mathematical method is introduced to evaluate the measure effect of rubble roadbed engineering in permafrost regions along the Chadaer-Muli Railway. Results show that most of the permafrost roadbed is in a preferable condition(b) along the Chaidaer-Muli Railway due to rubble engineering measures. This proportion reaches to 86.1%. The proportion in good(a), general(c) and poor states(d) are 0.0%, 7.5% and 6.4%, respectively, in all the evaluation sections along the Chaidaer-Muli Railway. Ground-temperature monitoring results are generally consistent with AHP-FUZZY evaluation results. This means that the AHP-FUZZY method can be applied to evaluate the effect of rubble roadbed engineering measures in permafrost regions. The effect evaluation of engineering measures will provide timely and effective feedback information for further engineering design. The series of engineering measures will more effectively protect permafrost stability.展开更多
An aerodynamic force and moment measurement was conducted in JF12 long-testduration detonation-driven shock tunnel of Institute of Mechanics,Chinese Academy of Sciences.The test duration of JF12 is 100–130 ms.The nom...An aerodynamic force and moment measurement was conducted in JF12 long-testduration detonation-driven shock tunnel of Institute of Mechanics,Chinese Academy of Sciences.The test duration of JF12 is 100–130 ms.The nominal Mach number is 7.0 and the exit diameter of the contoured nozzle is 2.5 m.The total enthalpy is 2.5 MJ/kg which duplicates the hypersonic flight conditions of Mach number 7.0 at 35 km altitude.The test model is the standard aerodynamic force model of 10° half-angle sharp cone.The length of the test model is 1500 mm and the weight is 57 kg.The aerodynamic forces were measured with a six-component strain balance.The angles of attack were set to be à5°,0°,5°,10° and 14°,respectively.The experimental results show that in the 100–130 ms test duration,the signals of strain balance have 3–4 complete vibration cycles.So,the aerodynamic forces and moments can be obtained directly by averaging the signals of balance without acceleration compensation.The force measurement error of repeatability of JF12 is less than 2%.The aerodynamic force coefficients of JF12 are in good agreement with those of conventional hypersonic wind tunnels.For this test model at Mach number 7.0 and total enthalpy of 2.5 MJ/kg,the real-gas effects on aerodynamic force characteristics are not very evident.展开更多

In this paper, first of all, the principles to be followed by the dynamic management and control of construction projects and the main content of its management and control are described, and combined with the current situation of the dynamic management and control of construction project costs, the specific analysis of its existing problems, this paper creatively puts forward the optimization measures of the dynamic management and control of the construction cost in order to contribute to the orderly progress of the contemporary engineering projects in our country.

文摘The revolution of information technology within the p ast twenty years has dramatically changed the picture of our economy. Numerous n ew possibilities of communication have let competition advantages for many compa nies and even advantageous macroeconomic consequences emerge on national and international level. Through newly developed information technologies the knowl edge base of market participants improves with a concurrent reduction of the inf ormation obtaining costs. As a result considerable competition advantages develo p for those companies acting in E-commerce networks. These advantages of the la test development lead to macroeconomic effects on national level, if the effecti veness and efficiency increasing possibilities are used more strongly than in ot her countries. Positive international effects arise since the allocation effic iency is increased through intensified competition between different market pa rticipants in various countries. This in turn leads to an increase in wo rldwide prosperity. This causal chain however is not yet realistic to the whole extent, as such an i ncreased transparency of information is not necessarily accepted by all market p articipants. Otherwise a considerable productivity increase would already have o ccurred in industrial countries. Overall the question arises, whether the change s in the competition situation make single enterprises technically more effectiv e, concurrently however deteriorate the efficiency of the entire market through informational asymmetries. To answer these and further questions and to measure the effectiveness and effic iency of various E-commerce networks an interdisciplinary analysis platform is to be developed. With the help of this platform, it should be possible to examin e single and macroeconomic questions, reveal temporal connections and to analyse aspects of business management and national economy, information management, em ployment politics and finance politics. For this, various part-models for the i ndividual knowledge disciplines have to be generated and brought together in the platform. This platform allows various users to make the right decisions (effec tiveness) with the help of the developed models and to competently estimate the effects (efficiency). Currently models of the individual knowledge disciplines (business management, e conomics, computer science) are being developed within the research project EEE. con. This project deals with the question of Supply Chain Management (SCM), E-P rocurement, with the implementation of inter-organisational information systems , as well as various market, competition and organisation models. The department of economics and computer science from Prof. Dr.-Ing. habil. W. Dangelmaier particularly deals with the development of an agent controlled SCM- communication model which is part of the E-commerce analysis platform. Both are described in this paper. Furthermore, a unified modelling language in order to allow a prototypic implementation of the analysis tool and to make the work with other project participants and external participants easier is decided upon wit hin this project.

The sources of funds have gradually begun to be expanded in an all-round way. The investment industry has gradually diversified and matured. Based on the analysis of this hot issue as the main theoretical breakthrough point, this paper analyzes some prominent problems commonly existing in the financial operation risk management of large state-owned assets investment fund management co., ltd. at present, and puts forward some practical suggestions on this issue. 文摘This paper presents analysis of a cost effective methodology using remotely sensed data analysed within a geographical systems (GIS) environment for mapping out </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">potential habitats of anthropod vectors responsible for trypanosomiasis in northern Nigeria. These geographical locations are areas with high population of livestock in Nigeria. </span></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Animal Trypanosomiasis </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">is considered as </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">an arthropod-borne viral disease which is </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">endemic in about 37 countries of the sub-Saharan Africa and in particular northern Nigeria. </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">This anthropod-borne viral disease </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">remains a threat to both humans and livestock in many communities, and the outbreak of such diseases </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">i</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">s shown to relate to fluctuations in the changing climate</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> mostly experienced whenever there are changes in global precipitation</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> which </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">also relates to changes in sea surface temperatures otherwise known as </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">“</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">El Niňo Southern Oscillations</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">”</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> (ENSO). Monthly </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Satellite imageries in the form of Normalised Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) at 250</span><span style="font-family:""> </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">meters spatial resolution obtained from NASA-MODIS/CMD w</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">ere</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> subjected to principal component analysis utilizing the standardized principal components within a GIS environment and supplemented with Digital Elevation Model (DEM) data in the analysis. Results from the maps showed </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">that </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">pockets of probable habitats of these anthropod vectors responsible for trypanosomiasis mostly located around forest islands characterized by dry woodland and savanna, and in some cases around gallery forests and few lowland and riverine areas. This study provides baseline information for policy makers in Nigeria and other stakeholders as a cost effective measure for mapping potential habitats for anthropod vectors responsible for trypanosomiasis in Northern Nigeria. Further studies are encouraged so as to clearly understand the magnitude and actual locations of the habitat of this vector and find ways of targeting their locations for minimizing or even eradicating these vectors.

文摘To research techniques for removing the water blocking effect caused by hydraulic applications in coal seams,the use of surfactants is proposed,based on the mechanics of the water blocking effect.Centrifugal experiments were used to validate the effects of using surfactants;the results show that after dealing with vacuum saturation with water,the volume of micropores decreases,which results in a larger average pore size,and the volume of transitional pores,mesopores,macropores and total pores increases.Based on the distribution of pore size,the operation mode of ‘‘water infusion after gas extraction,then continuing gas extraction" is recommended to improve the volume of coal mine gas drainage.When the reflectance of vitrinite in coal samples is less than 1,using the surfactants Fast T,1631,APG,BS can mitigate the damage caused by the water blocking effect.But when the reflectance of vitrinite is larger than 1.4,the damage caused by the water blocking effect can be increased.When the surfactant CMC is used in hydraulic applications,the capillary forces of coal samples are almost negative,which means the capillary force is in the same direction as the gas extraction.The direction of capillary forces benefits the gas flow.So,using CMC can play an active role in removing the water blocking effect.Centrifugal experiments confirm that using CMC can effectively remove the water blocking effect,which has a beneficial effect on improving the gas drainage volume.

文摘This article attempts to investigate the measure effect of rubble roadbed engineering in permafrost regions of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. As a case study, Chaidaer-Muli Railway is used to evaluate the measure effect of rubble roadbed engineering in permafrost regions. The AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method is thus employed to establish the evaluation indicator system. The evaluation factor is selected by analyzing the mutual relation between the permafrost environment and roadbed engineering. Thus, a hierarchical structure model is established based on the selected evaluation indices. Each factor is weighted to determine the status in the evaluation system, and grading standards are built for providing a basis for the evaluation. Then, the fuzzy mathematical method is introduced to evaluate the measure effect of rubble roadbed engineering in permafrost regions along the Chadaer-Muli Railway. Results show that most of the permafrost roadbed is in a preferable condition(b) along the Chaidaer-Muli Railway due to rubble engineering measures. This proportion reaches to 86.1%. The proportion in good(a), general(c) and poor states(d) are 0.0%, 7.5% and 6.4%, respectively, in all the evaluation sections along the Chaidaer-Muli Railway. Ground-temperature monitoring results are generally consistent with AHP-FUZZY evaluation results. This means that the AHP-FUZZY method can be applied to evaluate the effect of rubble roadbed engineering measures in permafrost regions. The effect evaluation of engineering measures will provide timely and effective feedback information for further engineering design. The series of engineering measures will more effectively protect permafrost stability.

文摘An aerodynamic force and moment measurement was conducted in JF12 long-testduration detonation-driven shock tunnel of Institute of Mechanics,Chinese Academy of Sciences.The test duration of JF12 is 100–130 ms.The nominal Mach number is 7.0 and the exit diameter of the contoured nozzle is 2.5 m.The total enthalpy is 2.5 MJ/kg which duplicates the hypersonic flight conditions of Mach number 7.0 at 35 km altitude.The test model is the standard aerodynamic force model of 10° half-angle sharp cone.The length of the test model is 1500 mm and the weight is 57 kg.The aerodynamic forces were measured with a six-component strain balance.The angles of attack were set to be à5°,0°,5°,10° and 14°,respectively.The experimental results show that in the 100–130 ms test duration,the signals of strain balance have 3–4 complete vibration cycles.So,the aerodynamic forces and moments can be obtained directly by averaging the signals of balance without acceleration compensation.The force measurement error of repeatability of JF12 is less than 2%.The aerodynamic force coefficients of JF12 are in good agreement with those of conventional hypersonic wind tunnels.For this test model at Mach number 7.0 and total enthalpy of 2.5 MJ/kg,the real-gas effects on aerodynamic force characteristics are not very evident.
