Quantitative analysis of time scale effects is conducive to further understanding of vegetation water and soil conservation mechanism.Based on the observation data of the grass covered and bare soil( control) experime...Quantitative analysis of time scale effects is conducive to further understanding of vegetation water and soil conservation mechanism.Based on the observation data of the grass covered and bare soil( control) experimental plots located in Hetian Town,Changting County of Fujian Province from 2007 to 2010,the characteristics of 4 parameters( precipitation,vegetation,RE and SE) were analyzed at precipitation event,month,season,and annual scales,and then the linear regression models were established to describe the relationships between RE( SE)and its influencing factors of precipitation and vegetation. RE( SE) means the ratio of runoff depth( soil loss) of grass covered plot to that of the control plot. Results show that these 4 parameters presented different magnitude and variation on different time scales. RE and SE were relatively stable either within or among different time scales due to their ratios reducing the influence of other factors. The coupling of precipitation and vegetation led to better water conservation effect at lower RE( < 0. 3) at precipitation event scale as well as at season scale,while the water conservation effect was dominated by precipitation at slightly higher( 0. 3- 0. 4) and higher( > 0. 7) REs at precipitation event scale as well as at annual scale( R2> 0. 78). For the soil conservation effect,precipitation or / and vegetation was / were the dominated influence factor( s) at precipitation event and annual scales,and the grass LAI could basically describe the positive conservation effect( SE <1,R2> 0. 55),while the maximum 30 min intensity( I30) could describe the negative conservation effect more accurately( SE >1,R2> 0. 79). More uncertainties( R2≈0. 4) exist in the models of both RE and SE at two moderate time scales( month and season). Consequently,factors influencing water and soil conservation effect of grass present different variation and coupling characteristics on different time scales,indicating the importance of time scale at the study on water and soil conservation.展开更多

The results show that the older householders will apply more pesticides,which may be due to the weak physical strength and weak ability to accept the concept of advanced cultivation; the householders with high level of education will choose to use less pesticides; the pesticide application rate is negatively correlated with whether farmers have participated in agricultural technology training,that is,the farmers having participated in agricultural technology training have stronger ability to scientifically apply pesticides,and in-depth understanding of advanced agricultural production technology and positive and negative effects of pesticides,so they often choose to reduce the application rate of pesticide; the cognitive factor on the role of pesticides in better promoting the growth of crops is significant,which requires the government and relevant departments to carry out concrete publicity of effectiveness and negative impact of different pesticides during the popularization of agricultural science knowledge,to prompt farmers to have a systematic and in-depth understanding of the agricultural nonpoint source pollution caused by pesticides.展开更多

Methods: a total of 200 children with NNJ from January 2019 to December 2019 in our hospital were divided into two groups by odd-even method. The levels of bilirubin (BILirubin) before and after treatment, the outcome, the time of disease improvement and the incidence of phototherapy damage events in the two groups were compared. Results: there were significant differences in BILI level, outcome, improvement time and incidence of phototherapy damage events between the intermittent blue light treatment group and the continuous blue light treatment group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the aspect of blue light therapy for CHILDREN with NNJ, intermittent intervention can more significantly promote the decline of BILI level, accelerate the regression of yellow skin stain, accelerate the rehabilitation of children, and improve bilirubin level, which is worth promoting.展开更多

When a seismic motion happens in a topographically irregular area, seismic waves are trapped and refl ected between the topographic features. Therefore, the interaction between topographies can amplify seismic ground response. In order to reveal how interaction between topographies infl uences seismic response, several numerical fi nite element studies have been performed by using the ABAQUS program. The results show that topographic features a greater distance between the seismic source and the site would cause greater seismic motion amplifi cation and is perceptible for the hills far away from the source and the ridges. Also, site acceleration response is impacted by surrounding topography further than site velocity and displacement response.展开更多
Objective:To observe the protective effect of breviscapineon mice with cisplatin-induced nephrotoxicity.Methods:Mice were given a single injection of cisplalin(8 mg/kg,up.);then,breviscapine was given to mice at 25 mg...Objective:To observe the protective effect of breviscapineon mice with cisplatin-induced nephrotoxicity.Methods:Mice were given a single injection of cisplalin(8 mg/kg,up.);then,breviscapine was given to mice at 25 mg/kg and 50 mg/kg doses,respectively,once a day for seven days.Renal tissue structure was observed after animals were sacrificed.Blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr),lipid peroxide(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) serum levels were detected;and MDA,glutathione peroxidase,and SOD levels in the renal cortex were detected.Results:Compared with the blank control group(BCG),the kidney pathological damage of mice in the model control group(MCG) was more severe.After applying different doses of breviscapine,different degrees of renal injury improvement appeared.Compared with the BCG,the serum levels of Scr and BUN in the MCG increased to(89.92±6.78) μmoL/L and(15.32±4.53) mmoL/L.The differences were statistical significant(P<0.01).Compared with the MCG,the serum levels of Scr and BUN in the Bre low-dose groups and Bre high-dose groups decreased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the BCG,the MDA levels in serum and in the renal cortex in the MCG significantly increased,while the SOD levels significantly decreased.Both the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).In the Bre low-dose groups and Bre high-dose groups,MDA levels in serum and in the renal cortex significantly decreased,while SOD and glutathione peroxidase levels in the renal cortex significantly increased,compared with the MCG;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Breviscapine can reduce cisplatin induced renal toxicity in mice and it's possible through inhibition of renal tubule cell lipid peroxidation and reduces the nephrotoxicity of cisplatin.展开更多

The eff ect of seismic intensity and ductility demand, on the eff ective periods, is investigated, and inelastic site amplifi cation is shown to be strongly correlated to the normalized eff ective period. Two non-dimensional parameters, analogous to the conventional site amplifi cation factors in codes, are defi ned to quantify the inelastic site amplifi cation. It is shown that the inelastic site amplifi cation factor (i.e. ratio of constant ductility spectral ordinates at soil site to those at rock outcrop) is able to represent the site eff ects more clearly, as compared to the inelastic site amplifi cation ratio (i.e. ratio of inelastic spectral ordinates at soil site to the corresponding elastic spectral ordinates at rock outcrop). Further, the peak in the amplifi cation factor corresponding to the eff ective site period diminishes rapidly with increasing ductility demand.展开更多

The stress variable, anisotropy, and asymmetry of tension and compression on the straightening process were corresponding to the Bauschingerlike effect. The Bauschinger-like effect in the initial, intermediate, and end of the straightening process was dominated by the twinning, detwinning, and dislocation induced by pyramidal < c + a > slip, respectively. Also, they were responsible for the transformation of the Bauschinger stress parameter(BSP) and Bauschinger energy parameter(BEP). Later, the anisotropic nonlinear kinematic hardening model(ANK model) to describe the Bauschinger-like effect was optimized and simplified.展开更多

Inventory data were available from 96 plots of even-aged,monoculture,tall-open forests of Eucalyptus pilularis Smith,aged 2-63 years,growing in sub-tropical regions along the east coast of Australia.A model was develo...Inventory data were available from 96 plots of even-aged,monoculture,tall-open forests of Eucalyptus pilularis Smith,aged 2-63 years,growing in sub-tropical regions along the east coast of Australia.A model was developed relating the maximum possible stem basal area growth rate of individual trees to their stem basal area.For any tree size,this maximum increased as site productivity increased.However,the size at which this maximum occurred decreased as productivity increased.Much research has shown that,at any stand age,trees of a particular stem basal area are taller on more productive sites than on less productive ones.Taller trees incur greater respiratory costs to ensure maintenance of the photo synthetic capacity of their canopies;this reduces their growth rates.It was concluded that trees with larger basal areas will have the maximum possible growth rate on a less productive site,whilst trees with smaller basal areas will have the maximum possible on a more productive site.The model developed may constitute the first stage of a complete individual tree growth model system to predict wood yields from these forests.展开更多
Currently,the fault sliding speed functions or source–time functions used in theoretical seismogram calculations have only produced theoretical results;that is,the results of the fault speed–time functions have been...Currently,the fault sliding speed functions or source–time functions used in theoretical seismogram calculations have only produced theoretical results;that is,the results of the fault speed–time functions have been obtained only from theoretical studies,and have not been validated using the measured data.This paper signifi cantly improves the method for calculating fault sliding speed using the Doppler eff ect,from the following four perspectives.First,the paper theoretically demonstrates how to confirm that the seismic waves received in some frequency bands by two diff erent receivers are emitted by the same source.Second,the paper proposes a method to determine the similarity of seismic waves received by two diff erent receivers in some frequency bands;it applies the relative change at the two receivers in Fourier amplitude standard deviation in some frequency bands,and determines that similar seismic waves are emitted by the same frequency bands.Third,to eliminate the interference of reflected and refracted waves,this study uses fault sliding time S-wave records for data processing.Finally,the paper replaces the long-time Fourier transform with short-time Fourier transform to enhance the positioning accuracy of fault sliding times.Based on these perspectives,the paper systematically summarizes a general methodology for calculating the fault sliding speed using the Doppler effect.This method is employed to calculate the fault sliding speed of the Wenchuan earthquake;the calculations reveal that there is a general correlation between the fault sliding speeds of the Wenchuan earthquake and the seismic moment changes.The results confi rm that the sliding speed of the Wenchuan earthquake fault possesses the characteristics of abrupt change,whereby a sudden increase in the sliding speed is followed by a rapid decrease.Generally,the sliding speed is not fast,and sometimes,no sliding occurs.There are obvious diff erences from the currently used sliding speed functions,such as the Haskell function,bell-shaped function,exponential function,and triangular function.To determine the fault sliding speed using the Doppler eff ect,only the earthquake records and locations of the epicenter and receivers are required,instead of using unknown crust parameters.In short,the proposed calculation method has clear physical meaning,and the required parameters are easier to obtain.展开更多

Methods: from January 2019 to December 2020, 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with acupuncture therapy, and the observation group was treated with the combination of acupuncture, medication and bone injury massage. Results: there was no difference in lumbar function score and lumbar joint activity between the two groups before treatment (P > 0.05). After treatment, the lumbar function score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the lumbar joint activity score was higher than that of the control group, and the effective rate of clinical treatment was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the combination of acupuncture, medication therapy and bone injury massage in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation is helpful to improve the lumbar function of patients and enhance the clinical therapeutic effect of the disease.展开更多

Methods: From March 2019 to March 2020, 80 elderly patients with arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction in our hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups, the reference group and the study group. The reference group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given evidence-based nursing. Result: Through nursing, the hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses of the study group were significantly less than those of the reference group, and the data difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);the arrhythmia recurrence rate and complication rate of the study group were significantly lower than those of the reference group, and the data difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly better than that of the reference group, and the data difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion for elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia, evidence-based nursing has significant clinical nursing effect, can improve the patient's heart function, reduce the occurrence of complications, at the same time, can shorten the length of stay, reduce the cost of hospitalization, improve the prognosis of patients, with significant clinical application value.展开更多

Methods: 60 newly recruited undergradua...Objective: to analyze the mid-term effect of individualized training of dual tutoring system for newly recruited undergraduate nurses, and provides reference for later training. Methods: 60 newly recruited undergraduate nurses were selected for research, and divided into groups according to time. The control group (January 2017 to December 2018) received routine training, and the observation group (January 2019 to December 2021) received personalized training under the dual tutorial system. Compare the training effect. Results: the scores of training theoretical knowledge (92.4 ± 3.8) and professional skills (91.5 ± 4.5) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (85.8 ± 4.2) and (87.1 ± 4.0) (t9.382, 7.003, P0.000, 0.000). The scores of cognitive value, social support and communication skills, frustration coping and self reflection in the observation group (37.8 ± 3.5), (23.7 ± 2.6), (24.8 ± 2.3), (24.0 ± 2.5), (12.6 ± 1.8) were higher than those in the control group (33.4 ± 3.2), (21.5 ± 3.1), (22.0 ± 2.7), (21.7 ± 3.1) (10.8 ± 1.4) points (t8.035, 6.978, 7.324, 7.163, 7.323, P0.000, 0.004, 0.000, 0.003, 0.000). The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.7% higher than that of the control group (80.0%) (X24.754, P0.029). The self-efficacy score of the observation group (27.2 ± 3.4) was higher than that of the control group (24.6 ± 4.0) (t4.713, P0.009). Conclusion: the individualized training of dual tutor system in newly recruited undergraduate nurses is beneficial to the improvement of the overall level of nurses, their comprehensive ability and their self-efficacy.展开更多

Methods: a total of 130 patients who were treated with traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital were divided into the control group and the observation group according to their clinical medication. The traditional Chinese medicines taken by patients in the control group were not processed with traditional Chinese medicine, while those taken by patients in the observation group were processed with traditional Chinese medicine. The clinical medication types, efficacy and adverse reactions of patients in the two groups were collected. Results: the medication types of patients in the two groups mainly included alkaloids, volatile oils, and glycosides, and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The patients in the observation group had better clinical treatment efficiency and treatment time than those in the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in Chinese medicine treatment, the use of Chinese medicine processing to produce drugs can effectively improve the efficacy and safety of the drugs, in order to improve the quality of patients' prognosis, which has high application value.展开更多

Fish cell line provide a useful tool for studies in virology and molecular biology.To establish a novel continuous marine fish cell line(EFF)from caudal fin tissue of brown-marbled grouper Epinephelus fuscoguttatus,it...Fish cell line provide a useful tool for studies in virology and molecular biology.To establish a novel continuous marine fish cell line(EFF)from caudal fin tissue of brown-marbled grouper Epinephelus fuscoguttatus,its susceptibility to the crustacean covert mortality nodavirus(CMNV)was evaluated.The primary cell cultures were initiated first by incomplete digestion of fin tissue blocks with dispase and collagenase,and then the explant was cultured in L-15 medium supplemented with 20%fetal bovine serum,10%grouper muscle extract,and 20-ng/mL growth factors of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)and epidermal growth factor(EGF).The EFF cells were continuously passaged beyond 50 times in fibroblast-like morphology,and they grew well in L-15 medium supplemented with a lower concentration fetal bovine serum(10%)at 28℃ after passage 10,without muscle extract and the growth factors.In addition,their grouper origin was confirmed by chromosome analysis and cytochrome oxidase 1(CO 1)gene analysis of these EFF cells.Transfection experiment via lipofectamine 8000 indicated that the EFF cells had a high transfection potential with a transfection efficiency up to 32%.Cross-species viral susceptibility analysis showed that CMNV not only successfully infected the EFF cells as evidenced by obvious cytopathic effects like vacuolation,detachment and death of cells,but also multiplied in the EFF cells as indicated by the results of semi-quantitative RT-PCR in transmission electron microscopy.Therefore,the establishment of immortal EFF cell line provided a useful cell model for future works on the isolation,multiplication,and pathogenic mechanism of cross-species infection of CMNV as well as genetic manipulation.展开更多
Sepsis-induced acute lung injury(ALI)is a leading cause of death among septic complications.Tao-Hong-Si-Wu decoction(TSD),a classical recipe from traditional Chinese medicine used for treating ischemic stroke,has been...Sepsis-induced acute lung injury(ALI)is a leading cause of death among septic complications.Tao-Hong-Si-Wu decoction(TSD),a classical recipe from traditional Chinese medicine used for treating ischemic stroke,has been recently reported to alleviate inflammation and inflammation-stimulated injuries related to the pathology of ALI.Here,we first observed the therapeutic effect of TSD on sepsis-induced ALI.Based on integrated metabolomics and network pharmacology analysis(NPA)techniques,we aim to understand the mechanism of TSD alleviating ALI.TSD’s effects were observed in rats modeled by cecal ligation and puncture(CLP)and rat macrophages stimulated by lipopolysaccharide(LPS).Metabolomics analyses were applied to determine the ingredients in the medicine and key metabolites correlated to the NPA for the prediction of TSD targets.Gene and protein expressions of the key predicted targets were evaluated in the lung tissue and macrophages of septic model rat by quantitative polymerase chain reaction(PCR)and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays,respectively.TSD improved survival rate and protected against lung injury in CLP rats.Eleven endogenous metabolites were related to TSD’s actions.TSD significantly suppressed IL-6 and TNF-αsecretions and their gene expressions both in the lung tissue of the model rats and in LPS-stimulated macrophages.TSD also restored decreased lung protein expression of VEGFA in septic model rats.Targeted proteins and their affecting metabolites were finally validated in an external test set of rats.This study shows that metabolomics coupled with NPA is a promising approach to explore potential targets of medicine with complex compositions.展开更多

The results show that the older householders will apply more pesticides,which may be due to the weak physical strength and weak ability to accept the concept of advanced cultivation; the householders with high level of education will choose to use less pesticides; the pesticide application rate is negatively correlated with whether farmers have participated in agricultural technology training,that is,the farmers having participated in agricultural technology training have stronger ability to scientifically apply pesticides,and in-depth understanding of advanced agricultural production technology and positive and negative effects of pesticides,so they often choose to reduce the application rate of pesticide; the cognitive factor on the role of pesticides in better promoting the growth of crops is significant,which requires the government and relevant departments to carry out concrete publicity of effectiveness and negative impact of different pesticides during the popularization of agricultural science knowledge,to prompt farmers to have a systematic and in-depth understanding of the agricultural nonpoint source pollution caused by pesticides.
文摘Objective: to investigate the effect difference of intermittent and continuous treatment with Yinzhi Huang oral liquid in the treatment of neonatal jaundice (NNJ). Methods: a total of 200 children with NNJ from January 2019 to December 2019 in our hospital were divided into two groups by odd-even method. The levels of bilirubin (BILirubin) before and after treatment, the outcome, the time of disease improvement and the incidence of phototherapy damage events in the two groups were compared. Results: there were significant differences in BILI level, outcome, improvement time and incidence of phototherapy damage events between the intermittent blue light treatment group and the continuous blue light treatment group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the aspect of blue light therapy for CHILDREN with NNJ, intermittent intervention can more significantly promote the decline of BILI level, accelerate the regression of yellow skin stain, accelerate the rehabilitation of children, and improve bilirubin level, which is worth promoting.
文摘To explore the clinical efficacy of TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of senile chronic bronchitis complicated with emphysema.Methods: from January 2019 to June 2021, 96 elderly patients with chronic bronchitis complicated with emphysema who went to our hospital for treatment were randomly divided into two groups: Western medicine treatment control group and TCM dialectical treatment observation group.Results: the symptom relief time, pulmonary function index and curative effect evaluation in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05);There was no difference in adverse reaction rate (P > 0.05).Conclusion: the dialectical method of traditional Chinese medicine is used to treat senile chronic bronchitis complicated with emphysema.
文摘Topography can have signifi cant eff ects on seismic ground response during an earthquake because topographic irregularities cause considerable diff erences between the seismic waves emitted by the source and the waves reaching the ground surface. When a seismic motion happens in a topographically irregular area, seismic waves are trapped and refl ected between the topographic features. Therefore, the interaction between topographies can amplify seismic ground response. In order to reveal how interaction between topographies infl uences seismic response, several numerical fi nite element studies have been performed by using the ABAQUS program. The results show that topographic features a greater distance between the seismic source and the site would cause greater seismic motion amplifi cation and is perceptible for the hills far away from the source and the ridges. Also, site acceleration response is impacted by surrounding topography further than site velocity and displacement response.

文摘Objective:To observe the protective effect of breviscapineon mice with cisplatin-induced nephrotoxicity.Methods:Mice were given a single injection of cisplalin(8 mg/kg,up.);then,breviscapine was given to mice at 25 mg/kg and 50 mg/kg doses,respectively,once a day for seven days.Renal tissue structure was observed after animals were sacrificed.Blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr),lipid peroxide(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) serum levels were detected;and MDA,glutathione peroxidase,and SOD levels in the renal cortex were detected.Results:Compared with the blank control group(BCG),the kidney pathological damage of mice in the model control group(MCG) was more severe.After applying different doses of breviscapine,different degrees of renal injury improvement appeared.Compared with the BCG,the serum levels of Scr and BUN in the MCG increased to(89.92±6.78) μmoL/L and(15.32±4.53) mmoL/L.The differences were statistical significant(P<0.01).Compared with the MCG,the serum levels of Scr and BUN in the Bre low-dose groups and Bre high-dose groups decreased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the BCG,the MDA levels in serum and in the renal cortex in the MCG significantly increased,while the SOD levels significantly decreased.Both the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).In the Bre low-dose groups and Bre high-dose groups,MDA levels in serum and in the renal cortex significantly decreased,while SOD and glutathione peroxidase levels in the renal cortex significantly increased,compared with the MCG;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Breviscapine can reduce cisplatin induced renal toxicity in mice and it's possible through inhibition of renal tubule cell lipid peroxidation and reduces the nephrotoxicity of cisplatin.
文摘The available models for eff ective periods of site and structure are reviewed in context of frequency tuning in the inelastic seismic response of soil-structure system. The eff ect of seismic intensity and ductility demand, on the eff ective periods, is investigated, and inelastic site amplifi cation is shown to be strongly correlated to the normalized eff ective period. Two non-dimensional parameters, analogous to the conventional site amplifi cation factors in codes, are defi ned to quantify the inelastic site amplifi cation. It is shown that the inelastic site amplifi cation factor (i.e. ratio of constant ductility spectral ordinates at soil site to those at rock outcrop) is able to represent the site eff ects more clearly, as compared to the inelastic site amplifi cation ratio (i.e. ratio of inelastic spectral ordinates at soil site to the corresponding elastic spectral ordinates at rock outcrop). Further, the peak in the amplifi cation factor corresponding to the eff ective site period diminishes rapidly with increasing ductility demand.

文摘The Bauschinger-like effect, which showed up in the straightening process of the AZ31 magnesium alloy wide sheet, was investigated through the multi-pass discrete three-point bending–unloading–bending(BUB) experiments. The stress variable, anisotropy, and asymmetry of tension and compression on the straightening process were corresponding to the Bauschingerlike effect. The Bauschinger-like effect in the initial, intermediate, and end of the straightening process was dominated by the twinning, detwinning, and dislocation induced by pyramidal < c + a > slip, respectively. Also, they were responsible for the transformation of the Bauschinger stress parameter(BSP) and Bauschinger energy parameter(BEP). Later, the anisotropic nonlinear kinematic hardening model(ANK model) to describe the Bauschinger-like effect was optimized and simplified.

文摘P values based on standard hypothesis testing are commonly reported in articles published by the Journal of Forestry Research(JFR).However,effect sizes are barely used and reported,even if they are of direct relevance to the primary questions of many of the published studies.The incorporation of effect sizes in studies published by JFR should be encouraged and promoted.Inclusion of effect sizes as a requirement in the journal guidelines will facilitate a major change in the way data are tested and interpreted,with the ultimate goal to exempt researchers from the custom of drawing conclusions merely based upon a dichotomous statistical result(P value).Such a policy can also lead to more informed decisions of whether identified effects are of practical relevance to the forestry.
文摘Inventory data were available from 96 plots of even-aged,monoculture,tall-open forests of Eucalyptus pilularis Smith,aged 2-63 years,growing in sub-tropical regions along the east coast of Australia.A model was developed relating the maximum possible stem basal area growth rate of individual trees to their stem basal area.For any tree size,this maximum increased as site productivity increased.However,the size at which this maximum occurred decreased as productivity increased.Much research has shown that,at any stand age,trees of a particular stem basal area are taller on more productive sites than on less productive ones.Taller trees incur greater respiratory costs to ensure maintenance of the photo synthetic capacity of their canopies;this reduces their growth rates.It was concluded that trees with larger basal areas will have the maximum possible growth rate on a less productive site,whilst trees with smaller basal areas will have the maximum possible on a more productive site.The model developed may constitute the first stage of a complete individual tree growth model system to predict wood yields from these forests.

文摘Currently,the fault sliding speed functions or source–time functions used in theoretical seismogram calculations have only produced theoretical results;that is,the results of the fault speed–time functions have been obtained only from theoretical studies,and have not been validated using the measured data.This paper signifi cantly improves the method for calculating fault sliding speed using the Doppler eff ect,from the following four perspectives.First,the paper theoretically demonstrates how to confirm that the seismic waves received in some frequency bands by two diff erent receivers are emitted by the same source.Second,the paper proposes a method to determine the similarity of seismic waves received by two diff erent receivers in some frequency bands;it applies the relative change at the two receivers in Fourier amplitude standard deviation in some frequency bands,and determines that similar seismic waves are emitted by the same frequency bands.Third,to eliminate the interference of reflected and refracted waves,this study uses fault sliding time S-wave records for data processing.Finally,the paper replaces the long-time Fourier transform with short-time Fourier transform to enhance the positioning accuracy of fault sliding times.Based on these perspectives,the paper systematically summarizes a general methodology for calculating the fault sliding speed using the Doppler effect.This method is employed to calculate the fault sliding speed of the Wenchuan earthquake;the calculations reveal that there is a general correlation between the fault sliding speeds of the Wenchuan earthquake and the seismic moment changes.The results confi rm that the sliding speed of the Wenchuan earthquake fault possesses the characteristics of abrupt change,whereby a sudden increase in the sliding speed is followed by a rapid decrease.Generally,the sliding speed is not fast,and sometimes,no sliding occurs.There are obvious diff erences from the currently used sliding speed functions,such as the Haskell function,bell-shaped function,exponential function,and triangular function.To determine the fault sliding speed using the Doppler eff ect,only the earthquake records and locations of the epicenter and receivers are required,instead of using unknown crust parameters.In short,the proposed calculation method has clear physical meaning,and the required parameters are easier to obtain.
文摘Objective: to explore the therapeutic effect of acupuncture, medication therapy and bone injury massage in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods: from January 2019 to December 2020, 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with acupuncture therapy, and the observation group was treated with the combination of acupuncture, medication and bone injury massage. Results: there was no difference in lumbar function score and lumbar joint activity between the two groups before treatment (P > 0.05). After treatment, the lumbar function score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the lumbar joint activity score was higher than that of the control group, and the effective rate of clinical treatment was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the combination of acupuncture, medication therapy and bone injury massage in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation is helpful to improve the lumbar function of patients and enhance the clinical therapeutic effect of the disease.
文摘Objective: To study the clinical effect of routine nursing and evidence-based nursing in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia. Methods: From March 2019 to March 2020, 80 elderly patients with arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction in our hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups, the reference group and the study group. The reference group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given evidence-based nursing. Result: Through nursing, the hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses of the study group were significantly less than those of the reference group, and the data difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);the arrhythmia recurrence rate and complication rate of the study group were significantly lower than those of the reference group, and the data difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly better than that of the reference group, and the data difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion for elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia, evidence-based nursing has significant clinical nursing effect, can improve the patient's heart function, reduce the occurrence of complications, at the same time, can shorten the length of stay, reduce the cost of hospitalization, improve the prognosis of patients, with significant clinical application value.
文摘Objective: to analyze the mid-term effect of individualized training of dual tutoring system for newly recruited undergraduate nurses, and provides reference for later training. Methods: 60 newly recruited undergraduate nurses were selected for research, and divided into groups according to time. The control group (January 2017 to December 2018) received routine training, and the observation group (January 2019 to December 2021) received personalized training under the dual tutorial system. Compare the training effect. Results: the scores of training theoretical knowledge (92.4 ± 3.8) and professional skills (91.5 ± 4.5) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (85.8 ± 4.2) and (87.1 ± 4.0) (t9.382, 7.003, P0.000, 0.000). The scores of cognitive value, social support and communication skills, frustration coping and self reflection in the observation group (37.8 ± 3.5), (23.7 ± 2.6), (24.8 ± 2.3), (24.0 ± 2.5), (12.6 ± 1.8) were higher than those in the control group (33.4 ± 3.2), (21.5 ± 3.1), (22.0 ± 2.7), (21.7 ± 3.1) (10.8 ± 1.4) points (t8.035, 6.978, 7.324, 7.163, 7.323, P0.000, 0.004, 0.000, 0.003, 0.000). The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.7% higher than that of the control group (80.0%) (X24.754, P0.029). The self-efficacy score of the observation group (27.2 ± 3.4) was higher than that of the control group (24.6 ± 4.0) (t4.713, P0.009). Conclusion: the individualized training of dual tutor system in newly recruited undergraduate nurses is beneficial to the improvement of the overall level of nurses, their comprehensive ability and their self-efficacy.
文摘Objective: to analyze the application value of Chinese medicine processing in Chinese medicine technology and the curative effect in clinical application. Methods: a total of 130 patients who were treated with traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital were divided into the control group and the observation group according to their clinical medication. The traditional Chinese medicines taken by patients in the control group were not processed with traditional Chinese medicine, while those taken by patients in the observation group were processed with traditional Chinese medicine. The clinical medication types, efficacy and adverse reactions of patients in the two groups were collected. Results: the medication types of patients in the two groups mainly included alkaloids, volatile oils, and glycosides, and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The patients in the observation group had better clinical treatment efficiency and treatment time than those in the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in Chinese medicine treatment, the use of Chinese medicine processing to produce drugs can effectively improve the efficacy and safety of the drugs, in order to improve the quality of patients' prognosis, which has high application value.

文摘Fish cell line provide a useful tool for studies in virology and molecular biology.To establish a novel continuous marine fish cell line(EFF)from caudal fin tissue of brown-marbled grouper Epinephelus fuscoguttatus,its susceptibility to the crustacean covert mortality nodavirus(CMNV)was evaluated.The primary cell cultures were initiated first by incomplete digestion of fin tissue blocks with dispase and collagenase,and then the explant was cultured in L-15 medium supplemented with 20%fetal bovine serum,10%grouper muscle extract,and 20-ng/mL growth factors of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)and epidermal growth factor(EGF).The EFF cells were continuously passaged beyond 50 times in fibroblast-like morphology,and they grew well in L-15 medium supplemented with a lower concentration fetal bovine serum(10%)at 28℃ after passage 10,without muscle extract and the growth factors.In addition,their grouper origin was confirmed by chromosome analysis and cytochrome oxidase 1(CO 1)gene analysis of these EFF cells.Transfection experiment via lipofectamine 8000 indicated that the EFF cells had a high transfection potential with a transfection efficiency up to 32%.Cross-species viral susceptibility analysis showed that CMNV not only successfully infected the EFF cells as evidenced by obvious cytopathic effects like vacuolation,detachment and death of cells,but also multiplied in the EFF cells as indicated by the results of semi-quantitative RT-PCR in transmission electron microscopy.Therefore,the establishment of immortal EFF cell line provided a useful cell model for future works on the isolation,multiplication,and pathogenic mechanism of cross-species infection of CMNV as well as genetic manipulation.

文摘Sepsis-induced acute lung injury(ALI)is a leading cause of death among septic complications.Tao-Hong-Si-Wu decoction(TSD),a classical recipe from traditional Chinese medicine used for treating ischemic stroke,has been recently reported to alleviate inflammation and inflammation-stimulated injuries related to the pathology of ALI.Here,we first observed the therapeutic effect of TSD on sepsis-induced ALI.Based on integrated metabolomics and network pharmacology analysis(NPA)techniques,we aim to understand the mechanism of TSD alleviating ALI.TSD’s effects were observed in rats modeled by cecal ligation and puncture(CLP)and rat macrophages stimulated by lipopolysaccharide(LPS).Metabolomics analyses were applied to determine the ingredients in the medicine and key metabolites correlated to the NPA for the prediction of TSD targets.Gene and protein expressions of the key predicted targets were evaluated in the lung tissue and macrophages of septic model rat by quantitative polymerase chain reaction(PCR)and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays,respectively.TSD improved survival rate and protected against lung injury in CLP rats.Eleven endogenous metabolites were related to TSD’s actions.TSD significantly suppressed IL-6 and TNF-αsecretions and their gene expressions both in the lung tissue of the model rats and in LPS-stimulated macrophages.TSD also restored decreased lung protein expression of VEGFA in septic model rats.Targeted proteins and their affecting metabolites were finally validated in an external test set of rats.This study shows that metabolomics coupled with NPA is a promising approach to explore potential targets of medicine with complex compositions.
