This study explores the cultural and value foundations of the educational goals of higher education in Kazakhstan and China.Based on the historical development and cultural traditions of the two countries,this study c...This study explores the cultural and value foundations of the educational goals of higher education in Kazakhstan and China.Based on the historical development and cultural traditions of the two countries,this study compares the similarities and differences of the educational goals of the two countries through qualitative literature content analysis.Both countries have taken“modernization and internationalization”as one of the core development directions of higher education development,but China’s educational philosophy is rooted in Confucianism and socialist core values,emphasizing country and collectivism;while Kazakhstan,based on neoliberal orientation,draws on the European education framework,gradually integrates multicultural concepts,emphasizes national identity and attaches importance to students’individual development.This study uses Hofstede’s cultural dimensions and postcolonial education theory to explore how different nation-building narratives affect the educational goals of higher education.By comparing value systems,institutional logics,and student training models,it helps to understand how the educational systems of the“Global South”countries seek a balance between international standards and local cultural identity.It provides inspiration for the development of education based on culture and mutual reference under the global education trend,and provides a comparative education perspective for reform localization.展开更多

With the continuous development of China, Chinese educational system is also facing a new stage of development. Starting with analyzing the case of New Oriental School, a very popular training institution in China, this paper finds its sponsoring characteristics and the current situation of education in China by surveying and comparing some data. It is found that New Oriental School's success is the integration of Chinese and western culture. On the one hand, New Oriental School pays attention to training teachers and learning advanced teaching ideas and methods of western countries, on the other hand, its education is directed towards Chinese examination-oriented education, which results from the current situation that China has a large population and sharp competitions and the examination-oriented education can not be replaced in this moment. Chinese education can get a lot of inspirations from New Oriental School's successful experience. Lying flat(Tang Ping)is a prevalent way of life in contemporary countries throughout the world.It is an avoidance behavior chosen by individuals in response to limited social resources and ongoing harsh social competi...Lying flat(Tang Ping)is a prevalent way of life in contemporary countries throughout the world.It is an avoidance behavior chosen by individuals in response to limited social resources and ongoing harsh social competition.Previous studies have demonstrated that the phenomena of“lying flat”has a major negative effect on student learning.In order to investigate the impact of educational innovation on the phenomenon of“lying flat”,we will observe students’learning behaviors under the traditional education model and innovative teaching methods in our Bali teaching practice to determine the causes of“lying flat”and the means to improve educational innovation.The study found that“lying flat”is caused not just by students’discontent with their level difference,but also by the conflict between external resources and internal pressure.In addition,educational reforms on three levels,including further stratified education,strengthening teacher education and promoting effective communication between students and teachers,and employing online resources to promote students’interest in learning,can ameliorate the phenomenon of pupils“lying flat”.This study contends that educational innovation can have a positive effect on the phenomena of“lying flat”.展开更多

文摘In the background of reform of higher education in the new era,how to organically integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education with curriculum ideology and politics has become a key proposition for deepening the reform of education and teaching.As an important branch in the field of engineering,the refrigeration and air conditioning major not only undertakes the professional mission of cultivating technical talents in the industry,but also shoulders the era responsibility of implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents.Combining with the characteristics of the refrigeration and air conditioning major,this paper systematically analyzes the internal logic and practical significance of the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and curriculum ideology and politics,and explores its implementation paths in aspects such as the excavation of curriculum content,the innovation of teaching methods,the construction of practical platforms and the optimization of evaluation systems.It aims to provide practical reference and theoretical support for promoting the collaborative education of professional education and ideological and political education.
文摘In the new era,the Party and the country have attached great importance to the development of vocational education.Educational authorities have successively issued a series of important documents,such as the National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan and the Vocational Education Quality Improvement and Excellence Cultivation Action Plan(2020–2023),which further clarify the guiding ideology,school-running orientation,objectives,tasks,and social functions of vocational education,pointing out the direction for the development of vocational colleges.With social transformation and changes of the times,vocational education has encountered many challenges.It is urgent to promote reforms in terms of fundamentals and institutions,release and develop the productive forces of vocational education,and enable vocational education to better meet the needs of the development of the socialist market economy and the promotion of social harmony and stability.

文摘This study explores the epistemic imperative to decolonize African education systems by centering indigenous philosophies such as Ubuntu and introducing the Ubuntu Pedagogy as a pedagogical model.Ubuntu pedagogy transforms teacher-learner relationships,it provides a replicable model for relational learning,community partnerships,and reassert the dignity of indigenous epistemologies.The paper examines how language,knowledge production,and pedagogy can be restructured to reflect African epistemologies and educational sovereignty.This research also explores the relationship between mother tongue instruction and cognitive access to learning.Through a qualitative literature analysis of case studies and African scholarly discourse,this paper highlights the continued marginalization of indigenous knowledge systems and the need to embed culturally relevant teaching methodologies.The findings support the broader question of whether there exists an epistemological base for knowledge independence or production within African and Afro-Diasporic contexts,revealing culturally coherent frameworks of learning that resist colonial dominance and an exploration of reclaiming African indigenous knowledge systems for educational and cultural sovereignty.
文摘In this paper, we conduct research on the current condition of college tourism personnel training mode and vocational education reforms. Paying attention to the current social development innovation spirit, how to make students possess the necessary ability to innovate, is this the prime problem of the education. A lot of highly educated personnel in order to better adapt to social development and changes, constantly to learn knowledge, also has the characteristics of vocational college students. Our research combines the characteristics of the college tourism personnel training mode with the education reform which will enhance the performance of the teaching process.
文摘The food major is an application-oriented major that involves a wide range of professional knowledge and disciplines,and provides applied talents with food production,inspection,and sales skills to the society.With the rapid development of society,the demand of social employers for talents also shows a diversified trend.For the cultivation of food professionals in the new era,it is necessary to improve their innovative spirit and practical ability,in order to adapt to the diverse development needs of society.Under the background of education reform,this paper briefly analyzed the teaching strategies of food major,and put forward specific reform suggestions,hoping to promote education reform to effectively promote the sustainable development of food major,and effectively improve the quality of education.
文摘In modern society, the essence of social competition is the competition of talents who are in need of education, and the education's quality can decide a nation's future and destiny. With the continuous development of China, Chinese educational system is also facing a new stage of development. Starting with analyzing the case of New Oriental School, a very popular training institution in China, this paper finds its sponsoring characteristics and the current situation of education in China by surveying and comparing some data. It is found that New Oriental School's success is the integration of Chinese and western culture. On the one hand, New Oriental School pays attention to training teachers and learning advanced teaching ideas and methods of western countries, on the other hand, its education is directed towards Chinese examination-oriented education, which results from the current situation that China has a large population and sharp competitions and the examination-oriented education can not be replaced in this moment. Chinese education can get a lot of inspirations from New Oriental School's successful experience. This paper makes a suggestion that China can benefit from the mode of New Oriental School, learning the advanced concepts and teaching methods of western countries, and doing some improvements to explore a suitable way for Chinese educational development.
文摘Lying flat(Tang Ping)is a prevalent way of life in contemporary countries throughout the world.It is an avoidance behavior chosen by individuals in response to limited social resources and ongoing harsh social competition.Previous studies have demonstrated that the phenomena of“lying flat”has a major negative effect on student learning.In order to investigate the impact of educational innovation on the phenomenon of“lying flat”,we will observe students’learning behaviors under the traditional education model and innovative teaching methods in our Bali teaching practice to determine the causes of“lying flat”and the means to improve educational innovation.The study found that“lying flat”is caused not just by students’discontent with their level difference,but also by the conflict between external resources and internal pressure.In addition,educational reforms on three levels,including further stratified education,strengthening teacher education and promoting effective communication between students and teachers,and employing online resources to promote students’interest in learning,can ameliorate the phenomenon of pupils“lying flat”.This study contends that educational innovation can have a positive effect on the phenomena of“lying flat”.
