This paper reports the perceptions and ideas expressed by students about geological heritage and geoparks and learning results within the framework of a research in science education focussed on students from two clas...This paper reports the perceptions and ideas expressed by students about geological heritage and geoparks and learning results within the framework of a research in science education focussed on students from two classes of 11^(th)grade(ages 16 to 18)of a secondary school in Portugal.Considering that geoparks can be assumed as territories with educational resources of great importance in promoting education for sustainable development,mobilizing knowledge inherent to the Earth Sciences,and to geoconservation in particular,the activities with the students were held in the classroom and in the field,the latter within a field trip to the Arouca Global Geopark(Portugal).In this context,resorting to strategies of fieldwork in small groups,we sought to explore with students,geodiversity elements recognizable in five of its geosites.展开更多
The development of artificial intelligence in education promotes the reform of teaching methods in the direction of intelligence and individuation.In this paper,the programming course is taken as an example to propose...The development of artificial intelligence in education promotes the reform of teaching methods in the direction of intelligence and individuation.In this paper,the programming course is taken as an example to propose a curriculum intelligent brain model for open source swarm intelligence based on knowledge graph,and the bootstrapping framework is introduced to try to make the intelligent brain track the frontier like human beings and study several courses vertically.It studies the knowledge of subgraphs fusion of open-source software resources and domain semantics as well as the mining method of potential relationship,so that the intelligent brain can digest knowledge like human,and get through the course horizontally.Finally,knowledge discovery and natural representation based on knowledge graph enable intelligent brain to discover knowledge and solve problems just like human.This study provides new ideas,strategies,and application paths for the construction of knowledge graph based on big data and the integration of heterogeneous knowledge graph.展开更多

Cervical cancer is the second most common cancer in women living in developing countries that account high HPV incidence and mortality rates. Vaccinating girls between 9 and 14 years old is supposed to be the most cos...Cervical cancer is the second most common cancer in women living in developing countries that account high HPV incidence and mortality rates. Vaccinating girls between 9 and 14 years old is supposed to be the most cost-effective public health approach against cervical cancer. This systematic review aims to assess the application and coverage of the HPV vaccine in developing countries and identify the main challenges for the introduction of the vaccine in these settings. Eligible studies were selected according to the defined inclusion and exclusion criteria. To determine the quality of the studies was employed the STROBE checklist. This review included seven studies, encompassing the analysis of 19 countries and 112,116 girls aged from 9 to 18 years old. The coverage of HPV vaccination ranged from 13.8% to 107.4%, with most of the programs having more than 60% of coverage, which reflects a high percentage of vaccinated girls. The main challenges were lack of knowledge and worries about the vaccine, insufficient financial resources and staff workers, lack of community involvement and dissemination of important information about HPV. In developing countries that implemented the HPV vaccine, high coverage rates were achieved, despite sociocultural, economic and political challenges. In the future, studies that analyze the coverage rates after the elimination of the barriers and the repercussions on the mortality rates should be conducted, so that more developing countries have the opportunity to efficiently implement the vaccine.展开更多

Results: after health education on TB control knowledge, the awareness of TB knowledge, health belief rate and health behavior formation rate were higher than before health education, P <0.05.
