Methods: from June 2020 to March 2022, 300 male prisoners in a men's prison were selected as the research objects, including 100 antisocial personality disorder (ASPD), 100 borderline personality disorder (BPD) ASPD)100 borderline personality disorder (BPD) with antisocial personality disorder (ASPD) comorbidity, and they were investigated and analyzed by scale. Results: in terms of anxiety, depression and suicidal ideation, the scores of BPD patients with ASPD comorbidity were high, while those of ASPD group and BPD group were relatively low, and the difference was obvious (P > 0.05). Logstic regression showed that emotional neglect, depression and despair affected the formation of ASPD comorbidity. Conclusion: childhood emotional neglect and emotional problems may be the influencing factors for ASPD patients to develop into BPD patients with ASPD comorbidity.展开更多
