Since the beginning of this year,the international environment has been complex and volatile,the international economic and trade order has suffered severe setbacks,and instability and uncertainty have increased significantly.Faced with this complex situation,China's textile industry has adhered to the general principle of seeking progress while maintaining stability,steadily advancing the optimization and adjustment of its industrial structure,and deepening the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade.Supported by the country's more proactive and effective macroeconomic policies,the economy remained generally stable in the first half of the year,with exports maintaining growth despite significant pressure,and its resilience being consolidated and unleashed.Looking ahead to the second half of 2025,the textile industry will continue to face numerous challenges while consolidating its stable and positive development foundation. 展开更多

An Evolutionary Economic Geography Perspective on Types of Operation Development in West Lake, China 被引量:3

The types of operation play a key role in facilitating tourism consumption and economic development in a tourism destination. By adopting evolutionary economic geography theory, the paper analyzes the types of operation in West Lake Scenic Area from 1978 to 2013. First, an evolution process consisting of four stages is underpinned, and they are: the new establishment stage, the preliminary development stage, the speedup development stage, and the stabilized maturity stage. Specifically, the distinct characteristics associated with operation types are compared and evaluated at different stages throughout the process. The evolution trees are introduced to scrutinize types of operation development. The results of evolution trees demonstrate the substantial increase in both numbers and types. Second, by applying GIS spatial analysis, the paper also analyzes the spatial evolution characteristics on the types of operation, and the results unveil the co-existence of centripetal and centrifugal forces: the processes of spatial agglomeration and spatial dispersion. More specifically, we recognize the spatial process includes the emergence of node and concentration(1978–1995), the sparse distribution and intensity reduction(1996–2002), the patchy distribution and spatial agglomeration intensification(2003–2008), the dispersed distribution and core area agglomeration(2009–2013). Lastly, path dependence on resource endowment, government and market innovation, knowledge learning and spillover can reasonably explain the types of operation evolution. In conclusion, the evolutionary economic geography theories provide new theoretical and empirical perspectives for tourism policy analysis. At the same time, our comprehensive evidences impart more comprehensive insights and offer useful managerial and policy implications. 展开更多

Optimization of microgrid scheduling based on multi-strategy improved MOPSO algorithm

A multi-strategy Improved Multi-Objective Particle Swarm Algorithm(IMOPSO)method for microgrid operation optimization is proposed for the coordinated optimization problem of microgrid economy and environmental protection.A grid-connected microgrid model containing photovoltaic cells,wind power,micro gas turbine,diesel generator,and storage battery is constructed with the aim of optimizing the multi-objective grid-connected microgrid economic optimization problem with minimum power generation cost and environmental management cost.Based on the optimization of the standard multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm,four strategies are introduced to improve the algorithm,namely,Logistic chaotic mapping,adaptive inertia weight adjustment,adaptive meshing using congestion distance mechanism,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The proposed IMOPSO is applied to the microgrid optimization problem and the performance is compared with other unimproved multi-objective gray wolf algorithm(MOGWO),multi-objective ant colony algorithm(MOACO),and MOPSO algorithms,and the total cost of the proposed method is reduced by 3.15%,8.34%,and 10.27%,respectively.The simulation results show that IMOPSO can more effectively reduce the cost and optimize power distribution,and verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. 展开更多

With the development of smart meters,a realtime pricing(RTP)demand response is becoming possible for households in distribution networks.The power flow can be bidirectional in distribution networks which become smarter with distributed generators(DGs).It is expensive to import electricity from the generation far from load centers because of the cost of power loss and network use,so that it is more economical to use electricity generated by local distributed generators.Therefore,in order to curtail operating costs of distribution networks,this paper proposes a model of economic optimization conducted by distribution network operators.The electricity purchasing costs for distribution network operators are minimized by optimizing electric power from transmission systems and local distributed generators.Further,based on price elasticity,the formulations of load demand considering RTP are proposed with economic optimization of distribution networks.The economic optimization problems are resolved by an interior point method.The case study shows that peak load demand can be reduced about 3.5%because the household RTP and electricity purchasing costs of distribution network operators can save 28.86£every hour. 展开更多

With the increasing connection of controllable devices to isolated community microgrid,an economic operation model of isolated community microgrid based on the temperature regulation characteristics of temperature controlling devices composed of wind turbine,micro-gas turbine,energy storage battery and heat pump is proposed.With full consideration of various economic costs,including fuel cost,start-stop cost,energy storage battery depletion expense and penalty for wind curtailment,the model is solved by hybrid particle swarm optimization(HPSO)algorithm.The optimal output of the micro-sources and total operating cost of the system in the scheduling cycle are also obtained.The case study demonstrates that temperature adjustment of temperature controlling devices can adjust the power load indirectly and increase the schedulability of the isolated community microgrid,and reduce the operating cost of the microgrid. 展开更多

The growing integration of renewable energy sources manifests as an effective strategy for reducing carbon emissions. This paper strives to efficiently approximate the set of optimal scheduling plans(OSPs) to enhance the performance of the steady-state adaptive cruise method(SACM) of power grid, improving the ability of dealing with operational uncertainties. Initially, we provide a mathematical definition of the exact boxconstrained economic operating region(EBC-EOR) for the power grid and its dispatchable components. Following this, we introduce an EBC-EOR formulation algorithm and the corresponding bi-level optimization models designed to explore the economic operating boundaries. In addition, we propose an enhanced big-M method to expedite the computation of the EBCEOR. Finally, the effectiveness of the EBC-EOR formulation, its economic attributes, correlation with the scheduling plan underpinned by model predictive control, and the significant improvement in computational efficiency(over twelvefold) are verified through case studies conducted on two test systems.. 展开更多

Given the different energy rates of multiple types of power generation units,different operation plans affect the economy of microgrids.Limited by load and power generation forecasting technologies,the economic superiority of day-ahead plans is unable to be fully utilized because of the fluctuation of loads and power sources.In this regard,a two-stage correction strategy-based real-time dispatch method for the economic operation of microgrids is proposed.Based on the optimal day-ahead economic operation plan,unbalanced power is validly allocated in two stages in terms of power increment and current power,which maintains the economy of the day-ahead plan.Further,for operating point offset during real-time correction,a rolling dispatch method is introduced to dynamically update the system operation plan.Finally,the results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. 展开更多

The increasing integration of renewable energy sources(RESs)presents significant challenges for the safe and economical operation of power grids.Addressing the critical need to assess the effect of RES uncertainties on optimal scheduling schemes(OSSs),this paper introduces a convex hull based economic operating region(CH-EOR)for power grids.The CHEOR is mathematically defined to delineate the impact of RES uncertainties on power grid operations.We propose a novel approach for generating the CH-EOR,enhanced by a big-M preprocessing method to improve the computational efficiency.Performed on four test systems,the proposed big-M preprocessing method demonstrates notable advancements:a reduction in average operating costs by over 10%compared with the box-constrained operating region(BC-OR)derived from robust optimization.Furthermore,the CH-EOR occupies less than 11.79%of the generators'adjustable region(GAR).Most significantly,after applying the proposed big-M preprocessing method,the computational efficiency is improved over 17 times compared with the traditional big-M method. 展开更多

With the goal of low-carbon energy utilization,elec-tric vehicles(EVs)and EV charging stations(EVCSs)are be-coming increasingly popular.The economical operation strategy is always a primary concern for EVCSs,while users'behavior and operating data leakage problems in EVCSs have not been taken seriously.Herein,federated deep reinforcement learning,a privacy-preserving method,is applied to learn the optimal strategy for multiple EvCSs.However,it is prone to Byzantine attacks.It is urgent to achieve an economical operation strategy while preserving data privacy and defending against Byzantine attacks.Therefore,this paper proposes a Byzantine-resilient fed-erated deep reinforcement learning(BR-FDRL)method to ad-dress these problems.First,the distributed EVCS data are uti-lized by the federated deep reinforcement learning to train an economical operation strategy while preserving privacy by only transmitting gradients.The sampling efficiency is enhanced by both federated learning and stochastically controlled stochastic gradient.Then,the Byzantine-resilient gradient filter(BRGF)designs two distance rules to keep malicious gradients out.The case study verifies the effectiveness of the proposed BRGF in re-sisting Byzantine attacks and the effectiveness of federated deep reinforcement learning in improving convergence speed and re-ward and preserving privacy.The resluts show that the BR-FDRL method minimizes the operation cost by an average of 35%compared with the rule-based method while meeting the state of charge demand as much as possible. 展开更多
