The goal of the developed model is to optimize costs of location,inventory and transportation.Due to the complex of LIR problem( LIRP), a multi-objective genetic algorithm(GA), non-dominated sorting in genetic algorithm Ⅱ( NSGA-Ⅱ) has been introduced. Its performance is tested over a real case for the proposed problems. Results indicate that NSGA-Ⅱ provides a competitive performance than GA,which demonstrates that the proposed model and multi-objective GA are considerably efficient to solve the problem.展开更多

This optimal model takes running total cost of logistics network as the objective, and embeds a nonlinear mixed integer programming including two assignment issues. The model determines optimal layout and logistics management for pre-cooling stations and logistics center for fresh agricultural products. Because of the late start and slow development of cold chain logistics in China, it is difficult to achieve cross-regional and offseason sales activities, resulting in a situation of high output and small sales volume, which is also an important reason for the high price and poor quality of fresh agricultural products. With the passage of time, the characteristics of cold chain distribution of agricultural products have become an important direction for the future development of logistics industry. In this paper, aiming at the characteristics of agricultural cold chain distribution, the carbon emissions in the process of distribution were quantified as costs and added to the total cost, and an optimization model of agricultural cold chain logistics path with time window considering the minimum total cost as the objective function was constructed. The improved genetic algorithm was used to solve the problem. The simulation results show that the improved genetic algorithm is an effective method to solve the optimization problem of agricultural cold-chain logistics path considering carbon emissions, and has guiding significance for the selection of low-carbon and environmentally friendly distribution routes for agricultural cold-chain logistics distribution enterprises.展开更多

By applying system reliability allocation principle, this article firstly built safety reliability allocation model of food cold chain logistics system without cost constraint based on the safety reliability model of food cold chain logistics system, and then it set up optimal decision- making model of food cold chain logistics system with cost constraint using the functional relationship between the time, temperature of cold chain logistics and logistics costs. Next, according to the characteristics of the model, a heuristic algorithm was proposed to allocate safety reliability of the system to each cold chain unit so as to achieve the goal of operatingcosts optimization subject to assurance ofoverall safety reliability of the cold chain system. Taking the safety impact factor of food cold chain unit as a weight, the article also deduced the equation of reallocation of safety reliability of food cold chain system. In the end, these models were used to optimize the allocation of safety reliability in an example of Sushi cold chain process. 文摘With the continuous advancement of science and technology and the advent of the digital era,blockchain technology is increasingly demonstrating its great potential across various industries due to its unique features of decentralization,transparency,and immutability.In particular,in the cold chain logistics of agricultural products,the application of blockchain technology can not only enhance logistics efficiency but also ensure food safety and boost consumer trust[1].This paper first outlines the advantages of blockchain technology in cold chain logistics for agricultural products,and then clarifies the application pathways of blockchain technology in this field,providing a reference for relevant researchers.

文摘This paper uses the bibliometric analysis software CiteSpace to examine the current status and evolution of cold-chain logistics vehicle routing problems(CCVRP).7381 relevant articles published in the Web of Science core collection from 2008 to 2024 were analyzed,an in-depth understanding of the publication trends and category distribution were gained.Subsequently,CiteSpace was used to create a scientific knowledge graph and perform visualization analysis.The analysis includes collaboration among authors,countries,and institutions;co-citation analysis of authors,journals,and references;citation burst detection of keywords;and co-citation cluster analysis of references.Based on a deep understanding of current research hotspots,an in-depth discussion of existing research was conducted from three perspectives:optimization objectives,distribution scenarios,and solution algorithms.The results show that CCVRP involves complex factors such as temperature requirements,time window constraints,and multi-objective optimization.These intricate constraints are causing research to become increasingly interdisciplinary and comprehensive.The evolution of hot topics shows that the research directions span multiple fields,from algorithm design to logistics management.This review helps researchers better understand the history,current status,and future development directions of CCVRP research,and provides valuable references and inspiration for academia and practice.
文摘In recent years, with the rapid development of China's fresh market, cold chain logistics ushered in a new development opportunity. Because of the late start and slow development of cold chain logistics in China, it is difficult to achieve cross-regional and offseason sales activities, resulting in a situation of high output and small sales volume, which is also an important reason for the high price and poor quality of fresh agricultural products. With the passage of time, the characteristics of cold chain distribution of agricultural products have become an important direction for the future development of logistics industry. In this paper, aiming at the characteristics of agricultural cold chain distribution, the carbon emissions in the process of distribution were quantified as costs and added to the total cost, and an optimization model of agricultural cold chain logistics path with time window considering the minimum total cost as the objective function was constructed. The improved genetic algorithm was used to solve the problem. The simulation results show that the improved genetic algorithm is an effective method to solve the optimization problem of agricultural cold-chain logistics path considering carbon emissions, and has guiding significance for the selection of low-carbon and environmentally friendly distribution routes for agricultural cold-chain logistics distribution enterprises.
文摘This paper firstly analyzed the operation model,market positioning,market demand forecast as well as market competition and challenges,park site selection,and transportation conditions for construction of the Cold-Chain Logistics Park of Agricultural Products in Sanshui.Then,it presented the overall planning scheme for construction of the Cold-Chain Logistics Park of Agricultural Products from a progressive two-stage perspective of overall planning and stage-by-stage implementation.The first stage mainly performs the function as a transaction platform of agricultural products and meanwhile provides customers with agricultural products storage and inspection services.The second stage adds value-added services such as distribution processing,modified atmosphere storage,freezing and refrigeration,market price information distribution,E-commerce of agricultural products and personalized services.It is expected to provide references and suggestions for the construction of the Cold-Chain Logistics Park of Agricultural Products.
文摘With the development of intelligent and communication technology, traditional logistics has gradually transformed into intelligent logistics. The construction of the railway intelligent cold chain logistics system is an effective measure to implement the structural adjustment of supply, which conforms to the times. Firstly, basic features and design principles of the railway intelligent cold chain logistics system were described. Secondly, target functions and the system framework of the railway intelligent cold chain logistics were put forward, which takes information service as a foundation, management service as a guarantee, business capability as kernel and expansion capability as support. Subsequently, the technical approaches were studied at the hardware, processing and software levels. Finally, development strategies of the railway intelligent cold chain logistics were discussed, including optimizing the layout of infrastructure, improving the performance of equipment, extending the reach of services, deepening the cooperation of technologies and promoting the formulation of standards which provides feasible references for the railway cold chain logistics to explore modern business models.
文摘Objective To study the characteristics and problems of the development of cold chain logistics in pharmaceutical industry,and to provide a reference for the development of China’s drug logistics.Methods Literature analysis was used to investigate the development of drug cold chain logistics,relevant laws and regulations,and policies in China.Then,the problems of industry development were summarized and some suggestions were put forward by referring to the mature concept of international drug cold chain logistics system.Results and Conclusion China’s cold chain logistics in pharmaceutical field is growing,but it is still in the development stage.By increasing government support,scientific research investment and professional training,the comprehensive strength of drug cold chain logistics can be improved to a certain extent,and the safety of drugs can be guaranteed for the people.
文摘This paper applied the safety reliability of food cold chain logistics to establish reliability allocation model for cold chain systems, designed optimization algorithms, and made a case analysis. By applying system reliability allocation principle, this article firstly built safety reliability allocation model of food cold chain logistics system without cost constraint based on the safety reliability model of food cold chain logistics system, and then it set up optimal decision- making model of food cold chain logistics system with cost constraint using the functional relationship between the time, temperature of cold chain logistics and logistics costs. Next, according to the characteristics of the model, a heuristic algorithm was proposed to allocate safety reliability of the system to each cold chain unit so as to achieve the goal of operatingcosts optimization subject to assurance ofoverall safety reliability of the cold chain system. Taking the safety impact factor of food cold chain unit as a weight, the article also deduced the equation of reallocation of safety reliability of food cold chain system. In the end, these models were used to optimize the allocation of safety reliability in an example of Sushi cold chain process. It provided a new thought and method to optimally plan the unit safety of food cold chain system as well as reduce the cost of food cold chain.

文摘This paper designs a set of semi-automatic intelligent cold chain cargo proximity warning system with wireless data transmission, lightweight Optical Character Recognition identification algorithm framework and electronic label automatic warning as the core technology for cold chain dairy Fast Moving Consumer Goods contractors. In terms of hardware, Pulse Frequency Modulation modulation and demodulation are used as the main technology to realize wireless transmission and reception of equipment, and digital electronic tags are added to warn the same batch of upcoming goods. In terms of software, based on Chinese-ocr algorithm, image preprocessing and recognition methods are studied, and an early warning system is designed. So as to realize semi-automatic early warning of cold chain logistics goods.
