Background Artificial insemination(AI)is a routine breeding technology in animal reproduction.Nevertheless,the temperature-sensitive nature and short fertile lifespan of ram sperm samples hamper its use in AI.In this sense,nanotechnology is an interesting tool to improve sperm protection due to the development of nanomaterials for AI,which could be used as delivery vehicles.In this work,we explored the feasibility of vitamin E nanoemulsion(NE)for improving sperm quality during transport.Results With the aim of evaluating this proposal,ejaculates of 7 mature rams of Manchega breed were collected by artificial vagina and extended to 60×10^(6)spz/mL in AndromedR.Samples containing control and NE(12 mmol/L)with and without exogenous oxidative stress(100μmol/L Fe2+/ascorbate)were stored at 22 and 15℃and motility(CASA),viability(YO-PRO/PI),acrosomal integrity(PNA-FITC/PI),mitochondrial membrane potential(Mitotracker Deep Red 633),lipoperoxidation(C11 BODIPY 581/591),intracellular reactive oxygen species(ROS)production and DNA status(SCSAR)monitored during 96 h.Our results show that NE could be used to maintain ram spermatozoa during transport at 15 and 22℃for up to 96 h,with no appreciable loss of kinematic and physiological characteristics of freshly collected samples.Conclusions The storage of ram spermatozoa in liquid form for 2-5 d with vitamin E nanoemulsions may lead more flexibility to breeders in AI programs.In view of the potential and high versatility of these nanodevices,further studies are being carried out to assess the proposed sperm preservation medium on fertility after artificial insemination. 展开更多

The im... Information technology (IT) was one of the most intensively studied and extensively applied technologies in the 20th century and its research and application will be even more accelerated in the 21st century. The impact of IT is more farreaching than any one may have had imagined, encompassing all facets and sectors of society. Economically, e-commerce generated more than $1.5 trillion in the US in 2004 and is projected to be 30, 15 and 2.6% of the total manufacturing, whole sales and retail sales in the US in 2006 respectively. IT research in agriculture has so far been particularly applied to such fields as precision farming and bioinformatics and in extension and farming practices. As such, its potential application in agricultural e-commerce has only begun to be explored. The United States Department of Agriculture has identified four different functions that e-commerce firms perform in the agricultural sector. They are: (1) information distribution, (2) input supply, (3) commodity trading floor, and (4) logistics/supply chain management. Unlike other industrial products, agricultural products are much more diverse and difficult to process and handle. For instance, fruits and vegetables are perishable and have to reach the market and the hands of consumers within a short period of time. One of the problems for IT applications in agriculture is the lack of standard measures in characteristics and quality of perishable produce and processing foods. Standards are pre-requisites for effective IT application and e-commerce. According to the Global Commerce Initiative, standards bring scalability, portability and affordability to the business process. Standards speed up the supply chain and reduce errors and protect technology investments and ensure system to system interaction and interoperability. Because the complexity of issues involved in standardization, the process of standardization must involve the input and discussion from all segments of the society. Being the largest agricultural country in the world and one of the most active trading partners in the international market, China must also be involved in determining the standards for both domestic and international trades. These measures are the necessary foundations for e-commerce in agriculture. In this paper, we provide a review of the technological development of standardization and coding that are prerequisites for IT application in e-commerce. This understanding is important for professionals in China to promote e- commerce in agriculture. Finally, we propose that a national committee to be formed in China, which includes IT experts from private sectors, academic professionals and governmental officials. This committee should consider the progress being made elsewhere in the world, the unique properties of Chinese commodities and appropriate business models to determine a set of standard measures that are transportable and communicable digitally in the world market for China's e- commerce in agriculture. 展开更多

We investigate the design of satellite network slicing for the first time to provide customized services for the diversified applications,and propose a novel scheme for satellite end-to-end(E2E) network slicing based on 5G technology,which provides a view of common satellite network slicing and supports flexible network deployment between the satellite and the ground.Specifically,considering the limited satellite network resource and the characteristics of the satellite channel,we propose a novel satellite E2E network slicing architecture.Therein,the deployment of the network functions between the satellite and the ground is coordinately considered.Subsequently,the classification and the isolation technologies of satellite network sub-slices are proposed adaptively based on 5G technology to support resource allocation on demand.Then,we develop the management technologies for the satellite E2E network slicing including slicing key performance indicator(KPI) design,slicing deployment,and slicing management.Finally,the analysis of the challenges and future work shows the potential research in the future. 展开更多

The study of technology acceptance for e-wallets application of clinic fees payment

The purpose of this study was to investigate the demand of application of e-wallet in domestic retail industry by examining the needs of adoption of small amount paying method and the reasons for customers’ using of IC stored value card in this industry and aimed at providing suggestions on the e-development of small amount paying methods for domestic retail and banking industries. This study was developed in a way that the model constructs in TAM were adapted to the context of using e-wallets for clinic fees. Scale items on the survey include those measuring perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, a user's attitude toward using and intention. The questionnaire contains no identifying information about the individual participants. A total of 320 Taipei City Hospital patients’ feedbacks were collected. Results indicate most of the relationships in the proposed model are statistically significant and in the predicted directions. Each observed variables influence with two ways: direct effect and indirect effect, and the total effect is the sum of direct effect and indirect effect. The Main effect of most of these observed variables is direct effect, but the information technology experience with the perceived usefulness. In this study, it could be finding that the perceived usefulness, the perceiver ease of use is positively associated with users’ attitude toward using, and the perceiver ease of use is positively associated with the perceived usefulness. It means the useful and easily operation of payment clinic fees with e-wallet products (such as Taipei Easy Card) is very important for the users. Besides, the easier for e-wallet using, the more people think it is usefulness. This suggestion is the same as the point at issue of Davis [1]. The users’ attitude toward using is positively associated with the intention using. 展开更多

Bringing the people in the rural region in the mainstream of the digital technologies to access and adopt modern technologies is a major concern now. Rural Development implies both, the economic development of the people and greater social transformation using electronic governance (e-governance). In order to provide the rural people in Maharashtra with better prospects and opportunities for economic development, agricultural development and management, marketing management, increased participation of rural people in usage and adoption of information and communication technologies (ICTs) is envisaged. This paper aims to explore the nature, role and relevance of the Electronic/Digital Governance using ICTs and wireless technologies for agriculture and rural development in the rural regions. It also aims to study the impact of e-governance on rural development and methods for improving local environmental governance having regard particularly to the range of interests and actors involved in e-governance. The paper examines the current status of electronic governance in Jalgaon district in India. Technology Acceptance Factors for Implementing the E-Government Systems in Saudi Arabia

Governments are implementing E-Government systems to match the other services due to the rapid worldwide development. Therefore, public sectors interact with many individuals;utilizing this technology lowers costs, enhances services, boosts efficiency, and saves time. The Government of Saudi Arabia has had various obstacles in serving its populace. Poor service delivery and excessive Government operating costs resulted from this manual service delivery. As a result, the Government launched the E-Government systems, which provide services more quickly. As a result, the report covered Saudi Arabia’s efforts to adopt E-Government, its difficulties, and its objectives to advance the 2030 vision. This study examined the adoption of E-Government systems using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) in Saudi Arabia. A sample size of 200 was estimated using the Convenience approach and received 58% of the response from employees and end-users of the E-Government systems. Data were analyzed using MS-Excel and SMART PLS for testing the hypothesis and applying the Partial Least Square approach. The results of the hypothesis testing reveal several meaningful relationships, including relative benefits, compatibility, security, management support, performance expectations, perceived Usefulness of E-Government, ease of use by reducing uncertainty to E-Government, and IT infrastructure by reducing language on E-Government adoption. 展开更多

E-cervix宫颈弹性成像技术在正常妊娠孕妇不同孕期宫颈硬度分析中的应用

目的:应用E-cervix宫颈弹性成像技术探讨正常妊娠孕妇不同孕期宫颈弹性参数的变化规律。方法:选取常规产检孕妇185例行E-cervix宫颈弹性成像,随访排除早产8例、胎儿严重畸形3例,最终纳入174例,其中妊娠12周49例妊娠,16周24例,20周24例,2... 目的:应用E-cervix宫颈弹性成像技术探讨正常妊娠孕妇不同孕期宫颈弹性参数的变化规律。方法:选取常规产检孕妇185例行E-cervix宫颈弹性成像,随访排除早产8例、胎儿严重畸形3例,最终纳入174例,其中妊娠12周49例妊娠,16周24例,20周24例,24周21例,28周21例,32周18例,36周17例。记录174例的弹性对比度指数(ECI)、硬度比(HR)、宫颈内口应变平均值(IOS)、宫颈外口应变平均值(EOS)、宫颈内外口应变比值(IOS/EOS)等宫颈弹性参数,分析宫颈弹性参数与孕周的关系并建立回归方程。结果:随孕周增加,HR呈降低趋势,ECI、IOS、EOS、IOS/EOS均呈升高趋势(均P<0.05)。HR与孕周呈负相关(r=-0.175,P=0.021),其线性回归方程为:HR=77.409-0.234×孕周;ECI、IOS、EOS均与孕周呈正相关(r=0.433,0.452,0.291;均P=0.001),其线性回归方程分别为:ECI=1.863+0.050×孕周,IOS=0.160+0.004×孕周,EOS=0.204+0.003×孕周。结论:随妊娠进展,正常妊娠孕妇宫颈的不均质性不断增加,宫颈硬度不断降低,且以宫颈内口的硬度降低为著。 展开更多

近年来,金融发展极大地缓解了跨境电商在支付结算、金融服务和企业融资等领域的困境。本文构建了跨境电商和金融发展水平指标体系,采用主成分分析法对2010—2022年RCEP成员国的跨境电商和金融发展水平进行了测算,深刻剖析了金融发展对... 近年来,金融发展极大地缓解了跨境电商在支付结算、金融服务和企业融资等领域的困境。本文构建了跨境电商和金融发展水平指标体系,采用主成分分析法对2010—2022年RCEP成员国的跨境电商和金融发展水平进行了测算,深刻剖析了金融发展对跨境电商的影响路径,并进行实证分析。研究表明,RCEP成员国金融发展水平和跨境电商发展水平差异明显,但两者之间存在着正相关关系;金融发展、贸易便利化、人口和高等教育入学率能促进跨境电商发展,汇率的影响不显著,贸易成本则会抑制其发展。其中,发达国家应注重贸易便利化水平、人口和高等教育入学率对跨境电商的促进作用,发展中国家应注重金融发展和高等教育入学率的促进作用。此外,金融发展可以通过技术进步来促进跨境电商的发展,仅供参考。 展开更多

Fifth Generation(5G)communications are regarded as the cornerstone to household consumer experience improvements and smart manufacturing revolution from the standpoint of industries’objectives.It is anticipated that Envisaged 5G(E5G)mobile technology would be operational in certain developed countries by 2023.The Internet of Things(IoTs)will transform how humans live when combined with smart and integrated sensing devices,such as in-home sensing devices.Recent research is being carried out all over the world to produce a new technique that can be crucial in the success of the anticipated 5G mobile technology.High output,reduced latency,highly reliable,greater scalability,high performance,capacity,bandwidth efficiency,virtual open-air transmission,and efficient energy mobile wireless communications are all being investigated currently.In this work,a comprehensive path for addressing the difficulties and developments associated with 5G mobile technology is provided.The debate and description of a complete analysis of current situations,certain characteristics and prospective scenarios,important technologies,problems and advances,and spectrum allocation of envisioned 5G mobile technologies are provided.Furthermore,this paper analyzes the most notable elements of 5G mobile technology,such as Cognitive Radio(CR),flexibility,accessibility,and cloud-based service offers,which will assure 5G mobile technology’s dominance as the main protocol for international communication.Eventually,this paper provides a method for integrating CR with current wireless communication systems,the necessity for further evolution of the E5G network,and the need for comprehensive consideration of architecture evolution and function enhancement to enhance the E5G mobile technologies. 展开更多

目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者对于E-health技术,如应用程序(application,APP)或微信小程序的使用意愿及其影响因素,分析具体的作用机制。方法:使用扩展的技术接受模型为理论依据,于2024年11—12月选取全国东中西部地区6省或直辖市的2型糖尿... 目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者对于E-health技术,如应用程序(application,APP)或微信小程序的使用意愿及其影响因素,分析具体的作用机制。方法:使用扩展的技术接受模型为理论依据,于2024年11—12月选取全国东中西部地区6省或直辖市的2型糖尿病患者559例进行横断面问卷调查,调查患者使用APP或微信小程序的意愿及影响因素,使用相关分析和结构方程模型分析患者的使用意愿影响因素,并探究影响机制。结果:共调查559例患者,平均使用意愿得分为10.68分(总分15分),年龄与文化程度是使用意愿的影响因素,年龄较低、文化程度为高中/大专者使用意愿更强,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Spearman相关性分析显示感知有用性、感知易用性、疾病感知、社会支持、自我效能、外部线索均与使用意愿正相关,感知障碍与使用意愿呈负相关,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结构方程模型显示感知有用性(β=0.375,P<0.001)、疾病感知(β=-0.240,P<0.001)、自我效能(β=0.313,P=0.019)、社会支持(β=-0.336,P=0.042)、外部线索(β=0.609,P<0.001)对于患者的使用意愿有直接影响。感知易用性以感知有用性为中介,对使用意愿有间接影响,总效应为0.374;自我效能通过疾病感知的部分中介效应影响使用意愿;外部线索通过感知有用性的部分中介效应影响使用意愿;感知障碍以感知有用性为中介影响使用意愿;以上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),对使用意愿的影响总效应最高为外部线索(β=0.672)。结论:2型糖尿病患者对于E-health技术如APP或微信小程序有较高的使用意愿,年龄较低、文化程度为高中/大专者使用意愿更强,患者感知有用性、自我效能、外部线索的增加有利于提升使用意愿,而高疾病感知与高社会支持者的使用意愿有所下降,感知易用性、自我效能等也可通过多重机制影响使用意愿。 展开更多

登革病毒(DENV)是一种经伊蚊传播的人兽共患病毒,目前没有特异性抗DENV药物和安全且高效的疫苗。为制备可中和DENV的纳米抗体,本研究构建血清Ⅱ型DENV(DENV-2)特异性噬菌体展示文库,并筛选DENV E蛋白特异性纳米抗体。首先将灭活并浓缩的... 登革病毒(DENV)是一种经伊蚊传播的人兽共患病毒,目前没有特异性抗DENV药物和安全且高效的疫苗。为制备可中和DENV的纳米抗体,本研究构建血清Ⅱ型DENV(DENV-2)特异性噬菌体展示文库,并筛选DENV E蛋白特异性纳米抗体。首先将灭活并浓缩的DENV-2免疫羊驼,采血分离外周血单核细胞(PBMC)并提取总RNA,通过RT-PCR扩增羊驼重链抗体可变区(VHH)并克隆入pCANTAB-5E质粒,构建成DENV特异性纳米抗体噬菌体展示文库,然后,以DENV-2 E蛋白为抗原淘筛纳米抗体库,将筛选到的2个VHH片段克隆入pPICZαA载体后在毕赤酵母(GS115株)中表达,并纯化抗体,最后,鉴定纯化的纳米抗体与E蛋白的反应性。结果显示:成功构建库容为9.1×10^(8)个的噬菌体展示文库;经3轮淘筛获得1株与DENV-2 E蛋白特异结合的纳米抗体DV2-Nb2。本研究为DENV诊断和抗体药物研发提供实验技术基础。 展开更多

研制猪瘟病毒(CSFV)E^(rns)结构蛋白单克隆抗体(简称“单抗”),对研究E^(rns)抗原结构和建立CSFV诊断方法具有重要意义。本试验利用单个B细胞抗体技术制备系列单抗,用CSFV E^(rns)蛋白免疫BALB/c小鼠,通过流式分选技术分选特异性结合E^(... 研制猪瘟病毒(CSFV)E^(rns)结构蛋白单克隆抗体(简称“单抗”),对研究E^(rns)抗原结构和建立CSFV诊断方法具有重要意义。本试验利用单个B细胞抗体技术制备系列单抗,用CSFV E^(rns)蛋白免疫BALB/c小鼠,通过流式分选技术分选特异性结合E^(rns)蛋白的单个B细胞,利用巢式聚合酶链式反应(PCR)扩增IgG抗体重链和轻链可变区基因,分别构建IgG抗体重链和轻链完整基因重组质粒,然后将重链和轻链重组质粒共转染至人胚胎肾细胞(HEK-293T)中进行单抗表达、纯化,并对单抗进行蛋白免疫印记(WB)、间接酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)和间接免疫荧光(IFA)鉴定。流式分选结果显示,本试验分选得到48个特异性结合E^(rns)蛋白的单个B细胞。PCR扩增结果显示,从48个B细胞中扩增得到16对配对的IgG抗体重链和轻链可变区基因。WB、间接ELISA和IFA结果显示,本试验成功制备得到13株能与CSFV发生反应的E^(rns)单抗,其中1株(E0M11)仅与CSFV疫苗毒株(HCLV株、Thiverval株)反应,不与CSFV流行毒株(IVDC-HeB-01、IVDC-HuB-06)和牛流行性腹泻病毒(BVDV)反应。结果表明,本试验建立了快速筛选CSFV单抗的技术平台,制备的单抗有望用于CSFV鉴别诊断方法的建立,具有一定的临床应用价值。 展开更多

Agents are an integral part of today’s software design. The question is how do intelligent agents work in the specific area of ERP credit card processing e-commerce models? To answer this question, a specific area of ERP systems will be analyzed: credit card processing for merchants. One specific merchant credit card processor will be specifically investigated: EVO Merchants. This paper will research how exactly does ERP systems interact using Application Programing Interface or “API” specified by a credit card clearing house. Secure Socket Layers or SSL, and XML are discussed and elaborated on specifically how intelligent agents play such a pivotal role in ERP e-commerce systems for credit card processing. 展开更多
