Considering the widening of the peak-valley difference in the power grid and the difficulty of the existing fixed time-of-use electricity price mechanism in meeting the energy demand of heterogeneous users at various ...Considering the widening of the peak-valley difference in the power grid and the difficulty of the existing fixed time-of-use electricity price mechanism in meeting the energy demand of heterogeneous users at various moments or motivating users,the design of a reasonable dynamic pricing mechanism to actively engage users in demand response becomes imperative for power grid companies.For this purpose,a power grid-flexible load bilevel model is constructed based on dynamic pricing,where the leader is the dispatching center and the lower-level flexible load acts as the follower.Initially,an upper-level day-ahead dispatching model for the power grid is established,considering the lowest power grid dispatching cost as the objective function and incorporating the power grid-side constraints.Then,the lower level comprehensively considers the load characteristics of industrial load,energy storage,and data centers,and then establishes a lower-level flexible load operation model with the lowest user power-consuming cost as the objective function.Finally,the proposed method is validated using the IEEE-118 system,and the findings indicate that the dynamic pricing mechanism for peaking shaving and valley filling can effectively guide users to respond actively,thereby reducing the peak-valley difference and decreasing users’purchasing costs.展开更多
Innovation incentives play a crucial role in guiding the innovative development of technology-based enterprises.However,existing research has yet to systematically organize and construct the theoretical framework of i...Innovation incentives play a crucial role in guiding the innovative development of technology-based enterprises.However,existing research has yet to systematically organize and construct the theoretical framework of innovation incentives,making it an urgent issue for academia to present the developmental characteristics and theoretical system of innovation incentives.First,based on a review of classic literature on innovation incentives,this study clarifies the origins of incentives and summarizes the developmental characteristics of innovation incentives from different dimensions.Second,it explores the antecedents,consequences,and mechanisms of innovation incentives from perspectives such as organizational structure,innovation strategy,work challenges,and reputation mechanisms.A comprehensive research framework is constructed following the paradigm of“antecedents of innovation incentives-formation of innovation incentives-pathways of innovation incentives-realization of innovation incentives.”Third,this study analyzes the practical application of innovation incentives in enterprises and identifies key areas for applying innovation incentives.Finally,considering the practical needs of innovation management in China,this study proposes future research directions for innovation incentives in technology-based enterprises,aiming to promote further development of innovation incentives in both theory and practice.展开更多
When human capital becomes the most important strategic capital,an entrepreneurial enterprise has to reform and innovate its corporate governance around human capital and its dynamism so as to acquire the capacity of ...When human capital becomes the most important strategic capital,an entrepreneurial enterprise has to reform and innovate its corporate governance around human capital and its dynamism so as to acquire the capacity of sustainable endogenous growth.This article is intended to discuss the meaning and adaptability of Huawei’s characteristic systems and mechanisms and then proceeds to introduce the general design of entrepreneurial enterprises'dynamic ownership governance platform and the possible effect of corporate governance.Subject to existing Chinese laws and regulations and with full consideration of the dynamics of human capital,this article recommends an entrepreneurial enterprise to set up a dynamic ownership governance platform,innovate and optimize its corporate governance structure and relevant mechanisms and promote the gradual socialization of its founder/founding team’s rights to earnings,control and management;then put in place scientific and proper counterbalance mechanisms in accordance with the principle of separation of powers and incentive compatibility,reform its selection of managing staff and introduce market mechanisms to promote fair competition and dynamic incentive compatibility between its founder/founding team and other key stakeholders.This article is meant to facilitate an entrepreneurial enterprise to turn to socialization corporate governance,and acquire the motivation and gradually form the capacity for endogenous growth.展开更多
