To provide the supplier with the minimizum vehicle travel distance in the distribution process of goods in three situations of new customer demand,customer cancellation service,and change of customer delivery address,...To provide the supplier with the minimizum vehicle travel distance in the distribution process of goods in three situations of new customer demand,customer cancellation service,and change of customer delivery address,based on the ideas of pre-optimization and real-time optimization,a two-stage planning model of dynamic demand based vehicle routing problem with time windows was established.At the pre-optimization stage,an improved genetic algorithm was used to obtain the pre-optimized distribution route,a large-scale neighborhood search method was integrated into the mutation operation to improve the local optimization performance of the genetic algorithm,and a variety of operators were introduced to expand the search space of neighborhood solutions;At the real-time optimization stage,a periodic optimization strategy was adopted to transform a complex dynamic problem into several static problems,and four neighborhood search operators were used to quickly adjust the route.Two different scale examples were designed for experiments.It is proved that the algorithm can plan the better route,and adjust the distribution route in time under the real-time constraints.Therefore,the proposed algorithm can provide theoretical guidance for suppliers to solve the dynamic demand based vehicle routing problem.展开更多
The rapid increase in renewable energy integration brings with it a series of uncertainty to the transmission and distribution systems.In general,large-scale wind and solar power integration always cause short-term mi...The rapid increase in renewable energy integration brings with it a series of uncertainty to the transmission and distribution systems.In general,large-scale wind and solar power integration always cause short-term mismatch between generation and load demand because of their intermittent nature.The traditional way of dealing with this problem is to increase the spinning reserve,which is quite costly.In recent years,it has been proposed that part of the load can be controlled dynamically for frequency regulation with little impact on customers’living comfort.This paper proposes a hybrid dynamic demand control(DDC)strategy for the primary and secondary frequency regulation.In particular,the loads can not only arrest the sudden frequency drop,but also bring the frequency closer to the nominal value.With the proposed control strategy,the demand side can provide a fast and smooth frequency regulation service,thereby replacing some generation reserve to achieve a lower expense.展开更多
For the dynamic demand assessment of bridge structures under ship impact loading,it may be prudent to adopt analytical models which permit rapid analysis with reasonable accuracy.Herein,a nonlinear dynamic macro-eleme...For the dynamic demand assessment of bridge structures under ship impact loading,it may be prudent to adopt analytical models which permit rapid analysis with reasonable accuracy.Herein,a nonlinear dynamic macro-element is proposed and implemented to quantify the demand of bridge substructures subjected to ship collisions.In the proposed nonlinear macro-element,a combination of an elastic-plastic spring and a dashpot in parallel is employed to describe the mechanical behavior of ship-bows with strain rate effects.Based on the analytical model using the proposed macro-element,a typical substructure under 5000 deadweight tonnage(DWT) ship collision is discussed.Our analyses indicate that the responses of the structure using the nonlinear macro-element agree with the results from the high resolution model,but the efficiency and feasibility of the proposed method increase significantly in practical applications.Furthermore,comparisons between some current design codes(AASHTO,JTGD60-2004,and TB10002.1-2005) and the developed dynamic analysis method suggest that these design codes may be improved,at least to consider the effect of dynamic amplification on structural demand.展开更多

In detail, it involves industrial planning, ecological restoration, transport planning, energy resource planning, architectural design, etc., for which appropriate approaches are selected according to the principle of rolling development of unit cells and based on different requirements of different stages. According to the method of systems analysis, the dynamic palm theorem is introduced to establish the prediction model of the spares demand rate, and its main influence factors are analyzed, based on which, the spares support effectiveness evaluation index system is studied, and the system optimization-oriented spares dynamic configuration method for multi-echelon multi-indenture system is proposed. Through the analysis of the optimization algorithm, the layered marginal algorithm is designed to improve the model calculation efficiency. A system dynamics urban water management model was proposed to simulate the dynamic interactions between urban water demands and society, economy, climate, and water conservation. The residents' water conseration willingness was incorporated in the model and water-saving effects were quantified. The simulation results for Macao showed that population size was the main driving force for urban water demand. The change of temperature and precipitation has obvious effects on the landscape water demand. The water demand output is sensitive to the change in population, per capita demand, and temperature. Increased precipitation will reduce urban water demand and increased economic growth will increase water demand. By implementing integrated water conservation measures and imoroved water conservation willinmaess, water demand could be reduced bv 17.5%.展开更多

Regular coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic prevention and control have raised new require-ments that necessitate operation-strategy innovation in urban rail transit.To alleviate increasingly seri-ous congestio...Regular coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic prevention and control have raised new require-ments that necessitate operation-strategy innovation in urban rail transit.To alleviate increasingly seri-ous congestion and further reduce the risk of cross-infection,a novel two-stage distributionally robust optimization(DRO)model is explicitly constructed,in which the probability distribution of stochastic scenarios is only partially known in advance.In the proposed model,the mean-conditional value-at-risk(CVaR)criterion is employed to obtain a tradeoff between the expected number of waiting passen-gers and the risk of congestion on an urban rail transit line.The relationship between the proposed DRO model and the traditional two-stage stochastic programming(SP)model is also depicted.Furthermore,to overcome the obstacle of model solvability resulting from imprecise probability distributions,a discrepancy-based ambiguity set is used to transform the robust counterpart into its computationally tractable form.A hybrid algorithm that combines a local search algorithm with a mixed-integer linear programming(MILP)solver is developed to improve the computational efficiency of large-scale instances.Finally,a series of numerical examples with real-world operation data are executed to validate the pro-posed approaches.展开更多
Beam hopping technology provides a foundation for the flexible allocation and efficient utilization of satellite resources,which is considered as a key technology for the next generation of high throughput satellite s...Beam hopping technology provides a foundation for the flexible allocation and efficient utilization of satellite resources,which is considered as a key technology for the next generation of high throughput satellite systems.To alleviate the contradiction between resource utilization and co-frequency interference in beam hopping technology,this paper firstly studies dynamic clustering to balance traffic between clusters and proposes cluster hopping pool optimization method to avoid inter-cluster interference.Then based on the optimization results,a novel joint beam hopping and precoding algorithm is provided to combine resource allocation and intra-cluster interference suppression,which can make efficient utilization of system resources and achieve reliable and near-optimal transmission capacity.The simulation results show that,compared with traditional methods,the proposed algorithms can dynamically adjust to balance demand traffic between clusters and meet the service requirements of each beam,also eliminate the co-channel interference to improve the performance of satellite network.展开更多
