A liquid-solid circulating fluidized bed boiler is designed and built for visualization research by applying the fluidized bed heat transfer and fouling prevention technology to the water side of the boiler. Four types of engineering plastic particles with different physical properties are selected as the solid working media. The effect of particle types on the fluidization and distribution of particles in the boiler is investigated under different feedwater flow rates and amount of added particles by using the charge couple device image measurement and acquisition system. The results show that all kinds of particles can't be normally fluidized and accumulate in the drum at low amount of added particles and feedwater flow rate. The particles with great density and low sphericity are more likely to accumulate. The average solid holdup in the riser tubes increases with the increase in feedwater flow rate and the amount of added particles. The non-uniform degree of particle distribution in the riser tubes generally decreases with the increase in feedwater flow rate and the amount of added particles. The particles with small density and settling velocity have high average solid holdup in the riser tubes under close sphericity. In generally,the smaller the density and settling velocity, the more uniform the particle distribution in the riser tubes.Three-dimensional diagrams of the non-uniform degree of particle distribution in the riser tubes of the boiler are established. 展开更多

This study presents an experimental investigation of the compressive strength and heavy metal ions immobilization properties of cement-free materials comprising CFBA, BFS, and DSG. The feasibility of manufacturing foamed concrete using these materials was examined, and field test of foamed concrete was conducted. Experimentally, the flow, compressive strength, and heavy metal ions concentration were evaluated via inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP</span></span></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><span style="font-family:Verdana;">-</span></span></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><span style="font-family:Verdana;">AES) of the paste and foamed concrete. The experimental investigation revealed the self-healing hardening ability of fluidized bed boiler ash. Affected by various factors, the water wall tube explosion of circulating fluidized bed boiler is very easy to occur during operation, which seriously affects the economic and safety benefits during the production, operation and construction of the enterprise. In view of this, taking 130t / h circulating fluidized bed boiler as an example, this paper puts forward the macro damage of the outlet nozzle of the circulating fluidized bed boiler, analyzes the macro and micro morphology of the fracture of the cracked pipe, and carries out micro hardness test and tensile test on the mechanical properties of the outlet nozzle. Finally, the reasons leading to the cracks in the export results are obtained, and the corresponding preventive countermeasures are formulated based on these reasons, in order to provide theoretical help for relevant staff. 展开更多

循环流化床锅炉在超低负荷运行时,存在煤耗高、主汽温度低和NOx排放值无法满足50 mg/m^(3)以下环保限值的技术瓶颈,严重制约了循环流化床锅炉的深度灵活调峰应用。在1台240 t/h高温高压循环流化床锅炉的炉膛两侧墙,各耦合了1支24 MW煤... 循环流化床锅炉在超低负荷运行时,存在煤耗高、主汽温度低和NOx排放值无法满足50 mg/m^(3)以下环保限值的技术瓶颈,严重制约了循环流化床锅炉的深度灵活调峰应用。在1台240 t/h高温高压循环流化床锅炉的炉膛两侧墙,各耦合了1支24 MW煤粉流态化自预热器,通过循环流化床主炉膛给粒煤和预热器给粉耦合燃烧方式,提升循环流化床低负荷燃烧的炉膛上部温度,并利用预热燃料还原循环流化床密相区已生成NOx的技术思路,破解循环流化床锅炉低负荷燃烧的技术难题。结果表明:煤粉自预热温度达到800℃以上,实现了锅炉负荷25%(预热给粉15%+主炉膛给煤10%)和锅炉负荷20%(预热给粉10%+主炉膛给煤10%)的稳定运行,且在超低负荷下,仅通过炉内喷氨,NOx原始排放分别为38.2和47.5 mg/m^(3),均达到了超低NOx排放标准,锅炉热效率分别为91.52%和91.09%。锅炉负荷25%和20%时,循环流化床主炉膛密相区温度均高于750℃,且锅炉负荷25%时,主炉膛出口温度达到670℃,形成了循环流化床锅炉超低负荷稳定、高效、清洁燃烧的技术方案和运行方式。试验研究结果为循环流化床锅炉深度灵活调峰技术研发和工程应用提供了重要支撑。 展开更多

Regulation of gas–solid flow is crucial for optimizing the operation efficiency of dual-circulating fluidized beds that are considered to be the most appropriate type of chemical-looping reactors. Herein, a computational particle fluid dynamics method was employed to simulate the gas–solid flow in a 3-MWth dual-circulating fluidized bed used for chemical-looping combustion and gasification. The influence of structural difference between units on particle residence time was determined. The multi-parameter control mechanism of pressure, particle circulation, and particle residence time in a whole-loop system was investigated. Results revealed that under stable particle circulation, the particle residence time in the fuel reactor is much longer than that in the air reactor. The axial forces on the particles are reduced upon increasing particle density and size, leading to particle accumulation in the dense-phase zone. When the particle properties are stable, increasing the fluidizing gas flow rates by the same proportion leads to identical pressure drops on the involved two loop seals, which cause symmetrical alterations in the particle circulation rate between the air and fuel reactors. The dual-circulating fluidized bed exhibits certain multi-condition adaptability, which is limited by the stock bin volume. Overall, this study is beneficial for effective and economical optimization of the operation of chemical-looping dual-circulating fluidized beds. 展开更多

针对循环流化床(CFB)锅炉因燃烧过程复杂,导致最佳过量空气系数难以在线量化的问题,提出了一种基于锅炉热平衡原理的风量优化算法。该算法仅需锅炉蒸发量与低温过热器出口氧气体积分数(简称“氧量”),即可构建显式代数模型,实时计算目... 针对循环流化床(CFB)锅炉因燃烧过程复杂,导致最佳过量空气系数难以在线量化的问题,提出了一种基于锅炉热平衡原理的风量优化算法。该算法仅需锅炉蒸发量与低温过热器出口氧气体积分数(简称“氧量”),即可构建显式代数模型,实时计算目标风量。以75 t/h与150 t/h的2台CFB锅炉的实际运行数据为样本,验证了模型的有效性。结果表明:模型计算风量与分布式控制系统实测风量的偏差率分别低至0.9%和2.3%,满足工程控制精度要求;在额定工况下,75 t/h锅炉将低温过热器出口氧量从6%优化至4%,总风量降低11.76%,节能效果显著。本文验证采用简化模型,而模型通式可适用于高排污或变效率场景,为实现燃烧控制从“经验调节”向“定量设定”转变提供了切实可行的工程路径。 展开更多

【目的】循环流化床锅炉存在布风不均、返料不畅及床温偏高等问题,需要找到一种经济可行的协同改造方法,以提升锅炉运行的安全性与经济性。【方法】基于前人对风帽布风特性与分离器结构性能的研究,实施布风、分离、返料等3个系统协同改... 【目的】循环流化床锅炉存在布风不均、返料不畅及床温偏高等问题,需要找到一种经济可行的协同改造方法,以提升锅炉运行的安全性与经济性。【方法】基于前人对风帽布风特性与分离器结构性能的研究,实施布风、分离、返料等3个系统协同改造:对风帽进一步创新结构设计,布风系统采用小直径钟罩形风帽,并通过倾斜开孔与全焊接结构增强布风均匀性与防磨性;分离系统对入口烟道缩口增速,并优化中心筒尺寸,提升分离效率;返料系统依据分区配风理念,差异化设计松动风帽与返料风帽,保障返料顺畅。【结果】改造后床温显著降低,最高降65℃;分离效率提升0.8%,未发生返料不畅,影响锅炉负荷的情况,锅炉实现连续“零非停”,年化经济效益达300万元。【结论】协同改造是系统性解决循环流化床锅炉流态化质量问题的有效途径,具有良好的推广价值。 展开更多

The supercritical circulating fluidized bed(CFB)boiler,which combines the advantages of CFB combustion with low cost emission control and supercritical steam cycle with high efficiency of coal energy,is believed to be the future of CFB combustion technology.It is also of greatest importance for low rank coal utilization in China.Different from the supercritical pulverized coal boiler that has been developed more than 50 years,the supercritical CFB boiler is still a new one which requires further investigation.Without any precedentor engineering reference,Chinese researchers have con ducted fundamental research,development,design of the supercritical CFB boilers independently.The design theory and key technology for supercritical CFB boiler were proposed.Key components and novel structures were invented.The first 600 MWe supercritical CFB boiler and its auxiliaries were successfully developed and demonstrated in Baima Power Plant,Shenhua Group as well as the simulator,control technology,installation technology,commissioning technology,system integration and operation technology.Compared with the 460 MWe supercritical CFB in Poland,developed in the same period and the only other supercritical one of commercial running in the word beside Baima,the 600 MWe one in Baima has a better performance.Besides,supercritical CFB boilers of 350 MWe have been developed and widely commercialized in China.In this paper,the updated progress of 660 MWe ultra-supercritical CFB boilers under development is introduced. 展开更多

The co-combustion of low-rank coals through fluidized bed boiler(CFB)is an effective approach to enhance the level of resource utilization.To date,there has been a lack of investigation concerning the co-combustion kinetics and self-desulfurization characteristics of coal slime,coal gangue,and raw coal.In this study,we adopted multiple model-free and model-fitting methods to comparatively analyze co-combustion kinetics of blended coals on the basis of thermogravimetric data.Then,the sulfur balance and self-desulfurization of blended coals in the co-combustion were intensively investigated using a tube furnace set-up.The results reveal that in the presence of coal gangue in blended coals,the average activation energy(E_(a))falls within the range of 65.7 kJ/mol to 100.4 kJ/mol,as determined by four model-free methods.Conversely,in the absence of coal gangue,only the Flynn-Wall-Ozawa(FWO)and Friedman(FM)methods are deemed appropriate for calculating the average E_(a),yielding a value of 77.3 kJ/mol.The first order reaction model is confirmed to be reliable for analyzing the co-combustion kinetics of low-rank blended coals.Irrespective of the specific composition of the blended coal,a significant linear correlation exists between the Ea and the natural logarithm of the pre-exponential factor(lnA)within an extensive range of parameters.Moreover,the addition of coal gangue to the blended coal substantially enhances the self-desulfurization level,resulting in an increase from 25.7%to60.7%at 1073 K.The self-desulfurization efficiency exhibits a good linear relationship with both the mass ratio of coal gangue to coal slime and the molar ratio of calcium to sulfur.In a practical implementation,the optimal addition ratio of coal gangue is a trade-off between the self-desulfurization efficiency and the ignition capacity. 展开更多
