A control and test system of a landing gear drop test rig is developed considering the drop test specifica- tions for the "Seagull 300" multi-functional amphibious airplane. In order to realize the automation of drop test process, a servo system is proposed and programmable logic controller(PLC) technology is used. Several key technologies for measuring the horizontal load, the vertical load and the transient rotational speed are studied. According to the requirements of CCAR-23-R3, the drop test of landing gears of the "Seagull 300" airplane is accomplished. Test results show that the system has a high accuracy of data collection. The system is stable and reliable. The drop test satisfies the requirements of the drop test specifications and the results can be used as the certification of airworthiness for this kind of airplane. 展开更多

Crashworthiness of a civil airplane fuselage section was studied in this paper. Firstly, the failure criterion of a rivet was studied by test, showing that the ultimate tension and shear failure loads were obviously affected by the loading speed. The relations between the loading speed and the average ultimate shear, tension loads were expressed by two logarithmic functions, Then, a vertical drop test of a civil airplane fuselage section was conducted with an actual impact velocity of 6.85 m/s, meanwhile the deformation of cabin frame and the accelerations at typical locations were measured. The finite element model of a main fuselage structure was developed and validated by modal test, and the error between the calculated frequencies and the test ones of the first four modes were less than 5%. Numerical simulation of the drop test was performed by using the LS-DYNA code and the simulation results show a good agreement with that of drop test. Deforming mode of the analysis was the same as the drop test; the maximum average rigid acceleration in test was 8.8 l g while the calculated one was 9.17g, with an error of 4.1%; average maximum test deformation at four points on the front cabin floor was 420 mm, while the calculated one was 406 mm, with an error of 3.2%; the peak value of the calculated acceleration at a typical location was 14.72g, which is lower than the test result by 5.46%; the calculated rebound velocity result was greater than the test result 17.8% and energy absorption duration was longer than the test result by 5.73%. 展开更多

Energy-absorbing rockbolts have been widely adopted in burst-prone excavation support, and their serviceability is closely related to the frequency and magnitude of seismic events. In this research, the splittube drop test with varying impact energy was conducted to reproduce the dynamic performance of MP1rockbolts under a wide range of seismic event magnitudes. The test results showed that the impact process could be subdivided into four distinct stages, i.e. mobilization, strain hardening, plastic flow(ductile), and rebound stage, of which strain hardening and plastic flow are the primary energy absorbing stages. As the impact energy per drop increases from 8.1 to 46.7 k J, the strain rate of the shank varies between 1.20 and 2.70 s^(-1), and the average impact load is between 240 and 270kN, which may be considered as constant. The MP1 rockbolt has a cumulative maximum energy absorption(CMEA) of 31.9–40.0 k J/m, with an average of 35.0 k J/m, and the elongation rate is 11.4%–14.7%, with an average of 12.7%, both of which are negatively correlated with the impact energy per drop. Regression analysis shows that energy absorption and shank elongation, as well as momentum input and impact duration,conform to the linear relationship. The complete dynamic capacity envelope of MP1 rockbolts is proposed, which reflects the dynamic bearing capacity, elongation, and distinct stages. This study is helpful to better understand the dynamic characteristics of energy-absorbing rockbolts and assist design engineers in robust reinforcement systems design to mitigate rockburst damage in seismically active underground excavations. 展开更多

The water drop penetration time(WDPT)test consists of placing water drops on a material's surface in order to evaluate how long it takes to penetrate the pores.It is used to evaluate the hydrophobicity of materials.This study aims at investigating in more detail the soil-water interaction during the test,exposing its mechanism.For that,a model soil named Hamburg Sand was coated with a hydrophobic fluoropolymer and then a WDPT test was performed while computed tomography(CT)images were taken.Tomography experiments were performed at the P07 high-energy materials science(HEMS)beamline,operated by Helmholtz–Zentrum Hereon,at the storage ring PETRA III at the Deutsches Elektronen-Synchrotron(DESY)in Hamburg.Using synchrotron radiation,a tomogram can be obtained in about 10 min,way less time than regular laboratory X-ray sources usually owned by universities.The faster imaging enables the observation of the drop penetration during time and thus provides insight into the dynamics of the process.After that,digital discrete image correlation is performed to track the displacement of the grains throughout time.From the results one can observe that,as the drop is absorbed at the material's surface,the grains directly around the droplet base are dragged to the liquid-air interface around the drop,revealing grain kinematics during capillary interactions of the penetrating liquid and sand grains. 展开更多

Microstructural analysis showed that the band structure of bainite elongated along the rolling direction works as the initiation sites of separation. The propagation of separation can be promoted not only by the occurrence of the band structure of martensite/austenite constituent, prior austenite grain boundaries, and elongated bainite, but also by fine acicular ferrite and bainite. [Objectives] This study was conducted to establish a method for microbial limit test of Compound Yu E Nose Drops.[Methods] According to the Chinese Pharmacopoei (General Rules in the fourth part of the 2015 edition),the microbial limit test method for Compound Yu E Nose Drops was verified.[Results] Compound Yu E Nose Drops has a strong inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis,and the inhibitory activity was significantly eliminated after increasing the diluent (1∶ 20).The recoveries were all in the range of 0.5-2.0 when the total quantities of aerobic microbes were determined by the dilution method (1∶ 20).When the total quantities of mould and yeast were determined by the conventional method,the recoveries were both in the range of 0.5-2.0.When examining control bacteria,Escherichia coli,S.aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa can all be detected in the test groups by the test liquid dilution method.[Conclusions] For Compound Yu E Nose Drops,the total quantities of aerobic microbe can be counted by the dilution method;the quantities of mould and yeast can be examined by the conventional plate method;and the conventional method can be used for control microbe examination. 展开更多

With the change of the main influencing factors such as structural configuration and impact conditions,reinforced concrete slabs exhibit different mechanical behaviors with different failure patterns,and the failure modes are transformed.In order to reveal the failure mode and transformation rule of reinforced concrete slabs under impact loads,a dynamic impact response test was carried out using a drop hammer test device.The dynamic data pertaining to the impact force,support reaction force,structural displacement,and reinforcement strain were obtained through the use of digital image correlation technology(DIC),impact force measurement,and strain measurement.The analysis of the ultimate damage state of the reinforced concrete slab identified four distinct types of impact failure modes:local failure by stamping,overall failure by stamping,local-overall coupling failure,and local failure by punching.Additionally,the influence laws of hammerhead shape,hammer height,and reinforcement ratio on the dynamic response and failure mode transformation of the slab were revealed.The results indicate that:(1)The local damage to the slab by the plane hammer is readily apparent,while the overall damage by the spherical hammer is more pronounced.(2)In comparison to the high reinforcement ratio slabs,the overall bending resistance of the low reinforcement ratio slabs is significantly inferior,and the slab back exhibits further cracks.(3)As the hammer height increases,the slab failure mode undergoes a transformation,shifting from local failure by stamping and overall failure by stamping to local-overall coupling failure and local failure by punching.(4)Three failure mode thresholds have been established,and by comparing the peak impact force with the failure thresholds,the failure mode of the slab can be effectively determined. 展开更多

目的针对大型仿古青铜方鼎自重大、重心高及易损部位突出,导致其在运输与装卸作业中易受冲击损坏的问题,设计防护包装并验证其可靠性。方法基于有限元仿真的现代缓冲包装设计方法,首先,通过瞬态结构仿真确定方鼎脆值;提出“鼎-垫-板”... 目的针对大型仿古青铜方鼎自重大、重心高及易损部位突出,导致其在运输与装卸作业中易受冲击损坏的问题,设计防护包装并验证其可靠性。方法基于有限元仿真的现代缓冲包装设计方法,首先,通过瞬态结构仿真确定方鼎脆值;提出“鼎-垫-板”集成化承载结构设计理念,利用背板实现载荷均化与足部悬空保护,并将缓冲衬垫与移运底座整合为预组装模块,降低装箱过程中的人工接触风险;其次,使用Creo构建包装件模型,基于Workbench开展面、棱、角三工况跌落仿真,结合实物跌落试验验证防护效能。结果该承载结构降低了搬运过程中人工接触方鼎造成损伤的风险,仿真与试验结果表明,在跌落高度为300 mm时,产品在角跌落工况下的最大响应加速度为31.2g,小于脆值83.2,包装件结构完整,方鼎无变形等损伤。结论本文设计的鼎-垫-板集成化承载结构具有较好的缓冲效果,可有效降低作业风险并优化装箱作业流程。该研究也可为文物的物流包装方案提供借鉴。 展开更多

针对阻尼孔尺寸对缓冲性能影响规律不明确的问题,以某型飞机支柱式油气混合起落架为研究对象,设计一种简易高效的新型缓冲器阻尼结构;构建起落架落震仿真模型,精准模拟不同下沉速度与阻尼孔孔径工况下的试验环境;开展落震试验,获取多工... 针对阻尼孔尺寸对缓冲性能影响规律不明确的问题,以某型飞机支柱式油气混合起落架为研究对象,设计一种简易高效的新型缓冲器阻尼结构;构建起落架落震仿真模型,精准模拟不同下沉速度与阻尼孔孔径工况下的试验环境;开展落震试验,获取多工况下的缓冲性能;最后,结合仿真与试验数据剖析起落架落震缓冲性能随阻尼孔孔径变化的规律。结果表明:各工况下仿真与试验之间最大垂直载荷的误差不超过2.52%,数据的拟合度较高,仿真分析结果与试验结果具有良好的一致性;阻尼孔尺寸对起落架缓冲性能的影响十分显著,在相同下沉速度的工况条件下,缓冲器在孔径5、6 mm工况下的最大垂直载荷相比孔径7 mm工况下分别增加29.85%和5.60%,且垂直载荷的双峰值差距较大,说明阻尼孔尺寸的变化会对缓冲器的能量耗散和载荷分布产生重要影响,进而影响起落架的缓冲性能。当阻尼孔尺寸为7 mm时,其落震特性满足相应的设计要求,能够在飞机着陆过程中有效发挥缓冲作用,保障飞机着陆的安全性和稳定性。 展开更多

Impact drop tests are routinely used to examine the dynamic performance of rockbolts.Numerous impact tests have been carried out in the past decades on independently designed,constructed and operated testing rigs.Each laboratory has developed testing procedures;thus,the results are often reported in different ways by various laboratories.The inconsistency in testing procedures and reporting formats presents a challenge when comparing results from different laboratories.A series of impact tests of identical rockbolts was carried out using the direct impact method(i.e.the mass free-fall method)on the rigs in four laboratories in different countries.The purpose of these tests was to investigate the level of consistency in the results from the four rigs.Each rig demonstrated a high level of repeatability,but differences existed between the various rigs.The differences would suggest that there is noticeable equipment-dependent bias when test results obtained from different laboratories are compared.It was also observed that the energy dissipated for the plastic displacement of the bolt was smaller than the impact energy in the tests.The average impact load(AIL)and the ultimate plastic displacement(D)of the bolt describe the ultimate dynamic performance of the bolt.In the case where the bolt does not rupture,the specific plastic energy(SPE)is an appropriate parameter in describing the impact performance of the bolt.Two other relevant parameters are the first peak load(FPL)and the initial stiffness(K)of the bolt sample.The information from this test series will guide the formulation of standardised testing procedures for dynamic impact tests of rockbolts. 展开更多

Aimed at the problem of store separation from internal cavity,this paper innovatively puts forward a separation scheme of using lateral jet to assist store safe separation.The jet ensures that the store is continuously subjected to down head moment during separation,so as to ensure safe separation.The wind tunnel free drop test technique with lateral jet is established,which can ensure that there is no support interference in the motion process of the store and more truly simulate the motion of the store.The feasibility of the new separation scheme is proved by wind tunnel test.The test shows that the new scheme can also change the more dangerous state into a safe state.Through the analysis of the test data,the pitching moment coefficients of the store under different pressures in the high-pressure cylinder are obtained,and the effects of aircraft and cavity on the pitching moment of the store are obtained.The 3 stages of store passing through cavity shock wave are found.The results show that the lateral jet provides the store with continuous head down moment,and makes the store overcome the head up moment caused by the shock wave in front of the cavity,so as to ensure the safety of separation. 展开更多

The corrosive behaviors of hot-dip galvanized steel (G I) sheets and the corresponding interstitial free (IF) steel base sheets for use in automobiles were investigated by the classical salt water drop (SWD) test at room temperature. The corrosive processes and products were observed and analyzed through morphological observation, a scanning electronic microscope (SEM) and an energy dispersive spectrum (EDS). The results show that the anodic and cathode sites can be distinguished clearly during and after the test. The propagation of rusting, and the color, distribution and composition of the final corrosive products of the two kinds of materials are quite different. The SWD corrosive mechanisms of steel with and without galvanized coating are both discussed in this paper. 展开更多

回火温度对X70Q管线钢DWTT性能的影响

为研究回火温度对X70Q管线钢落锤撕裂试验(DWTT)性能的影响,采用金相、扫描、电子背散射衍射、JMatPro模拟计算、透射电镜等方法,研究了不同回火温度(300~600℃)对X70Q厚壁管线钢组织与力学性能、特别是DWTT性能的影响规律与作用机制。... 为研究回火温度对X70Q管线钢落锤撕裂试验(DWTT)性能的影响,采用金相、扫描、电子背散射衍射、JMatPro模拟计算、透射电镜等方法,研究了不同回火温度(300~600℃)对X70Q厚壁管线钢组织与力学性能、特别是DWTT性能的影响规律与作用机制。研究表明,在300~400℃中低温回火区间,试验钢发生了位错回复与亚晶合并,导致大角度晶界比例显著增加(400℃时达68.3%),同时细小的M_(3)C碳化物析出起到强化作用,展现出最佳的强韧性匹配;500~600℃高温回火时,晶粒粗化、脆性相析出及马氏体/奥氏体(M/A)岛分解,使DWTT性能显著降低。高温回火恶化DWTT性能主要归因于晶粒粗化与等轴化、脆性相沿晶界析出、细小M/A岛分解3个关键因素。晶粒粗化与等轴化是指具有较小断裂单元、取向差异大的针状铁素体,高温回火后向等轴化的多边形铁素体转变,导致有效晶粒尺寸增大,特别是{001}解理面晶粒异常长大,降低了裂纹扩展阻力。脆性相沿晶界析出是指高温回火后粗大的M_(23)C_(6)沿晶界析出,造成晶界附近贫铬,弱化了晶界结合强度。细小M/A岛分解是指作为阻碍裂纹扩展的重要组织,细小M/A岛在高温回火后基本完全分解,丧失其有益作用。研究结果为X70Q热处理生产提供了参考。 展开更多

为解决现有测试系统难以实现对橡胶护舷进行均匀冲击的问题,提出了一种基于落锤法的护舷抗冲击性能测试装置及测试方法,并采用此装置和方法对缩尺护舷模型开展了抗冲击性能试验。通过改变落锤高度控制冲击速度,共设计了4种冲击速度工况... 为解决现有测试系统难以实现对橡胶护舷进行均匀冲击的问题,提出了一种基于落锤法的护舷抗冲击性能测试装置及测试方法,并采用此装置和方法对缩尺护舷模型开展了抗冲击性能试验。通过改变落锤高度控制冲击速度,共设计了4种冲击速度工况。试验结果表明:随着冲击高度的增加,护舷模型的反力逐渐增大,吸能量也逐渐增大。对于直径300 mm、长度500 mm的圆柱体试件,当冲击高度为400 mm时,模型最大变形可达到140.5 mm,最大反力达到38.49 kN,最大吸能量为2377.41 J。进一步建立了橡胶护舷落锤冲击试验的有限元数值模型,对冲击试验过程开展了数值模拟分析,对比表明数值结果与试验结果吻合较好。 展开更多
