Evolution of railway container transport network nodes driven by sea-rail intermodal transportation:A case study of Northeast China

The evolution mechanism of railway transportation network nodes driven by sea-rail intermodal transport(SRIT),a globally prevalent logistics method,has not been thoroughly investigated.From the perspective of SRIT,this study constructed a framework for understanding the evolution of railway container transport network nodes using Northeast China from 2013 to 2020 as a case study.It leverages proprietary data from 95306 Railway Freight E-commerce Platform.By employing the hybrid EWM-GA-TOPSIS model,complex network analysis,modified gravity model,and correlation and regression analyses,this study delves into the spatiotemporal patterns and dynamic transformations of railway container freight stations(RCFS).Finally,the long-term relationship between the RCFS and SRIT is explored.The results indicate that the spatial and temporal analysis of the RCFS in Northeast China from 2013 to 2020 revealed a clear polarisation trend,with the top-ranked stations mainly concentrated near ports and important transportation hubs.Additionally,the RCFS exhibited an expansionary trend;however,its development was uneven,and there was a significant increase in the number of new stations compared to abandoned stations,indicating an overall positive growth tendency.Moreover,the intensity of the SRIT at the RCFS in Northeast China notably increased.A significant positive linear relationship exists between SRIT and the freight capacity of all stations.A relatively pronounced correlation was observed for high-intensity stations,whereas a relatively weak correlation was observed for low-intensity stations.This study not only provides an effective framework for future research on RCFS within the context of SRIT but also serves as a scientific reference for promoting the implementation of the national strategy for multimodal transportation. 展开更多

Rail, road and water transportation have competed against each other for container transportation in the Chang-jiang River main line and its delta area. It is of significance to assess these different transportation modes scientifically in order to organize container transportation efficiently in this area and make decision for integral plan and construction of transportation system in this area. This paper outlines application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to appraise different modes of typical direction of containers. Twelve assessment indexes were decided. Membership functions were formulated. Evaluation results indicated that road transportation was optimal mode in the Changjiang River delta area, however water transportation was the primary way in the Changjiang River main line. 展开更多

Promoting or Inhibiting?Influence of Railway Container Transportation on Regional Economic Development 被引量:1

In the context of building a country with a strong transportation network,railway container transportation(RCT)is an important means of reducing costs,increasing efficiency,and adjusting transportation structures.Thus,its impact on regional economic development is important.Based on data from railway container-handling stations and spatial econometric models,this study discusses the differences in the development of RCT and their impact on regional economic development at different leves.This study has three main findings:first,there are significant regional differences in the development of the RCT.The intra-regional differences between the eastern and central regions of China(which do not include Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan)are gradually narrowing,while the regional differences in the western region are widening.Meanwhile,the intra-regional differences in important economic zones such as Pearl River Delta Economic Zone(PRDEZ),Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone(CYEZ),Bohai Rim Economic Zone(BHEZ),and Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone(YRDEZ)are narrowing daily.Second,the development differences of RCT in regional level and important economic regions level show different trends.The unbalanced features of large regions are increasingly evident,whereas the differences in economic regions are decreasing.However,the problem of overlapping RCT remains prominent.Third,the transformation of RCT development mode and fierce competition among transportation modes cause RCT to have a restraining effect on the regional economy at three levels.Rational allocation of resources and other means must be used to guide the transformation from inhibition to promotion,and by formulating targeted policies that will promote the development of RCT,which will improve the transportation structure and help construct a country with a strong transportation system. 展开更多

[Objectives]This study aimed at providing gist for selecting qualified transport containers by comparing the performance of common SPF mouse transport containers at home and abroad,and laying a foundation for subsequent improvement of transport containers.[Methods]In this study,5 different transport containers were selected,and their microbial filtration performance,ventilation,sterilization method and flux,and other related design and construction were analyzed.[Results]The results showed all 5 SPF mouse transport containers can provide enough air for the survival of mouse and protect them from bacterial infections.Transport container B and D are superior to others on one-time sterilization flux and deformation degree after autoclaving.Furthermore,taking into account the related design and construction of these transport containers,such as viewing window and carrying handle,the result of comprehensive comparison is that the transport container D>A>E>C>B.[Conclusions]In summary,the 5 SPF transport containers tested in this study can all satisfy the basic demand of SPF mouse transportation,but each transport container has its own advantages and disadvantages on storage space,deformation degree after autoclaving and other aspects.Thus,SPF mouse transport containers should be selected by different demand. 展开更多

The model takes the uncertainty of departure time of import containers and arrival time of export containers into account. For each planning horizon,the problem is decomposed into two levels: the first level minimizes the unbalanced workloads among blocks using hybrid intelligence algorithm;based on block workloads allocated in the above level,the second level minimizes the number of blocks to which the same group of import containers are split. Numerical results show that the model reduces workload imbalance,and speeds up the vessel loading and discharging process. 展开更多

Study on the Impact of the Panama Canal Expansion on the Distribution of Container Liner Routes

The expansion of the Panama Canal will have a profound impact on the container shipping route network, port layout and ship structure, and promote the evolution of the global shipping pattern. However, most of the research on the expansion of the Panama Canal currently stays before its real expansion, and the quantitative analysis is less and the result is not accurate, because previous research used data that expanded before. Based on the actual data after the expansion of the Panama Canal, this paper uses the dual-target route distribution model to analyze the expansion of the Panama Canal. The changes in the liner shipping plan that have a greater impact on the shipping industry will provide the relevant theoretical basis for the relevant entities. The results show that after the expansion of the Panama Canal, the largest 15,000 TEU container ship is currently deployed on the route through the Panama Canal. 6500 TEU ship type is also deployed on the route through the Panama Canal. The 8500 TEU, 10,500 TEU, and 12,500 TEU ship types are mainly deployed through the Suez Canal. On the route, such a distribution plan can maximize the benefits for the shipping company. 展开更多

The efficiency of substance exchange may be decreased when the thickness and volume of such a tissue-engineered cartilage that is composed of cultured cells and porous scaffold increase. Moreover, during the transport of this construct with complicated shapes, excessive and focal mechanical loading may cause deformation. The establishment of incubation and transport methods is necessary for the three-dimensional tissue-engineered cartilage. Therefore, we investigated the preparation of an agarose mold with a concavity similar to the shape of 3-dimensional tissue-engineered cartilage to prevent excessive and focal concentration of stress, while avoiding interference with substance exchange as much as possible. Firstly, we investigated the preparation at 1% - 4% agarose concentrations. Since the mechanical strength was insufficient at 1%, 2% was regarded as appropriate. Using 2% agarose, we prepared a mold with a 5 × 5 × 5 mm concavity to accommodate tissue-engineered cartilage (5 × 5 × 5 mm mixture of 1.5 × 107 cells and collagen gel), and stored the regenerative cartilage in it for 2 and 24 hours. On comparison with storage in a plastic mold with the same shape in which substance exchanged from side and bottom was impossible, although no significant differences were noted in the number or viability of cells after 2 hours, these were markedly reduced in the plastic mold after 24 hours. It was confirmed that favorable cell numbers and viability were maintained by immediately retaining the regenerative cartilage in the culture medium in the agarose mold and keeping the temperature at 37°C. Since this agarose mold also buffers against mechanical forces loaded on the three-dimensional regenerative tissue, it may be useful as a container for storage and transport of large-sized three-dimensional regenerative tissue. 展开更多

为提高铁路在“白货”市场的分担率及运输企业利润,本文综合考虑不同货物品类的密度与价值特征,构建门到门铁路与公路运输的效用函数,并考虑托运人的有限理性特征,采用累积前景值刻画其感知效用。在此基础上,建立以铁路运输企业利润最... 为提高铁路在“白货”市场的分担率及运输企业利润,本文综合考虑不同货物品类的密度与价值特征,构建门到门铁路与公路运输的效用函数,并考虑托运人的有限理性特征,采用累积前景值刻画其感知效用。在此基础上,建立以铁路运输企业利润最大化和托运人感知广义费用最小化为目标的双层规划模型,结合典型货运通道的算例,采用嵌套累积前景理论-Logit概率分配方法的遗传算法求解得到差异化定价与开行优化方案。研究发现:在[-15%,10%]的运价率浮动区间内,差异化定价结合货物品类的密度与价值特征实施针对性调整,使铁路运输企业总利润提升约26%,市场总分担率提高约5.6%,在利润与市场份额间实现了协同优化。该策略通过对高密度低价值货物实施适度降价与规模化班列组织扩大承运规模,对中密度高价值货物维持较高运价率并依托装载效率优势稳定份额,对低密度货物在需求弹性有限的前提下通过略高运价和合理运力配置提升收益,从而实现针对不同货类特征的精细化调控,既增强了托运人选择铁路的意愿,又提升了企业整体收益。 展开更多

集装箱海运网络在多源异构环境扰动因子的交互作用下,呈现出高度的非稳态需求波动。这种时变需求剖面与非线性运价弹性及船舶航路固定性之间产生深刻矛盾,导致传统基于稳态假设的航线优化模型陷入决策适应性困境,表现为运力供需失配、... 集装箱海运网络在多源异构环境扰动因子的交互作用下,呈现出高度的非稳态需求波动。这种时变需求剖面与非线性运价弹性及船舶航路固定性之间产生深刻矛盾,导致传统基于稳态假设的航线优化模型陷入决策适应性困境,表现为运力供需失配、航线经济性劣化及客户服务水平衰减。为解决上述问题,本文构建考虑波动需求的集装箱船舶航线优化算法。分析船舶航线的不同航段货运量与港口对间需求量的相关性,根据不同航段货运量可确定集装箱需求量。构建集装箱航线双层优化模型,下层模型以集装箱船舶航线收益最大化为目标函数,设定运输成本、时间、集装箱波动需求等约束条件,由此确定航线收益;上层模型根据航线收益选择最优航线。实验结果显示,该算法在不同货运量条件下的集装箱需求量计算误差控制在5%以内;能够显著降低不同航线的航程、航行时间与成本,实现航线收益提升的目的,说明该算法能适应复杂波动需求场景,具实际推广价值。 展开更多

目的:探讨刺槐素对高尿酸血症(HUA)小鼠的降尿酸作用及其潜在机制。方法采用氧嗪酸钾和腺嘌呤联合建立HUA小鼠模型。将48只雄性昆明小鼠随机分为6组,正常组,模型组,刺槐素低、中、高剂量(12.5、25、50 mg·kg^(-1))组和别嘌呤醇组(1... 目的:探讨刺槐素对高尿酸血症(HUA)小鼠的降尿酸作用及其潜在机制。方法采用氧嗪酸钾和腺嘌呤联合建立HUA小鼠模型。将48只雄性昆明小鼠随机分为6组,正常组,模型组,刺槐素低、中、高剂量(12.5、25、50 mg·kg^(-1))组和别嘌呤醇组(10 mg·kg^(-1)),连续灌胃给药21 d。采用全自动生化分析仪检测小鼠血清尿酸(UA)、肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)和天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)水平。通过酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测小鼠肝脏组织黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)活性,血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素(IL)-1β和IL-18水平。采用苏木素-伊红(HE)染色观察小鼠肾脏组织病理改变。通过蛋白免疫印迹法(Western blot)检测小鼠肾脏组织中葡萄糖转运蛋白9(GLUT9)、尿酸转运蛋白1(URAT1)、磷酸化NF-κB p65蛋白(p-NF-κB p65)和核苷酸寡聚化结构域样受体热蛋白结构域相关蛋白3(NLRP3)水平。结果与正常组比较,模型组小鼠的UA、Cr、BUN、ALT和AST水平显著升高,肝脏组织XOD活性增加,TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-18水平升高,肾脏组织GLUT9、URAT1、p-NF-κB p65和NLRP3蛋白水平显著增高(P<0.01);与模型组比较,刺槐素呈剂量依赖性地降低小鼠血清UA水平,显著改善肝、肾功能(P<0.05),降低肝脏组织XOD活性(P<0.01),改善肾脏病理状态,下调肾脏组织GLUT9、URAT1、p-NF-κB p65和NLRP3蛋白水平(P<0.01),降低血清炎症因子TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-18水平(P<0.01)。结论刺槐素可以通过减少尿酸生成、增加尿酸排泄及抑制NF-κB/NLRP3信号通路来改善HUA。因此,刺槐素可能是一种治疗HUA的潜在药物。 展开更多

超充设施可满足配备大容量电池组电动集卡的快速补能需求,同时具有良好的技术成熟度和设施通用性,是推动港口集疏运领域电动化转型的关键支撑。然而,超充设施大规模部署不仅涉及交通系统内部效率优化,高功率充电负荷还可能对配电网形成... 超充设施可满足配备大容量电池组电动集卡的快速补能需求,同时具有良好的技术成熟度和设施通用性,是推动港口集疏运领域电动化转型的关键支撑。然而,超充设施大规模部署不仅涉及交通系统内部效率优化,高功率充电负荷还可能对配电网形成显著冲击。本文提出考虑交通-电力两网交互的电动集卡超充设施协同规划方法。首先,针对多类型集装箱运输任务的能耗异质性特征,构建充电需求空间分布模型,准确刻画进出口和重空箱等不同运输模式下车队充电调度决策;其次,建立充电站容量配置双层优化框架,上层协调运输企业、充电运营商和电力公司等多方利益,下层刻画集卡车队充电选择均衡与电力系统运行均衡,并通过节点边际电价(LMP)实现两网交互。实例分析表明:本文方法使社会总成本降低7.66%,平均LMP降低54.53%,有效缓解了集中充电负荷对配电网冲击;优化后充电设施呈现多中心网络化布局,铁路枢纽和内陆集散区域成为充电中心,实现充电便利性与电网经济性平衡;在中等需求水平下协同规划方法效果显著,且能准确识别投资边际收益递减点。 展开更多

Therefore, this paper analyses changes in behavioural routines and governance structures in the maritime transport chain using a case study that depicts mutual projections of expected container transhipment moderated by a neutral third for reducing the uncertainty in planning within the whole maritime transport chain. The actors' different views on container transport are collected and directly confronted to an expert panel showing bounded rationality and thus asymmetric information can be circumvented The planning approach shows how actors' different internal planning can be improved and evident to the market. The whole maritime transport chain expects the future development in container transport which can be given by using collaborative Delphi-based planning. As a result, an overall picture for planning issues can be constituted, improving both individual planning of the actors and expected market growth. 展开更多

Novel pyridine-containing macrocyclic compounds, such as 6,12,19,25-tetramethyl-7,11,20,24-dinitrilo-dibenzo [b,m]1,4,12,15-tetra-azacyclodoc osine (TMCD), were synthesized and used as electron transport layer in organic electroluminescent devices. Devices with a structure of glass/indium-tin oxide/arylamine derivative/ tris(quinolinolato)aluminum(Ⅲ) (Alq)/TMCD/LiF/Al exhibited green emission from the Alq layer with external quantum efficiency of 0.84% and luminous efficiency of 1.3 lm/W. The derivatives of TMCD were synthesized and characterized as well. These compounds were also found to be useful as the electron-transporting materials in organic electroluminescent devices. 展开更多

考虑路网阻抗与碳排放的冷藏集装箱多式联运路径优化

【目标】为研究冷藏集装箱多式联运路径优化问题,考虑不确定需求量和路网阻抗等影响因素,构建兼顾经济性与环境效益的智能决策模型。【方法】首先,设计了多式联运配送车辆碳排放函数,构建了以运输成本和碳排放成本为优化目标的多式联运... 【目标】为研究冷藏集装箱多式联运路径优化问题,考虑不确定需求量和路网阻抗等影响因素,构建兼顾经济性与环境效益的智能决策模型。【方法】首先,设计了多式联运配送车辆碳排放函数,构建了以运输成本和碳排放成本为优化目标的多式联运路径优化模型。然后,针对樽海鞘算法易陷入局部最优、收敛速度慢等问题,将混沌映射与交叉算子引入樽海鞘算法,通过自适应动态种群分配结构实现了算法迭代过程中领导者与追随者数量结构的自适应调整。最后,利用改进的樽海鞘算法对模型进行仿真求解分析。【结果】在需求波动处于合理范围内时,构建的鲁棒优化模型能够为客户提供满意的可行解,不同遗憾系数产生不同的鲁棒优化解,客户可以根据实际需求选择适合的方案,所构建的改进模型在服务准时性、鲁棒性方面均优于传统模型;改进后的樽海鞘算法成功地实现了全局搜索与局部搜索能力的平衡。【结论】构建的模型及改进的算法不仅具有可行性和有效性,还可推广应用于危险品运输、应急物流等具有不确定特征的路径优化场景,能够为企业制订科学的冷藏集装箱多式联运路径决策提供有力的理论支持。 展开更多
