The Double Star Programme (DSP) is the first joint space mission between China and ESA. The mission, which is made of two spacecraft, is designed to investigate the magnetospheric global processes and their response to the interplanetary disturbances in conjunction with the Cluster mission. The first spacecraft, TC-1 (Tan Ce means "Explorer"), was launched on 30 December 2003, and the second one, TC-2, on 25 July 2004 on board two Chinese Long March 2C. Due to the importance of and success of DSP, both CNSA and ESA approved the extension of DSP. This paper presents DSP mission and some important scientific results made based on the data of DSP. 展开更多

The double row layout problem(DRLP)is to assign facilities on two rows in parallel so that the total cost of material handling among facilities is minimized.Since it is vital to save cost and enhance productivity,the DRLP plays an important role in many application fields.Nevertheless,it is very hard to handle the DRLP because of its complex model.In this paper,we consider a new simplified model for the DRLP(SM-DRLP)and provide a mixed integer programming(MIP)formulation for it.The continuous decision variables of the DRLP are divided into two parts:start points of double rows and adjustable clearances between adjacent facilities.The former one is considered in the new simplified model for the DRLP with the purpose of maintaining solution quality,while the latter one is not taken into account with the purpose of reducing computational time.To evaluate its performance,our SM-DRLP is compared with the model of a general DRLP and the model of another simplified DRLP.The experimental results show the efficiency of our proposed model. 展开更多

The problem has been formulated as a multi-objective integer non-linear programming problem. Two solution procedures are developed using goal programming and fuzzy programming techniques. The goal is to build a fair and competitive schedule for all players. Our basic model achieves that for each player the average ranking of his partners in all matches is as close as possible to the average ranking of his opponents in all matches. One of the variations of the basic model provides that each matchup is fair and competitive. We also give models for the case when the number of players is 4n<span style="font-family:;" "=""> </span><span style="font-family:;" "="">+</span><span style="font-family:;" "=""> </span><span style="font-family:;" "="">2, and thus one of the matches has to be singles. Our models were implemented and tested using optimization software AMPL. Computational results along with schedules for some typical situations are also given the paper.</span> 展开更多

近年来,随着电动汽车数量增多,配电网负荷波动增大、电压超限现象频繁,无法充分发挥用户侧潜力。为了兼顾电网安全运行与用户收益,利用遗传算法和二阶锥规划建立了一种双层优化调度模型,实现电动汽车与配电网之间的协同优化控制。上层... 近年来,随着电动汽车数量增多,配电网负荷波动增大、电压超限现象频繁,无法充分发挥用户侧潜力。为了兼顾电网安全运行与用户收益,利用遗传算法和二阶锥规划建立了一种双层优化调度模型,实现电动汽车与配电网之间的协同优化控制。上层优化以电网稳定为出发点,综合考虑负荷变化、电压控制与网损状态;下层优化则围绕用户收益,以动态电价为手段引导电动汽车合理有序地进行充放电。选用IEEE 33节点系统作为仿真算例,验证了该模型不仅能有效保障配电网安全平稳运行,而且在一定程度上增加了用户的经济收益,实现车与电网双方共赢。 展开更多

在“双高”计划引领职业教育高质量发展的背景下,该文针对护理专业基础医学课程体系中存在的学科壁垒突出、内容重复、实践教学薄弱及师资临床能力不足等问题,开展了系统性改革。以“护理场景”为中心,将人体解剖学、生理学、病理学、... 在“双高”计划引领职业教育高质量发展的背景下,该文针对护理专业基础医学课程体系中存在的学科壁垒突出、内容重复、实践教学薄弱及师资临床能力不足等问题,开展了系统性改革。以“护理场景”为中心,将人体解剖学、生理学、病理学、药理学、病原生物与免疫学、生物化学6门基础医学课程整合为4个核心模块,即人体结构与代谢、疾病机制与护理实践、疾病防控与护理基础、临床医学综合实训,重构“理论—实践”学时比例,同时实施双师能力提升计划。改革后,学生基础医学课程期末考试成绩(86.5±8.2)高于往届(72.3±10.5),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001);临床技能考核优秀率由往届的20%提升至42%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。“课程整合—实践强化—师资升级—评价闭环”的四维一体模式,为高职护理专业课程体系重构提供了可复制的实践路径。 展开更多

High-level radioactive waste disposal in China: update 2010 被引量:46

For geological disposal of high-level radioactive waste (HLW), the Chinese policy is that the spent nuclear fuel (SNF) should be reprocessed first, followed by vitrification and final disposal. The preliminary repository concept is a shaft-tunnel model, located in saturated zones in granite, while the final waste form for disposal is vitrified high-level radioactive waste. In 2006, the government published a long-term research and development (R&D) plan for geological disposal of high-level radioactive waste. The program consists of three steps: (1) laboratory studies and site selection for a HLW repository (2006-2020); (2) underground in-situ tests (2021-2040); and (3) repository construction (2041-2050) followed by operation. With the support of China Atomic Energy Authority, comprehensive studies are underway and some progresses are made. The site characterization, including deep borehole drilling, has been performed at the most potential Beishan site in Gansu Province, Northwestern China. The data from geological and hydrogeological investigations, in-situ stress and permeability measurements of rock mass are presented in this paper. Engineered barrier studies are concentrated on the Gaomiaozi bentonite. A mock-up facility, which is used to study the thermo-hydro-mechano-chemical (THMC) properties of the bentonite, is under construction. Several projects on mechanical properties of Beishan granite are also underway. The key scientific challenges faced with HLW disposal are also discussed. 展开更多

大规模分布式新能源并网的间歇性和不确定性对电力系统的稳定运行带来巨大挑战。智能软开关(SOP)和储能是空间-时间维度上消纳分布式新能源的有效途径,对于提升配电网分布式新能源承载力具有重要作用。为此,综合考虑SOP和储能的灵活运... 大规模分布式新能源并网的间歇性和不确定性对电力系统的稳定运行带来巨大挑战。智能软开关(SOP)和储能是空间-时间维度上消纳分布式新能源的有效途径,对于提升配电网分布式新能源承载力具有重要作用。为此,综合考虑SOP和储能的灵活运行特性,提出了面向新能源承载力提升的SOP、储能与DG双层多目标规划模型。其中,上层模型以配电网全寿命周期总收益、新能源承载能力、系统供电能力、电能质量作为优化目标进行储能与DG的选址定容,下层以配电网日总损耗最小为目标优化系统运行状态。将改进的多目标粒子群算法与混合整数二阶锥规划算法相结合对所提模型进行求解,在改进的IEEE 43节点交直流柔性互联配电网算例中验证了联合规划方法的有效性,并分析不同场景下的最优方案。 展开更多

Then, a multiobjective particle swarm optimization(MOPSO) is implemented to optimize the fuzzy controller parameters in order to decrease the distance error of the cart and summation of the angle errors of the pendulums, simultaneously. The feasibility and efficiency of the proposed Pareto front is assessed in comparison with results reported in literature and obtained from other algorithms.Finally, the Java programming with applets is utilized to simulate the stability of the nonlinear system and explain the internetbased control. 展开更多
