Some abnorm...The process of double fertilization and the characters of embryo and endosperm development in an autotetraploid polyembryonic mutant rice IR36-Shuang were studied with a laser scanning confocal microscopy. Some abnormalities including degenerated ovary, abortive embryo sac, single fertilization, double-ovule and double-embryo and so on. were found dudng double fertilization and embryo development in IR36-Shuang. The rate of the abnormalities was 46.67% in IR36-Shuang, significantly higher than that in the control, an autotetraploid rice line IR36-4X (33.00%). Cytological and embryonic evidences were provided for seed setting decline and the initiation of additional embryo in IR36-Shuang.展开更多
The delimitation of urban development boundaries plays an important role in optimizing the nation land space.“Double evaluation”is one of the important means to study and predict the scale of new construction land i...The delimitation of urban development boundaries plays an important role in optimizing the nation land space.“Double evaluation”is one of the important means to study and predict the scale of new construction land in the future and to determine the spatial distribution of urban construction land.This study combines the“double evaluation”with the FLUS(Future Land-Use Simulation)model to study the delimitation of the urban development boundary of Yichang.The results show that:(1)the“double evaluation”method comprehensively considers the carrying capacity of the resource environmental bear and the suitability of urban development;(2)the FLUS model can better couple the“double evaluation”method for Land Use/Land Cover(LULC)suitability evaluation,Land Use/land Cover Change(LUCC)simulation and urban development boundary delineation,and the overall accuracy of the simulation reaches 96%;(3)according to the requirements of relevant national policies,this study divides the urban development boundary of the study area into concentrated construction areas,elastic development areas and special purpose areas.This function-based division can meet the requirements of urban flexible development,ecological protection and urban safety.This research combines the FLUS model,which is widely used in the simulation of LUCC,with the double evaluation method used in China’s new round of land and space planning to obtain the result of the urban development boundary.This result is consistent with the existing plan of the study area.展开更多

Objective: to explore the application effect of virtual medical technology in reproductive teaching under the background of "two-class" universities. Methods: the subjects of the study were the undergraduate...Objective: to explore the application effect of virtual medical technology in reproductive teaching under the background of "two-class" universities. Methods: the subjects of the study were the undergraduate students of clinical medicine in Anhui Medical University. The number is about 80. They were randomly divided into two groups with 40 people in each group. There was no significant difference in learning achievement and intelligence test scores between the two groups. The teaching time and place of the two groups of students are basically the same. All students are required to preview the teaching contents in advance. The traditional teaching group was the control group, while the virtual medical technology teaching group was the research group (P<0.05). Results: after comparison, the study group's students' academic performance was higher than that of the control group, and the study group's students' satisfaction with the teaching methods was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: the effect of applying virtual medical technology in reproductive teaching is better than that of traditional teaching method. The students' test scores are ideal and they have high recognition of virtual medical technology.展开更多

文摘The development of big data has brought unprecedented challenges and opportunities to the teaching reform of higher education.Property insurance course is the core course of economics and management,and it is the guarantee for the supply of talents in the health financial market.Big data technology and data economy put forward innovative requirements for its teaching objectives,teaching content,and teaching system.In China’s new round of double-first-class universities and disciplines,big data is an important foundation and driving force.The comprehensive integration of property insurance and big data is reflected in:Cultivate students’big data thinking;Cultivate students’practical application ability based on market employment needs;Build a new discipline system of applied economics,and achieve good coordination between property insurance courses and other disciplines;The government,enterprises and universities form a strategic partnership to jointly participate in the development and construction of courses;The formulation of government policies can have a better governance effect on the development of higher education and talent training.
文摘Shenzhen has extensive green construction experience as one of China’s new green development pilot cities.Shenzhen has experienced substantial economic growth as a result of the reform and opening up,but it has also had to face the burden of urbanization problems and difficulties.This article looks at the history of green construction in Shenzhen and how the spirit of the city influenced it.The work then divides the procedure into two phases and examines the issues that arise.Suggestions for achieving the“Double Carbon”aim in the building industry are sought through this effort.
