Methods: according to the single and double numbers, the elderly patients with schizophrenia who were treated and nursed in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2021 were divided into routine nursing group and diversified nursing group with 33 cases in each group. Different nursing interventions were used to compare the scores of BPRS and NOSIE and the quality of life of the patients. Results: (1) after receiving the intervention, the BPRS and NOSIE scores of all patients were improved to a certain extent (P < 0.05);After the intervention, the improvement of patients in the diversified group was significantly better than that in the conventional group (P < 0.05). (2) After receiving the intervention, the difference of the overall coordination degree between the diversified group and the conventional group showed significant significance (P < 0.05). The difference of quality of life assessment was also significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of diversified nursing intervention programs in the nursing of elderly patients with schizophrenia has good value and impact on the quality of life.展开更多
