Wind-photovoltaic(PV)-hydrogen-storage multi-agent energy systems are expected to play an important role in promoting renewable power utilization and decarbonization.In this study,a coordinated operation method was proposed for a wind-PVhydrogen-storage multi-agent energy system.First,a coordinated operation model was formulated for each agent considering peer-to-peer power trading.Second,a coordinated operation interactive framework for a multi-agent energy system was proposed based on the theory of the alternating direction method of multipliers.Third,a distributed interactive algorithm was proposed to protect the privacy of each agent and solve coordinated operation strategies.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed coordinated operation method was tested on multi-agent energy systems with different structures,and the operational revenues of the wind power,PV,hydrogen,and energy storage agents of the proposed coordinated operation model were improved by approximately 59.19%,233.28%,16.75%,and 145.56%,respectively,compared with the independent operation model. 展开更多

Objective: To study the public health Emergency Operations Centers(EOCs)in the US, the European Union, the UK and Australia, and summarize the good practice for the improvement of National Health Emergency Response Command Center in Chinese National Health and Family Planning Commission. Methods: Literature review was conducted to explore the EOCs of selected countries. Results: The study focused on EOC function, organizational structure, human resources and information management. The selected EOCs had the basic EOC functions of coordinating and commanding as well as the public health related functions such as monitoring the situation, risk assessment, and epidemiological briefings. The organizational structures of the EOCs were standardized, scalable and flexible. Incident Command System was the widely applied organizational structure with a strong preference. The EOCs were managed by a unit of emergency management during routine time and surge staff were engaged upon emergencies. The selected EOCs had clear information management framework including information collection, assessment and dissemination. Conclusions: The performance of National Health Emergency Response Command Center can be improved by learning from the good practice of the selected EOCs, including setting clear functions, standardizing the organizational structure, enhancing the human resource capacity and strengthening information management. 展开更多

Control of coordinated motion between the base attitude and the arm joints of a free-floating dual-arm space robot with uncertain parameters is discussed. By combining the relation of system linear momentum conversation with the Lagrangian approach, the dynamic equation of a robot is established. Based on the above results, the free-floating dual-arm space robot system is modeled with RBF neural networks, the GL matrix and its product operator. With all uncertain inertial system parameters, an adaptive RBF neural network control scheme is developed for coordinated motion between the base attitude and the arm joints. The proposed scheme does not need linear parameterization of the dynamic equation of the system and any accurate prior-knowledge of the actual inertial parameters. Also it does not need to train the neural network offline so that it would present real-time and online applications. A planar free-floating dual-arm space robot is simulated to show feasibility of the proposed scheme. 展开更多

Co-primary spectrum sharing for multiple operators has been utilized to fully explore the spectrum resources and thus improve the spectrum efficiency. The inter-operator interference(IOI) problem should be seriously considered in order to achieve the mentioned target, especially under the scenario of the ultradense network(UDN) in the fifth generation(5G) wireless systems. To solve this problem, we propose an asymmetrical power levels based soft IOI coordination mechanism. The shared spectrum pool is consisted of three separated parts, where each part can be dynamically adjusted according to the minimal spectrum demand from each operator. Furthermore, different power masks are configured to different parts for each operator. The simulation results show that the proposed mechanism can improve the network spectrum efficiency significantly. 展开更多

According to the characteristics of Hunan power grid, the coordinated schemes about Hunan power grid with Central China Power Grid, as well as Changsha power grid are proposed. At the same time, this paper builds a two-way interactive and multiple dispatching reactive power and voltage coordinated control mode, and can be successfully applied in Hunan power grid. The operation results show that this control scheme fulfills the ability of large power grids in optimal allocating of resources, effectively integrates the reactive power resources of the entire grid, achieves the purpose of reducing power grid loss, improving voltage quality, reducing the operating numbers of the reactive power equipment. 展开更多

Objective: to explore the effect of nursing intervention in operating room on improving the cooperation efficiency of laparoscopic surgery. Methods: from April 2020 to April 2021, 100 cases of laparoscopic surgery patients in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The routine group was given routine nursing, while the intervention group was given nursing intervention in the operating room. The anxiety level, pain level, complication rate, exhaust time and hospitalization time before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results: after nursing, the anxiety and pain levels of the two groups were significantly improved, while the anxiety level of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the conventional group, and the pain level of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the conventional group (P < 0.05). The incidence of complications in the intervention group was lower than that in the conventional group (P < 0.05). The exhaust time and hospitalization time of the intervention group were shorter than those of the routine group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the effect of nursing intervention in operating room for patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery is definite, which can reduce complications, accelerate postoperative recovery of patients and recovery of gastrointestinal function, and reduce anxiety and pain of patients. To address the rising global agricultural labor costs,there is an urgent need for robots to accomplish some complex agronomic tasks and break through the limitations of traditional machinery.Thus,robots are considered an essential support for the future smart agriculture.Given that agronomic targets,such as plants and animals,are living organisms with diverse growth patterns and physical characteristics,effective hand–eye coordination is crucial for robots to interact with these targets proficiently.This paper reviews the developments in hand–eye coordination technology for agricultural robots,focusing on its configuration,principles,and applications in target detection and manipulation,based on a review of research literature and technical specifications of commercial products.Furthermore,the ongoing challenges in hand–eye coordination for robotic operations in complex agronomic tasks are analyzed and summarized,and the potential trends for overcoming these challenges are predicted.Finally,this review aims to deepen understanding of agricultural robots’capabilities and inspire ongoing innovation to further their agricultural applications. 展开更多

The variable and unpredictable nature of renewable energy generation(REG)presents challenges to its large-scale integration and the efficient and economic operation of the electricity network,particularly at the distribution level.In this paper,an operational coordination optimization method is proposed for the electricity and natural gas networks,aiming to overcome the identified negative impacts.The method involves the implementation of bi-directional energy flows through power-to-gas units and gas-fired power plants.A detailed model of the three-phase power distribution system up to each phase is employed to improve the representation of multi-energy systems to consider real-world end-user consumption.This method allows for the full consideration of unbalanced operational scenarios.Meanwhile,the natural gas network is modelled and analyzed with steady-state gas flows and the dynamics of the line pack in pipelines.The sequential symmetrical second-order cone programming(SS-SOCP)method is employed to facilitate the simultaneous analysis of three-phase imbalance and line pack while accelerating the solution process.The efficacy of the operational coordination optimization method is demonstrated in case studies comprising a modified IEEE 123-node power distribution system with a 20-node natural gas network.The studies show that the operational coordination optimization method can simultaneously minimize the total operational cost,the curtailment of installed REG,the voltage imbalance of three-phase power system,and the overall carbon emissions. 展开更多

High intermittence of renewable energy resources(RESs)and restriction for greenhouse gas(GHG)emissions have significantly challenged the operations of traditional diesel generator(DG)based microgirds.This paper considers an emission-free microgid with hybrid hydrogen-battery energy storage(HHBES)and proposes a coordinated operational strategy to minimize its daily operation costs.In addition to the electricity purchase costs in the day-ahead market and the operational costs of RESs,the total degradation cost of HHBES is also included in the cost calculation.The proposed operational strategy consists of two coordinated stages.At the day-ahead stage,the schedule for the tie-line power is exchanged with the main grid,the output power of the fuel cell(FC)and the input power of the electrolysis device(ED)are optimized under the worst case of uncertain power output from RESs and power demand from electricity loads(ELs).At the intra-day stage,the battery power is determined according to the short-term prediction for the power of RESs and ELs.The problem is formulated as a robust optimization model and solved by a two-level column-andconstraint-generation(C&CG)algorithm.Numerical simulations using Australian energy market operator(AEMO)data are carried out to validate the effectiveness of the proposed strategy. 展开更多

More and more attention has been paid to the high penetration of renewable energy in recent years.The randomness and intermittency of solar and wind energy make it an inevitable trend that renewables are coupled with energy storage technologies.Pumped hydro storage(PHS)is the most widelyused storage form in the power grid but the capacity is limited by geographic conditions.The concentrated solar power(CSP)plant with a thermal energy storage(TES)system can realize easier grid connections and effective peak shaving.Therefore,this paper proposes a solar-wind-hydro hybrid power system with PHS-TES double energy storages,and investigates the optimal coordinated operational strategy and multi-objective sizing.The optimal sizing problem which considers the minimum levelized cost of energy(LCOE)and loss of power supply probability(LPSP)as objectives is solved by multi-objective particle swarm optimization.Moreover,the seasonal uncertainties of renewables are considered by applying a scenario-based analysis using Kmeans clustering.Finally,a case study reveals the effectiveness of the coordinated operational strategy and double energy storages from the perspectives of economy and reliability.The comparisons of optimal sizing results show that the PV-WindCSP-PHS system decreases the LCOE by 19.1%compared to a PV-Wind-CSP system under the same LPSP,and reduces the LPSP compared to PV-Wind-PHS systems with limited reservoir capacity,which indicates that the proposed system with double energy storages has better economy and reliability performance compared to single storage. 展开更多

This study explores the quasi-real time inversion principle and precision estimation of three-dimensional coordinates of the epicenter, trigger time and magnitude of earthquakes with the aim to improve traditional methods, which are flawed due to missing information or distortion in the seismograph records. The epicenter, trigger time and magnitude from the Lushan earthquake are inverted and analyzed based on high-frequency GNSS data. The inversion results achieved a high precision, which are consistent with the data published by the China Earthquake Administration. Moreover, it has been proven that the inversion method has good theoretical value and excellent application prospects. 展开更多
