For networked systems, event-based transmission scheme is capable of improving the efficiency in resource utilization and prolonging the lifetime of the network components compared with the widely adopted periodic transmission scheme. As such, it would be interesting to 1) examining how the event-triggering mechanisms affect the control or filtering performance for networked systems, and 2) developing some suitable approaches for the controller and filter design problems. In this paper, a bibliographical review is presented on event-based control and filtering problems for various networked systems. First, the event-driven communication scheme is introduced in detail according to its engineering background, characteristic, and representative research frameworks. Then, different event-based control and filtering(or state estimation) problems are categorized and then discussed. Finally, we conclude the paper by outlining future research challenges for event-based networked systems.展开更多

The self-triggering condition used in the first stage is dependent on the selection of eventtriggering condition of the second stage. Finally, a comparison of the proposed approach with other triggering mechanisms existing in the literature is presented in terms of the sampling instants, transmission frequency and performance measures through simulation examples.
文摘In the context of clean and Low-carbon energy transformation and new power system,China^photovoltaic power generation will usher in great development. Its large-scale access impacts the safe and stable operation of the power grid with increasing significance. In order to strengthen the support and Leading roles of the standards,it is urgent to revise the national standard GB/T 29319-2012,Technical requirements for connecting photovoltaic power system to distribution network, based on the current development trend of photovoltaic power generation and power grid transformation needs. This paper firstly interprets the important technical provisions of the standard, then analyzes the problems in its implementation and finally proposes some revision suggestions in terms of grid adaptability, power control and fault crossing,to facilitate safe and orderly development of photovoltaic power generation in China.
文摘A protection system using a multi-agent concept for power distribution networks is proposed.Every digital over current relay(OCR)is developed as an agent by adding its own intelligence,self-tuning and communication ability. The main advantage of the multi-agent concept is that a group of agents work together to achieve a global goal which is beyond the ability of each individual agent. In order to cope with frequent changes in the network operation condition and faults,an OCR agent, proposed in this paper,is able to detect a fault or a change in the network and find its optimal parameters for protection in an autonomous manner considering information of the whole network obtained by communication between other agents.Through this kind of coordination and information exchanges, not only a local but also a global protective scheme is completed.Simulations in a simple distribution network show the effectiveness of the proposed protection system.

文摘In recent years, theoretical and practical research on event-based communication strategies has gained considerable research attention due primarily to their irreplaceable superiority in resource-constrained systems(especially networked systems). Finally, we conclude the paper by outlining future research challenges for event-based networked systems.
文摘A distributed generation system(DG)has several benefits over a traditional centralized power system. However, the protection area in the case of the distributed generator requires special attention as it encounters stability loss, failure re-closure,fluctuations in voltage, etc. And thereby,it demands immediate attention in identifying the location&type of a fault without delay especially when occurred in a small, distributed generation system,as it would adversely affect the overall system and its operation. In the past, several methods were proposed for classification and localisation of a fault in a distributed generation system. Many of those methods were accurate in identifying location, but the accuracy in identifying the type of fault was not up to the acceptable mark. The proposed work here uses a shallow artificial neural network(sANN)model for identifying a particular type of fault that could happen in a specific distribution network when used in conjunction with distributed generators.Firstly,a distribution network consisting of two similar distributed generators(DG1 and DG2),one grid, and a 100 Km distribution line is modeled.Thereafter, different voltages and currents corresponding to various faults(line to line, line to ground)at different locations are tabulated, resulting in a matrix of 500×18 inputs.Secondly, the sANN is formulated for identifying the types of faults in the system in which the above-obtained data is used to train, validate, and test the neural network. The overall result shows an unprecedented almost zero percent error in identifying the type of the faults.

文摘Resilient smart urban water distribution networks are essential to ensure smooth urban operation and maintain daily water services. However, the dynamics and complexity of smart water distribution networks make its re-silience study face many challenges. The introduction of digital twin technology provides an innovative solution for the resilience study of smart water distribution networks, which can more effectively support the network’s real-time monitoring and intelligent control. This paper proposes a digital twin architecture of smart water dis-tribution networks, laying the foundation for the resilience assessment of water distribution networks.Based on this,a performance evaluation model based on user satisfaction is proposed, which can more intuitively and effectively reflect the performance of urban water supply services.Meanwhile,we propose a method to quantify the importance of water distribution pipes’residual resilience, considering the time value to optimize the re-covery sequence of failed pipes and develop targeted preventive maintenance strategies. Finally,to validate the effectiveness of the proposed method, this paper applies it to a water distribution network. The results show that the proposed method can significantly improve the resilience and enhance the overall resilience of smart urban water distribution networks.

文摘With the increasing integration of large-scale distributed energy resources into the grid, traditional distribution network optimization and dispatch methods struggle to address the challenges posed by both generation and load.Accounting for these issues, this paper proposes a multi-timescale coordinated optimization dispatch method for distribution networks.First, the probability box theory was employed to determine the uncertainty intervals of generation and load forecasts, based on which, the requirements for flexibility dispatch and capacity constraints of the grid were calculated and analyzed.Subsequently,a multi-timescale optimization framework was constructed, incorporating the generation and load forecast uncertainties. This framework included optimization models for dayahead scheduling,intra-day optimization, and real-time adjustments, aiming to meet flexibility needs across different timescales and improve the economic efficiency of the grid.Furthermore,an improved soft actor-critic algorithm was introduced to enhance the uncertainty exploration capability.Utilizing a centralized training and decentralized execution framework,a multi-agent SAC network model was developed to improve the decision-making efficiency of the agents. Finally, the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method were validated using a modified IEEE-33 bus test system.

文摘Considering the uncertainty of grid connection of electric vehicle charging stations and the uncertainty of new energy and residential electricity load,a spatio-temporal decoupling strategy of dynamic reactive power optimization based on clustering-local relaxation-correction is proposed.Firstly, the k-medoids clustering algorithm is used to divide the reduced power scene into periods. Then, the discrete variables and continuous variables are optimized in the same period of time. Finally, the number of input groups of parallel capacitor banks(CB)in multiple periods is fixed, and then the secondary static reactive power optimization correction is carried out by using the continuous reactive power output device based on the static reactive power compensation device(SVC),the new energy grid-connected inverter, and the electric vehicle charging station.According to the characteristics of the model,a hybrid optimization algorithm with a cross-feedback mechanism is used to solve different types of variables, and an improved artificial hummingbird algorithm based on tent chaotic mapping and adaptive mutation is proposed to improve the solution efficiency. The simulation results show that the proposed decoupling strategy can obtain satisfactory optimization resultswhile strictly guaranteeing the dynamic constraints of discrete variables, and the hybrid algorithm can effectively solve the mixed integer nonlinear optimization problem.
