The aim of the proposed control method is to replicate the specified references composed of auto spectral densities, cross spectral densities and kurtoses on the test article in the laboratory. It is found that the cross spectral densities will bring intractable coupling problems and induce difficulty for the control of the multioutput kurtoses. Hence, a sequential phase modification method is put forward to solve the coupling problems in multi-input multi-output non-Gaussian random vibration test. To achieve the specified responses, an improved zero memory nonlinear transformation is utilized first to modify the Fourier phases of the signals with sequential phase modification method to obtain one frame reference response signals which satisfy the reference spectra and reference kurtoses. Then, an inverse system method is used in frequency domain to obtain the continuous stationary drive signals. At the same time, the matrix power control algorithm is utilized to control the spectra and kurtoses of the response signals further. At the end of the paper, a simulation example with a cantilever beam and a vibration shaker test are implemented and the results support the proposed method very well.展开更多

During the control process with the difference control algorithm (DCA), a lower triangular matrix is derived from Cholesky decomposition of a reference spectrum matrix. The diagonal elements of the lower triangular matrix (DELTM) may become negative. These negative values have no meaning in physical significance and can cause divergence of auto-power spectrum control. A proportional root mean square control algorithm (PRMSCA) provides another method to avoid the divergence caused by negative values of DELTM, but PRMSCA cannot control the cross-power spectrum. A new control algorithm named matrix power control algorithm (MPCA) is proposed in the paper. MPCA can guarantee that DELTM is always positive in the auto-power spectrum control. MPCA can also control the cross-power spectrum. After these three control algorithms are analyzed, three-input three-output random vibration control tests are implemented on a three-axis vibration shaker. The results show the validity of the proposed MPCA.展开更多

If the frequency response function matrices are ill-conditioned, the noises in the driving forces will be amplified and the response spectral lines may awfully exceed their tolerances. Most of the major biases between the response spectra and the reference spectra are produced by the amplified noises. However, ordinary control algorithms can hardly reduce the level of noises. The influences of the noises on both the auto- and cross-power spectra are analyzed in this paper. As a conventional frequency domain method on the inverse problem, the Tikhonov filter is adopted in the environment test to suppress the exceeding spectral lines. By altering regularization parameters gradually, the auto-power spectra can be improved in a closed control loop. Instead of using the traditional way of selecting regularization parameters, we observe the coherence change to estimate noise eliminations. Incidentally, the requirement of coherence control can be realized. The errors of the phase are then studied and a phase control algorithm is introduced at the end as a supplement of cross-power spectra control. The Tikhonov filter and the proposed phase control algorithm are tested numerically and experimentally. The results show that the noises in the vicinity of lightly damped resonant peaks are more stubborn. The response spectra are able to be greatly improved by the combination of these two methods.展开更多

In sharp contrast to previous works, the considered systems possess two important characteristics: (i) The uncertain nonlinear terms meet the linearly unmeasurable-states dependent growth with the growth rate being an unknown function of the input and output. (ii) There exist input matching uncertainty and unknown measurement sensitivity. By introducing a single dynamic gain and employing a cleverly devised event-triggering mechanism (ETM), we design a new gain-based event-triggered output-feedback controller, which globally regulates all states of the considered systems and maintains global boundedness of the closed-loop system. Furthermore, the estimation of input matching uncertainty achieves convergence towards its actual value, and Zeno behavior does not happen. Two simulation examples including a practical one show that the proposed approach is effective.展开更多

It is referred to as set-point-related (SPR) indirect ILC. SPR indirect ILC has shown excellent performance: as a supervision module for the local controller, ILC can improve the tracking performance of the closed-loop system along the batch direction. In this study, an ILC-based P-type controller is proposed for multi-input multi-output (MIMO) linear batch processes, where a P-type controller is used to design the control signal directly and an ILC module is used to update the set-point for the P-type controller. Under the proposed ILC-based P-type controller, the closed-loop system can be transformed to a 2-dimensional (2D) Roesser s system. Based on the 2D system framework, a sufficient condition for asymptotic stability of the closed-loop system is derived in this paper. In terms of the average tracking error (ATE), the closed-loop control performance under the proposed algorithm can be improved from batch to batch, even though there are repetitive disturbances. Existing distributed NE seeking approaches often overlook practical input constraints or rely on centralized information. To address these issues, a novel edge-based double-layer adaptive control framework is proposed. Specifically, adaptive scaling parameters are embedded into the edge weights of the communication graph, enabling a fully distributed scheme that avoids dependence on centralized or global knowledge. Every participant modifies its strategy by exclusively utilizing local information and communicating with its neighbors to iteratively approach the NE. By incorporating damping terms into the design of the adaptive parameters, the proposed approach effectively suppresses unbounded parameter growth and consequently guarantees the boundedness of the adaptive gains. In addition, to account for actuator saturation, the proposed distributed NE seeking approach incorporates a saturation function, which ensures that control inputs do not exceed allowable ranges. A rigorous Lyapunov-based analysis guarantees the convergence and boundedness of all system variables. Finally, the presentation of simulation results aims to validate the efficacy and theoretical soundness of the proposed approach.展开更多

In order to overcome the time delay, a novel feed-forward compensation active disturbance rejection control(FFC-ADRC) approach is proposed. It combines advantages of the Smith predictor and the traditional active disturbance rejection control(ADRC). The tracking differentiator(TD) is designed to predict the control signal, which adds an anticipatory control to the control signal and allows a higher observer bandwidth to obtain better disturbance rejection. The modified extended state observer(ESO) is designed to estimate both system states and the total disturbances(internal disturbance, uncertainties and delayed disturbance). Then the Lyapunov theory and the theory of the input-output stability are applied to prove the asymptotic stability of the closed-loop control system. Finally, numerical simulations show the effectiveness and practicality of the proposed design.展开更多

Based on the basis expansion model (BEM) of the channel, the joint-sparsity of MIMO-OFDM channels is described. The sparse characteristics enable us to cast the channel estimation as a distributed compressed sensing (DCS) problem. Then, a low complexity DCS-based estimation scheme is designed. Compared with the conventional compressed channel estimators based on the compressed sensing (CS) theory, the DCS-based method has an improved efficiency because it reconstructs the MIMO channels jointly rather than addresses them separately. Furthermore, the group-sparse structure of each single channel is also depicted. To effectively use this additional structure of the sparsity pattern, the DCS algorithm is modified. The modified algorithm can further enhance the estimation performance. Simulation results demonstrate the superiority of our method over fast fading channels in MIMO-OFDM systems.展开更多

Then the relation between the system BER and the interuser BER for WCDDSTBC scheme is theoretically derived and the closed-form expression of BER for WCD-DSTBC system is obtained. The simulation results show that the proposed WCD-DSTBC scheme achieves distinct gains over the non-cooperative multi-carrier CDMA (MC-CDMA) system. When system BER is le-3 and interuser BER is le-3, about 2.5 dB gain can be gotten. When interuser channel state information (CSI) outgoes the users' individual CSI, about 3 dB gain is also achieved.展开更多

Finally, the presentation of simulation results aims to validate the efficacy and theoretical soundness of the proposed approach.

文摘This paper is concerned with the control design and the theoretical analysis for a class of input time-delay systems with stable, critical stable or unstable poles. Finally, numerical simulations show the effectiveness and practicality of the proposed design.

文摘A joint resource allocation scheme concerned with the sensor subset, power and bandwidth for range-only target tracking in multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO)radar systems is proposed.By selecting an optimal subset of sensors with the predetermined size and implementing the power allocation and bandwidth strategies among them, this algorithm can help achieving a better performance within the same resource constraints.Firstly, the Bayesian Cramer-Rao bound(BCRB)is derived from it.Secondly,a criterion for minimizing the BCRB at the target location among all targets tracking in a certain range is derived.Thirdly, the optimization problem involved with three variable vectors is formulated, which can be simplified by deriving the relationship between the optimal power allocation vector and the bandwidth allocation vector. Then, the simplified optimization problem is solved by the cyclic minimization algorithm incorporated with the sequential parametric convex approximation(SPCA)algorithm. Finally, the validity of the proposed method is demonstrated with simulation results.

文摘A sparse channel estimation method is proposed for doubly selective channels in multiple- input multiple-output ( MIMO ) orthogonal frequency division multiplexing ( OFDM ) systems. Simulation results demonstrate the superiority of our method over fast fading channels in MIMO-OFDM systems.

文摘An improved scheme with cooperative diversity based on distributed space-time block coding (WCD- DSTBC) is proposed, which effectively achieves diversity gains and improves the performance of the system by sharing some single-antenna users' antennas to form a virtual antenna array and combining with distributed spacetime block coding (DSTBC) mode. When interuser channel state information (CSI) outgoes the users' individual CSI, about 3 dB gain is also achieved.
