Given the rapid development of advanced information systems,microgrids(MGs)suffer from more potential attacks that affect their operational performance.Conventional distributed secondary control with a small,fixed sam...Given the rapid development of advanced information systems,microgrids(MGs)suffer from more potential attacks that affect their operational performance.Conventional distributed secondary control with a small,fixed sampling time period inevitably causes the wasteful use of communication resources.This paper proposes a self-triggered secondary control scheme under perturbations from false data injection(FDI)attacks.We designed a linear clock for each DG to trigger its controller at aperiodic and intermittent instants.Sub-sequently,a hash-based defense mechanism(HDM)is designed for detecting and eliminating malicious data infiltrated in the MGs.With the aid of HDM,a self-triggered control scheme achieves the secondary control objectives even in the presence of FDI attacks.Rigorous theoretical analyses and simulation results indicate that the introduced secondary control scheme significantly reduces communication costs and enhances the resilience of MGs under FDI attacks.展开更多

This paper investigates a time-varying anti-disturbance formation problem for a group of quadrotor aircrafts with time-varying uncertainties and a directed interaction topology.A novel Finite-Time Convergent Extended ...This paper investigates a time-varying anti-disturbance formation problem for a group of quadrotor aircrafts with time-varying uncertainties and a directed interaction topology.A novel Finite-Time Convergent Extended State Observer(FTCESO)based fully-distributed formation control scheme is proposed to enhance the disturbance rejection and the formation tracking performances for networked quadrotors.By adopting the hierarchical control strategy,the multiquadrotor system is separated into two subsystems:the outer-loop cooperative subsystem and the inner-loop attitude subsystem.In the outer-loop subsystem,with the estimation of disturbing forces and uncertain dynamics from FTCESOs,an adaptive consensus theory based cooperative controller is exploited to ensure the multiple quadrotors form and maintain a time-varying pattern relying only on the positions of the neighboring aircrafts.In the inner-loop subsystem,the desired attitude generated by the cooperative control law is stably tracked under a FTCESO-based attitude controller in a finite time.Based on a detailed algorithm to specify the cooperative control protocol,the feasibility condition to achieve the time-varying anti-disturbance formation tracking is derived and the rigorous analysis of the whole closed-loop multi-quadrotor system is given.Some numerical examples are conducted to intuitively demonstrate the effectiveness and the improvements of the proposed control framework.展开更多

In our design, the sequential quadratic programming algorithm was first utilized to obtain an optimal solution for power distribution among multiple units. Fuzzy system was then developed to implement the optimal strategies on the basis of optimal solution. In addition, parameters of the fuzzy system were adapted via a genetic algorithm. The objective is to coordinate the impact time of a group of interceptor missiles against the stationary target. The framework of a distributed RHC scheme is developed, in which each interceptor missile is assigned its own finite-horizon optimal control problem (FHOCP) and only shares the information with its neighbors. The solution of the local FHOCP is obtained by the constrained particle swarm optimization (PSO) method that is integrated into the distributed RHC framework with enhanced equality and inequality constraints. The numerical simulations show that the proposed guidance approach is feasible to implement the cooperative engagement with satisfied accuracy of target capture. Finally, the computation efficiency of the distributed RHC scheme is discussed in consideration of the PSO parameters, control update period and prediction horizon. To overcome the challenges of microgrid control, advanced controllers need to be developed.In this paper, a distributed, two-level, communication-economic control scheme is presented for multiple-bus microgrids with each bus having multiple distributed generators(DGs) connected in parallel. The control objective of the upper level is to calculate the voltage references for one-bus subsystems. The objectives of the lower control level are to make the subsystems' bus voltages track the voltage references and to enhance load current sharing accuracy among the local DGs. Firstly, a distributed consensusbased power sharing algorithm is introduced to determine the power generations of the subsystems. Secondly, a discrete-time droop equation is used to adjust subsystem frequencies for voltage reference calculations. Finally, a Lyapunov-based decentralized control algorithm is designed for bus voltage regulation and proportional load current sharing. Extensive simulation studies with microgrid models of different levels of detail are performed to demonstrate the merits of the proposed control scheme.展开更多
This paper studies the fully distributed formation control problem of multi-robot systems without global position measurements subject to unknown longitudinal slippage constraints.It is difficult for robots to obtain ...This paper studies the fully distributed formation control problem of multi-robot systems without global position measurements subject to unknown longitudinal slippage constraints.It is difficult for robots to obtain accurate and stable global position information in many cases,such as when indoors,tunnels and any other environments where GPS(global positioning system)is denied,thus it is meaningful to overcome the dependence on global position information.Additionally,unknown slippage,which is hard to avoid for wheeled robots due to the existence of ice,sand,or muddy roads,can not only affect the control performance of wheeled robot,but also limits the application scene of wheeled mobile robots.To solve both problems,a fully distributed finite time state observer which does not require any global position information is proposed,such that each follower robot can estimate the leader’s states within finite time.The distributed adaptive controllers are further designed for each follower robot such that the desired formation can be achieved while overcoming the effect of unknown slippage.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed observer and control laws are verified by simulation results.展开更多
Microgrids are networked control systems with multiple distributed generators(DGs).Microgrids are associated with many problems,such as communication delays,high sampling rates,and frequent controller updates,which ma...Microgrids are networked control systems with multiple distributed generators(DGs).Microgrids are associated with many problems,such as communication delays,high sampling rates,and frequent controller updates,which make it challenging to realize coordination control among the DGs.Therefore,finite-time consensus algorithms and event-triggered control methods are combined to propose a distributed coordination control method for microgrid systems.The DG in the microgrid system serves as an agent node in the control network,and a distributed secondary controller is designed using finite-time consensus algorithm,such that the frequency and voltage restoration control has a faster convergence time and better anti-interference performance.The event-triggered function was designed based on the state information of the agents.The controller exchanges the state information at the trigger instants.System stability is analyzed using the Lyapunov stability theory,and it is verified that the controller cannot exhibit the Zeno phenomenon in the event-triggered process.A simulation platform was developed in Matlab/Simulink to verify that the proposed control method can effectively reduce the frequency of controller updates during communication delays and the burden on the communication network.展开更多

Role-based access control on the Web implemented by this scheme is introduced. We aim to find the optimal transmition power for the FD transmitters such that the network-wide capacity is maximized. Based on the high Signal-to-Interference-Plus-Noise Ratio (SINR) approximation and a more general approximation method for logarithm functions, we develop effective distributed power control algorithms with the dual decomposition approach. We also extend the work to the general FD network scenario, which can be decomposed into subproblems of isolated nodes, paths, and cycles. The corresponding power control problem is then be solved with the distributed algorithm. The proposed algorithms are validated with simulation studies.展开更多

Currently, Newton-Raphson algorithm is applied to load distribution of hot tandem mills in many hot rolling plants and has some serious defects such as having a strict restriction on initial iterative calculation value and requiring coefficient matrix of nonlinear equations to be nonsingular. To eliminate these defects and improve the online performance of the process control computer, Newton descendent numeric algorithm is introduced to this field to widen the initial value range and a new model named error conversion algorithm is put forth to deal with special conditions when the coefficient matrix is singular. Furthermore, considering the characteristics of load distribution, a condition of strip thickness distribution abnormality and corresponding solutions are provided which ensure that rolling parameters can be calculated normally. Simulation results show that the improved algorithm has overcome the defects of the Newton-Raphson algorithm and is suitable for online application.展开更多

This paper deals with the distributed solving problem of a specific class of linear algebraic equations(LAEs)with block Toeplitz structures.To reduce the communication burden and achieve computation efficiency,a distr...This paper deals with the distributed solving problem of a specific class of linear algebraic equations(LAEs)with block Toeplitz structures.To reduce the communication burden and achieve computation efficiency,a distributed iterative algorithm from the communication-efficient perspective is proposed by incorporating the specific structure of the coefficient matrix tied to any given LAE over a multi-agent network.Each agent possesses a state vector of size smaller than the dimensions of unknown variables related to the LAE and receives information from its neighbors.It is shown that the presented distributed iterative algorithm can solve the specific class of LAEs without requiring any initialization conditions,irrespective of whether it admits a unique solution or multiple solutions.Moreover,an equivalent relation is established between the problem of solving LAEs and the tracking problem of iterative learning control(ILC)systems.The proposed distributed iterative algorithm is leveraged to obtain the distributed control law for ILC systems to realize the tracking objective.Theoretical guarantees are provided for our developed solution results of LAEs,and the effectiveness of them is also verified through simulation examples.展开更多
In recent years,a significant number of distributed small-capacity energy storage(ES)systems have been integrated into power grids to support grid fre-quency regulation.However,the challenges associated with high-dime...In recent years,a significant number of distributed small-capacity energy storage(ES)systems have been integrated into power grids to support grid fre-quency regulation.However,the challenges associated with high-dimensional control and synergistic operation alongside conventional generators remain unsolved.In this paper,a partitioning-based control approach is developed for the participation of widespread distributed ES systems on frequency control in power systems.The approach comprises a network partitioning method and a two-layer frequency control scheme.The partitioning method utilizes a community detection algorithm in which the weights between the buses are calculated based on the electrical distances.After partitioning the buses into different groups,an optimization-based frequency control system with two layers is established to aggregate and dis-aggregate the inertia and droop coefficients so that frequency regulation and economical operation can be achieved.The effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated through numerical simulations on an IEEE 39-bus system.The results confirm the successful elimination of frequency deviations and low operating cost of the proposed approach.展开更多
This paper investigates the distributed model predictive control(MPC)problem of linear systems where the network topology is changeable by the way of inserting new subsystems,disconnecting existing subsystems,or merel...This paper investigates the distributed model predictive control(MPC)problem of linear systems where the network topology is changeable by the way of inserting new subsystems,disconnecting existing subsystems,or merely modifying the couplings between different subsystems.To equip live systems with a quick response ability when modifying network topology,while keeping a satisfactory dynamic performance,a novel reconfiguration control scheme based on the alternating direction method of multipliers(ADMM)is presented.In this scheme,the local controllers directly influenced by the structure realignment are redesigned in the reconfiguration control.Meanwhile,by employing the powerful ADMM algorithm,the iterative formulas for solving the reconfigured optimization problem are obtained,which significantly accelerate the computation speed and ensure a timely output of the reconfigured optimal control response.Ultimately,the presented reconfiguration scheme is applied to the level control of a benchmark four-tank plant to illustrate its effectiveness and main characteristics.展开更多

文摘Microgrids are networked control systems with multiple distributed generators(DGs).Microgrids are associated with many problems,such as communication delays,high sampling rates,and frequent controller updates,which make it challenging to realize coordination control among the DGs.Therefore,finite-time consensus algorithms and event-triggered control methods are combined to propose a distributed coordination control method for microgrid systems.The DG in the microgrid system serves as an agent node in the control network,and a distributed secondary controller is designed using finite-time consensus algorithm,such that the frequency and voltage restoration control has a faster convergence time and better anti-interference performance.The event-triggered function was designed based on the state information of the agents.The controller exchanges the state information at the trigger instants.System stability is analyzed using the Lyapunov stability theory,and it is verified that the controller cannot exhibit the Zeno phenomenon in the event-triggered process.A simulation platform was developed in Matlab/Simulink to verify that the proposed control method can effectively reduce the frequency of controller updates during communication delays and the burden on the communication network.

文摘Quorum system is a preferable model to construct distributed access control architecture, but not all quorum system can satisfy the requirements of distributed access control architecture. Aiming at the dependable problem of authorization server in distributed system and combining the requirements of access control, a set of criterions to select and evaluate quorum system is presented. The scheme and algorithm of constructing an authorization server system based on Paths quorum system are designed, and the integrated sys- tem performance under some servers attacked is fully analyzed. Role-based access control on the Web implemented by this scheme is introduced. Analysis shows that with certain node failure probability, the scheme not only has high dependability but also can satisfy the special requirements of distributed access control such as real-time, parallelism, and consistency of security policy.
文摘A consensus-based distributed control method of coordinated VSGs with communication time delays in isolate microgrid is proposed. When time delays are considered in communication, there are some effects on frequency restoration and active power output allocation. In the control structure, only local information exchange is needed, while the final frequency can be controlled to the nominal value and the VSGs can automatically share loads according to their rated values. An AC microgrid with three VSGs and some loads is implemented. The proposed control strategy is verified by MATLAB/ Simulink simulation results.
文摘Enlightened by distribution of creatures in natural ecology environment, the distributionpopulation-based genetic algorithm (DPGA) is presented in this paper. The searching capability ofthe algorithm is improved by competition between distribution populations to reduce the search zone.This method is applied to design of optimal parameters of PID controllers with examples, and thesimulation results show that satisfactory performances are obtained.

文摘To meet the requirements of modern air combat,an integrated fire/flight control(IFFC)system is designed to achieve automatic precision tracking and aiming for armed helicopters and release the pilot from heavy target burden.Considering the complex dynamic characteristics and the couplings of armed helicopters,an improved automatic attack system is con-structed to integrate the fire control system with the flight con-trol system into a unit.To obtain the optimal command signals,the algorithm is investigated to solve nonconvex optimization problems by the contracting Broyden Fletcher Goldfarb Shanno(C-BFGS)algorithm combined with the trust region method.To address the uncertainties in the automatic attack system,the memory nominal distribution and Wasserstein distance are introduced to accurately characterize the uncertainties,and the dual solvable problem is analyzed by using the duality the-ory,conjugate function,and dual norm.Simulation results verify the practicality and validity of the proposed method in solving the IFFC problem on the premise of satisfactory aiming accu-racy.

文摘Accurate control of slab temperature and heating rate is an important significance to improve product performance and reduce carbon emissions for steel rolling reheating furnace(SRRF).Firstly,a spatial temporal distributed-nonlinear autoregressive with exogenous inputs correlation model(STD-NARXCM)to spatial temporal distributed-autoregressive with exogenous inputs correlation model(STD-ARXCM)in working point is established.Secondly,a new coordinated time-sharing control architecture in different time periods is proposed,which is along the length of the SRRF to improve the control performance.Thirdly,a hybrid control algorithm of expert-fuzzy is proposed to improve the dynamic of the temperature and the heating rate during time period 0 to t_(1).A hybrid control algorithm of expert-fuzzy-PID is proposed to enhance the control accuracy and the heating rate during time period t_(1) to t_(2).A hybrid control algorithm of expert-active disturbance rejection control(ADRC)is proposed to boost the anti-interference and the heating rate during time period t_(2) to t_(3).Finally,the experimental results show that the coordinated time-sharing algorithm can meet the process requirements,the maximum deviation of temperature value is 8-13.5℃.

文摘In this paper, we first consider the problem of distributed power control in a Full Duplex (FD) wireless network consisting of multiple pairs of nodes, within which each node needs to communicate with its corresponding node. We aim to find the optimal transmition power for the FD transmitters such that the network-wide capacity is maximized. Based on the high Signal-to-Interference-Plus-Noise Ratio (SINR) approximation and a more general approximation method for logarithm functions, we develop effective distributed power control algorithms with the dual decomposition approach. We also extend the work to the general FD network scenario, which can be decomposed into subproblems of isolated nodes, paths, and cycles. The corresponding power control problem is then be solved with the distributed algorithm. The proposed algorithms are validated with simulation studies.

文摘Load distribution is a key technology in strip hot rolling process, which influences the coil's mierostrueture and performance. Currently, Newton-Raphson algorithm is applied to load distribution of hot tandem mills in many hot rolling plants and has some serious defects such as having a strict restriction on initial iterative calculation value and requiring coefficient matrix of nonlinear equations to be nonsingular. To eliminate these defects and improve the online performance of the process control computer, Newton descendent numeric algorithm is introduced to this field to widen the initial value range and a new model named error conversion algorithm is put forth to deal with special conditions when the coefficient matrix is singular. Furthermore, considering the characteristics of load distribution, a condition of strip thickness distribution abnormality and corresponding solutions are provided which ensure that rolling parameters can be calculated normally. Simulation results show that the improved algorithm has overcome the defects of the Newton-Raphson algorithm and is suitable for online application.

文摘In this paper,we consider distributed Nash equilibrium(NE)seeking in potential games over a multi-agent network,where each agent can not observe the actions of all its rivals.Based on the best response dynamics,we design a distributed NE seeking algorithm by incorporating the non-smooth finite-time average tracking dynamics,where each agent only needs to know its own action and exchange information with its neighbours through a communication graph.We give a sufficient condition for the Lipschitz continuity of the best response mapping for potential games,and then prove the convergence of the proposed algorithm based on the Lyapunov theory.Numerical simulations are given to verify the resultandillustrate the effectiveness of the algorithm.

文摘This paper deals with the distributed solving problem of a specific class of linear algebraic equations(LAEs)with block Toeplitz structures.To reduce the communication burden and achieve computation efficiency,a distributed iterative algorithm from the communication-efficient perspective is proposed by incorporating the specific structure of the coefficient matrix tied to any given LAE over a multi-agent network.Each agent possesses a state vector of size smaller than the dimensions of unknown variables related to the LAE and receives information from its neighbors.It is shown that the presented distributed iterative algorithm can solve the specific class of LAEs without requiring any initialization conditions,irrespective of whether it admits a unique solution or multiple solutions.Moreover,an equivalent relation is established between the problem of solving LAEs and the tracking problem of iterative learning control(ILC)systems.The proposed distributed iterative algorithm is leveraged to obtain the distributed control law for ILC systems to realize the tracking objective.Theoretical guarantees are provided for our developed solution results of LAEs,and the effectiveness of them is also verified through simulation examples.

文摘In recent years,a significant number of distributed small-capacity energy storage(ES)systems have been integrated into power grids to support grid fre-quency regulation.However,the challenges associated with high-dimensional control and synergistic operation alongside conventional generators remain unsolved.In this paper,a partitioning-based control approach is developed for the participation of widespread distributed ES systems on frequency control in power systems.The approach comprises a network partitioning method and a two-layer frequency control scheme.The partitioning method utilizes a community detection algorithm in which the weights between the buses are calculated based on the electrical distances.After partitioning the buses into different groups,an optimization-based frequency control system with two layers is established to aggregate and dis-aggregate the inertia and droop coefficients so that frequency regulation and economical operation can be achieved.The effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated through numerical simulations on an IEEE 39-bus system.The results confirm the successful elimination of frequency deviations and low operating cost of the proposed approach.

文摘This paper investigates the distributed model predictive control(MPC)problem of linear systems where the network topology is changeable by the way of inserting new subsystems,disconnecting existing subsystems,or merely modifying the couplings between different subsystems.To equip live systems with a quick response ability when modifying network topology,while keeping a satisfactory dynamic performance,a novel reconfiguration control scheme based on the alternating direction method of multipliers(ADMM)is presented.In this scheme,the local controllers directly influenced by the structure realignment are redesigned in the reconfiguration control.Meanwhile,by employing the powerful ADMM algorithm,the iterative formulas for solving the reconfigured optimization problem are obtained,which significantly accelerate the computation speed and ensure a timely output of the reconfigured optimal control response.Ultimately,the presented reconfiguration scheme is applied to the level control of a benchmark four-tank plant to illustrate its effectiveness and main characteristics.
