The ability of Au Cu I(AAu Cu8 A4)to keep structure stabilization against changing temperature is attributed to the fact that the AAu8 and ACu4 potential well depths greatly surpass their vibration energies, which leads to the subequilibrium of experimental path. A new atom movement mechanism of AuCuI(AAuACu84)to change structure for suiting variation in temperature is the resonance activating-synchro alternating of alloy genes, which leads to heterogeneous and successive subequilibrium transitions. There exists jumping order degree, which leads to the existence of jumping Tj-temperature and an unexpected so-called "retro-effect" about jumping temperature retrograde shift to lower temperatures upon the increasing heating rate. A set of subequilibrium holographic network path charts were obtained by the experimental mixed enthalpy path method.展开更多

The 48f oxygen position parameter x, cohesive energy, bond type and defect-formation energy are discussed. Bond type, cohesive energy and defect-formation energies can be used to explain some experimental observations, but they are not determined exclusively by radiation "resistance" for a different pyrochlore family.展开更多

A novel model, fully describing the dynamic characteristic of network-based systems with packet disordering, is constructed. Different from the existing models of network-based systems, the number of delay items is time-varying in the model proposed. Further, this model is converted into a parameter-uncertain discrete-time system with time-varying delay item numbers in terms of matrix theory. Moreover, the less conservative stability condition is obtained by avoiding utilisation of Moon et al.’ inequality and bounding inequalities for quadratic functional terms. By solving a minization problem based on linear matrix inequalities, the state feedback controller is presented. years, traditional Chinese medicine compounds and probiotics have shown good potential in regulating the endocrine system and improving the intestinal microecology, providing new ideas for the treatment of breast hyperplasia.OBJECTIVE:To explore the effects and mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine compounds and fermented probiotic compounds on breast hyperplasia in mice, providing new theoretical and experimental bases for the clinical treatment and prevention of breast hyperplasia.METHODS:(1)Network pharmacology tools were used to predict the anti-breast-hyperplasia activity of Herba Gueldenstaedtiae(Euphorbia humifusa),as well as its potential targets and signaling pathways. The databases included:TCMSP,OMIM,GeneCards database,UniProt website,Venny2.1.0 website,Metascape,HERB website, and STRING database, all of which are open-access databases.Network pharmacology can predict and screen key information such as the targets corresponding to the active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine, disease targets, and action pathways through network analysis and computer-system analysis. Therefore,it has been increasingly widely used in the research of traditional Chinese medicine.(2)A breast hyperplasia model was induced in mice by injecting estrogen and progesterone.Mice in the normal blank group were injected intraperitoneally with normal saline every day.Mice in the model group and drugadministration groups were injected intraperitoneally with estradiol benzoate injection at a concentration of 0.5 mg/kg every day for 25 days. From the 26th day,the injection of estradiol benzoate injection was stopped.Mice in the normal blank group were injected intramuscularly with normal saline every day,and mice in the model group and drug-administration groups were injected intramuscularly with progesterone injection at a concentration of 5 mg/kg for 5 days. After the model was established, each group was given drugs respectively. The normal blank group and the model group were gavaged with 0.2 mL/d of normal saline;the positive blank group(Xiaozheng Pill group)was gavaged with an aqueous solution of Xiaozheng Pill at 0.9 mg/g;the low-,medium-and high-dose groups of Compound Herba Gueldenstaedtiae were gavaged with an aqueous solution of the compound medicine at 0.75,1.5,and 3.0 mg/(g·d)respectively;the low-,medium-and high-dose groups of traditional Chinese medicine-bacteria fermentation were gavaged with an aqueous solution of the compound medicine at 0.75,1.5,and 3.0 mg/(g·d)respectively.The administration was continuous for 30 days.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1)The results of network pharmacology research showed that the Compound Herba Gueldenstaedtiae(Euphorbia humifusa)contained 46 active ingredients, which were related to 1213 potential targets. After comparison with 588 known breast-hyperplasia targets,it was speculated that 50 of these targets might be related to the direct effect of the compound on breast hyperplasia.(2)After drug intervention, there was no significant change in the high-dose group of Compound Herba Gueldenstaedtiae compared with the normal blank group. The liver indicators of the other intervention groups all significantly decreased(P<0.05).(3)In terms of kidney and uterine indicators, the medium-dose group of Compound Herba Gueldenstaedtiae decreased significantly compared with the normal blank group(P<0.05).In terms of the uterine index, the model group increased significantly compared with the normal blank group(P<0.01).(4)After 1-month drug treatment, the number of lobules and acini in the breast tissue of the Xiaozheng Pill group, the low, medium, and high-dose group of Compound Herba Gueldenstaedtiae, the low, medium, and highdose groups of traditional Chinese medicine-bacteria fermentation decreased, and the duct openings narrowed. With the increase of drug dose, diffuse hyperplasia of breast tissue was significantly improved.(5)The ELISA results showed that compared with the model group, the estrogen level was lower in the medium-dose group of traditional Chinese medicine-bacteria fermentation after the intervention(P<0.05).In addition, the follicle-stimulating hormone level in the low-dose group of Compound Herba Gueldenstaedtiae was lower than that of the model group(P<0.05).(6)The intervention in the mouse model led to changes in the abundance of short chain fatty acids and intestinal flora in all groups. To conclude, the Compound Herba Gueldenstaedtiae and its probiotic fermentation products significantly improved mammary gland hyperplasia in mice by regulating hormone levels, improving the structure of the gut microbiota, and increasing the content of shortchain fatty acids, providing new ideas and potential sources of drugs for the treatment of breast hyperplasia.展开更多

文摘Accumulating evidence has highlighted the functional role of the endogenous nociceptin/orphanin FQ peptide(N/OFQ)and its nociceptin opioid receptor(NOP)in alcohol and cocaine reward. However, the effects of NOP agonists on methamphetamine(MAP)reinforcement, motivation, and relapse remain uncertain. In this study,we evaluated the effects of Ro 64-6198,a selective NOP agonist,on MAP reinforcement, motivation, and relapse in rats.Rats underwent a fixed-ratio 1(FR1)training to establish stable MAP intravenous self-administration(0.05 mg/kg/infusion)for 12 days, and the motivation for MAP was quantified using a progressive-ratio(PR)schedule,while the relapse was assessed through cue-and MAP-primed reinstatement after abstinence.Western blot analysis was employed to measure the relative expression of phosphorylated CREB,ERK,and Akt in the nucleus accumbens(NAc)following drug priming.Acute treatment of Ro 64-6198(1 mg/kg)significantly reduced the motivated behavior for MAP under PR testing(P<0.05 vs.vehicle).Ro 64-6198 at doses of 0.3 and 1 mg/kg could suppress the drug-seeking behavior induced by extinction or cues,respectively(P<0.05),whereas only the higher dose(1 mg/kg)could attenuate MAP primed drug-seeking(P<0.05).These behavioral effects were related to the upregulated phosphorylation of CREB and Akt in the NAc.Our results provide preclinical evidence that NOP activation disrupts multiple addiction-relevant behaviors, positioning Ro 64-6198 as a potential therapeutic candidate for treating MAP use disorders.
文摘BACKGROUND:Breast hyperplasia is a common benign breast disease mainly caused by endocrine disorders, manifested as abnormal hyperplasia of breast tissue. In recent years, traditional Chinese medicine compounds and probiotics have shown good potential in regulating the endocrine system and improving the intestinal microecology, providing new ideas for the treatment of breast hyperplasia.OBJECTIVE:To explore the effects and mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine compounds and fermented probiotic compounds on breast hyperplasia in mice, providing new theoretical and experimental bases for the clinical treatment and prevention of breast hyperplasia.METHODS:(1)Network pharmacology tools were used to predict the anti-breast-hyperplasia activity of Herba Gueldenstaedtiae(Euphorbia humifusa),as well as its potential targets and signaling pathways. To conclude, the Compound Herba Gueldenstaedtiae and its probiotic fermentation products significantly improved mammary gland hyperplasia in mice by regulating hormone levels, improving the structure of the gut microbiota, and increasing the content of shortchain fatty acids, providing new ideas and potential sources of drugs for the treatment of breast hyperplasia.

文摘Despite growing treatments for traumatic brain injury, there is still no ideal strategy for efficiently mitigating these processes.Ultrashort wave therapy,a type of physical factor therapy, has been widely used in various clinical treatments. However, its effects on traumatic brain injury and the underlying mechanisms are not well understood. In this study,we demonstrate that ultrashort wave treatment can significantly promote injury repair and alleviate emotional and cognitive disorders. Our data showed that ultrashort wave reduced the levels of pro-inflammatory factors and inhibited neuroinflammation. In vitro experiments showed that ultrashort wave inhibited activation of C8-D1A astrocytes and BV2 microglia.Furthermore, traumatic brain injury induced the expression of Piezo1,while ultrashort wave effectively suppressed this high expression.Administration of Yoda1,a Piezo1 agonist,to traumatic brain injury mice reversed the beneficial effects of ultrashort wave.Consistently,Yoda1 also reversed the inhibitory effect of ultrashort wave on activation of C8-D1A astrocytes. These findings indicate that ultrashort wave is an ideal therapeutic strategy for traumatic brain injury, which works by inhibiting Piezo1,reducing neuroinflammation, and promoting nerve repair after traumatic brain injury.

文摘Dear Editor,Social anxiety disorder(SAD)is a prevalent psychiatric disorder, characterized by persistent and excessive fear of social situations in which the individual may be scrutinized by others[1].Typically emerging in late childhood or adolescence with potential lifelong persistence,SAD significantly impairs interpersonal relationships, educational attainment, and occupational performance[2].Furthermore,SAD demonstrates high comorbidity rates with other mental disorders, including anxiety disorders, substanceuse disorder, and major depressive disorder[3].Current therapeutic interventions remain limited, with suboptimal response to existing psychological and pharmacological treatments in many patients, while the pathological mechanisms underlying SAD continue to elude comprehensive understanding[4].Establishing appropriate animal models is essential to investigating SAD's neural mechanisms and pathological underpinnings and developing effective therapeutic interventions.
文摘[Objectives]To investigate the potential causal relationship between psoriasis and common mental disorders, and to provide genetic epidemiological evidence for the early intervention of mental comorbidities.[Methods]Based on publicly available large-scale GWAS data,a bidirectional Mendelian randomization(MR)approach was employed to assess the causal associations between psoriasis and major depressive disorder(MDD),bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and anxiety disorders. The inverse variance weighted(IVW)method served as the primary analytical tool, supplemented by sensitivity analyses using MR-Egger and weighted median methods.Additionally,a subgroup analysis was conducted for psoriatic arthritis(PsA).[Results]Forward MR analysis revealed a significant positive causal association between the genetic predisposition to psoriasis and bipolar disorder as well as MDD,whereas no significant causal relationship was observed with schizophrenia or anxiety disorders. The reverse MR analysis found no causal effect of mental disorders on psoriasis.Subgroup analysis of PsA indicated that its genetic predisposition was significantly associated with the risk of bipolar disorder. The results of various sensitivity analyses and pleiotropy tests supported the robustness of the conclusions.[Conclusions]This study provides genetic evidence supporting a causal link between psoriasis and both MDD and bipolar disorder. In particular, patients with PsA are at a higher risk of developing bipolar disorder, highlighting the need to strengthen early screening and intervention for mental health in clinical management.
文摘Lysosomal storage disorders and their impact upon the central nervous system:Lysosomal storage disorders(LSDs)are a group of over 70 rare inherited metabolic disorders(Platt et al.,2018).They are caused by dysfunction of lysosomes, organelles that contain enzymes responsible for digesting macromolecules. In functional lysosomes, these enzymes break down complex substrates, and the resulting fragments are recycled.Individual LSDs are caused by mutations in genes that encode lysosomal enzymes or other proteins crucial for lysosome function(Platt et al.,2018).

文摘Neurodegenerative diseases are chronic,age-related disorders characterized by a relentless, irreversible, and selective loss of neurons in motor, sensory,or cognitive systems(Gao et al.,2019).Despite their heterogeneity,a common pathological feature across many of these diseases is the accumulation of aggregate-prone proteins.Particularly, the cytoplasmic aggregation in neurons of the Transactive response DNA-binding protein 43(TDP-43).
文摘BACKGROUND Intimate partner violence(IPV)is a major public health concern linked to psychiatric and physical morbidity. However, evidence from East Asia, particularly from registry-based and sex-inclusive analyses, remains limited. We hypothesized that IPV survivors would have elevated risks of psychiatric disorders and stressrelated physical conditions.AIM To assess psychiatric and physical health risks following IPV exposure in Taiwan.METHODS We conducted a nationwide,registry-based case control study using data from Taiwan’s Health and Welfare Data Science Center.Adults aged 18-64 years with a first IPV report in 2019(n=43393)were matched 1:1 by sex and age to controls.Incident diagnoses within 1 year were identified from claims data.Conditional logistic regression was used to estimate adjusted odds ratios(AORs).RESULTS Compared to controls,IPV survivors had higher risks of depressive disorders[AOR=4.18,95%confidence interval(CI):3.78-4.60,P<0.001],bipolar disorder(AOR=4.81,95%CI:3.83-6.10,P<0.001),schizophrenia(AOR=1.75,95%CI:1.46-2.10,P<0.001),and alcohol/substance use disorders(AOR=5.98,95%CI:2.21-8.50,P<0.001).The risk of asthma was modestly elevated(AOR=1.31,95%CI:1.08-1.60,P=0.006).No significant association was observed for irritable bowel syndrome(P=0.94).CONCLUSION IPV survivors in Taiwan face substantially increased psychiatric risk and a modestly elevated risk of asthma, warranting early screening and integrated mental and physical health care.
