Discrete wavelet transform(DWT)algorithm is an encryption algorithm based on wavelet transform for frequency decomposition of signals or images on multiple scales.Based on the Loongson 2K processor platform, the audio, picture and video information as carriers to encrypt and decrypt the watermark information is realized by integrating and stacking the watermark detection functions on the processor platform of the switching nodes in the off-chain communication network within blockchain systems, using the sliding window mechanism of Loongson 2K to control the smoothness of the digital information, and by multi-thread mechanism of the processor to control the real-time performance of the digital signal transmission. The performance of the least significant bit(LSB)algorithm, discrete cosine transform(DCT)algorithm, and DWT algorithm is analyzed. The performance comparison of LSB algorithm,DCT algorithm, and DWT algorithm under filtering attack, scaling attack, noise attack, cropping attack, and spin attack is simulated respectively. The experimental results show that, filtered attack normalized correlation(NC)coefficient for DWT is 0.95786,for scaled attack is 0.98962,for noise attack is 0.93842,spin attack NC is 0.86823,and clipped attack NC is 0.878814.The DWT algorithm has the small image distortion rate,is more robust to audio and video watermarking against attack effects, and the experimental data are superior to the LSB and DCT algorithms.Using Loongson 2K multi-threading mode to control the real-time data transmission, greatly improves the practicability of DWT algorithm on embedded devices, which can be effectively applied to authenticity verification when media data such as images and audio are uploaded to the blockchain. 展开更多

At present, enhancing the digital literacy of village cadres faces practical constraints such as governance capability gaps induced by the second-level digital divide, the absence of a systematic cultivation system, incomplete last-kilometer implementation for translating skills into practice, and inadequate incentive mechanisms. As a novel educational form deeply integrating digital information technology with teaching and learning, distance open education provides multi-directional empowerment for enhancing village cadres digital literacy. This is achieved through open learning methods, the application of modern digital technologies, tailored learning programs, and the establishment of "overpass bridges" for translating learning outcomes into practice. Based on this, it is essential to further streamline the pathways for educating and cultivating village cadres, vigorously promote the digitalization of teaching, practice, and support services, develop systematic and localized digital education resources, and actively explore and establish a complementary credit bank system for their digital literacy cultivation. 展开更多

The evolution of cities into digitally managed environments requires computational systems that can operate in real time while supporting predictive and adaptive infrastructure management.Earlier approaches have often advanced one dimension—such as Internet of Things(IoT)-based data acquisition,Artificial Intelligence(AI)-driven analytics,or digital twin visualization—without fully integrating these strands into a single operational loop.As a result, many existing solutions encounter bottlenecks in responsiveness, interoperability, and scalability, while also leaving concerns about data privacy unresolved. This research introduces a hybrid AI–IoT–Digital Twin framework that combines continuous sensing, distributed intelligence, and simulation-based decision support. The design incorporates multi-source sensor data, lightweight edge inference through Convolutional Neural Networks(CNN)and Long ShortTerm Memory(LSTM)models, and federated learning enhanced with secure aggregation and differential privacy to maintain confidentiality.A digital twin layer extends these capabilities by simulating city assets such as traffic flows and water networks, generating what-if scenarios, and issuing actionable control signals.Complementary modules, including model compression and synchronization protocols, are embedded to ensure reliability in bandwidth-constrained and heterogeneous urban environments. The framework is validated in two urban domains:traffic management, where it adapts signal cycles based on real-time congestion patterns, and pipeline monitoring, where it anticipates leaks through pressure and vibration data.Experimental results show a 28%reduction in response time,a 35%decrease in maintenance costs, and a marked reduction in false positives relative to conventional baselines. The architecture also demonstrates stability across 50+edge devices under federated training and resilience to uneven node participation. The proposed system provides a scalable and privacy-aware foundation for predictive urban infrastructure management.By closing the loop between sensing, learning, and control,it reduces operator dependence, enhances resource efficiency, and supports transparent governance models for emerging smart cities. 展开更多

Long-span bridges are usually constructed over waterways that involve substantial ship traffic, resulting in a risk of collisions between the bridge girders and over-height ships. The consequences of this can be severe structural damage or even collapse.Accurate measurement of ship dimensions is an effective way to monitor approaching over-height ships and avoid collisions. However, the performance of current techniques for estimating the size of moving objects can be undermined by large sensor-to-object distance, limiting their applicability. In this study,we propose a digital twin-assisted ship size measurement framework that can overcome such limitations through a predictive model and virtual-to-real-world transfer learning.Specifically,a 3D synthetic environment is first established to generate a synthetic dataset, which includes ship images, positions, and dimensions. Then the pixel information and spatial coordinates of ships are adopted as regressors, and ship dimensions are selected as the output variables to pre-train deep learning models using the generated dataset.Coordinate system transformations are applied to address dataset bias between the simulated world and real-world,as well as improve the model’s generalization. The pre-trained models are compared using supervised virtual-to-real-world transfer learning to select the version with optimal real-world performance. The mean absolute percentage error is only 3.74%across varying camera-to-ship distances, which demonstrates that the proposed method is effective for over-limit ship monitoring. 展开更多

This study aims to promote the optimization and upgrading of the economic structure in rural areas of China by focusing on the coupling coordination mechanism between digital economy–agriculture integration and rural revitalization.By examining panel data from 30 Chinese provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities between 2011 and 2022,the research constructs a weight-based evaluation system that integrates subjective and objective methods and a coupling coordination model to reveal its dynamic evolution patterns.Key findings indicate that digital economy–agriculture integration and rural revitalization achieve cross-coupling through critical activities. The impact of digital-agriculture integration on advancing rural revitalization lags by 2–3 years.Although the coupling development degree between the two systems continues to improve,it remains at the stage of primary coordination.Regional disparities are significant, showing a gradient pattern of“high degree of coupling development in the east and low degree of coupling development in the west.” 展开更多

Efficient implementation of fundamental matrix operations on quantum computers, such as matrix products and Hadamard operations, holds significant potential for accelerating machine learning algorithms.A critical prerequisite for quantum implementations is the effective encoding of classical data into quantum states. We propose two quantum computing frameworks for preparing the distinct encoded states corresponding to matrix operations, including the matrix product, matrix sum, matrix Hadamard product and division.Quantum algorithms based on the digital encoding computing framework are capable of implementing the matrix Hadamard operation with a time complexity of O(poly log(mn/ε))and the matrix product with a time complexity of O(poly log(mnl/ε)),achieving an exponential speedup in contrast to the classical methods of O(mn)and O(mnl).Quantum algorithms based on the analog-encoding framework are capable of implementing the matrix Hadamard operation with a time complexity of O(k_(1)√mn·poly log(mn/ε))and the matrix product with a time complexity of O(k_(2)√1·poly log(mnl/ε)),where k_(1)and k_(2)are coefficients correlated with the elements of the matrix, achieving a square speedup in contrast to the classical counterparts. As applications,we construct an oracle that can access the trace of a matrix within logarithmic time, and propose several algorithms to respectively estimate the trace of a matrix, the trace of the product of two matrices, and the trace inner product of two matrices within logarithmic time. 展开更多

As structural damage patterns and service environments become more complex, digital twin-based structural health monitoring, with its unique advantages, can compensate for the limitations of data-driven methods regarding data dependency and model interpretability. However,it still faces challenges in modeling complexity, simulation accuracy, and discrepancies between real and virtual features. This study proposes a balanced fidelity digital twin for structural damage monitoring based on Lamb wave multilevel feature enhancement and adaptive space interaction.Firstly, multilevel refined features are extracted from few-shot guided wave signals obtained in physical and digital space, and the adversarial synthetic balancing algorithm is proposed for feature enhancement.Additionally, the learning phase of the damage monitoring model based on the feature-mapping convolutional network is driven by virtual samples of readily accessible balanced fidelity in digital space. To reduce the feature distributional difference between the two spaces,an interactive transfer approach is introduced to establish a shared feature digital twin space.Overall, this study provides a feasible technique to enhance the accessibility and generalizability of digital twins for real engineering structures. 展开更多

The integration of digital twin(DT)technology with microseismic(MS)monitoring for evaluating the dynamic response of high-arch dams remains under-explored.This paper investigates the application of MS monitoring on the Dagangshan high-arch dam during its normal water storage operating period to assess potential damage. The study analyzes the MS characteristics of the dam during the Luding earthquake(Ms=6.8).A framework for constructing a damage driven DT model of a high-arch dam is proposed. The DT model is capable of self-updating its mechanical parameters based on MS data.Seismic response calculations are conducted utilizing cloud computing, allowing for the direct presentation of results within the DT model. The results indicate a high-risk area of the Dagangshan arch dam, characterized by significantMS deformation, primarily centered on the arch crown beam. This zone encompasses dam sections Nos.5-6,10-11,13-16,and 19-20,all located above 1030 m elevation.Under seismic loading, the arch dam exhibits a back-and-forth movement along the river, ultimately reaching a stable state.Following the earthquake, the stress state of the dam does not experience substantial changes. The average relative error between numerical results and measured peak ground acceleration values is 17%when considering the cumulative effect of damage, compared to 36%when neglecting this effect. This study presents a more reliable approach for assessing the state of dams. 展开更多

In the context of the revolution in new technologies,a key question is whether the rapid growth of the digital economy, driven by digital technologies, has improved regional innovation performance.Using inter-provincial panel data from China(2012–2022)and adopting a business environment perspective, this study applies a Panel Extended Regression Model(PERM),a Panel Simultaneous Equation Model(PSEM),and a Tobit-IV model to analyze how the development of the digital economy influences regional innovation. The results reveal a pronounced U-shaped relationship between the digital economy and the regional innovation performance at the provincial level in China, with the business environment serving as a significant mediator in this relationship. Moreover, regional innovation performance in China exhibits a“ratchet effect,”with the impact of the digital economy varying markedly across regions. While the eastern and western regions have entered an upward phase, whereby the digital economy boosts innovation, the central region displays a weaker effect.Further analysis indicates that the synergy between the business environment and the digital economy in driving innovation remains suboptimal. These findings were supported by robust checks. This study offers theoretical insights and empirical evidence that support the coordinated development of digital government and the digital factor market,as well as business environment reforms that are in alignment with the innovation demands of the digital era. 展开更多
