The quantization error widely existing in the digital processing is always the decisive factor that restricts the development and applications of the digital technology. In this paper, we find that the stability of the digital quantization system is obviously better than the quantization resolution. The application of a border effect in the digital quantization can greatly improve the accuracy of digital processing. Its effective precision has nothing to do with the number of quantization bits, which is only related to the stability of the quantization system. The high precision measurement results obtained in the low level quantization system with high sampling rate have an important application value for the progress in the digital measurement and processing field.展开更多

Our approach aims at solving the problem of the combined effect of soft rock site, which is difficult to determine in most regions of China because fewer measures were done for S-wave velocity structure. The combined effect of soft rock site can be determined by using the approach recom- mended by us. An example is given to discuss the practical application of the method.展开更多

文摘Many policymakers have recognized rural digitalization as an emerging strategy to improve farmers’well-being.However,in the context of China, whether digital village construction is an effective and long-term way to achieve farmers’common prosperity has not been thoroughly explored. This study aims to construct a theoretical analysis framework for the impact of digital village construction on farmers’common prosperity and provide new empirical evidence from dynamic and spatial perspectives. The results indicated that China’s digital village construction effectively promoted the farmers’common prosperity, and agricultural productive service and agricultural science and technology innovation are significant mediating mechanisms. However,it is not yet long-term,as the marginal effect of digital village construction is diminishing. The spatial spillover effect of digital village construction is also more obvious than its direct effect.Digital village construction consistently plays a stronger enabling role in the western region and provinces with better conditions for agriculture. The results suggest that digital village construction in China can effectively reduce regional disparities. But establishing a long-term driving mechanism for digital village construction on farmers’common prosperity is another novel and pressing task that requires urgent attention.

文摘In the paper, for the application of stochastic simulation of ground motion, we put forward a method to determine ″the combined effect of amplification and attenuation″ (combined effect for short) of soft rock site by using digital seismic data of moderate and small earthquakes. Our approach aims at solving the problem of the combined effect of soft rock site, which is difficult to determine in most regions of China because fewer measures were done for S-wave velocity structure. The combined effect of soft rock site can be determined by using the approach recom- mended by us. An example is given to discuss the practical application of the method.

文摘The rapid development of digital technologies has driven the emergence and popularization of online-to-offline(O2O)retail,reshaping the retail landscape in urban China. However, spatial distribution characteristics and influencing mechanisms of emerging O2O retail have not been thoroughly investigated in extant studies.Taking the central urban area of Guangzhou as the case, this study utilized multi-source data and machine learning methods to explore the distribution characteristics of O2O retail space and to further identify the nonlinear effects of the built environment, sociodemographic, and economic factors on its distribution. The results revealed that O2O retail space exhibited a‘single-center’distribution pattern,in contrast to the‘multi-center’distribution pattern of traditional retail space. This finding supported the diffusion of innovation hypothesis, highlighting that the expansion of O2O retail modes first spread from traditional developed retail space.Furthermore, spatial heterogeneities were observed across different types of O2O retail space, with O2O in-store showing a‘core-periphery’spatial structure as described by Central Place Theory, whereas O2O delivery displaying a‘horizontal,non-hierarchical,and multi-centered’network structure following Central Flow Theory.Compared to traditional retail space, the distribution of O2O retail space was more influenced by sociodemographic factors such as the proportion of youth, education level, and income level, but less affected by the built environment factors like office and building density.Furthermore, nonlinear effects of these influencing factors on the distribution of O2O retail space were identified, which enriched the existing literature by highlighting effective ranges and threshold effects. These findings provided valuable insights into O2O retail space development in the context of digital transformation.

文摘Climate change caused by carbon emissions is a hot topic of concern.Enhancing carbon emission performance(CEP)emerges as a pivotal strategy to curtail carbon emissions, with the digital economy recognized as a crucial instrument for bolstering CEP.Grounded in theoretical analysis, this article takes the Yangtze River Delta region(YRD)as the research object and conducts empirical analysis for the period from 2010 to 2021.The Super Epsilon-Based Measure(EBM)model was employed to assess CEP,while the entropy method was used to quantify the level of the digital economy.Baseline regression models and mediation effect models were constructed to test the research hypotheses.Additionally, the Spatial Durbin Model(SDM)was utilized to analyze the spatial spillover effects of the digital economy. Some conclusions were drawn as follows.Firstly, both the digital economy and CEP exhibit growing trends and demonstrate significant spatial distribution characteristics.Cities with high CEP are increasingly concentrated along the Yangtze River and coastal areas.Meanwhile, the digital economy generally demonstrates a spatial distribution pattern of being higher in the southeast and lower in the northwest.Secondly, the digital economy exerts a notable and consistent positive influence on CEP,but this impact is not primarily achieved through promoting green technology innovation.Instead, the digital economy exhibits a stronger intermediary effect on CEP by facilitating industrial structure upgrading and rationalization.Thirdly, the digital economy significantly enhancing local CEP but having an insignificant impact on neighboring cities'CEP.To address these findings, cities ought to invest in digital infrastructure, incentivize digital innovation through policy and financial backing, and harness advanced technologies like 5G and blockchain to promote low-carbon,intelligent production and lifestyles, while enhancing industrial structure and regional cooperation to foster a low-carbon digital economy network.

文摘The advanced fin-shaped field-effect transistor(FinFET)technology offers higher integration density and stronger channel control capabilities, however, more complex process effects are also introduced which have significant influence on device performance. To address these issues,we complete a design-technology co-optimization(DTCO)focused on FinFET,including both process-induced effect during gate formation and corresponding digital unit optimization design. The 14 nm Fin-FET complementary metal oxide semiconductor(CMOS)technology is used to illustrate the sensitivity of transistor perfor-mance to process-induced effect, specifically the poly pitch effect(PPE)and cut poly effect(CPE).Predictive technology com-puter aided design(TCAD)simulations have been carried out to evaluate the transistor performance in advance.Based on the results, optimizations in digital unit design is proposed.Fall delay of the digital unit inverter is decreased by 0.7%,and the rise delay is decreased by 2.1%.For multiple selector(MUX2NV),the delay decreases by 4.64%for rise and 3.56%for drop,respec-tively.
文摘Utilizing provincial panel data from 2014 to 2020,this study employs a fixed effect model,a threshold effect model, and a spatial lag model to empirically examine the correlation between digital economic development and carbon productivity. The findings indicate that digital economic development significantly contributes to the enhancement of carbon productivity in the long term.Furthermore, through instrumental variable method, replacement of explanatory variables and other methods to test its endogeneity and stability, the results remain robust. In terms of regional heterogeneity, the impact of digital economic development on carbon productivity is less pronounced in the central and western regions compared to the eastern region.Additionally, further investigation reveals that industrial structure upgrading and science and technology investment level exhibit different threshold effects on the influence of digital economy development level on carbon productivity. Moreover, there is a significant spatial spillover effect of digital economy development on carbon productivity with H-H and L-L agglomeration spatial correlation.
