Methods: the subjects of this study were 106 patients with digestive endoscopy. In this study, 106 patients were divided into reference group (53 cases) and experimental group (53 cases). In the reference group, the patients with digestive endoscopy diagnosis and treatment were given routine diagnosis and treatment nursing. In the experimental group, the whole process nursing management was used to care the patients with digestive endoscopy diagnosis and treatment. The results of different diagnosis and treatment nursing modes between the two groups were compared. Results: the improvement of psychological state of patients in the experimental group was better than that in the reference group (P < 0.05);There were not too many complications and nursing errors in the experimental group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the whole nursing management can significantly improve the mentality of patients undergoing digestive endoscopy diagnosis and treatment, so that patients will not have too many nursing errors, and well protect the safety of patients, which has a significant positive significance.展开更多

Methods: 70 patients with acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were randomly divided into control group (35 cases) and observation group (35 cases). Results: the hemostasis, recovery of bowel sounds and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion: digestive endoscopic hemostasis therapy can improve the hemostatic efficiency and effect.展开更多
