Various pre-cooling methods for‘Kyoho’grapes were selected,such as forced-air pre-cooling(FAPC),vacuum pre-cooling,natural convection pre-cooling(NCPC),electrolyzed water pre-cooling,cold water pre-cooling,and fluid...Various pre-cooling methods for‘Kyoho’grapes were selected,such as forced-air pre-cooling(FAPC),vacuum pre-cooling,natural convection pre-cooling(NCPC),electrolyzed water pre-cooling,cold water pre-cooling,and fluid ice pre-cooling.The aim of this study was to determine the most suitable pre-cooling method for grapes.The storage temperature of grapes was(4±0.5)℃ with a relative humidity of 85%,and physiological parameters were measured every 5 d.All pre-cooling methods,except for NCPC,were able to complete the pre-cooling process within 20 min.Interestingly,water and ice cooling methods were not suitable for pre-cooling grapes,probably due to microbial growth and damage to cellular tissue.In contrast,three groups of air pre-cooling methods were more effective in preserving freshness,the best of which was FAPC.It was found that FAPC inhibited grape weight loss,moisture loss,respiration rate,total viable count,malondialdehyde,and relative electrolyte leakage,while stimulating the activities of superoxide dismutase and phenylalanine ammonia-lyase.It also suppressed the activity of polyphenol oxidase.Additionally,in the FAPC group,optimal hardness,titratable acidity,and vitamin C content were observed.Among all the tested methods,FAPC demonstrated better efficacy in delaying the softening and senescence of‘Kyoho’grapes,thereby preserving fruit quality and nutritional content.展开更多

The results showed the molecular weight distribution of organic matter extracted by centrifugation, heating and cation exchange resin(CER) was similar, while the EPS extracted by centrifugation(Control) and CER had similar fluorescent organic matter. The protein secondary structures of extracted EPS by the four methods were different. The similarities of protein secondary structures between the EPS extracted by CER with the Control were the highest among the four extracted EPS. Although the EPS yield extracted by formaldehyde + NaOH method were the highest, its protein secondary structures had the lowest similarity with those extracted by the Control. Additionally, the effects of centrifugation and CER extraction on the secondary structures of bovine serum albumin were also lower than that of other extraction processes. CER enables the second maximum extraction of EPS and maximum retention of the original secondary structure of proteins.展开更多
Objective:This study aims to explore the benefit analysis of the same disease in different departments of public hospitals under the DIP payment method.Methods:This study is a retrospective analysis that selected clin...Objective:This study aims to explore the benefit analysis of the same disease in different departments of public hospitals under the DIP payment method.Methods:This study is a retrospective analysis that selected clinical data from patients who received treatment in the Department of Orthopedics and the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion at our hospital from January 1,2023,to December 31,2023.The study compared the costs of medications,examinations,treatments,laboratory tests,nursing and other expenses,and total treatment costs between the two departments.It analyzed the cost structure of the two departments and proposed further improvement suggestions.Results:The study results indicated that the total costs in the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion were significantly higher than those in the Department of Orthopedics.Among medication costs,the total medication costs in the Department of Orthopedics were higher than those in the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,with costs for Western medicine,proprietary Chinese medicine,and herbal medicine all being higher(p<0.05).Regarding examination costs,consultation fees in the Department of Orthopedics were lower than those in the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,while examination costs were higher(p<0.05).In terms of treatment costs,orthopedic treatment and surgical fees were higher than those in the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion(p<0.05).For laboratory test costs,orthopedic laboratory fees were significantly higher than those in the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion(p<0.05).Among nursing and other expenses,orthopedic blood transfusion,bed fees,and other expenses were higher than those in the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,while nursing fees were lower(p<0.05).Conclusion:Treatment fees in the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion are the core and account for a relatively high proportion of the total costs.The benefits generated by the Department of Orthopedics are primarily derived from medication,examination,and laboratory fees,aligning with the characteristics of combining diagnosis,medication,and surgical intervention in orthopedic treatment.Consultation fees,nursing fees,and bed fees in the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion are higher than those in the Department of Orthopedics,indicating a longer treatment cycle in acupuncture,which warrants clinical attention.展开更多
This paper deals with numerical computation and analysis for the initial boundary problems of two dimensional(2D)Sobolev equations with piecewise continuous argument.Firstly,a two-level high-order compact difference m...This paper deals with numerical computation and analysis for the initial boundary problems of two dimensional(2D)Sobolev equations with piecewise continuous argument.Firstly,a two-level high-order compact difference method(HOCDM)with computational accuracy O(τ^(2)+h_(x)^(4)+h_(y)^(4))is suggested,whereτ,h_(x),h_(y) denote the temporal and spatial stepsizes of the method,respectively.In order to improve the temporal computational accuracy of this method,the Richardson extrapolation technique is used and thus a new two-level HOCDMis derived,which is proved to be convergent of order four both in time and space.Although the new two-level HOCDM has the higher computational accuracy in time than the previous one,it will bring a larger computational cost.To overcome this deficiency,a three-level HOCDM with computational accuracy O(τ^(4)+h_(x)^(4)+h_(y)^(4))is constructed.Finally,with a series of numerical experiments,the theoretical accuracy and computational efficiency of the above methods are further verified.展开更多
Polysaccharides are the important biologically active components found in the peel of Dioscorea opposita Thunb.(DTTP).The influences of 4 extraction methods,namely hot water extraction(W),acidic extraction(HA),hot-com...Polysaccharides are the important biologically active components found in the peel of Dioscorea opposita Thunb.(DTTP).The influences of 4 extraction methods,namely hot water extraction(W),acidic extraction(HA),hot-compressed water extraction(HCW)and enzyme-assisted extraction(EAE),on the yields,physicochemical properties,hypoglycemic and antioxidant activities of polysaccharides from DTTP were studied and compared.Among these DTTP polysaccharides,DTTP-HA was outstanding in several respects.DTTP-HA was the most water soluble;it had the highest total carbohydrate content(85.08%),the highest uronic acid(13.20%)and the highest thermal stability.DTTP-HA and DTTP-W possessed a triple-helix structure.These 4 kinds of polysaccharides have the same types of monosaccharides,but in different molar percentages.Extraction method had a significant impact on the microstructures of the extracted polysaccharides.DTT-HA exhibited irregular structure with many holes.Among the 4 extracted methods,the DTTP-HA and DTTP-W initially exhibited higher hypoglycemic and antioxidant activities.The better bioactivities of DTTP-HA may be related to the above factors.The findings indicated that acid extraction is an effective method to extract polysaccharides with high biological activities from DTTP.展开更多

[Objectives] This paper was to clarify the effects of different drying methods on the physiological activities of kiwifruit,so as to provide theoretical bases for the drying processing of kiwifruit.[Methods]With kiwif...[Objectives] This paper was to clarify the effects of different drying methods on the physiological activities of kiwifruit,so as to provide theoretical bases for the drying processing of kiwifruit.[Methods]With kiwifruit as the research object,the effects of hot air drying,microwave drying,and vacuum freeze drying on the active ingredients in dried kiwifruit were studied,and antioxidant activity of the ingredients were determined through the scavenging capacity of 1,1-phenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl free radicals( DPPH),hydroxyl radical scavenging capacity and the antioxidant capacity of ferrous ions.[Results] Vacuum freeze drying greatly reduced the physiological activities of kiwifruit,followed by microwave drying.Hot air drying was the best choice for dehydration of kiwifruit.Under the same conditions,the total flavonoid content of kiwifruit from hot air drying was 70.12 mg/ml,and the DPPH· free radicals scavenging ability of the treatment solution was the strongest,with the scavenging rate reaching 9.42%.The OH radicals scavenging rate was the highest at the concentration of 0.015 mg/ml,reaching69.92%.The absorbance reached the maximum at the concentration of 0.025 mg/ml,and the ferrous ion reduction capacity was also the greatest with the absorbance of 2.542.[Conclusions] Hot air drying could well maintain the shape and nutrients of kiwifruit,making it a proper drying method for kiwifruit processing.展开更多

Test results and comprehensive evaluation analysis demonstrated that 72% Bt·monosultap WP and 8%lambda-cyhalothrin·emamectin benzoate SA by manual spraying and unmanned aerial vehicle spraying had good prevention and control effect on strains and internodes damaged by Tryporyza intacta Snellen in middle and late stage, which were ideal new biological formulations with high effi-ciency and low risk for prevention and control of T. intacta in middle and late stage, and could be popularized in sugarcane area. 72% Bt·monosultap WP at the dose of 3 000 g/hectare and 8% lambda-cyhalothrin·emamectin benzoate SA at the dose of 750 mL/hectare could be sprayed in mid September at the peak occurrence period of the forth and fifth generations of T. intacta and Proceras venosatus. Agents were diluted with 900 kg water per hectare, and manually sprayed with electric knapsack sprayer; or agents were diluted with 15 kg of Haoyang aerial control special addi-tives and water per hectare, and sprayed with unmanned aerial vehicle. The control effect against borer-damaged strain rate was above 81.3% and that against borer-damaged internode rate was above 88.6%.展开更多

The different methods used to identify the materials of mud brick, limestone, plaster, mortar and pigments, collected from different sites and periods from Egypt, in order to identify and characterize the materials, their structure, composition and their mineralogical compounds were: (Op) optical microscopy, which was used to examine and to identify the materials structures. Methods used in initial examination were: (1) (MCA): Micro-chemical analysis, to identify the nature of the materials and for water-soluble salts, to identify sulphates, chlorides, carbonates, nitrites and nitrates; (2) (SM): Standard methods of wet chemical analysis were used to identify the quantitative and qualitative nature of the, mud building, mortars and their mixtures; (3) (SEM & EDS): Analytical scanning electron microscope with energy dispersive X-ray analysis system was used to examine the micro-morphology and determine the chemical composition of the different materials; (4) (XRD & XRPD): X-ray diffraction to identify the mineralogical compound of the plaster, limestone, mortars and pigments used. From all the results obtained, it was possible to establish the nature of the mortars and their binders as well as some other inclusion. In addition to the identification of the stratigraphy of the layers applied in some samples, the examination and analysis gave details of the materials and the approximate ratio of the amount of additives used. Furthermore, the mineralogical analysis provided information on the main mineralogical phases present in the materials analyzed from the different periods.展开更多

Methods: 100 paracetamol tablets were screened out and then divided into 2 groups according to the blind selection method, specifically referring to: the observation group and the control group, each group is 50 tablets, among which, the observation group selected 0.04%NaOH solution as the dissolution medium, and then the dissolution was evaluated;In the control group, phosphate buffer with PH 6.8 was selected as the dissolution medium, and then the dissolution was evaluated. The dissolution amount and dissolution percentage (80%) of the two groups were determined separately. Results: in terms of the changes of dissolution volume, percentage of dissolution and other indicators, the observation group far exceeded the control group. However, in terms of the average dissolution time, the observation group was significantly smaller than the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant, with a statistical advantage (P < 0.05). Conclusion: since the evaluation methods of dissolution are different, there are obvious differences in the changes in the level of pharmaceutical preparations. If the level of pharmaceutical preparations is to be gradually improved, the best dissolution evaluation method must be selected before the corresponding test results can be obtained.展开更多

Group A (25 cases) and group B (25 cases). The results of the two groups were observed, mainly including the quality of blood vessel images and radiation dose. Results: there was no significant difference in vascular image quality between group A and group B, and the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05);the radiation dose of group A was significantly lower than that of group B (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of Philips 256iCT in different coronary artery examinations, prospective ECG control and retrospective ECG control can both obtain good vascular image quality, but the clinical application of the former can effectively reduce the radiation dose, so it has more significant application advantages.展开更多

Group B was treated with conventional drugs, and group A was treated with drugs + microwave combination. After the relevant treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups of cases was compared. Compared with the levels of IL-2 and TNF-A, the microwave binding method in group A was more advantageous than that in group B. In addition, in terms of the levels of inflammatory factors, group A tended to be more stable than group B, with significant differences in p-value data. Conclusion: targeted treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease, through drugs and microwave method to carry out comprehensive treatment, can promote the organic optimization of inflammatory level, and constantly improve the clinical efficacy, should be vigorously promoted in clinical.展开更多

The results were observed and recorded. Results: the blood pressure index of the observation group was lower, and the score of quality of life and nursing satisfaction were higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion: systematic health education plays a very important role in stabilizing and controlling blood pressure. The quality of life of patients is generally improved. 文摘This paper deals with numerical computation and analysis for the initial boundary problems of two dimensional(2D)Sobolev equations with piecewise continuous argument.Firstly,a two-level high-order compact difference method(HOCDM)with computational accuracy O(τ^(2)+h_(x)^(4)+h_(y)^(4))is suggested,whereτ,h_(x),h_(y) denote the temporal and spatial stepsizes of the method,respectively.In order to improve the temporal computational accuracy of this method,the Richardson extrapolation technique is used and thus a new two-level HOCDMis derived,which is proved to be convergent of order four both in time and space.Although the new two-level HOCDM has the higher computational accuracy in time than the previous one,it will bring a larger computational cost.To overcome this deficiency,a three-level HOCDM with computational accuracy O(τ^(4)+h_(x)^(4)+h_(y)^(4))is constructed.Finally,with a series of numerical experiments,the theoretical accuracy and computational efficiency of the above methods are further verified.

文摘Polysaccharides are the important biologically active components found in the peel of Dioscorea opposita Thunb.(DTTP).The influences of 4 extraction methods,namely hot water extraction(W),acidic extraction(HA),hot-compressed water extraction(HCW)and enzyme-assisted extraction(EAE),on the yields,physicochemical properties,hypoglycemic and antioxidant activities of polysaccharides from DTTP were studied and compared.Among these DTTP polysaccharides,DTTP-HA was outstanding in several respects.DTTP-HA was the most water soluble;it had the highest total carbohydrate content(85.08%),the highest uronic acid(13.20%)and the highest thermal stability.DTTP-HA and DTTP-W possessed a triple-helix structure.These 4 kinds of polysaccharides have the same types of monosaccharides,but in different molar percentages.Extraction method had a significant impact on the microstructures of the extracted polysaccharides.DTT-HA exhibited irregular structure with many holes.Among the 4 extracted methods,the DTTP-HA and DTTP-W initially exhibited higher hypoglycemic and antioxidant activities.The better bioactivities of DTTP-HA may be related to the above factors.The findings indicated that acid extraction is an effective method to extract polysaccharides with high biological activities from DTTP.

文摘In this paper we consider the numerical method of characteristics for the numerical solution of initial value problems (IVPs) for quasilinear hyperbolic Partial Differential Equations, as well as the difference scheme Central Time Central Space (CTCS), Crank-Nicolson scheme, ω scheme and the method of characteristics for the numerical solution of initial and boundary value prob-lems for the one-dimension homogeneous wave equation. The initial deriva-tive condition is approximated by different second order difference quotients in order to examine which gives more accurate numerical results. The local truncation error, consistency and stability of the difference schemes CTCS, Crank-Nicolson and ω are also considered.

文摘[Objectives] This paper was to clarify the effects of different drying methods on the physiological activities of kiwifruit,so as to provide theoretical bases for the drying processing of kiwifruit.[Methods]With kiwifruit as the research object,the effects of hot air drying,microwave drying,and vacuum freeze drying on the active ingredients in dried kiwifruit were studied,and antioxidant activity of the ingredients were determined through the scavenging capacity of 1,1-phenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl free radicals( DPPH),hydroxyl radical scavenging capacity and the antioxidant capacity of ferrous ions.[Results] Vacuum freeze drying greatly reduced the physiological activities of kiwifruit,followed by microwave drying.Hot air drying was the best choice for dehydration of kiwifruit.Under the same conditions,the total flavonoid content of kiwifruit from hot air drying was 70.12 mg/ml,and the DPPH· free radicals scavenging ability of the treatment solution was the strongest,with the scavenging rate reaching 9.42%.The OH radicals scavenging rate was the highest at the concentration of 0.015 mg/ml,reaching69.92%.The absorbance reached the maximum at the concentration of 0.025 mg/ml,and the ferrous ion reduction capacity was also the greatest with the absorbance of 2.542.[Conclusions] Hot air drying could well maintain the shape and nutrients of kiwifruit,making it a proper drying method for kiwifruit processing.

文摘To screen new biological formulations, accurate and efficient application technology, field test was conducted with 72% Bacillus thuringiensis(Bt)·monosultap WP, 8% lambda-cyhalothrin·emamectin benzoate SA and 3.6% lambda-cyhalothrin·Bt SA through manual spraying and unmanned aerial vehicle spraying. Test results and comprehensive evaluation analysis demonstrated that 72% Bt·monosultap WP and 8%lambda-cyhalothrin·emamectin benzoate SA by manual spraying and unmanned aerial vehicle spraying had good prevention and control effect on strains and internodes damaged by Tryporyza intacta Snellen in middle and late stage, which were ideal new biological formulations with high effi-ciency and low risk for prevention and control of T. intacta in middle and late stage, and could be popularized in sugarcane area. 72% Bt·monosultap WP at the dose of 3 000 g/hectare and 8% lambda-cyhalothrin·emamectin benzoate SA at the dose of 750 mL/hectare could be sprayed in mid September at the peak occurrence period of the forth and fifth generations of T. intacta and Proceras venosatus. Agents were diluted with 900 kg water per hectare, and manually sprayed with electric knapsack sprayer; or agents were diluted with 15 kg of Haoyang aerial control special addi-tives and water per hectare, and sprayed with unmanned aerial vehicle. The control effect against borer-damaged strain rate was above 81.3% and that against borer-damaged internode rate was above 88.6%.

文摘The research of land use and land cover(LUCC)is an important aspect in the global change research.The goal of this study is to find methods of extraction of LUCC’s change outlined and change type from remotely sensed data.Take the country of Fengxian in Shanghai as an example,it was supposed two steps to finish extraction of LUCC information:the first step was to use different methods,which is used to outline change areas;the second step include methods of false composing of two-temporal and threshold value.Through combining two methods,a model rule is built and the LUCC product is obtained,four kinds of change type within the study area are given,and the results are obvious.Finally,the results support the application of the high resolution image and tasseled cap composition(greenness and wetness)in the specific regional too.
文摘Different questions may be raised during the course of analysis concerning in particular the characterization of materials used, their preparation and application techniques. The different methods used to identify the materials of mud brick, limestone, plaster, mortar and pigments, collected from different sites and periods from Egypt, in order to identify and characterize the materials, their structure, composition and their mineralogical compounds were: (Op) optical microscopy, which was used to examine and to identify the materials structures. Methods used in initial examination were: (1) (MCA): Micro-chemical analysis, to identify the nature of the materials and for water-soluble salts, to identify sulphates, chlorides, carbonates, nitrites and nitrates; (2) (SM): Standard methods of wet chemical analysis were used to identify the quantitative and qualitative nature of the, mud building, mortars and their mixtures; (3) (SEM & EDS): Analytical scanning electron microscope with energy dispersive X-ray analysis system was used to examine the micro-morphology and determine the chemical composition of the different materials; (4) (XRD & XRPD): X-ray diffraction to identify the mineralogical compound of the plaster, limestone, mortars and pigments used. From all the results obtained, it was possible to establish the nature of the mortars and their binders as well as some other inclusion. In addition to the identification of the stratigraphy of the layers applied in some samples, the examination and analysis gave details of the materials and the approximate ratio of the amount of additives used. Furthermore, the mineralogical analysis provided information on the main mineralogical phases present in the materials analyzed from the different periods.
文摘Objective: to analyze the influence of different dissolution evaluation methods on the level of pharmaceutical preparations, and to sort out the application strategies for improving the level of pharmaceutical preparations. Methods: 100 paracetamol tablets were screened out and then divided into 2 groups according to the blind selection method, specifically referring to: the observation group and the control group, each group is 50 tablets, among which, the observation group selected 0.04%NaOH solution as the dissolution medium, and then the dissolution was evaluated;In the control group, phosphate buffer with PH 6.8 was selected as the dissolution medium, and then the dissolution was evaluated. The dissolution amount and dissolution percentage (80%) of the two groups were determined separately. Results: in terms of the changes of dissolution volume, percentage of dissolution and other indicators, the observation group far exceeded the control group. However, in terms of the average dissolution time, the observation group was significantly smaller than the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant, with a statistical advantage (P < 0.05). Conclusion: since the evaluation methods of dissolution are different, there are obvious differences in the changes in the level of pharmaceutical preparations. If the level of pharmaceutical preparations is to be gradually improved, the best dissolution evaluation method must be selected before the corresponding test results can be obtained.
文摘Objective: to analyze the effect of Philips 256ict in different examination methods of coronary artery. Methods: 50 patients who received Philips 256ict coronary artery examination in our hospital from 2015 to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the different examination methods. Group A (25 cases) and group B (25 cases). The results of the two groups were observed, mainly including the quality of blood vessel images and radiation dose. Results: there was no significant difference in vascular image quality between group A and group B, and the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05);the radiation dose of group A was significantly lower than that of group B (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of Philips 256iCT in different coronary artery examinations, prospective ECG control and retrospective ECG control can both obtain good vascular image quality, but the clinical application of the former can effectively reduce the radiation dose, so it has more significant application advantages.
文摘Objective: to explore the value of different treatment methods in patients with pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods: through double-blind randomization, 78 cases of pelvic inflammatory disease were divided into two groups (group A = 39 cases) and (Group B = 39 cases) from January 2020 to March 2021. Group B was treated with conventional drugs, and group A was treated with drugs + microwave combination. After the relevant treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups of cases was compared. Compared with the levels of IL-2 and TNF-A, the microwave binding method in group A was more advantageous than that in group B. In addition, in terms of the levels of inflammatory factors, group A tended to be more stable than group B, with significant differences in p-value data. Conclusion: targeted treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease, through drugs and microwave method to carry out comprehensive treatment, can promote the organic optimization of inflammatory level, and constantly improve the clinical efficacy, should be vigorously promoted in clinical.
文摘Objective: to explore and compare the effects of different health education methods on blood pressure control level of patients with essential hypertension in physical examination center. Methods: 80 patients with essential hypertension were divided into groups by touching the ball in the physical examination center. 40 patients in the control group received basic health education and 40 patients in the observation group received systematic health education. The results were observed and recorded. Results: the blood pressure index of the observation group was lower, and the score of quality of life and nursing satisfaction were higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion: systematic health education plays a very important role in stabilizing and controlling blood pressure. The quality of life of patients is generally improved. They are very satisfied with the nursing model, which is worthy of popularization and use.
