Polysaccharides are the important biologically active components found in the peel of Dioscorea opposita Thunb.(DTTP).The influences of 4 extraction methods,namely hot water extraction(W),acidic extraction(HA),hot-compressed water extraction(HCW)and enzyme-assisted extraction(EAE),on the yields,physicochemical properties,hypoglycemic and antioxidant activities of polysaccharides from DTTP were studied and compared.Among these DTTP polysaccharides,DTTP-HA was outstanding in several respects.DTTP-HA was the most water soluble;it had the highest total carbohydrate content(85.08%),the highest uronic acid(13.20%)and the highest thermal stability.DTTP-HA and DTTP-W possessed a triple-helix structure.These 4 kinds of polysaccharides have the same types of monosaccharides,but in different molar percentages.Extraction method had a significant impact on the microstructures of the extracted polysaccharides.DTT-HA exhibited irregular structure with many holes.Among the 4 extracted methods,the DTTP-HA and DTTP-W initially exhibited higher hypoglycemic and antioxidant activities.The better bioactivities of DTTP-HA may be related to the above factors.The findings indicated that acid extraction is an effective method to extract polysaccharides with high biological activities from DTTP. 展开更多

To screen new biological formulations, accurate and efficient application technology, field test was conducted with 72% Bacillus thuringiensis(Bt)·monosultap WP, 8% lambda-cyhalothrin·emamectin benzoate SA and 3.6% lambda-cyhalothrin·Bt SA through manual spraying and unmanned aerial vehicle spraying. Test results and comprehensive evaluation analysis demonstrated that 72% Bt·monosultap WP and 8%lambda-cyhalothrin·emamectin benzoate SA by manual spraying and unmanned aerial vehicle spraying had good prevention and control effect on strains and internodes damaged by Tryporyza intacta Snellen in middle and late stage, which were ideal new biological formulations with high effi-ciency and low risk for prevention and control of T. intacta in middle and late stage, and could be popularized in sugarcane area. 72% Bt·monosultap WP at the dose of 3 000 g/hectare and 8% lambda-cyhalothrin·emamectin benzoate SA at the dose of 750 mL/hectare could be sprayed in mid September at the peak occurrence period of the forth and fifth generations of T. intacta and Proceras venosatus. Agents were diluted with 900 kg water per hectare, and manually sprayed with electric knapsack sprayer; or agents were diluted with 15 kg of Haoyang aerial control special addi-tives and water per hectare, and sprayed with unmanned aerial vehicle. The control effect against borer-damaged strain rate was above 81.3% and that against borer-damaged internode rate was above 88.6%. 展开更多

In this paper we are concerned with the dependence of stability region on a fixed but arbitrary delay τ. In fact, it is one of the N.Guglielmi open problems to investigate the delay dependent stability analysis for NDDEs. The results that the 2,3 stages non natural R-K methods are unstable as Radau IA and Lobatto IIIC are proved. The conductive wire has specific variable material properties along the length of itself. Furthermore, material properties varying along the length of the wire are determined according to a specific mathematical function. In addition, the central finite difference method is applied to the Maxwell equations. The accuracy of the mode 1 frequency parameter is obtained to be 0.06%. This result can be obtained by assuming the number of conductive wire nodes 20. The obtained results show a very good agreement with the exact solution results. 展开更多

In this paper, a hybrid method is introduced briefly to predict the behavior of the non-linear partial differential equations. The method is hybrid in the sense that different numerical methods, differential transform and finite differences, are used in different subdomains. Our aim of this approach is to combine the flexibility of differential transform and the efficiency of finite differences. An explicit hybrid method for the transient response of inhomogeneous nonlinear partial differential equations is presented;applying finite difference scheme on the fixed grid size is used to approximate the space discretisation, whereas the differential transform method is used for time operator. Comparison of the efficiency of the different approaches is a very important aspect of this study. In our test cases, the hybrid approach is faster than the corresponding highly optimized finite difference method in two dimensional computations. We compared our hybrid approach’s results with the exact and/or numerical solutions of PDE which obtained from Adomian Decomposition Method. Results show that the hybrid approach may be an important tool to reduce the execution time and memory requirements for large scale computations and get remarkable results in predicting the solutions of nonlinear initial value problems. 展开更多

Methods: 50 patients who received Philips 256ict coronary artery examination in our hospital from 2015 to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the different examination methods. Group A (25 cases) and group B (25 cases). The results of the two groups were observed, mainly including the quality of blood vessel images and radiation dose. Results: there was no significant difference in vascular image quality between group A and group B, and the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05);the radiation dose of group A was significantly lower than that of group B (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of Philips 256iCT in different coronary artery examinations, prospective ECG control and retrospective ECG control can both obtain good vascular image quality, but the clinical application of the former can effectively reduce the radiation dose, so it has more significant application advantages. 展开更多

Methods: through double-blind randomization, 78 cases of pelvic inflammatory disease were divided into two groups (group A = 39 cases) and (Group B = 39 cases) from January 2020 to March 2021. Group B was treated with conventional drugs, and group A was treated with drugs + microwave combination. After the relevant treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups of cases was compared. Compared with the levels of IL-2 and TNF-A, the microwave binding method in group A was more advantageous than that in group B. In addition, in terms of the levels of inflammatory factors, group A tended to be more stable than group B, with significant differences in p-value data. Conclusion: targeted treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease, through drugs and microwave method to carry out comprehensive treatment, can promote the organic optimization of inflammatory level, and constantly improve the clinical efficacy, should be vigorously promoted in clinical. 展开更多

Influence of Different Dissolution Evaluation Methods on the Level of Pharmaceutical Preparations

Methods: 100 paracetamol tablets were screened out and then divided into 2 groups according to the blind selection method, specifically referring to: the observation group and the control group, each group is 50 tablets, among which, the observation group selected 0.04%NaOH solution as the dissolution medium, and then the dissolution was evaluated;In the control group, phosphate buffer with PH 6.8 was selected as the dissolution medium, and then the dissolution was evaluated. The dissolution amount and dissolution percentage (80%) of the two groups were determined separately. Results: in terms of the changes of dissolution volume, percentage of dissolution and other indicators, the observation group far exceeded the control group. However, in terms of the average dissolution time, the observation group was significantly smaller than the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant, with a statistical advantage (P < 0.05). Conclusion: since the evaluation methods of dissolution are different, there are obvious differences in the changes in the level of pharmaceutical preparations. If the level of pharmaceutical preparations is to be gradually improved, the best dissolution evaluation method must be selected before the corresponding test results can be obtained. 展开更多

Methods: 80 patients with essential hypertension were divided into groups by touching the ball in the physical examination center. 40 patients in the control group received basic health education and 40 patients in the observation group received systematic health education. The results were observed and recorded. Results: the blood pressure index of the observation group was lower, and the score of quality of life and nursing satisfaction were higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion: systematic health education plays a very important role in stabilizing and controlling blood pressure. The quality of life of patients is generally improved. To enhance the computational efficiency of spatio-temporally discretized phase-field models,we present a high-speed solver specifically designed for the Poisson equations,a component frequently used in the numerical computation of such models.This efficient solver employs algorithms based on discrete cosine transformations(DCT)or discrete sine transformations(DST)and is not restricted by any spatio-temporal schemes.Our proposed methodology is appropriate for a variety of phase-field models and is especially efficient when combined with flow field systems.Meanwhile,this study has conducted an extensive numerical comparison and found that employing DCT and DST techniques not only yields results comparable to those obtained via the Multigrid(MG)method,a conventional approach used in the resolution of the Poisson equations,but also enhances computational efficiency by over 90%. 展开更多

This study investigates the complex heat transfer dynamics inmultilayer bifacial photovoltaic(bPV)solar modules under spectrally resolved solar irradiation.A novel numericalmodel is developed to incorporate internal heat generation resulting from optical absorption,grounded in the physical equations governing light-matter interactions within the module’smultilayer structure.The model accounts for reflection and transmission at each interface between adjacent layers,as well as absorption within individual layers,using the wavelength-dependent dielectric properties of constituent materials.These properties are used to calculate the spectral reflectance,transmittance,and absorption coefficients,enabling precise quantification of internal heat sources from irradiance incidents on both the front and rear surfaces of the module.The study further examines the influence of irradiance reflection on thermal behavior,evaluates the thermal impact of various supporting materials placed beneath the module,and analyzes the role of albedo in modifying heat distribution.By incorporating spectrally resolved heat generation across each layer often simplified or omitted in conventional models,the proposed approach enhances physical accuracy.The transient heat equation is solved using a one-dimensional finite difference(FD)method to produce detailed temperature profiles under multiple operating scenarios,including Standard Test Conditions(STC),Bifacial Standard Test Conditions(BSTC),Normal Operating Cell Temperature(NOCT),and Bifacial NOCT(BNOCT).The results offer valuable insights into the interplay between optical and thermal phenomena in bifacial systems,informing the design and optimization of more efficient photovoltaic technologies. 展开更多

Accurately simulating water flow movement in vadose zone is crucial for effective water resources assessment.Richards'equation,which describes the movement of water flow in the vadose zone,is highly nonlinear and challenging to solve.Existing numerical methods often face issues such as numerical dispersion,oscillation,and mass non-conservation when spatial and temporal discretization conditions are not appropriately configured.To address these problems and achieve accurate and stable numerical solutions,a finite analytic method based on water content-based Richards'equation(FAM-W)is proposed.The performance of the FAM-W is compared with analytical solutions,Finite Difference Method(FDM),and Finite Analytic Method based on the pressure Head-based Richards'equation(FAM-H).Compared to analytical solution and other numerical methods(FDM and FAM-H),FAM-W demonstrates superior accuracy and efficiency in controlling mass balance errors,regardless of spatial step sizes.This study introduces a novel approach for modelling water flow in the vadose zone,offering significant benefits for water resources management. 展开更多

This paper deals with numerical computation and analysis for the initial boundary problems of two dimensional(2D)Sobolev equations with piecewise continuous argument.Firstly,a two-level high-order compact difference method(HOCDM)with computational accuracy O(τ^(2)+h_(x)^(4)+h_(y)^(4))is suggested,whereτ,h_(x),h_(y) denote the temporal and spatial stepsizes of the method,respectively.In order to improve the temporal computational accuracy of this method,the Richardson extrapolation technique is used and thus a new two-level HOCDMis derived,which is proved to be convergent of order four both in time and space.Although the new two-level HOCDM has the higher computational accuracy in time than the previous one,it will bring a larger computational cost.To overcome this deficiency,a three-level HOCDM with computational accuracy O(τ^(4)+h_(x)^(4)+h_(y)^(4))is constructed.Finally,with a series of numerical experiments,the theoretical accuracy and computational efficiency of the above methods are further verified. 展开更多

In this work, we first derive the one-point large deviations principle (LDP) for both the stochastic Cahn–Hilliard equation with small noise and its spatial finite difference method (FDM). Then, we focus on giving the convergence of the one-point large deviations rate function (LDRF) of the spatial FDM, which is about the asymptotical limit of a parametric variational problem. The main idea for proving the convergence of the LDRF of the spatial FDM is via the Γ-convergence of objective functions. This relies on the qualitative analysis of skeleton equations of the original equation and the numerical method. In order to overcome the difficulty that the drift coefficient is not one-sided Lipschitz continuous, we derive the equivalent characterization of the skeleton equation of the spatial FDM and the discrete interpolation inequality to obtain the uniform boundedness of the solution to the underlying skeleton equation. These play important roles in deriving the T-convergence of objective functions. 展开更多
