Drawing on educational philosophy and practical logic,this study systematically examines the historical lineage,theoretical essence,and practical mechanisms through which the spirit of educators empowers the moderniza...Drawing on educational philosophy and practical logic,this study systematically examines the historical lineage,theoretical essence,and practical mechanisms through which the spirit of educators empowers the modernization of education.Developed by Chinese educators over the long course of their teaching practice,this spirit constitutes a stable set of values centered on fostering virtue through education along with the integration of patriotism,professional ethics,educational wisdom,and dedicated practice.Distinct from the“teacher’s moral spirit,”which emphasizes traditional ethical norms,the spirit of educators is contemporary,original,and pioneering.Against the backdrop of digital transformation and building China into a leading country in education,the“uphold fundamental principles and break new ground”dimension of the spirit of educators requires not only a firm commitment to the essence of“fostering virtue through education”but also activating the full potential of technological innovation,which thereby offers both theoretical paradigms and practical pathways for constructing an educational system of educators’spirit with Chinese characteristics.展开更多
