Objective: to analyze the effect of Mongolian medicine syndrome differentiation nursing intervention in senile chronic heart failure nursing. Methods: the study subjects were selected from January 2016 to January 2018, and 80 elderly patients with chronic heart failure were selected as the study subjects. Groups were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method. The observation group was treated with Mongolian dialectical nursing, and the control group was treated with conventional nursing to compare the quality of life between the two groups. Results: compared with the control group, the observation group had higher quality of life, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Mongolian medicine health care has high application value for patients with chronic heart failure, can effectively improve the heart function of patients, improve the quality of life of patients, this nursing method is worthy of clinical promotion.展开更多
