Asymmetric deformation characteristics and stress deviator distribution in roadways under principal stress reorientation

Asymmetric deformation and failure of surrounding rock are frequently observed in mountain tunnels and deep mining roadways,yet the underlying mechanisms remain poorly understood.To investigate asymmetric failure in roadways adjacent to fault structures and mining panels,this study adopts an integrated approach combining theoretical derivation,numerical simulation,and field application,with particular emphasis on the second invariant of the stress deviator(J_(2) )in the surrounding rock.Based on the stress solution for a circular opening,an analytical expression for J_(2)(distortion energy)is derived by considering the reorientation of principal stresses.The study demonstrates that both the increase and reorientation of principal stresses induced by fault–mining interaction jointly govern the spatial distribution of J_(2) and the resulting asymmetric failure behavior.Specifically,the principal stress rotation angle determines the location of J_(2) concentration,whereas the principal stress ratio controls its magnitude.To mitigate asymmetric failure,it is recommended to optimize the J_(2) state through adjustments in roadway size,geometry,and support systems,while simultaneously controlling the asymmetric concentration of stress deviator to enhance roadway stability.This study systematically elucidates the chain mechanism of asymmetric surrounding rock failure driven by principal stress,and further proposes a rational asymmetric joint control strategy,providing theoretical guidance for similar underground engineering conditions. 展开更多

The classical deviatoric hardening models are capable of characterizing the mechanical response of granular materials for a broad range of degrees of compaction.This work finds that it has limitations in accurately predicting the volumetric deformation characteristics under a wide range of confining/consolidation pressures.The issue stems from the pressure independent hardening law in the classical deviatoric hardening model.To overcome this problem,we propose a refined deviatoric hardening model in which a pressure-dependent hardening law is developed based on experimental observations.Comparisons between numerical results and laboratory triaxial tests indicate that the improved model succeeds in capturing the volumetric deformation behavior under various confining/consolidation pressure conditions for both dense and loose sands.Furthermore,to examine the importance of the improved deviatoric hardening model,it is combined with the bounding surface plasticity theory to investigate the mechanical response of loose sand under complex cyclic loadings and different initial consolidation pressures.It is proved that the proposed pressure-dependent deviatoric hardening law is capable of predicting the volumetric deformation characteristics to a satisfactory degree and plays an important role in the simulation of complex deformations for granular geomaterials. 展开更多

采动影响下巷道围岩塑性区扩展特征及变形机制

为进一步探讨采动巷道在支承压力作用下的破坏机理,以3种典型的应力主导类型巷道为研究对象,综合采用数值模拟试验及理论分析,研究各类巷道在采动影响下塑性区发生二次扩展的演化特征,揭示采动影响下各类动压巷道的围岩变形机制。结果表... 为进一步探讨采动巷道在支承压力作用下的破坏机理,以3种典型的应力主导类型巷道为研究对象,综合采用数值模拟试验及理论分析,研究各类巷道在采动影响下塑性区发生二次扩展的演化特征,揭示采动影响下各类动压巷道的围岩变形机制。结果表明:巷道开挖后围岩形成的初始塑性区形态与原岩地应力分布有关,采动影响下不同应力主导类型巷道塑性区二次扩展呈现不同的演化特征。双向等压巷道围岩塑性区呈现圆形—椭圆形—蝶形演化特征;垂直应力主导巷道塑性区始终表现为蝶形形态;水平应力主导巷道塑性区由竖向蝶形演化为水平椭圆形。应力由巷道围岩浅部向深部呈现先增加后减小的梯度变化趋势,偏应力集中程度越大,围岩变形破坏程度越大。围岩偏应力分布形态与塑性区具有对应关系,塑性区二次扩展与采动前后的偏应力环境相关,其形态特征是在初始不可逆塑性区基础上叠加采动作用产生的塑性区再扩展形式。根据塑性区二次扩展机制,获得采动影响下不同应力主导类型巷道围岩变形规律,水平应力主导巷道围岩变形量最小,等压巷道次之,垂直应力主导巷道最剧烈,基于此提出差异化支护方式,通过预判塑性区形态,抑制塑性区扩展,加强塑性区扩展剧烈部位的支护,实现巷道围岩稳定控制。 展开更多

Flight behavior analysis provides the fundamental basis for the future development of air traffic management(ATM).The characteristics of aircraft behavior are inherently reflected in their flight trajectories,impacting flight efficiency and safety levels.However,existing research largely addresses inefficient or abnormal trajectories from a single perspective,with an absence of a unified evaluation standard.This paper introduces a method for analyzing flight deviation behavior based on automatic dependent surveillance-broadcast(ADS-B)data,defining novel metrics of trajectory redundancy and trajectory deviation.An adaptive detection algorithm is developed to capture diverse deviation patterns.Results reveal that higher trajectory redundancy is linked to lower operational efficiency,while trajectory deviation effectively identify stepped descents,holding patterns,detours,and other behaviors.The approach offers data-driven support for anomaly detection,performance evaluation and air traffic management,with substantial significance for civil aviation applications. 展开更多

FY-3G is the first polar-orbiting satellite equipped with a precipitation measurement radar(PMR)operating at Ku-andKa-band frequencies in China.In this study,we compare the reflectivity data from the FY-3G PMR Ku product and groundbasedradars(GRs)during 2024.Also,the FY-3G PMR is used as a third-party reference to evaluate the reflectivityconsistency among different GRs.The FY-3G PMR and GRs share similarities in their general distribution,characteristics,and intensity of reflectivity in strong precipitation cloud systems,though the former presents less detailed system structure.Systematic deviations between the FY-3G PMR and GRs and between GRs are comparable,albeit the reflectivity of the FY-3G PMR is generally slightly stronger than that of GRs(especially X-band GRs),with a mean bias ranging from 0.7 to 1.7dB.S-band GRs exhibit the smallest systematic deviation(STD=3.09 dB)from the FY-3G PMR,whereas the X-band GRsshow the largest(STD=3.61 dB),indirectly indicating the highest internal consistency among S-band GRs and the lowestamong X-band GRs.Besides,both S-and C-band GRs display similar deviations when paired with the FY-3G PMR as wellas when paired with their adjacent S/C-band GRs,suggesting good consistency between these two bands.In contrast,XbandGRs exhibit relatively poor consistency with S-band GRs and the FY-3G PMR,showing a deviation ranging from 3.0to 4.6 dB. 展开更多

A novel deviation measurement for scheduled intelligent transportation system via comparative spatial-temporal path networks

Transit managers can use Intelligent Transportation System technologies to access large amounts of data to monitor network status.However,the presentation of the data lacks structural information.Existing single-network description technologies are ineffective in representing the temporal and spatial characteristics simultaneously.Therefore,there is a need for complementary methods to address these deficiencies.To address these limitations,this paper proposes an approach that combines Network Snapshots and Temporal Paths for the scheduled system.A dual information network is constructed to assess the degree of operational deviation considering the planning tasks.To validate the effectiveness,discussions are conducted through a modified cosine similarity calculation on theoretical analysis,delay level description,and the ability to identify abnormal dates.Compared to some state-of-the-art methods,the proposed method achieves an average Spearman delay correlation of 0.847 and a relative distance of 3.477.Furthermore,case analyses are invested in regions of China's Mainland,Europe,and the United States,investigating both the overall and sub-regional network fluctuations.To represent the impact of network fluctuations in sub-regions,a response loss value was developed.The times that are prone to fluctuations are also discussed through the classification of time series data.The research can offer a novel approach to system monitoring,providing a research direction that utilizes individual data combined to represent macroscopic states.Our code will be released at https://github.com/daozhong/STPN.git. 展开更多

为了获取三轴试验土样局部的变形,将摄影测量法引入三轴试验,结合折射修正模型,以消除光线穿过弧形压力室壁及不同介质时引起的折射变形,获取土样的真实变形数据,把数据导入Matlab边界函数可以计算出不同加载阶段土样的截面积、局部和... 为了获取三轴试验土样局部的变形,将摄影测量法引入三轴试验,结合折射修正模型,以消除光线穿过弧形压力室壁及不同介质时引起的折射变形,获取土样的真实变形数据,把数据导入Matlab边界函数可以计算出不同加载阶段土样的截面积、局部和整体体积,进而求得土样局部偏应力。通过对砂–黏混合土进行基于摄影测量的三轴试验,研究其土样局部变形,结果表明:土样各部位轴向应变和体应变存在差异,皆表现为中部应变较大,上下部相对较小,实现了对非均匀变形的局部测量;土样不同部位的偏应力峰值与整体不相同,中部小、整体次之、上下部最大;不同部位的偏应力峰值出现阶段不一样,并且与体应变存在关联。综合试验结果可知,借助经摄影测量法改造的三轴试验,可以获得土体的局部及整体变形特性,为探索土体的变形提供一种新的方案。 展开更多

Comparison of strain and temperature fields between Micro-NPR and PR anchor rods under uniaxial tension

The deformation characteristics and thermal response of anchor rods are crucial for ensuring the stability and safety of surrounding rock support structures.However,existing research has predominantly concentrated on the mechanical performance of anchor rods,with limited attention to the coupled evolution of strain and temperature fields during tensile deformation.This knowledge gap hinders a comprehensive understanding of the synergistic mechanical-thermal response mechanisms in anchor rods under loading conditions.To address this limitation,the present study systematically investigated the evolution of strain and temperature fields,along with their correlation,during the test of micro-negative Poisson's ratio(NPR)and ordinary Poisson's ratio(PR)anchor rods.Digital image correlation(DIC)and infrared thermography(IRT)techniques were employed for this exploration.The uniaxial tensile tests were conducted at two different rates,and the ordinary PR anchor rod(Q235 anchor rod)was established as a control group for comparative analysis.The findings reveal that the micro-NPR anchor rod exhibit strain localization at multiple locations during the tensile process,whereas Q235 anchors show local strain concentration in only one region.The standard deviation evolution curves for both the strain and temperature field exhibit two distinct phases in the two anchor rods.The evolution patterns between these two types of curves are basically consistent.The two standard deviation curves for the micro-NPR anchor rod display a wavy increase in the second phase,while for the Q235 anchor rod,they increase steadily until the specimen is damaged.The correlation analysis reveals that the standard deviations of strain and temperature differences for both types of anchor rods are significantly correlated.These findings demonstrate the synergistic evolution mechanism of deformation and thermal response,providing a potential foundation for utilizing thermal monitoring to assess the stability of rock support structures. 展开更多

Although machine learning models have achieved high enough accuracy in predicting shield position deviations,their“black box”nature makes the prediction mechanisms and decision-making processes opaque,leading to weaker explanations and practicability.This study introduces a novel explainable deep learning framework comprising the Informer model with enhanced attention mechanisms(EAMInfor)and deep learning important features(DeepLIFT),aimed at improving the prediction accuracy of shield position deviations and providing interpretability for predictive results.The EAMInfor model attempts to integrate channel attention,spatial attention,and simple attention modules to improve the Informer model's performance.The framework is tested with the four different geological conditions datasets generated from the Xiamen metro line 3,China.Results show that the EAMInfor model outperforms the traditional Informer and comparison models.The analysis with the DeepLIFT method indicates that the push thrust of push cylinder and the earth chamber pressure are the most significant features,while the stroke length of the push cylinder demonstrated lower importance.Furthermore,the variation trends in the significance of data points within input sequences exhibit substantial differences between single and composite strata.This framework not only improves predictive accuracy but also strengthens the credibility and reliability of the results. 展开更多

近距离煤层回采巷道围岩偏应力分布及稳定性控制研究

为研究浅埋煤层在剥蚀区影响下大巷布置优化及煤柱稳定性,以瑶渠煤矿西采区回风大巷为研究对象,采用理论分析、数值模拟和现场工程验证等方法,研究了剥蚀区影响下巷道变形破坏特征与能量演化规律,分析了在偏应力屈服准则和能量判据下不... 为研究浅埋煤层在剥蚀区影响下大巷布置优化及煤柱稳定性,以瑶渠煤矿西采区回风大巷为研究对象,采用理论分析、数值模拟和现场工程验证等方法,研究了剥蚀区影响下巷道变形破坏特征与能量演化规律,分析了在偏应力屈服准则和能量判据下不同尺寸煤柱的破坏情况,确定了巷道布置优化后合理的煤柱尺寸。结果表明:剥蚀区会使围岩应力增加、应变能积聚,致使巷道围岩变形破坏加剧,坚硬岩层受扰动时应变能变化较小,但不会隔断能量的传递,而较软煤岩体中会产生较大的应变能改变。巷道布置优化后,掘进过程中煤柱内偏应力与应变能呈先递增再稳定最后递减趋势,巷间煤柱小于9 m时,煤柱内偏应力与能量曲线均呈“钟形”分布,且均大于屈服破坏的极限值;煤柱宽度为10~13 m时,偏应力与能量曲线转变为“马鞍形”,煤柱内部小于屈服极限区域逐渐增加,承载能力逐步提高;煤柱宽度大于13 m时,回风大巷与剥蚀区距离过近,其间煤体在剥蚀区和回风大巷双重应力和能量叠加下产生失稳破坏。最后,综合确定煤柱合理尺寸范围为10~12 m,考虑保持煤柱稳定性同时减小剥蚀区的影响,采用10 m煤柱进行工程实践,监测结果表明巷道整体变形量较小,围岩稳定性控制较好。 展开更多

土石坝填料一般处于平面应变状态,目前填料力学特性研究基本采用大型三轴试验。由于三轴应力状态下中主应力等于小主应力,平面应变状态下大坝填料的力学性能会被低估。为充分认识填料潜能,科学设计和合理评估土石坝,有必要对填料开展平... 土石坝填料一般处于平面应变状态,目前填料力学特性研究基本采用大型三轴试验。由于三轴应力状态下中主应力等于小主应力,平面应变状态下大坝填料的力学性能会被低估。为充分认识填料潜能,科学设计和合理评估土石坝,有必要对填料开展平面应变试验研究。应用大型真三轴仪对填料进行了大型平面应变试验,共开展了4种不同初始干密度的粗粒土平面应变各向等压固结排水剪切试验。结果表明:应力-应变关系主要为应变硬化型,应力曲线呈爬升型,体变表现为剪缩。某一小主应力下,大小主应力之差的最大值随初始干密度的增大呈线性增大;初始干密度一定时,大小主应力之差的最大值与小主应力呈线性关系增大。初始剪切阶段,小主应力一定时,偏应力与球应力之比曲线斜率随初始干密度的增大而增大,随剪切变形的发展,不同初始干密度的应力比曲线逐渐趋于接近。偏应力随球应力的增大单调增加则对应应变硬化型,若偏应力随球应力的增大先增加后减小则对应应变软化型。相同小主应力时,初始弹性模量随初始干密度的增大而增大,近似呈线性关系;某一初始干密度下,初始弹性模量随小主应力的增大基本呈线性关系增大。中主应力系数随大主应力方向应变的增大而增大,曲线形态呈三折线形,初始剪切阶段增长较为缓慢,随剪切变形的增大增长相对加快并呈线性关系增大,如曲线末端下弯为应变硬化型,曲线末端上翘为应变软化型。 展开更多

考虑轴向应力作用的巷道偏应力分布与破坏特征关系 被引量:7

通过理论分析建立了考虑巷道轴向应力影响的全平面应变问题三维模型,推导了三维应力场下巷道围岩第二不变偏应力J_(2)隐式解析解,分析了巷道围岩在弹性状态和塑性状态时不同水平侧压和轴向侧压应力环境下的J_(2)分布大小及形态演化规律... 通过理论分析建立了考虑巷道轴向应力影响的全平面应变问题三维模型,推导了三维应力场下巷道围岩第二不变偏应力J_(2)隐式解析解,分析了巷道围岩在弹性状态和塑性状态时不同水平侧压和轴向侧压应力环境下的J_(2)分布大小及形态演化规律。基于Kastner求解法得出了三维应力场下的巷道围岩塑性区边界隐式解,并运用数学与数值分析方法研究了不同应力条件下巷道围岩塑性区分布特征。建立了第二不变偏应力J_(2)与围岩塑性区形态的相互对应关系,揭示了巷道围岩的变形破坏机制。以寸草塔二矿31205工作面回风巷为工程背景,对叠加采动作用下的巷道围岩J_(2)及塑性区分布特征展开研究,量化了非对称变形破坏特征,寻求了支护阻力与J_(2)的相互作用关系,提出了叠加采动巷道的稳定性控制技术。研究结果表明:固定轴向侧压值变化水平侧压值的情况下,J_(2)和塑性区形态分布特征呈现“圆形−类椭圆形−类蝶形”的演化过程。固定水平侧压值变化轴向侧压值的情况下,J_(2)和塑性区形态保持不变。轴向应力的改变对塑性区形态的影响较小,但会对塑性区尺寸产生较大影响。巷道围岩J_(2)的集中程度越大,围岩的变形破坏程度越大,J_(2)的分布形态一定程度上决定了塑性区的破坏形态。31205回风巷在叠加采动影响下处于高偏应力J_(2)环境,且形成了向采空区一侧旋转的应力分布特征,致使巷道形成非对称大变形破坏。支护阻力的提高对巷道围岩的偏应力J_(2)的降低作用有限,仅依靠锚杆(索)无法完全对巷道围岩进行稳定控制。基于上述研究,提出了超前强力支架+锚杆(索)支护系统的组合控制技术,现场应用效果良好。 展开更多

在不同水平应力作用下,深部巷道围岩的力学行为变得十分复杂,传统的二维应力分析方法基于平面应变假设,未能准确反映深部巷道围岩的真实力学行为和塑性变形模式,尤其是忽略了中间主应力的影响。基于弹塑性力学理论及前人对三维应力分析... 在不同水平应力作用下,深部巷道围岩的力学行为变得十分复杂,传统的二维应力分析方法基于平面应变假设,未能准确反映深部巷道围岩的真实力学行为和塑性变形模式,尤其是忽略了中间主应力的影响。基于弹塑性力学理论及前人对三维应力分析的研究成果,并考虑泊松效应,进一步推导了偏应力第二不变量J2及第三不变量J3的解析解。通过数值模拟研究了不同水平应力下,深部巷道围岩偏应力不变量的分布特征及其演化规律,揭示了复杂三向应力作用下围岩偏应力不变量对塑性区演化的影响机制,分析了不同水平应力下围岩偏应力分布对塑性区范围和形态的影响:水平应力的变化显著影响J2及J3的分布和塑性区的形态,径向水平应力决定了J2及J3的形态演化,轴向水平应力决定了J2及J3的峰值变化,尤其在较高水平应力条件下,围岩稳定性受到更大挑战。结合实际工程,以三向应力大小相近的深埋近水平巷道为案例验证回采过程中围岩非对称变形破坏特征,建立数值模型对巷道围岩的J2、J3分布及塑性区扩展特征进行了验证研究,并为应对非对称偏应力条件下的围岩变形,提出了超前支架、锚杆(索)组合支护技术。通过现场监测验证,证明该支护措施能显著控制巷道围岩的变形和破坏,提高巷道的整体稳定性和安全性。 展开更多

动、静态弹性参数转换关系对陆相页岩储层压裂改造、钻井方案设计、地应力预测等地质工程问题有重要意义.但页岩的本征各向异性及动、静态弹性参数的强压力依赖性对建立各向异性背景下的动、静弹性参数转换模型提出了新的挑战.本次实验... 动、静态弹性参数转换关系对陆相页岩储层压裂改造、钻井方案设计、地应力预测等地质工程问题有重要意义.但页岩的本征各向异性及动、静态弹性参数的强压力依赖性对建立各向异性背景下的动、静弹性参数转换模型提出了新的挑战.本次实验研究基于10组四川盆地侏罗系陆相页岩样品的各向异性动、静态弹性参数联合测试,建立了模拟原位有效应力条件下各向异性动、静态弹性参数建模工作流程.多级偏应力循环实验结果表明:无论是在垂直还是平行层理方向,动态杨氏模量和泊松比均系统性地大于对应的静态杨氏模量和泊松比,并且动、静态弹性参数都表现出明显的压力依赖性.根据围压为20 MPa时的实测数据,直接建立了垂直层理方向模拟原位应力的动、静杨氏模量和泊松比转换关系.在此基础上,假定动态、静态杨氏模量各向异性的关系不依赖于所施加应力大小,建立了动、静态杨氏模量各向异性强度之间的线性关系,进而间接获得了模拟原位应力条件下的平行层理方向静态杨氏模量.各向异性背景下的动、静态弹性参数转换模型可将测井或地震数据转换为原位有效应力条件下的静态弹性参数,并可为各向异性背景下页岩储层地应力预测提供指导. 展开更多
