A performance improvement model of research and development(R&D)institutions based on evolutionary game and Bayesian network is proposed.First,the nature and performance factors of new R&D institutions are sys...A performance improvement model of research and development(R&D)institutions based on evolutionary game and Bayesian network is proposed.First,the nature and performance factors of new R&D institutions are systematically analyzed,the appropriate factor model is found,and the sharing of performance benefits between institutions and employees,the change in distribution proportion,and the risk of institutional improvement and employee cooperation are considered.Second,based on the mechanism improvement and employee cooperation,the payment matrix is given and evolutionary game analysis is carried out to obtain a stable and balanced institutional improvement probability and employee cooperation probability.These two probability values are substituted into the Bayesian network model of performance improvement of new R&D institutions,and the posterior probability of performance improvement is predicted by Bayesian network reasoning and diagnosis to find effective improvement measures.Finally,practical case analysis is given to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method.展开更多

Nursing education in Indonesia experienced a number of changes during the new normal.The biopsychosocial health status reveals how students can complete their studies well at nursing school in the new normal.A quantit...Nursing education in Indonesia experienced a number of changes during the new normal.The biopsychosocial health status reveals how students can complete their studies well at nursing school in the new normal.A quantitative,descriptive correlational study sampled 368 student nurses from2 universities.This study used a biopsychosocial questionnaire,which included biological,physiological,and social dimensions.In this study,there was no significant demographic student nurse relationship with the biological,psychological,and social dimensions of health,at P-value 0.05(Age P=0.70,P=0.27,P=0.93)sex(P=1,P=0.919,P=0.5),as well as grade level(P=0.9,P=0.37,P=0.64).Student nurses were dynamic,such as process input,resulting in coping adaptation and the ability to care for themselves.There was a relationship between both universities with a psychological dimension and a P-value of 0.049.In terms of Generation Z technology,both universities played a role.Lifestyle influences can lead to intense feelings of isolation and loneliness in some teens,including self-negativity,fear of missing out on information,and shame about not meeting appropriate standards for social media.The influence of an unhealthy lifestyle impacts stress and anxiety.The student nurses assigned considered themselves to be“healthy”in terms of their biopsychosocial health status.Student nurses continued to develop in their biopsychosocial health by utilizing different coping strategies to adapt and adjust to their environment in their school of nursing.展开更多

Metabolic nitrogen balance studies, conducted in 1957 by Rose in human adults and in 1959 by Snyderman and coworkers in young infants, revealed that a dietary source of this amino acid was not an obligatory requirement for growth and maintenance of nitrogen homeostasis in healthy individuals. Hence, It was initially classified as a non-essential (dispensable) amino acid and, perhaps, for reasons of this classification arginine did not receivc the earlier atteniion it now deserves, in relation to an understanding of the nutritional biochemistry and physiology of its metabolism in humans subjects. However, there is currently a considerable interest in the cellular and tissue functions, as well as clinical, therapeutic significance, of arginine. In this paper we review the multiple functions of arginlne, including its role in the L-arginine-nitric oxide pathway,cellular regeneration, immune function, protein synthesis and protein breakdown. We then consider some in vivo aspects of the physiology of arginine metabolism, which varies greatly among eukaryotes, with particular reference to humans. Against this background, studies of arginine in the nutrition of humans under various pathophysiological conditions are reviewed briefly. Finally, a new, updated concept for the metabolic basis for the 'conditional essentiality' of arginine is proposed展开更多

The main aim of this paper is to introduce some results about the global and local (with respect to time) existence of solutions given by the authors in recent years, but others' important contributions and the literature on this subject are also quoted. We discuss briefly the relationships among the existence and uniqueness, physical instability and computational instability. In the appendixes, some key mathematical techniques in obtaining our results are presented, which are of vital importance to other problems in geophysical fluid dynamics as well.展开更多

Metabolic nitrogen balance studies, conducted in 1957 by Rose in human adults and in 1959 by Snyderman and coworkers in young infants, revealed that a dietary source of this amino acid was not an obligatory requirement for growth and maintenance of nitrogen homeostasis in healthy individuals. Hence, It was initially classified as a non-essential (dispensable) amino acid and, perhaps, for reasons of this classification arginine did not receivc the earlier atteniion it now deserves, in relation to an understanding of the nutritional biochemistry and physiology of its metabolism in humans subjects. However, there is currently a considerable interest in the cellular and tissue functions, as well as clinical, therapeutic significance, of arginine. In this paper we review the multiple functions of arginlne, including its role in the L-arginine-nitric oxide pathway,cellular regeneration, immune function, protein synthesis and protein breakdown. We then consider some in vivo aspects of the physiology of arginine metabolism, which varies greatly among eukaryotes, with particular reference to humans. Against this background, studies of arginine in the nutrition of humans under various pathophysiological conditions are reviewed briefly. Finally, a new, updated concept for the metabolic basis for the 'conditional essentiality' of arginine is proposed
文摘This survey is concerned with the new developments on existence and uniqueness of solutions of some basic models in atmospheric dynamics, such as two-and three-dimensional quasi-geostrophic models and three-dimensional balanced model. The main aim of this paper is to introduce some results about the global and local (with respect to time) existence of solutions given by the authors in recent years, but others' important contributions and the literature on this subject are also quoted. We discuss briefly the relationships among the existence and uniqueness, physical instability and computational instability. In the appendixes, some key mathematical techniques in obtaining our results are presented, which are of vital importance to other problems in geophysical fluid dynamics as well.
