This study explores the interaction mechanism among classroom emotion,intrinsic motivation,and career development of Chinese teachers.Using the mixed method of questionnaire survey and field observation,indicators suc...This study explores the interaction mechanism among classroom emotion,intrinsic motivation,and career development of Chinese teachers.Using the mixed method of questionnaire survey and field observation,indicators such as emotional resilience were quantitatively analyzed,and teacher-student interaction in real teaching situations was qualitatively observed and recorded.Data analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between teachers’intrinsic motivation and emotional resilience(correlation coefficient of 0.78),and strengthening professional identity could effectively improve stress coping ability.It is found that establishing a teaching reflection mechanism and a peer support system can significantly improve teachers’emotional regulation ability.These findings provide a basis for the educational management department to optimize the teacher training system:it is suggested to add an emotion management module into routine training,and build a three-dimensional support network including tutor guidance and psychological counseling.The research results have practical guidance value for improving teachers’job satisfaction and ensuring the quality of teaching.展开更多

Ectopic expression studies reveal that expression of these master regulators and other transcriptional regulators is sufficient to promote seed-associated traits, including generation of somatic embryos. Recent work highlights the importance of chromatin-associated factors in restricting expression of seed-specific genes, in particular PcG proteins and ATP-dependent remodelers. This review summarizes what is known regarding factors that promote zygotic and/or somatic embryogenesis and the chromatin machinery that represses their expression. Characterization of the regulation of seedspecific genes reveals that plant chromatin-based repression systems exhibit broad conservation with and surprising differences from animal repression systems.展开更多
Using social media,which provides ways to socialize and present oneself,has become normal for young people.Although previous research shows that self-presentation via social media is associated with a sense of identit...Using social media,which provides ways to socialize and present oneself,has become normal for young people.Although previous research shows that self-presentation via social media is associated with a sense of identity,little attention has been given to the association with identity-development processes.Therefore,the present study examined these associations while controlling for offline self-presentation and tested the potential moderating effect of neuroticism.A sample of 647 Japanese young adults(401 women;Mean_(age)=22.70;SD_(age)=3.25)were recruited to complete an online questionnaire,including measures of identity-development processes,online and offline self-presentation,and neuroticism.A correlation analysis revealed that identity-development processes were associated with online surface-level self-presentation(SSP)but not online inner-level self-presentation(ISP).Further,a moderated regres-sion analysis indicated that the negative associations between online ISP and identity processes were only found among those high in neuroticism.The results of this study suggest that neuroticism may produce variations in young people’s identity development.展开更多
