Fund, infrastructure, labor and collaborative development are evaluated and analyzed in this model. The research indicates that E-commerce facilitates the logistics development but logistics can’t support E-commerce development well due to the lag effect which leads to lower collaborative development level. So optimizing the ratio of logistics investment and output, promoting logistics service quality and accelerating logistics development have been the key factors for promoting the collaborative development of E-commerce and logistics.展开更多

Thus, it determines the need for market observation and analysis of the changes taking place. This article aims to examine if the dynamics of the development of e-commerce in Poland significantly affects the development of the offer of modem warehouse space. Based on available market sector reports the article identifies major factors which stimulate storage management on the one hand, but are certain challenges on the other hand. The article is undoubtedly a good starting point for further tests to examine the model on a sample of entities operating in the industry. E-commerce industry in Poland is growing very rapidly. Retail chains are introducing more and more multi-channel solutions, numerous start-ups are being created, there is increasing interest in internet shopping, which, undoubtedly, enhances the development of the sector. Poland online sales represents only a small percentage in total retail sales and has a lot of catching up to do compared to the mature European markets. However, the situation is clearly more dynamic and the differences are decreasing. More and more companies are operating in the industry, which translates into demand for modem warehouse space. The purpose of this article is to present the dynamic changes taking place in the Polish market, closely linked to the development of e-commerce and an attempt to define their role in shaping the offer of modem warehouse space. E-commerce plays a key role in building global supply chains, in which storage can significantly affect their efficiency and agility. The article highlights the changes in the market warehouse in their many aspects, however, it clearly emphasizes the impact of e-commerce sector. E-commerce is revolutionizing supply chains by rebuilding existing links, such as marketing, payment system, distribution, inventory management, and storage. Utilizing data from 5,481 village-level service stations(VS)in Baoding,China,this study empirically investigates the impact of digital inclusive finance(DIF)and VS infrastructure on rural e-commerce(RE)development.Res...Utilizing data from 5,481 village-level service stations(VS)in Baoding,China,this study empirically investigates the impact of digital inclusive finance(DIF)and VS infrastructure on rural e-commerce(RE)development.Results demonstrate that DIF significantly promotes RE by reducing transaction and financing costs(β=0.783,P<0.01).VS as physical infrastructure significantly drives RE growth(β=0.654,P<0.01).Crucially,DIF and VS exhibit synergistic effects(interactionβ=0.421,P<0.01),producing a“1+1>2”enhancement.Regional economic development,population density,and education levels positively influence RE.Current challenges include financial misallocation,infrastructure deficits,and skill gaps.We propose a“One Core,Three Wings”framework—Core:Develop tailored financial products for specialty industries(luggage,textiles,mushrooms);Wings:(1)Upgrade digital infrastructure,(2)Optimize policy synergy,(3)Enhance inclusive capacity through elderly-friendly technologies and training.Implementation strategies include establishing risk-sharing mechanisms,expanding VS functionality,and creating DIF-RE-VS alliances to foster sustainable rural revitalization.展开更多

Accurate purchase prediction in e-commerce critically depends on the quality of behavioral features.This paper proposes a layered and interpretable feature engineering framework that organizes user signals into three ...Accurate purchase prediction in e-commerce critically depends on the quality of behavioral features.This paper proposes a layered and interpretable feature engineering framework that organizes user signals into three layers:Basic,Conversion&Stability(efficiency and volatility across actions),and Advanced Interactions&Activity(crossbehavior synergies and intensity).Using real Taobao(Alibaba’s primary e-commerce platform)logs(57,976 records for 10,203 users;25 November–03 December 2017),we conducted a hierarchical,layer-wise evaluation that holds data splits and hyperparameters fixed while varying only the feature set to quantify each layer’s marginal contribution.Across logistic regression(LR),decision tree,random forest,XGBoost,and CatBoost models with stratified 5-fold cross-validation,the performance improvedmonotonically fromBasic to Conversion&Stability to Advanced features.With LR,F1 increased from 0.613(Basic)to 0.962(Advanced);boosted models achieved high discrimination(0.995 AUC Score)and an F1 score up to 0.983.Calibration and precision–recall analyses indicated strong ranking quality and acknowledged potential dataset and period biases given the short(9-day)window.By making feature contributions measurable and reproducible,the framework complements model-centric advances and offers a transparent blueprint for production-grade behavioralmodeling.The code and processed artifacts are publicly available,and future work will extend the validation to longer,seasonal datasets and hybrid approaches that combine automated feature learning with domain-driven design.展开更多

Neurodevelopmental processes represent a finely tuned interplay between genetic and environmental factors,shaping the dynamic landscape of the developing brain.A major component of the developing brain that enables th...Neurodevelopmental processes represent a finely tuned interplay between genetic and environmental factors,shaping the dynamic landscape of the developing brain.A major component of the developing brain that enables this dynamic is the white matter(WM),known to be affected in neurodevelopmental disorders(NDDs)(Rokach et al.,2024).WM formation is mediated by myelination,a multifactorial process driven by neuro-glia interactions dependent on proper neuronal functionality(Simons and Trajkovic,2006).Another key aspect of neurodevelopmental abnormalities involves neuronal dynamics and function,with recent advances significantly enhancing our understanding of both neuronal and glial mitochondrial function(Devine and Kittler,2018;Rojas-Charry et al.,2021).Energy homeostasis in neurons,attributed largely to mitochondrial function,is critical for proper functionality and interactions with oligodendrocytes(OLs),the cells forming myelin in the brain’s WM.We herein discuss the interplay between these processes and speculate on potential dysfunction in NDDs.展开更多

The development of skeletal muscle are complicated processes involving genes responsible for proper muscle morphology,contractility,cell proliferation,differentiation,interactions,migration,and death.The three-dimensi...The development of skeletal muscle are complicated processes involving genes responsible for proper muscle morphology,contractility,cell proliferation,differentiation,interactions,migration,and death.The three-dimensional chromatin architecture of skeletal muscle development has not been studied intensively although dynamic transcriptional regulation during differentiation of muscle cells is one of the most deeply studied processes.The RNA-seq was used to analyze the transcriptome pattern during chicken muscle development across 12 stages.Hi-C was used to build chromatin architectures during four representative stages.Ch IP-seq was conducted to identify enhancers and promoters in these four stages,which are occupied by histone H3K27ac and H3K4me3 peaks.Results show that large-scale genome architecture changes are mostly unidirectional,and coupled by complex on/off dynamic patterns of gene expression.Specifically,we observed 258.30 Mb of the genome undergoing A/B compartment switching.Notable alterations(316.57 Mb)of interaction frequencies within TADs were observed.Substantial aging-associated genes exhibited ascending connectivity with the compartment transition from repressive to active status during muscle development.Some muscle-related gene promoters that interacted with active enhancers during development,and some myopathy/aging-associated genes that were activated in aging muscle were founded.These results provide key insights into skeletal muscle development in vivo,and offer a valuable resource that allows in-depth functional characterization of candidate genes.展开更多
Against the backdrop of China s accelerated green development and its pursuit of the"dual carbon"goals,green finance,as a crucial instrument for the rational allocation of resources,plays a significant role ...Against the backdrop of China s accelerated green development and its pursuit of the"dual carbon"goals,green finance,as a crucial instrument for the rational allocation of resources,plays a significant role in promoting agricultural green transformation.Taking Henan Province as a case study,this research employs panel data from 18 prefecture-level cities spanning 2014 to 2023,utilizing dynamic panel models and mediating effect models for empirical analysis.The findings reveal that green finance indirectly fosters agricultural green development by driving agricultural technological progress.This promoting effect is significant,with the mediating effect accounting for 3.67%.Based on these results,policy recommendations are proposed:expanding the coverage of green finance and constructing a diversified product system;comprehensively promoting agricultural technological innovation and mechanization development;and coordinating and integrating green financial resources to facilitate agricultural green transformation tailored to local conditions.展开更多

文摘Neurodevelopmental processes represent a finely tuned interplay between genetic and environmental factors,shaping the dynamic landscape of the developing brain.A major component of the developing brain that enables this dynamic is the white matter(WM),known to be affected in neurodevelopmental disorders(NDDs)(Rokach et al.,2024).WM formation is mediated by myelination,a multifactorial process driven by neuro-glia interactions dependent on proper neuronal functionality(Simons and Trajkovic,2006).Another key aspect of neurodevelopmental abnormalities involves neuronal dynamics and function,with recent advances significantly enhancing our understanding of both neuronal and glial mitochondrial function(Devine and Kittler,2018;Rojas-Charry et al.,2021).Energy homeostasis in neurons,attributed largely to mitochondrial function,is critical for proper functionality and interactions with oligodendrocytes(OLs),the cells forming myelin in the brain’s WM.We herein discuss the interplay between these processes and speculate on potential dysfunction in NDDs.

文摘Environmental DNA(eDNA)technology has revolutionized biodiversity monitoring with its non-invasive,sensitive,and cost-efficient approach.This paper systematically reviews eDNA advancements,examining its applications in aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems and assessing China’s standardization progress.It delineates four developmental phases from single-species detection to high-throughput sequencing,and highlights China’s contribution to the development of technical standards.While significant progress has been made,challenges persist in quantitative accuracy,methodological consistency,and large-scale implementation.Future efforts should prioritize enhanced standardization,improved quantification techniques,broader applications,and international collaboration to drive innovation in eDNA technology.

文摘The development of skeletal muscle are complicated processes involving genes responsible for proper muscle morphology,contractility,cell proliferation,differentiation,interactions,migration,and death.The three-dimensional chromatin architecture of skeletal muscle development has not been studied intensively although dynamic transcriptional regulation during differentiation of muscle cells is one of the most deeply studied processes.The RNA-seq was used to analyze the transcriptome pattern during chicken muscle development across 12 stages.Hi-C was used to build chromatin architectures during four representative stages.Ch IP-seq was conducted to identify enhancers and promoters in these four stages,which are occupied by histone H3K27ac and H3K4me3 peaks.Results show that large-scale genome architecture changes are mostly unidirectional,and coupled by complex on/off dynamic patterns of gene expression.Specifically,we observed 258.30 Mb of the genome undergoing A/B compartment switching.Notable alterations(316.57 Mb)of interaction frequencies within TADs were observed.Substantial aging-associated genes exhibited ascending connectivity with the compartment transition from repressive to active status during muscle development.Some muscle-related gene promoters that interacted with active enhancers during development,and some myopathy/aging-associated genes that were activated in aging muscle were founded.These results provide key insights into skeletal muscle development in vivo,and offer a valuable resource that allows in-depth functional characterization of candidate genes.

文摘Against the backdrop of China s accelerated green development and its pursuit of the"dual carbon"goals,green finance,as a crucial instrument for the rational allocation of resources,plays a significant role in promoting agricultural green transformation.Taking Henan Province as a case study,this research employs panel data from 18 prefecture-level cities spanning 2014 to 2023,utilizing dynamic panel models and mediating effect models for empirical analysis.The findings reveal that green finance indirectly fosters agricultural green development by driving agricultural technological progress.This promoting effect is significant,with the mediating effect accounting for 3.67%.Based on these results,policy recommendations are proposed:expanding the coverage of green finance and constructing a diversified product system;comprehensively promoting agricultural technological innovation and mechanization development;and coordinating and integrating green financial resources to facilitate agricultural green transformation tailored to local conditions.
